Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mechanism in which a seat portion or a receiving portion of a chair moves on a convex surface of a convex portion and swings while buffering with an elastic body.
As a swinging chair, there was a rocking chair in which a leg arch moves back and forth on the floor. Moreover, as a thing which a seat part moves, the thing which carries out seesaw or precession movement centering on one fulcrum under a seat part was also considered (design document 1).
The rocking chair is affected by the material and surface condition of the floor to be installed, and has a drawback that it is difficult to swing on, for example, a tatami mat or a rug. In addition, since the entire chair can only swing in one direction (back and forth), and it is necessary to shake the whole body greatly in order to swing, the feeling of fatigue remained in the waist and buttocks when used for a long time. In addition, the rocking chair has a drawback that it requires a large ground contact area due to the size of its legs.
Also, as a method of moving the seat, a structure received at one fulcrum under the seat was considered, but the motion of the seat was only a seesaw motion that only tilted or a precession motion like a top.
(Structure of the invention described in claim 1)
As shown in FIG. 1, the chair of this invention attaches a receiving part (2) to a leg (1), provides a convex part (4) between a receiving part and a seat part (3), and receives a receiving part and a seat part. By means of a mechanism that couples the two with an elastic body (5), fulcrum movement and swinging in all directions can be obtained without being affected by the state of the floor.
What is necessary is just to provide the top part of a convex part in the position which keeps a level with the gravity center of the seat part, its joining member, and the seated person's total weight, ie, the state where the user sat down.
If the convex surface of the convex part is gentle and low, the rocking is small, and if the convex surface is sharp and high, the rocking is large, and the rocking amount can be adjusted according to the purpose of the user. Further, if the convex surface is a spherical surface, the swing is simple, and if an irregular convex surface such as a paraboloid or an ellipsoid, a quadratic curved surface, or a polyhedron that can be identified is provided, a more complex swing can be obtained.
Wood, metal, ceramic, plastic, etc. can be used as the material of the convex part.
The convex portion and the concave portion may be integrated with the seat portion and the receiving portion.
(Structure of the invention described in claim 3)
As shown in FIG. 7, if two convex portions are provided on the opposite surfaces of the seat portion and the receiving portion, more varied swing can be obtained.
(Structure of the invention described in claim 4)
As shown in FIG. 8, one of them can be received by a concave portion having a curved surface that is gentler than the convex portion, and the top position can be stabilized.
(Structure of the invention described in claims 5 and 6)
As an elastic body, various kinds of springs such as single or plural coils and leaf springs as shown in FIG. 3 and elastomer materials such as iron and sponge as shown in FIG. 4 can be used.
The chair of the present invention that provides a convex portion between the seat portion and the receiving portion and causes the swing of the seat portion by moving the fulcrum, swings only by tilting the upper body without shaking the body as much as the rocking chair. The head is not a seesaw movement with only one tilt at a fulcrum or a precession movement like a top, but because of the smooth rocking, there is no burden on the waist and buttocks and can sit for a long time.
Furthermore, the user can obtain peace of mind by repeating the swinging, and at the same time, it is effective in preventing congestion and low back pain by reducing body movement and weight compression.
As shown in FIG. 2, by providing a dome-shaped convex portion at least at the top between the seat portion and the receiving portion of the chair, it swings without being affected by the state of the floor material or softness, and the like. It was possible to swing in the direction and swing all around.
If the top of the convex part is placed so that it is in the central area under the center of gravity of the seat and its joint member when the user is seated and the seated person as a whole, it becomes more stable and easier to swing evenly in all directions .
When the seated person inclines the upper body, the fulcrum moves from the top of the convex portion to the outer periphery of the convex surface, and the elastic body outside the convex portion can be stretched and buffered to obtain a smooth swing.
The elastic body combines the seat portion and the receiving portion, and has an effect of correcting the deviation between the entire center of gravity and the top of the convex portion when the user sits while buffering the swing and sitting down.
As illustrated in FIG. 5, the chair may be joined to the seat portion with a headrest, a seat cushion, a back cushion, a footrest, a reclining mechanism, and the like in addition to the back and arms.
And if these things are attached to a receiving part as shown in FIG. 6, only a seat part can also be rock | fluctuated.
Further, a horizontal rotation mechanism using a bearing or the like can be attached to the seat portion or the receiving portion so that the seated person can rotate the direction, or a vertical adjustment mechanism can be attached to the leg to adjust the height of the seat portion. In addition, casters can be attached to the legs for movement, and those without legs can be applied as swing seat chairs. When swinging is not required, a stopper mechanism such as a spacer may be provided between the seat and the receiving part to be used as a fixed chair.
Since the chair of the present invention is optimal for long-time sitting and user relaxation, it can be applied not only to the living room but also to office use, theater use, wheelchairs, vehicle chairs, and the like.
