Abstract
【解決手段】心臓の中隔壁の卵円窩のところで手技を行う方法であって、心臓の中隔壁(105 )を識別する段階と、中隔壁の卵円窩(107 )を識別する段階と、卵円窩のところで一箇所をタグ付けする段階と、貫通ルーメン(122a)及び遠位開口端部(126 )を備えた本体(120a)を有するシース(120 )を用意する段階とを有する。本体は、その遠位端部のところに位置センサ(128 )を更に有し、位置センサは、本体遠位端部のロケーションを表す信号を発生する。位置センサを用いてシースをタグ付け箇所のところの卵円窩までナビゲートする。穿通器具で卵円窩のタグ付け箇所を穿刺する。

Description
(1)イメージング装置を用いて卵円窩を識別する段階を更に有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
(2)透視検査イメージング法を用いて卵円窩を識別する段階を更に有していることを特徴とする上記実施形態(1)記載の方法。
(3)血管形成術を利用して卵円窩を識別する段階を更に有していることを特徴とする上記実施形態(1)記載の方法。
(4)超音波イメージングを用いて卵円窩を識別する段階を更に有していることを特徴とする上記実施形態(1)記載の方法。
(5)超音波イメージングのために経食道心エコー検査法を利用する段階を更に有していることを特徴とする上記実施形態(4)記載の方法。
(7)心臓内の解剖学的目印を利用して卵円窩を識別する段階を更に有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
(8)電気解剖学的マッピングを利用して卵円窩を識別する段階を更に有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
(9)前記箇所のロケーション座標を識別することにより卵円窩のところの前記箇所をタグ付けする段階を更に有していることを特徴とする上記実施形態(8)記載の方法。
(10)位置センサを用いて前記箇所のロケーション座標を決定する段階を更に有していることを特徴とする上記実施形態(9)記載の方法。
(12)前記箇所に関する向き座標を識別する段階を更に有していることを特徴とする上記実施形態(11)記載の方法。
(13)タグ付け箇所を電気解剖学的マップ上に表示する段階を更に有していることを特徴とする上記実施形態(9)記載の方法。
(14)物理的タグで卵円窩のところの前記箇所をタグ付けする段階を更に有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
(15)活性タグを用いて卵円窩のところの前記箇所をタグ付けする段階を更に有していることを特徴とする上記実施形態(14)記載の方法。
(17)タグ付け箇所のところで卵円窩を穿孔する段階を更に有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
(18)穿通器具をシースのルーメン及び遠位端部中に通すことによりタグ付け箇所のところで卵円窩を穿孔する段階を更に有していることを特徴とする上記実施形態(17)記載の方法。
(19)穿通器具をシースから抜去する段階を更に有していることを特徴とする上記実施形態(18)記載の方法。
(20)補助器具をシース及び穿孔箇所中に通して心臓の左心房内へ入れる段階を更に有していることを特徴とする上記実施形態(19)記載の方法。
(21)補助器具で左心房内における診断手技を行う段階を更に有していることを特徴とする上記実施形態(20)記載の方法。
(22)補助器具で左心房内における治療手技を行う段階を更に有していることを特徴とする上記実施形態(20)記載の方法。

Claims (1)
- 心臓の中隔壁の卵円窩のところで手技を行う方法であって、心臓の中隔壁を識別する段階と、中隔壁の卵円窩を識別する段階と、卵円窩のところで一箇所をタグ付けする段階と、本体を有するシースを用意する段階とを有し、本体は、本体を貫通して延びるルーメン及び本体の遠位端部のところに位置する開口端部を有し、本体は、本体の遠位端部のところに位置する位置センサを更に有し、位置センサは、本体の遠位端部のロケーションを表す信号を発生し、前記方法は、位置センサを用いてシースをタグ付け箇所のところの卵円窩までナビゲートする段階を更に有していることを特徴とする方法。
