【0001】

[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In the present invention, a pot-shaped cooker that can be used alone as a pot, and a lid-shaped cooker that can be used alone as a frying pan, and these cookers alone or these cookers and another housed inside thereof A combined cooker for cooking food inside with a cooking vessel or cooking utensil, wherein the pot-like cooker and the lid-like cooker have open end shapes that engage with each other, and are continuous with one inner peripheral edge of the opening. Alternatively, a step portion is provided discontinuously, and an engagement piece engaged with the inner peripheral surface of the opening from the step portion to the opening end is continuously or discontinuously provided on the other opening peripheral edge, and Since the step portion is formed with a gap for holding the peripheral portion of the another cooking container or the cooking utensil inside the composite cooking device, it is possible to obtain a cooking device capable of performing various cooking methods. Can be.
[0014]
That is, the pot-shaped cooker and the lid-shaped cooker can be used independently as a pot and a frying pan, and by combining these cookers, the appropriate weight of the lid-shaped cooker and the open ends that engage with each other can be obtained. Due to the water sealing effect of the shape, it is possible to cook with only the water content of the ingredients, it is possible to cook in a short time, it is possible to cook on the fire, etc. By combining with a cooking vessel or cooking utensil, it becomes possible to perform another heating cooking which cannot be performed by a conventional waterless cooking pot.
[0015]
Since the pot-shaped cooker and the lid-shaped cooker according to the present invention are expected to have a water-less cooking pot-like effect, the material is preferably made of a thick material having good heat conductivity. For example, aluminum and its alloys, iron, stainless steel and its alloys, and laminates of different kinds of metals having a thickness of 3 mm or more and 5 mm or less are selected. In addition, if the thickness is less than 3 mm, the heat generated when the bottom of the pot-shaped cooker is heated does not spread to the entire cooker, and the waterless cooking pot-like effect obtained by heating the whole cooker so as to wrap it cannot be expected. If the thickness is more than 5 mm, the weight of the entire cooker becomes too heavy and the handling is not easy.
[0016]
The shape of the pot-shaped cooker and the lid-shaped cooker in the present invention is not a problem as long as the shape is a so-called "pan" or "frying pan", even if its planar shape is circular, elliptical, rounded square, or the like. There is no. However, most of the heating stoves have circular flames. Therefore, it is preferable that the flat shape is circular, because heat unevenness is less likely to occur, and a good waterless cooking pot-like effect is expected. it can.
[0017]
The inner surfaces of the pot-shaped cooker and the lid-shaped cooker according to the present invention have no problem even if they are made of a metal material, but preferably are not easily scorched when covered with a fluororesin film, and are well-maintained. become. In addition, when combined with another cooking container or cooking utensil housed therein, there is an advantage by coating the inner surface with a fluororesin coating, which will be described in detail later.
[0018]
Another cooking container or cooking utensil stored inside the composite cooker according to the present invention is provided continuously or discontinuously at the opening inner peripheral portion of one of the pot-like cooker and the lid-like cooker. Another gap is formed by the gap formed between the stepped portion and the top of the engaging piece continuously or discontinuously protruding from the other opening edge of the pot-shaped cooker and the lid-shaped cooker. The periphery of the cooking vessel or utensil is held. This ensures that another cooking container or cooking utensil having a peripheral portion formed therein is held in the composite cooker.
[0019]
The cooking container according to the present invention includes a flange portion that is discontinuously engaged with the stepped portion in the circumferential direction, and a steam passage from the pot-shaped cooker to the lid-shaped cooker is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the cooking container by the flange portion. It is secured and the bottom of the cooking vessel is held apart from the bottom of the pan-shaped cooker. More specifically, each of the substantially rectangular four corners has a planar shape in which a flange portion that can be engaged with the step portion is formed, and the passage is formed by the substantially rectangular four sides and the inner wall of the cooker. The container to be formed is mentioned.
[0020]
That is, since the portions other than the four corner flanges are secured as steam passages from the pan-shaped cooker to the lid-shaped cooker, water is poured into the pan-shaped cooker so that the bottom surface of the cooking container is not immersed in the pan-shaped cooker. When the bottom of the pan-shaped cooker is heated with a stove or the like with the lid closed, the generated steam convects in the cooker through a passage between the circular wall surface of the cooker and the four sides of the cooking vessel. In addition, the temperature of the steam is hardly lowered due to good heat conduction in the entire cooker, and high-temperature steam (so-called dry steam) is caused to flow, so that even if the frozen food is thawed or heated, it is finished with a sticky taste.
