Description

The present invention relates to a low-speed electric motor used for a marine propulsion device and the like.

Generally, the internal temperature of an electric motor rises due to heat generated by copper loss, iron loss, and mechanical loss that cannot be avoided. Therefore, the inside of the electric motor is cooled.

。   As such, for example, in an electric motor in which a rotor and a stator arranged outside the rotor are housed in a casing, two fans are respectively attached to both end portions sandwiching the rotor of the rotary shaft, and There has been proposed an electric motor in which an inner air circulation path is provided in a child and an outer air circulation path is provided in a casing (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In this electric motor, when the rotation shaft rotates at a predetermined rotation speed, the two fans also rotate at the same rotation speed. At this time, one of the fans sucks the air inside the electric motor and pressurizes it to flow into the inner air circulation path. The inflowing air flows in the inner air circulation path and absorbs heat generated by the rotor. This air is sucked into the other fan. Thereafter, the other fan pressurizes and discharges this air. Thereafter, the discharged air flows into the outer air circulation path, heat is exchanged with the air outside the casing, and is cooled to a predetermined temperature. This air is then sucked into one of the fans again. As described above, heat generation of the stator and the rotor is suppressed.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-285875 (FIG. 1)

However, in the case of a low-speed electric motor, the rotating shaft has a low speed (for example, 270 rpm), so that a fan attached to the rotating shaft can flow air necessary for effectively cooling the rotor and stator in the electric motor. Can not. Therefore, there exists a problem that the temperature of the rotor and stator in an electric motor rises.

In order to cope with this, a fan that is separate from the electric motor is provided and cooling air is supplied from the fan to the low-speed electric motor, or a speed-up gear is attached to the rotating shaft of the low-speed motor, and the fan is attached to the speed-up gear. It is conceivable to supply cooling air from this fan to the low-speed electric motor. However, these methods have a problem that the electric motor and its incidental facilities become large.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a low-speed electric motor that can be made compact without reducing the blowing capacity of a fan.

The device according to the present invention is a low-speed electric motor in which a rotor including a rotating shaft and a rotor yoke provided coaxially with the rotating shaft, and a stator disposed outside the rotor are accommodated in a casing. A fan attached to at least one end of the rotor yoke in the axial direction for cooling the rotor and the stator by flowing a fluid through a gap formed between the rotor and the stator; A differential gear device built in the rotor yoke and an output shaft connected to the differential gear device, and the rotational speed of the rotary shaft is reduced by the differential gear device and transmitted to the output shaft. It is comprised so that.

According to this configuration, it is possible to set the rotation speed of the output shaft to a low speed while keeping the rotation speed of the rotation shaft high. Therefore, the fan attached to the rotor yoke can be rotated at high speed. As a result, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the blowing capacity of the fan and to secure an air flow rate necessary for effectively cooling the rotor and the stator in the electric motor. Thereby, the heat_generation | fever by the copper loss, iron loss, etc. of the rotor and stator in an electric motor can be suppressed. Moreover, since the differential gear device is built in the rotor yoke, the entire device can be made compact.

The differential gear device includes a sun gear coaxially provided at the output end of the rotating shaft, an internal gear arranged concentrically surrounding the sun gear and fixed to the casing, the internal gear and the sun And a planetary gear that revolves around the sun gear and is arranged so that the axis of the sun gear and the axis of the output shaft substantially coincide with each other, and the planetary gear serves as the output shaft. It is desirable to be connected. Thereby, the differential gear device can be made compact. As a result, the entire apparatus can be made compact.

The inner surface of the casing is protruded so as to be inserted into the rotor yoke, and is surrounded by inner surfaces of the support portion, the rotor yoke, and the casing. And a seal portion for preventing fluid in the space from flowing out to the stator side between the outer surface of the support portion and the inner surface of the rotor yoke. Further, it is desirable to be disposed.

