Description

The present invention relates to a flush toilet, and more particularly, to a flushing prevention structure for a flush toilet that performs flushing by supplying flush water so as to swivel to a bowl portion.

As a conventional flush toilet bowl, a flush toilet bowl is known in which flush water is supplied so as to swivel to a bowl portion to perform toilet flushing. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
The flush toilet described in Patent Document 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 10 is an explanatory view showing the toilet bowl broken across almost the entire upper surface thereof, and FIG. 11 is a diagram of each part of the AA line, BB line, CC line, and DD line of FIG. It is the general | schematic fragmentary sectional view which fractured | ruptured the rim | limb part.
As shown in FIG. 10, the cleaning water supplied from the cleaning water supply hole 140 passes through the cleaning water supply channel 141, the Zet water supply channel 146 communicated with the Zet jet outlet 122 provided at the bottom of the bowl portion 120, and the rim. Branching is made to a rim water supply passage 143 communicating with a rim outlet 144 provided at the left rear portion of the portion 121. The rim cleaning water RS ejected from the rim outlet 144 through the rim water supply channel 143 flows on the upper surface of the shelf 150 formed around the rim 121 near the bowl 120, and the bowl 120. Rotate to wash water. In addition, a siphon action is generated by the jet washing water ejected from the set ejection port 122, and the filth in the bowl portion 120 is discharged together with the stored water.
The shelf 150 has a substantially horizontal surface as shown in FIG. 11, and an overhang 152 is formed so as to cover the shelf 150, and the rim cleaning water that vigorously swivels the shelf It prevents the RS from jumping out of the toilet bowl.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-279991

The flush toilet described in Patent Document 1 can provide a rim portion that is significantly more cleanable than a conventional toilet, but there is an overhang portion 152 provided to prevent water splashing, so that the shelf While the rim cleaning water RS turning around the portion 150 does not jump out to the outside, if dirt is attached to the back side of the overhang portion 152 (the surface opposite to the bowl portion 120), it may be difficult to see depending on the standing position. There was a risk that the cleaning of the part would be insufficient.
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and the problem of the present invention is to eliminate the overhanging portion that covers the shelf in the toilet that is placed on the shelf and rotates the rim washing water. An object of the present invention is to provide a flush toilet in which rim washing water does not jump out.

In order to achieve the above object, the flush toilet according to claim 1 is a flush toilet for cleaning urinals by supplying rim wash water to a toilet bowl part for storing the stored water, on the bowl part of the flush toilet. The inner periphery of the rim has a shape that extends vertically or outward, and a shelf is formed on the inner periphery of the bowl surface on the way from the upper edge of the bowl to the water reservoir. A rim spout for ejecting wash water to cause a swiveling in the horizontal direction is provided, and the shelf part at the front end position of the toilet bowl part is formed at a position of 60 to 80 mm from the upper end of the bowl part. To do.

Accordingly, since the cleaning water is placed on the shelf provided on the inner periphery of the ball portion and swivels in the horizontal direction, the rim cleaning water path is formed on a surface continuous with the ball portion, and the cleaning property is excellent.
In addition, since the inner periphery of the upper edge of the ball portion extends vertically or outwardly, the entire ball portion including the shelf portion can be visually observed and cleaned from above, and the cleanability is further improved.
And the shelf part in the front end position of the toilet bowl part where the washing water is likely to jump out due to centrifugal force is formed at a position of 60 mm or more from the upper end of the ball part because the curvature is the smallest in the path turning in the horizontal direction along the shelf part. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the wash water from popping out, and even if the water surface rises during cleaning, the shelf will not be submerged and the filth floating on the water surface will remain on the shelf. It can be prevented from remaining in the department.
When supplying rim wash water from the tank unit placed at the rear of the flush toilet, the upper limit of the water head pressure (water level in the tank part), which is the water supply pressure, is determined, so the rim wash water will not exceed the specified amount. There is no change beyond. Therefore, it is preferable that the position of the shelf portion from the upper end of the bowl portion is set in a range of 60 to 70 mm so as to narrow the range of the unwashed portion. On the other hand, when the rim cleaning water is supplied directly from the water pipe, the water supply pressure supplied from the water pipe fluctuates and varies somewhat even if there is a constant flow means such as a constant flow valve. Even in such a case, it is preferable to set the position of the shelf from the upper end of the bowl part within a range of 70 to 80 mm so as to prevent the washing water from jumping out.

