Abstract
Description
【0001】
【0004】
撮影技師は、病院施設内や放射線科内の診察情報を管理するHIS(Hospital Information System;病院情報システム)やRIS(Radiorogy Information System;放射線科情報システム)による撮影オーダ情報に基づき、病院施設内の放射線撮影室に予め設置された上記放射線撮影装置(以下、撮影室用撮影装置という。)

【0033】
携帯端末4は、例えば、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)であるが、ノート型PCなどであっても良い。
【0045】
表示部13は、図示しないLCD(Liquid Crystal Display)やCRT(Cathode Ray Tube)などの表示画面を備え、制御部11による表示制御信号に応じて各種表示用データを表示する。
【0046】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a medical image capturing system that captures a medical image such as a radiation image, and a medical image management method using the medical image capturing system.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Recently, a medical image capturing system including a radiation image capturing device such as a CR (Computed Radiography) device that acquires a radiation image widely used as a medical image as digital image data has been developed.
[0003]
The radiation imaging apparatus uses, for example, a radiation image conversion panel (hereinafter, referred to as an imaging plate) on which a stimulable phosphor layer is formed. The imaging plate accumulates radiation energy corresponding to the radiation transmittance of each part of the subject, and emits the accumulated radiation energy as fluorescence when irradiated with excitation light such as infrared rays. The optical signal due to the fluorescence is photoelectrically converted into a radiation image signal by a photoelectric converter such as a semiconductor. The radiation image thus obtained is visualized via a film or a display device after being subjected to image processing, or stored in a database together with patient information, and is used for various medical procedures.
[0004]
The radiographing technician manages medical information in the hospital facility and the radiology department based on the imaging order information by the HIS (Hospital Information System; Hospital Information System) and the RIS (Radiologic Information System; Radiology Information System). X-ray imaging is performed using the radiation imaging apparatus (hereinafter, referred to as an imaging apparatus for an imaging room) installed in a radiation imaging room in advance.
Here, the contents of the imaging order information include, for example, the patient's name, patient ID information, gender, age, hospital room, requesting department, requesting doctor's name, imaging site, and the like.