Generally, a differential gear device uses lubricating oil or grease. When this lubricating oil or the like flows into the stator and adheres to the rotor and the stator, the electrical characteristics (for example, electrical insulation) of the rotor and the stator may deteriorate. Therefore, in the present invention, a seal portion is provided between the outer surface of the support portion and the inner surface of the rotor yoke. Thereby, the fluid in the said space, ie, the fluid containing the lubricating oil of a differential gear apparatus, etc. can be prevented from flowing out to the stator side. As a result, it is possible to prevent the electrical characteristics of the rotor and the stator from deteriorating.

A permanent magnet may be disposed on the outer periphery of the rotor yoke. According to this configuration, heat generation can be reduced and the entire rotor can be reduced as compared with the case where an electromagnet is attached to the outer peripheral portion of the rotor yoke. Thereby, the whole apparatus can be made compact.

It is desirable to provide a first cooling passage for circulating a fluid discharged from a gap formed between the rotor and the stator between the outer periphery of the stator and the inner periphery of the casing. According to this configuration, the heat received from the rotor and the stator when the fluid flows in the gap can be radiated to the outside through the casing. Thereby, it becomes possible to keep the temperature inside the electric motor at a predetermined temperature. As a result, the output of the electric motor can be increased to a predetermined value.

You may comprise so that the outer peripheral part of the said stator may further be equipped with the cooling member which has a 2nd cooling channel | path which flows the refrigerant | coolant for cooling a stator inside. Thereby, a stator is cooled efficiently. When the first cooling passage is provided outside the stator as described above, the fluid flowing in the first cooling passage can be cooled by the refrigerant flowing in the second cooling passage. As a result, the temperature inside the electric motor can be kept at a predetermined temperature. In addition, water, seawater, etc. are used as a refrigerant | coolant.

According to the present invention, the entire apparatus can be made compact without reducing the blowing capacity of the fan for reducing the temperature rise of the electric motor.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a vertical partial sectional view of a low-speed motor according to an embodiment of the present invention. 2A and 2B are partial views of the first fan of the low-speed motor, where FIG. 2A is a front view and FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A in FIG. FIG. 3 is a partial view of the second fan of the low-speed motor, where (a) is a front view and (b) is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB of (a). FIG. 4 is a front view schematically showing a configuration of a main part of the differential gear device.

As shown in FIG. 1, the low-speed electric motor 1 includes a casing 2, a rotor 3 including a rotating shaft 3 a and a rotor yoke 3 b, a stator 4 disposed so as to surround the outer side of the rotor 3, and An output shaft 5 arranged in series so that the axis substantially coincides with the axis of the rotary shaft 3a, and a differential gear for reducing the rotational speed output from the rotor 3 and outputting the rotational speed to the output shaft 5 Device 6. The rotor 3, the stator 4, the output shaft 5, and the differential gear device 6 are accommodated in the casing 2.

The casing 2 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape. The outer peripheral portion of the casing 2 is disposed so as to surround the rotation shaft 3a and the output shaft 5 coaxially. Cylindrical housings 2a and 2b that rotatably support the rotating shaft 3a and the output shaft 5 are provided at the center of both end portions in the axial direction of the casing 2 so as to project outward.

A bearing 7a that rotatably supports the rotary shaft 3a is fitted in the housing 2a for the rotary shaft 3a. The bearing 7a supports the end of the rotating shaft 3a opposite to the output shaft 5 (on the left side in FIG. 1). Thereby, the rotating shaft 3a becomes rotatable with respect to the housing 2a. Further, the projecting side end of the housing 2a is closed with a lid or the like to prevent entry of dust or the like.

Similarly, a bearing 7b that rotatably supports the output shaft 5 is fitted in the output shaft 5 housing 2b. The bearing 7b supports the output shaft 5. Thereby, the output shaft 5 becomes rotatable with respect to the housing 2b.

The output shaft 5 protrudes outside the casing 2 through the housing 2b. Although not shown, a driven shaft such as a marine propulsion device is connected to the shaft end of the output shaft 5 on the protruding side.

Next, the configuration of the rotor 3 will be described. As described above, the rotor 3 includes the rotation shaft 3a and the rotor yoke 3b.