Also, if the rim spout is provided at the rear side of the toilet bowl side, the wash water is ejected from the rear side of the ball part, so the rim washing water immediately after the most powerful ejection is No water jumps out because it flows through the shelf on the side of the ball part with the largest curvature on the inner periphery of the ball part, and the flow itself is placed on the shelf and rectified by the flow along the side of the ball part. Thus, water jumping out in front of the ball part can be more effectively suppressed.

Further, if the shelf is formed to be inclined downward from the rim spout toward the front end of the bowl, the shelf other than the front end of the ball can be formed close to the upper edge of the ball. Compared with the case where the entire shelf is formed at a low position in accordance with the front end of the part, it is possible to reduce the unwashed part by the rim cleaning water.

Further, if the shelf is formed so as to be horizontal or downwardly inclined in the swirling direction of the rim cleaning water from the front end position of the bowl portion, the rim spout is necessary for swirling the entire circumference of the shelf. The initial speed may be smaller than the case where the initial speed is an upward inclination from the front end position of the ball part, and jumping out at the front end of the ball part can be suppressed. In addition, by adopting a downward slant, that is, a spiral shelf structure, the wash water is drawn by gravity around the inner circumference of the bowl surface, and the washing power of the bowl wall surface and swirling of the stored water are imparted. Can be secured.

If the shelf is formed so as to be inclined upward in the swirling direction of the rim cleaning water from the front end position of the bowl portion, the cleaning water flows on the upward inclined shelf so that the shelf Compared with the case where the ball is horizontal or inclined downward, the height change from the rim upper edge to the shelf behind the ball portion can be reduced, and the unwashed portion can be reduced.

Further, if the second rim water spouting port for ejecting the rim cleaning water in the same turning direction is provided on the shelf portion having the upward inclination, the second rim water spouting port is provided on the shelf portion having the upward inclination. By being provided, the rim washing water having a high momentum can be ejected from the second rim spout, and the washing water can be swung on the shelf even when the rim washing water is inclined upward. Can be spread.

Further, if a bubble mixing means for mixing bubbles into the rim cleaning water is provided, it is possible to prevent water splashing due to contact with the shelf due to mixing of bubbles, and as a result, it is possible to prevent water from jumping out.

Further, if the front end of the bowl part is formed by a single layer wall having no space inside, the front end of the ball part is a single layer wall having no space inside, so that the length of the front and rear of the ball opening is reduced. It can be secured widely, improving usability for boys.

In addition, it is a manufacturing method of the flush toilet bowl of Claim 1, Comprising: If the said bowl part upper edge and a shelf part shall be shape | molded integrally by an upper mold | type, a ball part upper edge and a shelf part will be separately provided. There is no need to mold and bond, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

An overhang of the rim portion of the toilet bowl can be eliminated to improve cleaning performance, and a toilet bowl in which rim washing water does not jump out of the toilet bowl can be provided.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 is a cross-sectional view of a flush toilet according to the first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view of the flush toilet, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a water conduit to a bowl portion.

The flush toilet A is made of earthenware, and includes a bowl portion 1 that is a waste receiving surface, a rim portion 2 that forms an opening edge of the bowl portion 1, and a tank portion 3 that is provided behind the bowl portion 1. In FIG. 1, the tank portion 3 is a so-called one-piece flush toilet in which the tank portion 3 is continuously formed integrally with the rim portion 2.
A shelf portion 4 is formed between the bowl portion 1 and the rim portion 2. The shelf portion 4 is a surface that is close to the floor surface formed near the rim portion 2 above the bowl portion 1 and is parallel to the floor surface. In this embodiment, the shelf portion 4 is inclined from the rim portion 2 to the bowl. A surface in which an angle formed by a tangent of a surface toward the part 1 and a horizontal surface with the floor surface is in a range of 0 degrees to 15 degrees is defined as the shelf section 4.

