本発明は遊技機、例えばパチンコ機等の遊技を制御する遊技制御基板のセキュリティー監視並びに遊技状況監視機構に関する。

【従来の技術】
例えばパチンコ機は風俗営業法の遊技規則でその遊技内容が規制されている。遊技機は前もって公安委員会の指定機関で検査を受け、検定に合格した遊技機が遊技ホールで設置可能となり、更に遊技場ホールに設置されたパチンコ機は公安委員会の設置基準に合致しているか、遊技制御基板を収容するケースの封印カシメ及び封印シールに異常がないか等、所轄警察署の検査に合格しなければ遊技場ホールでの営業が行えないシステムになっている。
ところで近年パチンコ機の電子化、図柄表現が大きく進歩し、ゲームの興趣が飛躍的に向上したが、一方で電子化に伴う不正行為も増え、遊技場ホールやホール経営者が多大の損害を蒙る例も見られる。悪質な不正行為の中には出玉が多く発生する裏ロムを用いるものがあり、夜間のホール電源遮断時に、パチンコ機遊技制御基板に設けられる正規ロムを裏ロムと不正に交換し、営業時間中に出玉を増やすものである。

この不正予防策として、パチンコ機の遊技制御ROMが装着されている遊技制御基板を、外部から視認容易な透明材料で形成した封印ケースに収納し、パチンコ機の扉を開けて見るだけで直ちに遊技制御基板及び基板ROMが正常かどうかを容易に視認できるようにし、また上記基板を収納した透明な基板ケースを通常は開封不可能にカシメ封印する事によって、封印部を破壊又はケースを破壊しなければ基板及びROMを触れず、不正行為を防止する技術が考え出され、実用化されている。この場合の正規の基板メンテナンス作業は、封印部を破壊してケースを開き、メンテ終了後別の封印部を封印カシメて封印履歴を残しておくことで正規メンテナンスに対処している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記した従来の不正防止技術即ち、遊技制御を行ったり賞球払出し制御を行ったりする基板及び遊技制御ROMを透明な封印ケースに収納して、基板及びROMが正常かどうか目視確認できるようにし、また収納ケースをカシメ封印しこのカシメ封印及び封印破壊の履歴を記録管理する不正防止の技術は優れたものである。
しかしながらケースを壊さずまたケースのカシメ封印を壊さずに、正規の基板が封印されたケースを、ケースごとパチンコ機体取付部から外され、不正な裏ROM付きの不正な遊技基板と交換される場合がある。この場合は従来のケースを開いてROMのみ交換するのでなく、ケースを取り外して基板ごと不正な基板又は不正基板を収納した不正基板ケースと交換されるため、基板収納ケースにカシメ封印がなされていても何ら関係が無く、また不正があった証拠も残らず、問題があった。
本発明は上記のケースごと不正交換されるような不正行為に対処し、ホール内電源が遮断された夜間の場合に行われた場合であっても、不正行為を感知し監視できる遊技機の基板不正監視装置を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項1の発明は、遊技機を制御するROMを設けた遊技制御基板と、該遊技制御基板を収納し通常は開封不可能に封印した透明材料からなる基板ケースと、該基板ケースを遊技機体取付板に固定した遊技機において、
前記遊技機体取付板と基板ケースとの固定を外さなければ触れない位置に、距離が変化すると感知するセンサーと該センサーに接続した送信機を設け、前記センサーが取付板とケース間の移動を感知すると前記送信機がこの感知信号を遊技機の外部へ送信することを特徴とする遊技機の基板不正監視装置である。

本発明は上記の構成であるから、遊技制御や払出制御基板がケース丸ごとパチンコ機等遊技機から外されると、センサーが働いて不正交換があったことを外部、例えばホール統括事務所やセキュリティー管理会社等の情報処理装置に報知される。また送信機を遮断してからケースを外そうと試みても、送信機が機体取付部と基板ケースとの固定部内に装着されており、先に送信機を外したり送信機電源を遮断したりする事が出来ない。このため必ず先にケースと取付板との固定センサーが、取付板からのケースの移動変化を感知し、外部に不正なケース取外し行為を報知される。このため基板ケース丸ごと不正に交換される不正行為が防止される。尚、上記において、センサーの感知信号によって報知するランプやブザー等を遊技機に設け、上記の送信機による報知と共に遊技機体やホール事務所等にも報知するよう設けることも可能である。

