Abstract
Description
【0001】

The performance of the automatic ticket gate device is improved, and the ticket gate processing is sufficiently performed even at the ticket gate where the automatic ticket gate device is independent, that is, the clerk is not arranged. The number of high-performance automatic ticket gates has increased, the number of staff at the ticket gate has decreased, and unmanned stations and unmanned corners can now be seen more frequently.
[0003]
However, even though the performance of the automatic ticket gate device is improved, the automatic ticket gate device sometimes generates an abnormality. In other words, in response to an abnormality in an automatic ticket gate at an unmanned station or corner, an attendant needs to bother to go to the unmanned station or corner to deal with the abnormality. Under such circumstances, an automatic ticket gate apparatus equipped with a CCD camera is currently being developed (for example, see Patent Document 1). The purpose of the CCD camera is to display the state of the automatic ticket gate. An image photographed by the CCD camera is displayed on a monitoring board corresponding to a higher rank of the automatic ticket gate. The attendant can check the state of the automatic ticket gate by checking the monitoring panel while staying at the window. As a result, in response to an abnormality in the automatic ticket gate installed in an unmanned station or in an unmanned corner, an attendant can check the state of the automatic ticket gate in which an abnormality has occurred and then go to the automatic ticket gate in which the abnormality has occurred. . In other words, preparations are made for dealing with abnormalities before proceeding to treatment.
[0004]
In addition, by installing a CCD camera, it is possible to monitor a station that has finished a day's work (station after the last train), for example, a station at midnight. At midnight, some people mischief (throwing foreign objects into the slot, pouring juice, etc.) into the automatic ticket gates, and others try to forcibly enter the station. Such fraud can be prevented by monitoring with a CCD camera.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, monitoring by the CCD camera requires a staff member who monitors the video imaged by the CCD camera. When an attendant monitors images taken with a CCD camera throughout the day, the burden on the attendant is extremely heavy. Also, if all the images taken by the CCD camera are to be recorded, a huge amount of memory is required. Even if all the images shot by the CCD camera are recorded, the work burden of finding an abnormality or an illegal act from the recorded images is extremely heavy.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide an automatic ticket gate apparatus, a monitoring system, and a monitoring method that have been made in view of the circumstances as described above and that are excellent in monitoring efficiency.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems and achieve the object, an automatic ticket gate apparatus, a monitoring system, and a monitoring method of the present invention are configured as follows.
[0009]
(1) A monitoring system according to the present invention includes a photographing means for photographing a video, a first storage means for storing video data photographed by the photographing means, a detecting means for detecting a change in the state of a monitoring target, And second storage means for storing video data of a predetermined time period out of the video data stored in the first storage means with reference to the timing at which the change in state by the detection means is detected.
[0010]
(2) The present invention is an automatic ticket gate that reads information recorded on a ticket medium and executes a ticket gate process based on the read information, and a photographing means for photographing a video and a person approaching the automatic ticket gate And detecting means for detecting a moving object that has entered a passage formed along the automatic ticket gate, and start and stop of the image capturing operation by the imaging means based on detection of the moving object by the detecting means And a control means for controlling.
[0011]
(3) According to the monitoring method of the present invention, based on the detection of a person approaching the automatic ticket gate device, video recording is started by a monitoring camera that monitors the automatic ticket gate device, and the detected person leaves the automatic ticket gate device. Based on the detection of the image, the video shooting by the monitoring camera is stopped.

[0037]
When video is always recorded by the surveillance camera C for 24 hours, a huge amount of memory is required. That is, it is difficult to continuously record video for several days. Therefore, in the present invention, the timing for starting recording is found and only the necessary video is stored. The video that needs to be recorded is, for example, a video of a person who tries to mischief the automatic ticket gate device or a person who tries to break through the automatic ticket gate device after the last train at an unmanned station or corner.

That is, by looking at the video data file captured in the video data memory M2, it is possible to confirm the cause of the abnormality, for example, what kind of ticket the passenger has inserted and how it has been done after the insertion. In addition, many passengers forget to take a commuter pass or ticket released from the automatic
[0049]
When all the video data continuously shot by the surveillance camera is saved as in the prior art, it is not easy to search for a necessary scene from the saved video data. In addition, in order to save all the video data continuously photographed by the surveillance camera, a huge amount of memory is required in advance. According to the present invention, the above two problems can be solved. That is, if there is a memory having a capacity capable of storing video data for a certain time, only a video of a necessary scene (when an abnormality occurs) is captured as one file.