As described above, the bearing 7a is disposed at the end of the rotary shaft 3a opposite to the output shaft 5 side (left side in FIG. 1), and the output shaft 5 side (right side in FIG. 1) of the rotary shaft 3a. ), A sun gear 6a that constitutes a part of a differential gear device 6 to be described later is formed integrally with the rotary shaft 3a. Thereby, the rotation of the rotating shaft 3 a is transmitted to the differential gear device 6. Details will be described later.

Here, the sun gear 6a and the rotary shaft 3a are integrally formed, but the sun gear 6a and the rotary shaft 3a may be separately provided. Thereby, since the sun gear 6a can be easily attached or detached from the rotating shaft 3a, the maintenance of the sun gear 6a becomes easy.

The rotor yoke 3b is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape, and is arranged so that the opening end thereof faces the output shaft 5 side. The rotor yoke 3b is arranged so that its axis coincides with the axis of the rotation shaft 3a. Then, the rotating shaft 3a protrudes in the axial direction from the inner surface and the outer surface of the bottom portion of the rotor yoke 3b so as to penetrate the bottom portion of the rotor yoke 3b. The amount by which the rotating shaft 3a protrudes from the inner surface of the bottom of the rotor yoke 3b is set so that the sun gear 6a formed at the end of the rotating shaft 3a is accommodated in the rotor yoke 3b. As a result, the differential gear device 6 described later is accommodated in the rotor yoke 3b, and the entire device becomes compact.

Here, the rotor yoke 3b and the rotating shaft 3a are integrally formed, but they may be configured separately. For example, a through hole may be provided in the central portion of the rotor yoke 3b, and the rotary shaft 3a may be fitted into the through hole. Thereby, since each component becomes a simple shape, it can manufacture easily.

A plurality of box-shaped permanent magnets 8 that are curved along the outer periphery of the rotor yoke 3b are attached to the entire outer periphery of the rotor yoke 3b. Thereby, the heat_generation | fever of the rotor 3 can be reduced from a winding type thing, and the rotor 3 can be made small. These permanent magnets 8 are arranged in a number corresponding to the number of poles of the electric motor 1 in the circumferential direction of the rotor yoke 3b, and are arranged in parallel in the axial direction of the rotor yoke 3b. These permanent magnets 8, the rotor yoke 3b, and the rotating shaft 3a constitute a rotor, and the permanent magnet 8 constitutes a magnetic field having a predetermined number of poles.

Further, in the outer peripheral portions of both end portions in the axial direction of the rotor yoke 3 b, a first for sucking air in the casing 2 and flowing it into a gap 9 formed between the rotor 3 and the stator 4. The fan 10 and the second fan 11 for sucking the air flowing through the gap 9 are disposed so as to sandwich the rotor yoke 3b.

The first fan 10 is provided around one end (left side in FIG. 1) of the rotor yoke 3b, and the second fan 11 is provided around the other end (right side in FIG. 1) of the rotor yoke 3b. ing.

As shown in FIG. 2A, the first fan 10 includes a first blade 10a, an annular first pedestal 10b to be attached to the rotor yoke 3b, and the first blade 10a on the first pedestal 10b. And a first mounting tool 10c for mounting.

As shown in FIG. 2 (b), the first fixture 10c is a quadrangular plate-like body in a side view, and protrudes from the first pedestal 10b so as to incline radially outward. Yes. The first fixtures 10c are equally distributed radially in the circumferential direction of the first pedestal 10b. An annular first plate member 10d is attached to the end of each first fixture 10c opposite to the first pedestal 10b so as to cover between the ends.

As shown in FIG. 2A, the first blade 10a is a quadrangular plate-like body in a side view and protrudes from a portion of the first plate member 10d opposite to the first pedestal 10b side. It is equally distributed radially in the direction. As the 1st blade | wing 10a, a linear blade | wing is used so that it can be used for both forward and reverse rotation. Of course, curved blades may be used to obtain high performance.

