【0004】

The safety stock of chemicals is the number of stocks that are expected to be sufficient to fulfill orders for a while in the future, and when ordering, add the order quantity to the current stock quantity. The quantity that satisfies the safety stock quantity is the order quantity. Specifically, the order quantity is obtained by subtracting the current stock quantity from the safety stock quantity. The replenishment point is a lower limit of inventory that is expected to be ordered promptly if the number of inventories decreases further, because there is a possibility that a recent order cannot be covered. The estimated number of days of consumption is day data indicating how many days to reach the replenishment point with the current number of stocks, as estimated from past orders.

Next, the hospital inventory order prediction processing by the third management computer 5 will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG. The inventory order prediction process is performed for each hospital medical bureau, which is a stock destination of medicines in a hospital. The inventory order prediction process is performed, for example, at night, when the daytime inventory order management process is completed.
[0049]
First, the third management computer 5 reads out the past consumption data from the hospital entrance /
[0050]
Specifically, first, the prediction model in the hospital medical office is determined by reading and analyzing the past consumption data in the hospital medical office to be predicted. For example, the following model can be considered as the prediction model.
・ Constant fluctuation model (consumption value does not greatly deviate from the constant average value).
A trend model (a model in which the consumption value always falls or rises over a long period with a slight deviation).
・ Seasonal model (a model in which consumption values periodically repeat the highest value or the lowest value that is far from the constant average value).
-Seasonal trend model (model in which the average consumption of the seasonal model continuously increases or decreases).
[0051]
The third management computer 5 analyzes the past consumption data to determine an optimal prediction model from these prediction models when predicting the consumption of the monitored drug in the hospital physician office. Then, a statistical coefficient is calculated based on the determined prediction model. By using a statistical method such as an exponential smoothing method based on the determined prediction model, the calculated various statisticians, and the latest consumption data, a future consumption prediction of the monitored drug in the hospital medical office is estimated (S301). FIG. 9 shows an example of the estimated future consumption of the monitoring target medicine.