[0021]
Further, if the inner surface of the cooking device, particularly the inner surface of the lid-shaped cooking device, is coated with a fluororesin film, even if the vapor condenses, small water droplets will not fall down on the ceiling surface. This is presumably because the water repellency of the fluororesin coating caused adjacent small water droplets to not reach each other and no water droplets to grow. Further, it is considered that heat is transmitted to the lid portion in response to the heating, and the water droplets on the ceiling surface evaporate together with the condensed water, and as a result, the water droplets on the ceiling surface do not fall. Further, water droplets condensed on the side wall portion flow down along the wall surface due to the water repellency of the fluororesin coating. Water sealing is performed on the water droplets flowing down and the opening where the lid-shaped cooker and the pot-shaped cooker engage. The steam generated inside eventually pushes up and escapes outward. At this time, the inside of the engaging opening is kept at a uniform high temperature state by the water sealing effect, and the effect of shortening the steaming time is also exhibited.
[0022]
In addition, the cooking container of the present invention preferably includes a plurality of handles fixed at axially symmetric positions of the peripheral edge portion, and when the handles cover the lid-shaped cooker, the handles come into contact with the inner top surface of the lid-shaped cooker. Since it has an unrestricted height, steam cooking is possible even when it is stored inside the cooker, and it is convenient to take out food when cooking is completed.
[0023]
The cooking utensil according to the present invention includes a peripheral portion that engages continuously or discontinuously in the circumferential direction of the stepped portion. Inside the peripheral portion, steam or a steam from the pot-shaped cooker to the lid-shaped cooker is provided. A perforated holding plate is provided for securing a passage for smoking and for holding the object to be cooked away from the bottom surface of the pot-shaped cooker. More specifically, a tool made of a net having a frame member which engages with a stepped portion on a peripheral edge portion is exemplified.
[0024]
That is, because of the net, it is secured as a passage for steam or smoke from the pot-like cooker to the lid-like cooker. Therefore, when water is poured into the bottom surface of one of the pan-shaped cooker and the lid-shaped cooker, the net on which the food is placed is placed and the other is covered, and heated with a stove or the like, the generated steam passes through the stitches and passes through the cooker. Convection inside. In addition, the temperature of the steam is hardly lowered due to good heat conduction, and high-temperature steam (so-called dry steam) is conducted throughout the cooker.
[0025]
In the case of simple smoking (hot smoking), place a chip for smoking on the bottom of the pan-shaped cooker, put a net with food on it, cover the cooker with a lid, and cook on a stove etc. Heat and smoke the chips to smoke and then smoke for 10-15 minutes while controlling the smoke. Further, if the inner surface of the cooking device, particularly the inner surface of the lid-shaped cooking device, is covered with a fluororesin coating, it is convenient to remove dirt or the like after smoking is finished.
[0026]
The lid according to the present invention includes an outer shape that is inserted into an opening inner peripheral surface from a step portion provided at an opening inner peripheral portion of one of the pot-shaped cooker and the lid-shaped cooker to an opening edge, A protruding piece that engages with the inside of an engaging piece that is continuously or discontinuously protruded from the other opening peripheral portion of the pot-shaped cooker or the lid-shaped cooker is formed continuously or discontinuously in the circumferential direction. Have been.
[0027]
Therefore, when each of the pot-shaped cooker and the lid-shaped cooker is used alone, the opening of any cooker can be covered. In addition, if the peripheral part mounted on the step part of the lid of the present invention is formed to be thinner than the gap formed between the step part and the top part of the engaging piece, the pot-shaped cooker and the lid-shaped It can also be used as an inner lid that covers between the cooker.
[0028]
These pot-like cookers, lid-like cookers, cooking containers, cooking utensils, and inner lids may be purchased as one pot set, and at least a pot-like cooker, a lid-like cooker, May be purchased as a set, and other cooking containers, cooking utensils, and inner lids may be separately purchased as options.
[0029]
In addition, another cooking container or cooking utensil stored therein includes a step portion provided continuously or discontinuously at an inner peripheral portion of one of the openings of the pot-shaped cooker and the lid-shaped cooker, and a pot. A configuration in which the peripheral portion is held by a gap formed between the top of an engaging piece continuously or discontinuously protruding from an opening peripheral portion of the other of the open cooker and the lid-like cooker. Anything is possible, and there is still room for improvement. Therefore, as long as the configuration of the peripheral portion is held in the gap, an improved cooking container or cooking utensil can be stored in the future, and it is possible to purchase these later.

Embodiment 1 FIG. Steam cooker 1
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a configuration of an embodiment in which a combined cooking device and a cooking container according to the present invention are combined. FIG. 2 is a plan view showing a state where the lid cooker of FIG. 1 is removed. FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing a configuration of a main part of FIG. FIG. 4 is a sectional view showing the state of use of FIG. In this embodiment, the combination is mainly for steam cooking, and the opening of the combined cooker including the pot-like cooker 10 that can be used alone as a pot and the lid-like cooker 20 that can be used alone as a frying pan The flanges 32 at the four corners of the cooking container 30 are held and stored.
