BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
Embodiment 1 FIG.
FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing a washing machine (when the lid is opened) according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view showing a washing machine (when the lid is closed) according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. In the figure, laundry 2 is put into a washing tub 3 and detergent and washing water are put therein. The motor 4 stirs the rotor 5 installed at the lower part of the washing tub 3 to wash the laundry 2. The dewatering tub 6 contains the washing tub 3 and stores water of the washing tub 3 flowing out of a hole formed in the outer periphery of the washing tub 3 during washing, while a hole formed in the outer periphery of the washing tub 3 during dehydration or drying. The water and air in the washing tub 3 flowing out of the washing tub 3 are discharged. The exhaust valve 7 is closed at the time of washing, and is opened at the time of dehydration or drying, and discharges water and air of the washing tub 3 flowing out to the dehydration tub 6 to the exhaust duct 8.
[0008]
One end of the damper 9 is connected to the dewatering tub 6, and the other end is connected to the outer box 1, and constitutes a vibration absorbing unit that absorbs vibration of the dewatering tub 6. The integrated lid 10 is formed by integrating an inner lid 11 for closing the opening of the dewatering tub 6 and an outer lid 12 for closing the opening of the outer box 1. The inner lid 11 and the outer lid 12 absorb the vibration of the dewatering tub 6. It is composed of a vibration absorbing member. Specifically, the inner lid 11 and the outer lid 12 are configured using an elastic member such as rubber. Alternatively, the connecting portion 13 between the inner lid 11 and the outer lid 12 is formed using an elastic member such as rubber.
[0009]
The packing 14 is a member for sealing the opening of the dewatering tub 6, and the water channel / air channel connecting portion 15 forms a water channel or an air channel when the integrated lid 10 is closed. The water supply port 16 supplies water sent from the water supply to the washing tub 3 when a water channel is formed by the water channel / air channel connection portion 15. When the air channel is formed by the water channel / air channel connection portion 15, the air outlet 17 blows warm air sent from the fan heater 19 to the washing tub 3. The detergent case 18 stores detergent during washing. The fan heater 19 blows warm air during drying or the like. The water channel / air channel switching valve 20 is switched so as to open the water channel on the water supply side during washing, and to open the air channel on the fan heater 19 side during drying and the like. Note that the water channel and the air channel in the integrated lid 10 are shared.
[0010]
Next, the operation will be described.
First, since the inner lid 11 and the outer lid 12 are integrated in the integrated lid 10, when the user opens the integrated lid 10, as shown in FIG. The opening 6 is also opened at the same time.
Next, when the user closes the integral lid 10, not only the opening of the outer box 1 but also the opening of the dehydration tub 6 are closed at the same time, as shown in FIG.
[0011]
When the user closes the integral lid 10 and starts washing, the water channel / air channel switching valve 20 closes the air channel on the fan heater 19 side and opens the water channel on the water supply side, as shown in FIG. A water channel is formed in the integral lid 10, and water sent from a water supply is supplied to the washing tub 3 from a water supply port 16. The flap 21 attached to the inside of the integral lid 10 moves to the position shown in FIG. 3A during water supply, so that water does not flow from the air outlet 17.
When a sufficient amount of water is supplied to the washing tub 3, the motor 4 starts to wash the laundry 2 by stirring the rotating wings 5 installed at the lower part of the washing tub 3. At this time, the water in the washing tub 3 flows out of the hole formed in the outer periphery of the washing tub 3 into the dehydration tub 6, but since the exhaust valve 7 is closed, the water is not discharged from the exhaust duct 8. Instead, it is stored in the dewatering tank 6.
[0012]
Thereafter, when the washing is completed and the laundry is to be dehydrated or dried, as shown in FIG. 2B, the water channel / air channel switching valve 20 closes the water channel on the water supply side and the fan heater 19 side. In order to open the air path, an air path is formed in the integrated lid 10, and warm air sent from the fan heater 19 is sent from the air outlet 17 to the washing tub 3. The flap 21 attached to the inside of the integral lid 10 moves to the position shown in FIG. 3B during drying or the like, so that hot air is not blown from the water supply port 16.
[0013]
When the laundry is dehydrated or dried, warm air is blown along the paths shown in FIGS. 2B and 3B. However, when the weight of the laundry 2 is heavy, a large Shaking occurs.
In the washing machine according to the first embodiment, the damper 9 connected between the dewatering tub 6 and the outer box 1 absorbs the swing of the lower part of the dewatering tub 6.
On the other hand, the shaking of the upper part of the dewatering tank 6 is absorbed by the integral lid 10 composed of a vibration absorbing member.
In addition, when the phenomenon which the dehydration tub 6 sinks greatly accompanying the shaking of the dehydration tub 6 occurs, the tank height detection sensor 22 detects this and controls so that the dehydration and the drying operation are temporarily stopped. After that, for example, even if the dehydration or drying operation is restarted by the user's instruction, the tank height detection sensor 22 detects the above phenomenon several times, and if the dehydration or drying operation is temporarily stopped, an alarm is generated. Is controlled so that the operation can be restarted unless the operation is once reset.
[0014]
As is clear from the above, according to the first embodiment, the inner lid 11 that seals the opening of the dewatering tub 6 and the outer lid 12 that closes the opening of the outer box 1 are integrated. Since the integrated lid 10 made of a vibration absorbing member that absorbs vibration is provided, an effect that the laundry 2 can be taken in and out simply by opening and closing the integrated lid 10 is achieved.
In other words, since the lid is formed using a vibration absorbing member that absorbs vibration of the dewatering tub 6, the inner lid that seals the opening of the dewatering tub 6 and the opening of the outer box 1 as in the related art The inner lid 11 and the outer lid 12 can be integrated without separately forming the outer lid for closing the portion.
[0015]
In addition, according to the first embodiment, since the vibration absorbing means is configured by using the damper 9, it is possible to absorb the vibration of the lower part of the dewatering tub 6 without using a complicated mechanism.
Further, according to the first embodiment, the water channel for supplying water to the washing tub 3 and the air channel for supplying air to the washing tub 3 are formed in the integral lid 10, and the water channel and a part of the air channel are formed. Are configured to be common, so that the configuration is simplified and there is an effect that manufacturing can be facilitated.
Further, according to the first embodiment, since the flap 21 for switching between the water channel and the air channel is formed on the integral lid 10, for example, warm air can be blown from around the washing tub 3. As a result, there is an effect that the drying of the laundry 2 can be made uniform.
[0016]
Embodiment 2 FIG.
In the first embodiment, an example in which the vibration absorbing means is configured by using the damper 9 is described. However, as long as the vibration of the dehydration tub 6 can be absorbed, the present invention is not limited thereto. A magnet may be attached to each of the water tank 6 and the outer box, and the vibration of the dewatering tank 6 may be absorbed by using the repulsive force of both magnets.
In the first embodiment, the type of the damper 9 is not particularly mentioned, but may be a hydraulic type or a pneumatic type, or a mechanical spring may be used.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the inner lid that seals the opening of the dewatering tub and the outer lid that closes the opening of the outer box are integrated, and the integrated lid made of the vibration absorbing member that absorbs the vibration of the dehydration tub. Since the lid is provided, the laundry can be taken in and out simply by opening and closing the lid.
