Claims (4)
- サーボモータを駆動するサーボ制御装置および前記サーボモータによって駆動される機械の調整方法において、前記サーボモータおよび負荷のモデルによる前記サーボモータの推定速度から、前記サーボモータの実速度を引いた差の振幅の最大値を検出し、前記振幅の最大値が 所定の振幅より大きくならないように前記サーボ制御装置の制御ゲインまたは前記機械のバランスや締め付けを調整することを特徴とするサーボ制御装置および機械の調整方法。
- 前記推定速度から前記実速度を引いた差の振幅の最大値を所定の時間間隔で観測し、前記振幅の最大値が所定の振幅より大きくならないように前記サーボ制御装置の制御ゲインまたは前記機械のバランスや締め付けを調整することを特徴とする請求項１記載のサーボ制御装置および機械の調整方法。
- 前記推定速度から前記実速度を引いた差を周波数解析し、前記機械の振動成分を抽出し、周波数によって前記機械の調整部位を特定して前記機械のバランスや締め付けを調整することを特徴とする請求項１または２記載のサーボ制御装置および機械の調整方法。
- 前記サーボモータおよび負荷のモデルの代わりにオブザーバを用いて前記推定速度を求めることを特徴とする請求項１乃至３記載のサーボ制御装置および機械の調整方法。