[0031]
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the pot-shaped cooker main body 11 that can be used alone as a pot is made of a 3.5 mm-thick aluminum alloy, has a flat circular bottom, and has a flat-bottomed main body. A long handle 12 and a short handle 13 are attached to a position opposite to the long handle 12, and a water level line 14 is formed inside. The inner surface of the pot-shaped cooker main body 11 is coated with a fluororesin film.
[0032]
The lid-shaped cooker main body 21 which can be turned over and used as a normal frying pan is also made of a 3.5 mm-thick aluminum alloy, has an open end shape that engages with the open end of the pan-shaped cooker main body 11, and has a flat circular shape. It has a flat-bottomed body 21 outer shape, and a long handle 22 is formed outside the lid-shaped cooker body 21. The inner surface of the lid-shaped cooker main body 21 is also coated with a fluororesin film.
[0033]
The cooking container main body 31 housed inside the cooking device including the pot-shaped cooking device 10 and the lid-shaped cooking device 20 is a container having a substantially rectangular flat surface and having no through holes penetrating the front and back sides, and having flange portions at four corners. 32 are formed. In addition, a handle 34 for taking out the container body 31 is formed upward on two opposite sides of the four side portion 33. The handle 34 has a height such that it does not come into contact with the inner top surface of the lid-shaped cooker main body 21 when the lid-shaped cooker main body 21 is put thereon. When the depth of the container main body 31 is held by the pan-shaped cooker, the bottom surface is located above the water level line 14. The upper and lower surfaces of the cooking device main body 31 are also coated with a fluororesin coating.
[0034]
As shown in detail in FIG. 3, the holding of the cooking container 30 in the cooking device is performed by continuously providing a step portion 15 on the inner peripheral edge of the opening of the cooking device main body 11. The lid-shaped cooking device main body 21 having an opening end shape that engages with the opening edge shape has an engagement piece 25 that fits loosely on the opening inner peripheral surface 16 from the step portion 15 to the opening end. Are continuously protruded over the entire circumference. In addition, the step portion 15 and the engagement piece 25 are provided continuously over the entire circumference, but may be provided discontinuously by cutting out a part thereof. However, in consideration of the hermeticity between the pot-shaped cooker main body 11 and the lid-shaped cooker main body 21, it is preferable to be provided continuously over the entire circumference.
[0035]
The projecting height of the lid-shaped cooker main body 21 up to the top of the engagement piece 25 is smaller than the height of the opening inner peripheral surface 16 extending from the step portion 15 of the pot-shaped cooker main body 11 to the open end. It is formed short. Therefore, a gap 17 of about 1 to 2 mm is formed over the entire circumference between the step portion 15 and the top of the engagement piece 25. On the other hand, the flange portions 32 formed at the four corners of the cooking vessel main body 31 have an outer shape that can be inserted along the opening inner peripheral surface 16 of the lid-shaped cooking appliance main body 21, and the lid-shaped cooking appliance main body 21 Has an outer shape that can be caught by the step portion 15. The thickness of the flange 32 is smaller than the gap 17. For this reason, the cooking container 30 is reliably held in the combined cooking device including the pot-shaped cooking device 10 and the lid-shaped cooking device 20.
[0036]
Since the four sides 33 of the substantially rectangular cooking vessel main body 31 and the inner surface of the circular pot-shaped cooker 10 have an irregular planar shape, the four sides 33 and the inner surface of the pot-shaped cooker main body 11 are combined. The formed four gaps are formed. These four gaps are secured as a steam passage 35 from the pot-shaped cooker 10 to the lid-shaped cooker 20.
[0037]
As shown in FIG. 4, water is placed below the water level line 14 in the pot-shaped cooker 10, and a cooking container 30 on which foods such as chawanmushi or frozen green soybeans are placed is set. Put it on and put it on the stove. The generated steam convects in the cooking device through the passage 35. In addition, the entire composite cooker composed of the pot-like cooker 10 and the lid-like cooker 20 does not easily lower the temperature of steam due to good heat conduction, so that high-temperature steam flows through the cooker, and is used for thawing and heating frozen food. It is delicious without stickiness.
[0038]
Further, the inner surfaces of the pot-like cooker 10 and the lid-like cooker 20 are coated with a fluororesin coating. As a result, even if the steam condenses, small water droplets do not fall while reaching the ceiling surface. In addition, the generated steam eventually pushes up the opening where the lid-shaped cooker 20 and the pot-shaped cooker 10 engage, and escapes outward. At this time, the inside of the engagement opening is kept at a uniform high temperature state by the water sealing effect, and the steaming time is also reduced. Although it is possible to cook on the open fire with the structure of this embodiment, the heat resistance of the fluororesin coating is about 260 ° C., so that heating at a temperature not exceeding 260 ° C. is possible.