At the end of each first blade 10a opposite to the first plate member 10d side, as shown in FIG. 2B, a flow path through which air flows between each first blade 10a together with the first plate member 10d. An annular first shroud 10e is formed for forming the.

Each first blade 10a is inclined radially outward with respect to the first plate member 10d, and its tip 10f approaches the inner peripheral surface of the stator 4 in a non-contact manner as shown in FIG. It is like that. Thereby, the air pressurized by the first fan 10 flows into a gap 9 formed between the rotor 3 and the stator 4. It is possible to prevent leakage from the gap between the stator 4 and the first fan 10. As a result, the blowing efficiency of the first fan 10 is improved.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3A, the second fan 11 includes a second blade 11 a for sucking air flowing in a gap 9 formed between the rotor 3 and the stator 4, and the casing 2. The third blade 11b for agitating the air outside the second fan 11 and improving the cooling effect, the annular second pedestal 11c for attaching to the rotor yoke 3b, and the second pedestal 11c A second attachment 11d for attaching the two blades 11a and the third blade 11b.

The second fixture 11d is an annular plate-like body, and a central edge thereof is curved substantially vertically toward the second pedestal 11c. That is, it is formed in a trumpet shape. And the edge part of the curved part of this 2nd attachment tool 11d is attached on the 2nd base 11b. Therefore, the enlarged diameter portion 11e of the second fixture 11d is disposed substantially parallel to the second pedestal 11c.

On the second pedestal side (the left side in FIG. 3B) of the diameter-expanded portion 11e, quadrangular second blades 11a project from the side, and are radially arranged in the circumferential direction. As each 2nd blade | wing 11a, a linear blade | wing is used so that it can be used for both forward and reverse rotation. Of course, curved blades can also be used to obtain high performance.

At the end of each second blade 11a on the second pedestal 11c side, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), a flow path for air to flow between each second blade 11a together with the above-mentioned enlarged diameter portion 11e is formed. An annular second shroud 11f is attached.

Each second blade 11a is inclined radially outward with respect to the diameter-enlarged portion 11e, and its tip 11g approaches the inner peripheral surface of the stator 4 in a non-contact manner as shown in FIG. It is like that. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the air boosted by the second fan 11 from leaking to the suction side of the second fan 11. As a result, the blowing efficiency of the second fan 11 is improved.

Further, a third blade 11b having a quadrangular shape in a side view protrudes from a portion opposite to the second blade 11a side (the right side in FIG. 3B) of the diameter-enlarged portion 11e, and radially extends in the circumferential direction. It is equally distributed. Similarly to the second blade 11a, the third blade 11b is a straight blade so that it can be used for both forward and reverse rotation. Of course, curved blades can also be used.

Each 3rd blade | wing 11b is each arrange | positioned in the position corresponding to the attachment position of the 2nd blade | wing 11a to the said enlarged diameter part 11e, and inclines in radial direction with respect to the enlarged diameter part 11e. And the 3rd blade | wing 11b is formed so that it may continue via the 2nd blade | wing 11a and the enlarged diameter part 11e. As a result, the flow direction of the air flowing out between the second blades 11a and between the third blades 11b is substantially the same. Thereby, it becomes possible to prevent the ventilation efficiency of the second fan 11 from being lowered.

At the end of each third blade 11b opposite to the second pedestal 11c side, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), air is spread between the second blades 11a together with the enlarged diameter portion 11e of the second mounting portion 11d. An annular third shroud 11h for forming a flowing flow path is attached.

Here, the first fan 10 and the second fan 11 are provided at both axial ends of the rotor yoke 3b, but the rotor yoke 3b rotates within a gap 9 formed between the rotor 3 and the stator 4. As long as air necessary for cooling the child 3 and the stator 4 can be flowed, only one of them may be provided. Moreover, when the air between the 2nd fan 11 and the casing 2 is fully stirred by the 2nd blade | wing 11a, it is not necessary to attach the 3rd blade | wing 11b.

