Description

【0001】

[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-252717
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the conventional control panel, the casing 11 is manufactured in advance, and the assembling work of parts and the electric wiring work are performed in a state where the casing 11 is upright. For this reason, the worker has to work in a narrow environment with his or her arm and body inside the housing 11 and also has to work alone by himself throughout the work, which is poor in workability. In addition, the work of mounting and wiring components on the upper part of the housing 11 is performed at a high place using a stepladder or a step platform, which is dangerous. Further, the work below the housing 11 is performed while bending or waisting, which places a physical burden on the worker. Further, if the housing 11 and the panel 13 are not prepared at the same time in the process, the production of the control panel does not proceed, so that the production efficiency is poor.
[0006]
Next, when manufacturing the housing 11 by a method of welding steel materials, when the production amount is large, it is necessary to secure a lot of storage sites before the production is started. Must be implemented. Further, in the transportation process from the manufacturing factory of the housing 11 to the assembly work site, defects such as distortion and scratches may occur on the outer skin of the housing 11.