[0039]
Embodiment 2. FIG. Simple smoke cooker, steam cooker 2
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a configuration of a main part of an embodiment in which the composite cooker and the cooking utensil of the present invention are combined. FIG. 6 is a plan view showing a state where the lid-shaped cooker in the embodiment of FIG. 5 is removed. FIG. 7 is a sectional view showing the use state of FIG. FIG. 8 is a sectional view showing another use state of FIG. In the present embodiment, a combination of simple smoked cooking and steamed cooking is performed, and a frame member 52 around the net 50 is provided as a cooking tool in an opening of a combined cooking device including the pot-shaped cooking device 10 and the lid-shaped cooking device 20. Is held and stored.
[0040]
The composite cooker including the pot-like cooker 10 and the lid-like cooker 20 is the same as that shown in the first embodiment, and the description is omitted. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the net 50 as a cooking utensil has a circular frame shape that can be inserted along the opening inner peripheral surface 16 of the lid-shaped cooker main body 21, and has a lid-shaped cooker. The main body 21 has a circular frame shape that is hooked on the step portion 15. The thickness of the main body 51 and the frame 52 of the net 50 is thinner than the gap 17. For this reason, the net 50 is securely held in the combined cooking device including the cooking device 10 and the cooking device 20. Further, the mesh structure of the net body 51 is secured as a passage 55 for smoke or steam from the pot-shaped cooker 10 to the lid-shaped cooker 20.
[0041]
As shown in FIG. 7, a chip 71 for smoking is placed in the pot-shaped cooker 10, and a net 50 on which foods such as cheese and meat pieces to be smoked are placed is set. Put it on and put it on the stove. The generated smoke passes through the stitched passage 55 and fills the inside of the cooking device, so that simple smoking can be performed.
[0042]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, by turning the composite cooking container upside down, it can be used for steaming dishes. Water is poured into the lid-shaped cooker 20, a net 50 on which foods such as teacup steamed and frozen green soybeans are placed is set. The generated steam convects in the cooking device through the passage 55 of the stitch. In addition, the entire composite cooker including the lid-like cooker 20 and the pot-like cooker 10 has good heat conduction, so that the temperature of the steam does not easily fall, and high-temperature steam flows through the cooker. It is delicious without stickiness.
[0043]
Further, the inner surfaces of the pot-like cooker 10 and the lid-like cooker 20 are coated with a fluororesin coating. This makes it easy to wash after smoking, and in steam cooking, even if steam condenses, small water droplets do not fall on the ceiling surface and fall hardly on the food surface. Same as Example 1. Further, the effect of keeping the inside in a uniform high temperature state and shortening the steaming time by the water sealing effect in steamed dishes is also the same as that of the first embodiment.
[0044]
Embodiment 3 FIG. Cooking device with inner lid
FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing a configuration of a main part of an embodiment in which the composite cooking device of the present invention and the inner lid are combined. FIG. 10 is a sectional view showing the use state of FIG. In the present embodiment, the combination is for cooking rice and the like, and is stored while holding the peripheral member 92 of the inner lid 90 in the opening of the composite cooker including the pot-like cooker 10 and the lid-like cooker 20.
[0045]
The composite cooker including the pot-like cooker 10 and the lid-like cooker 20 is the same as that shown in the first and second embodiments, and the description is omitted. As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the inner lid 90 has a circular outer periphery that gently fits into the inner peripheral surface 16 of the opening from the step 15 provided at the inner peripheral edge of the opening of the pot-shaped cooker body 11 to the opening end. A projection piece having the shape 91 and engaging with both the opening inner peripheral surface 28 of the lid-shaped cooker main body 21 and the step inner peripheral surface 18 extending from the side wall surface of the pot-shaped cooker main body 11 to the step 15. 93 are formed continuously along the periphery. The thickness of the peripheral member 92 extending from the projecting piece 93 of the inner lid 90 to the outer periphery is smaller than the gap 17. For this reason, the inner lid 90 is reliably held in the combined cooker including the pan-shaped cooker 10 and the lid-shaped cooker 20.
[0046]
As shown in FIG. 10, a prescribed amount of the polished rice and water is put in the pot-shaped cooker 10, the inner lid 90 is set, the lid-shaped cooker 20 is covered, and the stove is set on the stove. Cook while adjusting the heat in the same way as regular rice. Heat is applied from the entire cooker, and the moderate weight of the lid-like cooker 20 and the inner lid 90 causes the cooked rice to be cooked.
[0047]
Embodiment 4. FIG. Other cookers
