[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The engaging element that engages with the reciprocating spiral groove of the rotating shaft that rotates interlockingly with the handle of the conventional technique is fitted directly or via a collar to a housing portion of a sliding body attached to the rear portion of the spool shaft. Is engaged with the reciprocating spiral groove of the rotating shaft with a certain degree of play. However, at the intersection of the reciprocating spiral groove and the turn portion at the end, the reciprocating operation causes the tip engaging portion of the engaging element and the spiral groove wall to collide with each other due to the influence of the engagement play degree, resulting in an unusual sound. In addition, the posture of the engaging element is not stabilized due to the influence of the play degree, and the problems such as wear, scratches and the like on the tip engaging portion of the engaging element and the reciprocating spiral groove are easily generated and accelerated.
[0005]
The present invention has been devised in view of such circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a fishing reel capable of performing good reciprocating motion guidance while suppressing rattling of an engaging element.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, the present invention relates to a method of rotating a handle by engaging an engaging element held in a sliding body with a reciprocating spiral groove formed on the outer circumference of a rotating shaft that rotates in conjunction with the handle. In a fishing reel provided with a reciprocating device for converting a motion into a linear reciprocating motion, the engaging element is held in the sliding body via an elastic member.
[0007]
(Action)
Since the engaging element engaged with the reciprocating spiral groove that rotates in conjunction with the handle is elastically held in the sliding body via an elastic member to guide the sliding body in a reciprocating motion, the engaging element has a stable posture without play. It is held in the sliding body in the state, and the generation of abnormal noise (click noise) at the time of the reciprocating motion guide can be prevented, and good reciprocating motion guide can be performed.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a fishing spinning reel equipped with a handle according to the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 to 4 are views showing a first embodiment according to the present invention. FIG. 1 is a front view showing the entire configuration of a fishing spinning reel, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the reciprocating mechanism of FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of a main part of FIG.
[0009]
In the reel body 1 of the spinning reel for fishing, a drive gear 3 that is driven to rotate by a rotation operation of a handle 2 is provided, and a pinion 4 of a hollow shaft meshes with the drive gear 3. . The pinion 4 is rotatably supported by the reel unit 1 via a bearing (not shown).
[0010]
A spool shaft 5 is inserted through the pinion 4 so as to be movable in the axial direction, and a spool 6 around which a fishing line (not shown) is wound is attached to an end of the spool shaft 5. A rotor 7 that rotates integrally with the pinion 4 is attached to the pinion 4, and a pair of support arms 7a is provided on the rotor 7 so as to project forward. A bail 9 is rotatably supported at a front portion of each of the support arms 7a via a support member 8 in both a fishing line releasing state and a fishing line winding state. A line roller (not shown) constituting a fishing line guide mechanism is rotatably supported between one support member 8 and an end of the bail 9.
[0011]
Inside the reel body 1, a reciprocating mechanism (oscillating mechanism) 10, which is disposed parallel to the spool shaft 5 and is rotatably supported by the reel body 1 via a bearing (not shown), A rotary shaft (traverse camshaft) 11 having a reciprocating spiral groove 11a formed thereon and a sliding body 12 fixed to the rear end of the spool shaft 5 and sliding in the front-rear direction along the rotary shaft 11 are provided.
[0012]
The rotating shaft 11 is connected to the pinion 4 via a gear 13, while the sliding body 12 houses an engaging element 14 which is always engaged with the reciprocating spiral groove 11 a of the rotating shaft 11. . The sliding body 12 is attached and fixed to the rear end of the spool shaft 5 by a set screw 15. An engagement hole 12a having the same shape as the non-circular engagement portion 5a at the rear end of the spool shaft 5 is formed in the sliding body 12, and the non-circular engagement of the spool shaft 5 is formed in the engagement hole 12a. The slide body 12 is detachably attached and fixed to the rear end of the spool shaft 5 by tightening a set screw 15 in a state where the portion 5a is stopped and engaged. The engaging element 14 housed in the sliding body 12 is prevented from coming off by a plate 17 fixed by a set screw 15.
