【従来の技術】
従来のケーキ箱は、図９に示すように、折り目（２）に沿って内側に折り曲げ挿入溝（１１）に引っ掛け片（８）を差し込み、ケーキ箱を組立、ケーキを運び保管を目的としていた為、ケーキ受け皿は市販の紙皿か食器皿を使用していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のケーキ箱は、ケーキを取り出した後ゴミとして捨てられていた。
そこで、この発明は、ケーキ箱の蓋と側（６）をケーキ受け皿（３）に利用することで、市販の紙皿又は食器皿を使用し、その後食器皿を洗ったりするムダをなくすことを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上の課題を解決するために、請求項１の発明は、ケーキ箱の蓋と側（６）をケーキ受け皿（３）に利用することを特徴とするケーキ箱。
また、請求項２の発明は、ケーキ箱の蓋と側（６）をケーキ受け皿（３）に利用する為、蓋と側（６）にミシン目（１）を設ける事により、ミシン目に沿って素手又はハサミでカットしケーキ受け皿（３）として利用することを特徴とする受け皿付ケーキ箱である。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明の実施形態を、図２、３、７、に示す。
図３に示す蓋と側の内側にはケーキ受け皿（３）の型にカットライン（１３）を入れ、外側にこれと同じ位置に図２のミシン目（１）を設けるが、ミシン目（１）をつたって外からゴミが内へ入ってくるのを防ぐ為、ミシン目（１）は図７の示すように内側まで貫通させずに入れる。

【実施例】
この実施形態によれば、ケーキ箱の蓋と側（６）をケーキ受け皿（３）の型に素手又はハサミでカットできる。

【他の実施例】
図７の実施形態によれば、カットはミシン目であったが、他の実施形態図８ではミシン目（１）の目を長くするか、すべてカットし図８（１）補強のため表紙（１２）を張り素手でカットすることができれば良い。

本発明のケーキ受け皿の型は色々な形状に出来、図４もその一つである、図４のカットラインは複雑であるが分割数字（５）でカットすれば分割数のケーキ皿がとれる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、この発明によれば、ケーキ箱の蓋と側（６）をケーキ受け皿に利用できる。

また、従来では食器皿を使用した場合、食器皿を洗うため洗剤や水を使っていたが、ケーキ箱の蓋と側（６）をケーキ受け皿（３）に利用することで、洗剤や水を使わなくてすむので環境に良い発明である。
