Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a train approach warning system that is used to warn of the approach of a train and to ensure the safety of an operator at a track construction site or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In track construction, etc., an observer waits at a location along the track sufficiently away from the construction site, and reports to the construction site with a radio etc. when a train approaches. Upon receiving this notification, the worker temporarily evacuates from the track and resumes work after the train has passed.
[0003]
In the above conventional alarm method by a monitoring person, a monitoring person is required in addition to the actual worker, so there is a problem of cost increase and there is a possibility that the notification is not performed due to a human error. there were. In view of this, a system or device that automatically issues an alarm using wireless or the like instead of such a monitor has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Documents 1, 2, and 3).

The alarm system described in Patent Document 1 includes a beam sensor and an alarm device. When the beam sensor detects the approach of a train, the alarm system wirelessly transmits the alarm device, and the alarm device issues an alarm. Yes. Further, the alarm method described in Patent Document 2 described above is that a plurality of base stations connected to each other by wired communication lines are installed at predetermined intervals along the line, and when the sensor detects passage of a train, the detection signal is Is transmitted to the control station via the station, and the control station reports a train approach warning to the mobile station possessed by the supervisor of track maintenance work. Further, in the alarm device described in Patent Document 3, when the sensor detects a train, the controller wirelessly transmits the train detection signal, and when the reception unit receives this signal, the controller outputs an alarm sound. It has become.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In addition to the above, various types have been proposed. For example, there are problems such as a complicated structure of the detection mechanism, a signal transmission path, etc. However, it is difficult to say that both are satisfactory enough. For this reason, there are no alarm devices that are widely used in practice. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an alarm system that can reliably issue an alarm with a voice that is relatively inexpensive and inexpensive and that is difficult for an operator to miss.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has the following configuration. That is, the train approach warning system according to claim 1 includes a vibration sensor that detects vibration caused by passage of a train, and a transmission device that wirelessly transmits an alarm signal based on a detection signal of the vibration sensor, and the transmission device A receiving device that receives an alarm signal transmitted from a transmitting device at a receiving location such as a construction site away from the receiving device and broadcasts the alarm, and the transmitting device or the receiving device is provided with a pre-recorded voice alarm. It is characterized in that a recording / playback device that outputs signals corresponding to the signals is provided. The recording / playback device is preferably provided on the transmission device side. Moreover, it is preferable to provide a receiving device also in a train passing through a construction site.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described. FIG. 1 shows a specific example of this train approach warning system. This system includes a transmitting device 1 installed at a point A away from a construction site by a predetermined distance, and a receiving device 2 installed at a construction site B. Consists of.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 2, the transmission device 1 includes two sensors S (S1, S2) for detecting the passage of a train, a controller 10, a power source (battery) 11, a recording / playback device 12, a transmission unit 13, and the like. Is provided. These sensors S1 and S2 are vibration sensors that detect vibrations, are arranged along the track, and detect vibrations of the ground or rails caused by the passage of a train. When the sensor S connected thereto detects vibration, the controller 10 outputs an activation signal to the recording / playback unit 12 and the transmission unit 13. Reference numeral 13a denotes a transmission antenna. The reason why a plurality of sensors S (two in the illustrated example) are provided at appropriate intervals in the transmitter 1 is to detect the traveling direction of the train. The power supply unit 11 supplies power to the controller 10, the recording / playback device 12, the transmission unit 13, and the like.
[0012]
The recording / reproducing device 12 can record an arbitrary audio alarm (message) in advance and can reproduce the recorded audio alarm according to a command from the controller 10. This sound alarm is transmitted wirelessly via the transmission unit 13. In the figure, 14 is a microphone 15 for recording, 16 is a speaker for outputting a voice alarm on a trial basis, P1 is a recording switch, P2 is a playback switch, and P3 is a stop switch. For example, a known tape recorder can be used as the recording / reproducing apparatus.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 3, the receiving device 2 includes a receiving unit 21 having a receiving antenna 21a, an amplifier 22, a power source (battery) 23, a speaker 24, and the like. The receiving unit 21 receives an audio alarm from the transmitting unit 13. The amplifier 22 amplifies the received voice alarm and outputs it to the speaker 24. The power supply unit 23 supplies power to the reception unit 21 and the amplifier 22.