At the time of toilet cleaning, the user rotates the drain lever 5 to move the drain valve 6 upward, and the wash water stored in the tank unit 3 flows into the wash water conduit 7. The wash water that has flowed into the wash water conduit 7 is divided into the rim conduit 8 and the jet conduit 9, and the rim wash water Wr that has flowed into the rim conduit 8 is a shelf from the rim spout 10 as shown in FIG. It is ejected toward the upper surface of the part 4. On the other hand, the Zet washing water Wz that has flowed into the Zet water conduit 9 is jetted into the accumulated water 12 from the Zet spout 11 and pushes the accumulated water 12 toward the trap part 13 to generate a siphon action and discharge the filth. .
The trap portion 13 and a drain pipe (not shown) provided on the floor surface are connected by a resin drain socket 14 formed separately from the flush toilet A. Inside the path, a flow path is bent to promote the generation of siphon action.

The flow of the rim cleaning water Wr will be described in detail. As shown in FIG. 3, the rim cleaning water Wr ejected from the rim spout 10 is divided into a main rim cleaning water Wr-1 that turns on the shelf 4 and a sub rim cleaning water Wr-2 that accompanies the turning. Thus, the rim cleaning water Wr causes the filth and toilet paper attached to the bowl portion 1 to be dropped into the stored water 12.

And the vertical surface 2a which connects the rib part 2 and the shelf part 4 which form the bowl part upper edge of the flush toilet A is a shape which spreads to the perpendicular | vertical or the outer side. Therefore, the inner surface of the bowl part 1 including the shelf part 4 and the vertical surface 2a is free from a part that becomes a blind spot from above the bowl part 1. Therefore, cleaning of the inner surface of the flush toilet A from the bowl part 1 to the rim part 2 is very simple.
However, since the vertical surface 2a above the shelf 4 is vertically or outwardly widened, the rim cleaning water Wr flowing through the shelf 4 is likely to rise along the vertical surface 2a. At the front end position of the flush toilet A, which is the right end, the curvature of the shelf 4 is the smallest. Therefore, the rising distance of the rim cleaning water Wr along the vertical surface 2a is large, and the bowl portion 1 A distance H from the upper surface of the rim portion 2, which is the upper edge, to the upper surface of the shelf portion 4 is formed to be 60 mm over the entire circumference of the shelf portion 4. Therefore, even at the front end position of the flush toilet A, the rim cleaning water Wr is prevented from jumping over the rim portion 2 and out of the bowl portion 1.
The distance H from the upper surface of the rim portion of the shelf 4 is higher than the upper surface of the stored water 12 and does not easily submerge even when the water level rises due to the swirling of the stored water 12 during toilet flushing. Thus, it is preferable to be within 80 mm.
Accordingly, the height of the shelf is 60 mm to 80 mm at least at the front end position of the bowl. Preferably, the rim washing water starts from the position where the curvature starts to change greatly in the turning direction and reaches the symmetrical position of the toilet. The height of the shelf of the numerical value range is formed in the area of.

FIG. 4 shows a structure in which the flush toilet according to the first embodiment is manufactured by another manufacturing method. In this flush toilet A1, there is no reinforcing rib 2b provided inside the rim portion 2 as shown in the flush toilet A of FIG. That is, in the flush toilet A of FIG. 1, since the rim part 2 has a bag structure, the bowl part 1 and the rim part 2 need to be formed separately and bonded together. In the toilet bowl A1, the bowl part 1 and the rim part 2 can be integrally formed at a time by using the upper mold and the lower mold.

FIG. 5 is a view showing a flush toilet according to the second embodiment of the present invention. In this flush toilet B, in the shelf 4, the first half shelf 4a from the rim spout 10 to the tip of the bowl 1 and the second shelf 4b from the tip to the rim spout 10 are rim washed. The water Wr is inclined downward in the turning direction. In this case, the height from the rim portion 2 at the start end of the front half shelf portion 4a provided with the rim spout 10 is 40 mm, and is the end of the front end shelf portion 4a at the tip portion of the bowl portion 1. The height from the rim portion 2 at the starting end of the rear half shelf portion 4b is 60 mm, and the height from the rim portion 2 of the shelf portion 4b in the vicinity of the rim spout 10 that is the end of the rear half shelf portion 4b is 80 mm. Is formed.
Therefore, the main rim cleaning water Wr-1a riding on the first half shelf 4a and the main rim washing water Wr-1b riding on the second half shelf 4b are swirled around the shelf 4 in a spiral manner without resisting gravity. Thus, even if the flow rate of the rim cleaning water Wr ejected from the rim spout 10 is slightly lower than that of the flush toilet A according to the first embodiment, sufficient main rim cleaning water up to the end of the latter half shelf 4b Wr-1 can be supplied.

