Abstract
【解決手段】個別に形成された複数の部材(ガスタービン発電機用にあっては、コンプレッサホイール10とタービンホイール11と発電部のロータ14とを含む)を、中心部を貫通する1本のロッド部材26の軸上で相互結合してなる回転軸において、前記複数の部材の互いの軸方向対向端面同士に、一方の外周面と他方の内周面とが互いに密接可能であり、且つ径方向寸法(肉厚)が互いに略等しい環状凸部22・23を形成する。これにより、運転時の熱膨張や遠心膨張による内外両環状凸部の拡径方向の伸び量が均等になるので、嵌合部の緊密度を維持する上に大きな効果が得られる。

Claims (4)
- 個別に形成された複数の部材を、中心部を貫通する1本のロッド部材の軸上で相互結合してなる回転軸であって、
前記複数の部材の互いの軸方向についての対向端面同士には、一方の外周面と他方の内周面とが互いに密接可能であり、且つ径方向寸法(肉厚)が互いに略等しい環状凸部が形成されることを特徴とする回転軸。 - コンプレッサホイールとタービンホイールと発電機のロータとを含む個別に形成された複数の部材を、中心部を貫通する1本のロッド部材の軸上で相互結合してなり、ガスタービン発電機に用いられる回転軸であって、
前記複数の部材の互いの軸方向についての対向端面同士には、一方の外周面と他方の内周面とが互いに密接可能であり、且つ径方向寸法(肉厚)が互いに略等しい環状凸部が形成されることを特徴とする回転軸。 - 前記環状凸部は、前記複数の部材の互いの軸方向についての対向端面同士の外周側に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1若しくは2に記載の回転軸。
- 前記環状凸部は、径方向寸法(肉厚)が、当該回転軸の外径寸法に比して十分に小さいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の回転軸。