[0013]
According to such a reciprocating mechanism 10, when the pinion 4 is rotated via the drive gear 3 by the rotation operation of the handle 2, the gear 13 meshed with the pinion 4 rotates. 11 rotates. At this time, the sliding element 12 moves back and forth along the rotating shaft 11 by the engaging element 14 engaged with the reciprocating spiral groove 11 a of the rotating shaft 11 moving back and forth with the rotation of the rotating shaft 11. As a result, the spool shaft 5 connected to the sliding body 12 via the set screw 15 can be moved back and forth. At this time, as the spool 6 moves back and forth while the rotor 7 rotates, the fishing line is uniformly wound around the spool 6 via the line roller (not shown) of the fishing line guide mechanism without offsetting.
[0014]
The present invention has the following features in addition to the configuration similar to the conventional one as described above.
An elastic member 16 is interposed between the sliding member 12 constituting the reciprocating mechanism 10 and the engaging member 14 housed and held in the sliding member 12, so that the rattling of the engaging member 14 is suppressed and good reciprocating motion guide is provided. Is configured to be performed.
In the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, two ring-shaped elastic members 16 are wound around a circumferential groove 14b formed on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 14a of the engaging element 14.
When the ring-shaped elastic member 16 is wound around the outer periphery of the engaging element 14 in this manner, the engaging element 14 is elastically held through the elastic member 16 in the accommodation fitting hole 12b of the sliding body 12, so that play or looseness is caused. The impact is absorbed to stabilize the posture of the engaging element 14, and it is possible to prevent the generation of abnormal noise (click noise) when the engaging element 14 is guided in engagement with the reciprocating spiral groove 11 a. The generation of abrasion, scratches and the like of the spiral groove 11a can be suppressed, and the durability is improved. The elastic member 16 wound around the circumferential groove 14b of the engaging element 14 is economical because a versatile commercially available elastic O-ring can be used. Since it can be handled (unitized), it is easy to incorporate and disassemble at the manufacturing stage and workability is good. Further, the variation in the manufacturing dimensions of the sliding body 12 and the engaging element 14 can be absorbed by the elastic member 16, so that the dimensional control becomes easy.
[0015]
FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which an annular body 18 made of synthetic resin integrally formed with a pair of elastic projections 18a opposed to the inner periphery is fitted into a housing fitting hole 12b of the sliding body 12. Then, the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 14a of the engagement element 14 is configured to be elastically held. In this embodiment, the same operation and effect as those of the first embodiment can be obtained, and the configuration is simplified to manufacture. The above handling becomes easy.
[0016]
FIG. 6 shows a third embodiment of the present invention, in which a rubber annular body 19 in which a plurality of elastic protruding pieces 19a are integrally formed in the axial direction of the outer circumference is provided on the outer circumference of the cylindrical portion 14a of the engagement element 14. In this embodiment, the engaging element 14 is elastically held by being fitted into the accommodation fitting hole 12b. In this embodiment, the same operation and effect as those of the first embodiment can be obtained and the configuration is simplified. It is possible to improve the incorporation at the manufacturing stage.
Reference numerals 19 and 20 in the figure denote guide portions 19 integrally formed on the reel body 1 that guide the sliding body 12 in the front-rear direction while suppressing backlash in the rotation direction of the sliding body 12 about the spool shaft 5. It is a guide rod 20 erected before and after the reel body 1.
Although a fishing spinning reel has been described as an embodiment of the present invention, a known level winding device provided between the side plates at the front of the spool of the reel body and reciprocating left and right in conjunction with rotation of the handle is known. An elastic member may be interposed between the sliding member and the engaging member constituting the level winding device of the dual bearing reel, and the same operation and effect as those of the above-described embodiment can be obtained.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the engaging element that engages with the reciprocating spiral groove that rotates in conjunction with the handle is elastically held in the sliding body via the elastic member to guide the sliding body to reciprocate, the engaging element is It is held in a sliding body in a stable posture state without play, and the generation of abnormal noise and the like at the time of reciprocating motion guidance can be prevented, so that good reciprocating motion guidance can be performed.