The rear half shelf 4b may be formed horizontally in the turning direction without being inclined downward in the turning direction. Thus, when the latter half shelf part 4b is formed horizontally, the height of the latter half shelf part 4b and the rim | limb part 2 may be low, and the unwashed part which the main rim washing water Wr-b1 does not reach may spread. This is more preferable than the case where the vehicle is inclined downward in the turning direction.

Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 6 is a side sectional view of the flush toilet according to the third embodiment, and FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the water conduit of the flush toilet of FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, in the flush toilet C, the front half shelf 4a from the first rim spout 10a to the tip of the bowl 1 is inclined downward along the turning direction in the shelf 4. At the same time, the rear half shelf portion 4b extending from the tip portion to the first rim spout 10a is inclined upward along the turning direction. And the 2nd rim water outlet 10b is provided in the middle of the latter half shelf part 4b, and the rim washing | cleaning water Wrb spouts from this 2nd rim water outlet 10b in the same turning direction as the 1st rim water outlet 10a. Specifically, the height from the rim portion 2 at the start end of the front half shelf portion 4a provided with the rim spout 10 is 40 mm, and the end of the front end shelf portion 4a at the tip portion of the bowl portion 1 is formed. And the height from the rim | limb part 2 in the starting end of the latter half shelf part 4b is formed in 60 mm, and the height from the rim | limb part 2 of the shelf part 4b in the vicinity of the rim spout 10 which is the terminal end of the latter half shelf part 4b. Is formed to 40 mm.

Thus, in the rear of the flush toilet C, since the latter half shelf 4b is inclined upward along the turning direction, the shelf 4 is compared with the flush toilets A and B of the first and second embodiments. And the non-cleaning portion between the rim upper surface 2 can be narrowed.
Since the latter half shelf 4b is inclined upward in the turning direction, the main washing water Wra-1b supplied from the first rim water spouting port 10a flowing through the latter half shelf 4b is turned one turn to the first rim outlet 10a. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to increase the flow rate of the rim washing water Wra ejected from the first rim discharge port 10a. However, since the flush toilet C is provided with the second rim discharge port 10b, the first rim discharge port is provided. Even without increasing the flow rate of the rim cleaning water Wra ejected from the water port, the main cleaning water Wrb-1b is formed by the rim cleaning water Wrb ejected from the second rim water spouting port, and it is sufficient to reach the end of the rear half shelf 4b. Main rim cleaning water Wrb-1b can be supplied.

Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 8 is a side sectional view of the flush toilet according to the fourth embodiment, and FIG. 9 is a top view of the flush toilet of FIG.
In this flush toilet D, the configuration of the shelf 4 and the supply form of flush water are the same as the flush toilet A according to the first embodiment, but the front rim portion 2 has no space inside. Is different from the flush toilet A. As a result, the length of the rim portion 2 opening in the front-rear direction can be increased without increasing the overall length of the flush toilet D.
Therefore, when a user for a boy's small body stands in front of the flush toilet D and urinates, scattering to the outside of the ball 1 and adhesion to the front upper surface of the rim portion 2 can be prevented.

In the above-described embodiment, an ejector nozzle capable of mixing air into the rim water spouting port is provided, and the rim cleaning water Wr can be used as bubble mixed water. If it does so, scattering of washing water can be controlled still more effectively.
In addition to the embodiment in which the rim cleaning water supply source to the rim spout is supplied from a tank formed integrally with the rim, it can also be supplied from a tank formed separately from the rim. The tank does not need to be placed on the rim portion, and may be fixed to the corner of the toilet room.
Furthermore, the washing water supply source to the rim spout may be a direct pressure type that is supplied from a pipe directly connected to the water pipe, and in that case, it is adjusted to a predetermined flow rate by a pressure reducing valve or a constant flow valve. Need to be supplied.