Next, the differential gear device 6 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 4.

As shown in FIG. 1, the differential gear device 6 is provided so as to concentrically surround the sun gear 6a, which is coaxially attached to the end of the rotating shaft 3a on the output shaft 5 side. It includes an internal gear 6b and a planetary gear 6c that is disposed between the internal gear 6b and the sun gear 6a and revolves around the sun gear 6a.

The internal gear 6b is formed in an annular shape and has teeth on the inner peripheral portion. The internal gear 6b is fitted in a cylindrical support portion 12 that is erected from the inner surface of the end portion of the casing 2 on the output shaft 5 side toward the inner surface side (left side in FIG. 1) of the rotor yoke 3b. It is fixed. Therefore, the tip portion of the support portion 12 is inserted into the rotor yoke 3b.

As shown in FIG. 4, the planetary gear 6c is formed to mesh with the sun gear 6a and the internal gear 6b. The axis of each planetary gear 6c is arranged substantially parallel to each axis of the rotary shaft 3b and the output shaft 5. Here, the number of planetary gears 6c is four, but is appropriately set according to the number of teeth, the shape, etc. of each gear 6a-6c. For example, the number of planetary gears 6c may generally be three or more.

As shown in FIG. 1, a hole penetrating in the axial direction is provided at the center of the planetary gear 6c, and a bearing 13 is inserted into the hole. One end of a support shaft 14 that rotatably supports the planetary gear 6 c is fitted into the bearing 13.

The support shaft 14 is arranged such that its axis coincides with the axis of the planetary gear 6c. Accordingly, the axis of the support shaft 14 is substantially parallel to the axes of the rotary shaft 3 a and the output shaft 5.

The other end of the support shaft 14 is attached to a flange portion 5a provided around the end portion of the output shaft 5 on the rotating shaft 3a side.

With the above configuration, when the rotation shaft 3a rotates at a predetermined rotation speed N1, the planetary gear 6c revolves around the sun gear 6a, and the output shaft 5 rotates at the rotation speed N2.

In this case, assuming that the number of teeth of the sun gear 6a is M1 and the number of teeth of the internal gear 6b is M2, the rotational speed N2 of the output shaft 5 is expressed by the following equation.

N2=N1x(1/((M2/M1)+1))
(Equation 1)
N2 = N1x (1 / ((M2 / M1) +1))
Therefore, for example, if the gear ratio M2 / M1 = 10, the differential gear device 6 decelerates the rotation speed of the rotation shaft 3a (N1 = 2970 rpm) to the rotation speed of the output shaft 5 (N2 = 270 rpm). be able to.

That is, by appropriately setting the gear ratio (M2 / M1) of the differential gear device 6 described above, the rotational speed of the output shaft 5 can be set to a low speed while the rotational speed of the rotary shaft 3a is kept high. it can. Thereby, the 1st fan 10 and the 2nd fan 11 can be rotated at high speed. As a result, the first fan 10 and the second fan 11 can flow out sufficient air to cool the rotor 3 and the stator 4 in the casing 2.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the differential gear device 6 is accommodated in a space 6 d surrounded by the rotor yoke 3 b, the end of the casing 2 on the output shaft 5 side, and the inner surfaces of the support portion 12. . A gap is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the rotor yoke 3 b and the outer peripheral surface of the support portion 12. Therefore, the air in this space 6d may flow into the stator 4 side.

However, since this air uses lubricating oil or grease for the gears 6 a to 6 c of the differential gear device 6, it contains lubricating oil and the like. Therefore, when this air flows into the stator 4 side, lubricating oil or the like may adhere to the outside of the rotor 3 or the stator 4 and the electrical characteristics of the rotor 3 or the stator 4 may deteriorate.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the seal portion 15 for preventing the above-described air from flowing out to the stator 4 side protrudes radially inwardly on the inner peripheral surface of the rotor yoke 3b. It is installed.

