Abstract
【解決手段】 リン酸塩を含む排水から、マグネシウムイオンの存在下にリン酸マグネシウム(Mg3(PO4)2・xH20)としてリン酸塩を除去する方法において、リン酸マグネシウム結晶を析出させる晶析反応槽に種結晶としてリン酸マグネシウムアンモニウム(MgNH4PO4・6H20)を充填し、マグネシウム剤、アルカリ剤を添加して流動させることによりリン酸マグネシウム結晶を析出させ、回収することを特徴とするリン酸塩を含む排水の処理方法。

種結晶の粒径は0.5〜0.83mmのものを用い、充填率は晶析反応槽容量に対して15%であった。晶析反応槽内のpH値は0.1mol/Lの苛性ソーダで10に設定した。マグネシウム剤は、塩化マグネシウムで100mg/Lとなるように添加した。
図3に、一週間処理したときの処理水中のリン濃度を示した。

Claims (3)
- リン酸塩を含む排水から、マグネシウムイオンの存在下にリン酸マグネシウム(Mg3(PO4)2・xH20)としてリン酸塩を除去する方法において、リン酸マグネシウム結晶を析出させる晶析反応槽に種結晶としてリン酸マグネシウムアンモニウム(MgNH4PO4・6H20)を充填し、マグネシウム剤、アルカリ剤を添加して流動させることによりリン酸マグネシウム結晶を析出させ、回収することを特徴とするリン酸塩を含む排水の処理方法。
- リン酸マグネシウムアンモニウムが、粒径0.1〜1mmのリン酸マグネシウムアンモニウム結晶である請求項1記載のリン酸塩を含む排水の処理方法。
- リン酸マグネシウムアンモニウムの充填量が、晶析反応槽容量に対して10〜50w/v%である請求項1または2記載のリン酸塩を含む排水の処理方法。