本発明は上記の構成であるから、遊技機体取付板に前記基板ケースを固定した状態で基板ケースの封印カシメを解いても、基板ケースを開くことが出来ず、従ってケースを破壊しない限りケースから基板を取出すことが出来ず、従って必ず機体取付板から基板ケースが外される。固定部材は封印カシメ部を覆う固定帯でもよく、ケース全体を覆う固定板でもよい。この機体取付板からケースが外される際に上記のセンサーがケースの移動変化を感知し、送信機から不正感知信号が送信され、不正が報知される。

上記の構成によって、例えばパチンコ機の遊技情報は通常、遊技制御基板から遊技場ホールコンピュータへパチンコ機裏面の情報端子を経由して送られている。本発明の送信機にこの遊技情報信号を取り込み、送信機によってリアルタイムで遊技情報を送信出来る。例えば多数のホール管理事務所やセキュリティー管理会社の情報処理装置ホストコンピュータに送信する事が出来、前記不正状況監視の他、パチンコ機台別の遊技状況監視並びに管理が行える。従って遊技機毎の詳細な使用状況、出玉管理等、遠隔地にあっても統括管理できる。遊技情報は例えば遊技制御回路からホールコンピュータへ送られるゲーム中のスタート信号、大当たり信号等の遊技情報信号が選択される。

本発明の請求項6の発明は、前記送信機は、夜間の遊技場電源遮断中は昼間充電された送信機の電池で送信することを特徴とする遊技機の基板不正監視装置である。
上記の構成によって、夜間の遊技場ホールの電源ブレーカが遮断中であっても、送信機はホール電源とは関係なく通電状態にあり、電源遮断時の夜間の不正行為も監視できる。

本発明の請求項7の発明は、前記送信機はPHS公共通信回線網によって送受信されることを特徴とする遊技機の基板不正監視装置である。
上記において特にPHS通信回線を用いることが容易に行える。このPHS公共通信回線網を用いた場合、比較的多くのデータを短時間に通信でき、しかも送信機の位置データも得ることが出来るので、遊技場ホールを特定でき、遊技場毎の管理も容易に行える。
尚、情報を無線で送信できるものであればPHS公共通信回線の他無線送信出来るものであればよく、例えば携帯電話や他の短波無線送信機等の手段によって外部の情報処理装置へデータを送信してもよい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1は本発明の一実施例を示すパチンコ機10の前面で、プリペイドカードユニット01と一体化した斜視図である。パチンコ機10は箱状の外枠11を備えている。外枠11はホール内に設置された遊技島に固定される。外枠11には中枠12がヒンジ13で開閉自在に装着されている。また中枠12には前面扉14が開閉自在に装着されている。中枠12には遊技盤が収められており、遊技盤15には図示しない障碍釘、風車、入賞装置、液晶図柄表示装置等の役物が設けられている。中枠12,前面扉14の下部には上皿16その下に下皿17が設けられ、右下部には球発射レバーを内蔵した発射ハンドル18が設けられている。遊技盤15上に発射された遊技球が図示しない入賞装置に入賞すれと賞球が上皿16に払い出される。入賞が続き上皿16が満杯になると下皿17に放出される。

図2は図1の裏面を示す斜視図で、上部に球タンク20、タンクレール21があり、入賞があると球タンク20の遊技球が賞球払出装置22で所定の賞球数が切り出されて前面の上皿15に払い出される。30は遊技制御を行う主基板を内装した主基板ケースで、パチンコ機体と一体の中枠12に固定された機体取付板25に固定されている。
本実施例では主基板ケース30を対象に不正監視装置を設けたが、賞球払出装置22の賞球払出基板を内装した賞球払出基板ケース30’を対象に設けても良い。主基板ケース30内に装着した主基板33は、主基板33から図2の裏面各所に配置された各種装置を制御するための、賞球払出制御基板30b、図柄制御基板30c、発射制御基板30d、音声制御基板30e、ランプ制御基板30f等に接続しており、各基板は基板ケースに収納されており、パチンコ機全体の遊技制御が行われる。23はパチンコ機10で行われる遊技状況を遊技ホールコンピュータへ送るための盤用外部端子板23である。また24はパチンコ機10とプリペイドカードユニットとの接続ワイヤハーネス24である。