The seal portion 15 is formed so as to be close to the outer peripheral surface of the support portion 12 of the casing 2 with a predetermined distance. The seal portion 15 is formed in a labyrinth shape, for example, and is formed over the entire inner peripheral surface of the rotor yoke 3b. The seal portions 15 are arranged in parallel at a predetermined distance in the axial direction in order to seal more reliably. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the air in the space 6d from flowing out to the stator 4 side. As a result, it is possible to prevent deterioration of the electrical characteristics of the outside of the rotor 3 and the stator 4.

Here, the seal portion 15 is provided on the inner surface of the rotor yoke 3 b, but may be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the support portion 12. Or you may attach the seal | sticker part 15 to the inner peripheral surface of the rotor yoke 3b, or the outer peripheral surface of the support part 12 separately. Further, a contact-type seal member such as a lip seal may be used as the seal portion 15 in order to ensure the seal.

As shown in FIG. 1, the stator 4 includes an annular stator core 4a and a multi-phase armature coil 4b wound around a slot of the stator core 4a. It is formed in an annular shape. The stator 4 is fixed to the inner surface of the casing 2. An annular cooling member 16 for cooling the stator 4 and the like is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the stator 4 so as to surround the stator 4.

The cooling member 16 has a rectangular cross section. A plurality of second cooling passages 16 a having a rectangular cross section through which a coolant such as water or seawater flows are arranged in the cooling member 16 in the axial direction. In addition, the second cooling passage 16 a is arranged along the circumferential direction of the cooling member 16 although not shown. More specifically, for example, when the second cooling passage 16a is formed of one flow path, the second cooling passage 16a is helically arranged in the axial direction inside the cooling member 16. In addition, the shape of the cooling member 16 and the 2nd cooling channel | path 16a, the number of flow paths, etc. are suitably set according to the heat exchange amount with the stator 4 grade | etc.,.

Further, a first cooling passage 17 is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the cooling member 16 and the inner peripheral surface of the casing 2 for returning the air discharged from the second fan 11 to the first fan 10 side. The first cooling passage 17 is formed so as to surround the cooling member 16. Thus, the heat of the air flowing in the first cooling passage 17 is absorbed by the air outside the casing 2 and the refrigerant in the second cooling passage 16a through the casing 2 and the cooling member 16. In order to promote this heat exchange, although not shown in the drawing, fins or the like are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the cooling member 16 and the inner peripheral surface of the casing 2, or the first cooling passage 17 is meandered to transfer heat. It is desirable to ensure sufficient.

Note that when the amount of heat generated by the rotor 3 and the stator 4 is small, only the first cooling passage 17 can be provided. Thereby, the structure can be simplified.

With the above configuration, first, when the rotor 3 rotates at a predetermined rotation speed, the first fan 10 and the second fan 11 rotate at the same rotation speed as the rotor 3. Thereby, the 1st fan 10 inhales the air of the outer surface side of the bottom part of the rotor yoke 3b (refer arrow R1 of FIG. 1). The first fan 10 pressurizes this air and causes it to flow into the gap 9 formed between the rotor 3 and the stator 4. The inflowing air flows in the gap 9 toward the second fan 11 (see arrow R2 in FIG. 1). At this time, the air absorbs heat generated by the stator 4 and heat generated by the permanent magnet 8 of the rotor 3.

Thereafter, the air is sucked into the second fan 11, and the second fan 11 boosts the air and discharges it into the space on the discharge side of the second fan 11 (see arrow R3 in FIG. 1). Thereafter, the air flows toward the inner peripheral surface of the casing 2 and flows into the second cooling passage 17 as indicated by an arrow R4 in FIG. This air flows in the second cooling passage 17 toward the first fan 10 (arrow R5 in FIG. 1). At this time, the air is cooled to a predetermined temperature when heat is exchanged with the air outside the casing 2 and the refrigerant in the first cooling passage 16 a and is discharged from the second cooling passage 17. Then, this air is sucked into the first fan 10 again. Thus, the air in the casing 2 is circulated to cool the rotor 3 and the stator 4.

The above-described embodiment is an example, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment.