[0014]
FIG. 4 shows a receiver (receiver) 30 provided in the train, for example, in the cab, separately from the receiver 2. The receiver 30 is a receiver having the same reception frequency as that of the receiver 2 installed at a construction site or the like. The receiver 30 receives an audio alarm transmitted wirelessly from the transmitter 1 via the antenna 30a, and sends it to the driver. Provide construction information.
[0015]
Next, the usage method of this train approach warning apparatus is demonstrated. This alarm device has a receiving device 2 installed at a construction site (point B), and a detection location (point A) separated from the construction site by a sufficient distance (a sufficient distance for the worker who heard the alarm to evacuate). Install and use. In addition, the receiver 30 which is a receiving apparatus different from the above is equipped in the cab of the passing train.
[0016]
At the construction site, an operator performs work such as track maintenance work, but when a train approaches the point A where the transmission apparatus 1 is installed, vibration is generated, so the vibration sensor S detects this. The recording / reproducing apparatus 12 and the transmission unit 13 are activated by this detection signal. Since two vibration sensors S1 and S2 are arranged at an appropriate interval, a time difference, a difference in vibration magnitude, etc. occur in the detection of both, but this data is analyzed by the controller, and the sound corresponding to the result is analyzed. An alarm (message) is transmitted as an alarm signal. For example, “Now the train is passing through point A. Please immediately evacuate construction personnel at point B”.
[0017]
On the other hand, at the construction site at point B, when the receiving device 2 installed in the vicinity of the construction site receives the alarm signal, the message is broadcasted by the speaker 24 immediately. For this reason, nearby workers can evacuate quickly. Since the alarm is broadcast as a voice message, the worker can immediately understand the contents. In addition, since the train driver can also hear this voice alarm at the receiver 30, the contents of the message can be confirmed, and a cautionary operation (such as slow driving if necessary) can be performed.
[0018]
Since this train approach warning device is composed of a combination of the vibration sensor S, the recording / reproducing device 12, the wireless transmitter / receiver 1, 2, and the broadcasting unit (amplifier, speaker, etc.), the configuration and installation are simple. is there. Both the transmitting device 1 and the receiving device 2 including the sensors need only be placed beside the track.
[0019]
Since the train approach information can be automatically detected and reported, a warning can be reliably issued. In addition, since the notification is directly sent / received as a voice message, the information is immediately transmitted to the worker, so that the information can be quickly evacuated.
[0020]
Furthermore, by placing the receiver in the train, the train driver passing through the vicinity can grasp the information on the work place and can be operated with caution. In addition, since it has a recording function, when the work source is changed, the warning message can be easily changed, which is excellent in adaptability. In the illustrated example, since the recording / playback device 12 is provided on the transmitting device 1 side, there is an advantage that it can be received and broadcast by a simple receiving device, but in some cases, on the transmitting device side. Alternatively, a recording / playback device 12 may be provided on the receiving device 2 side, and an appropriate voice message may be broadcast based on the detection signal from the transmitting device 1.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above explanation, the train approach alarm device according to the present invention automatically detects that the train is approaching the track construction site and issues an alarm as a voice message. Can approach and can evacuate quickly. Since the approach of the train is detected by the vibration sensor, it can be reliably detected regardless of the weather or time. In addition, since a warning of a pre-recorded voice message is broadcast based on the detection result of the vibration sensor, it is easy for the operator to confirm the alarm content and quick evacuation is possible. It should be noted that by providing a similar receiving device in the train, the driver can grasp the information on the construction site and can perform cautionary operation.