図3、図4は機体取付板25に取り付けた基板ケース30aの第1実施例を示す。基板ケース30aは透明なポリカーボネイト樹脂製の内ケース31aと外ケース32aで形成され、内部に遊技制御基板33を基板ビス穴34から内ケースのねじ穴35にビス止めしている。基板33の外部との電気接続コネクター36は基板の一端側に配置されており、コネクター36部分を除いて外ケース32aが内ケース31aに覆い被さり、外ケース32aの外側で外部と電気接続用のハーネスコネクターがコネクター36に装着される。内ケース31aに覆い被さった外ケース32aは、遊技機体に連結された機体取付板25に外ケース32aの係止片37が係止され、係止片37の一方が取付部26に、係止片37の他方がビス取付部41でビス42止め固定され、主基板33を覆う外ケース32aが機体取付板25に固定されている。

内ケース31aの裏面で機体取付板25との間には送信機50とセンサ51を設けてある。送信機50は例えばPHS携帯電話で、通常の遊技中は商用電源で作動すると共に送信機内の蓄電池にも充電されており、夜間の遊技場電源が遮断中は上記昼間に蓄電された電池でが作動する。ケースの移動感知センサ51は、例えば電気的又は機械的に隙間や距離が変わったら作動する形式のスイッチセンサが用いられる。送信機50とセンサ51は接続しており、センサ51が取付板25とケース30a間の移動を感知するとこの送信機50が外部の例えばセキュリティー会社の情報処理装置等へ送信する。送信機50への情報は上記センサ51の他、図2の盤用外部端子板23からホールコンピュータへ送られる遊技情報、例えば遊戯中のスタート信号、大当たり信号等の遊技情報信号を盤用外部端子板23から取り込んでリアルタイムに前記外部の情報処理装置へ送信してもよい。PHS公衆回線網を用いた送信機の場合は、データ送信後受信側で送信位置の情報も得ることができるので、これによって遊技機の不正監視及び遊技機情報管理が、遊技場ホール位置も特定して管理することができる。

内ケース31aと外ケース32aは図3、図4で示すように両端部側に設けたカシメ封印部38、39でロック封印される。このカシメ封印部は封印穴部38側から封印ねじ部39側に図5に示すロックビス40がねじ込まれてねじ止めされる。ロックビス40の頭部はドライバー締付け用溝形状に特徴があり、右回転締付けが可能で左回転弛み回しが不可能な頭部のドライバー溝形状になっている。カシメ封印部38、39には両側に各4個所の上記ロックビス止め部があり、両側各1個所ずつロックビス40でねじ止めされて使用される。
従って新品の状態から第1回目の基板33の保守メンテナンスが必要になったらこのロックビス止めされた封印穴部38と封印ねじ部39のリブ43、44をペンチ等で切断し、内ケース31a、外ケース32aを開いて基板33を取り出し、基板の保守を行い、保守終了後再度主基板ケース30a内に収納し、次のロックビス止め封印穴部と封印ねじ部にロックビス40をねじ込み、弛め不可能にロック封印される。従って新品の状態からケース30aを開き収納された基板33を保守等できるロック封印の回数は3回まで開閉封印が行えるようになっている。

【発明の効果】
上記の通り本発明の基板不正監視装置及び遊技機の基板ケースは、基板ケースがパチンコ機から外されると必ず不正行為があったことを外部へ報知する。この送信機を遮断して基板ケースを外そうしても、またケースを封印している封印カシメ部を解除してケースを開こうとしても、必ずセンサーが不正を感知し、外部に不正行為を報知する。このため基板ケース丸ごと不正に交換される不正行為が防止されるものである。
