Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely inform a user of information announcing emergency situations even when the user is away from a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: When information(called "emergency information") announcing emergency situations is received, it is judged on whether or not a user exists inside a vehicle or near the vehicle according to whether or not a key is inserted into an indoor key cylinder based on a detection signal from a key input sensor 22b for ignition (S209). When the key is inserted into the indoor key cylinder (S209: YES), it is judged that the user exists inside the vehicle or near the vehicle, and the user is informed of the emergency information by a speaker 27 or a display 28 or the like. On the other hand, when any key is not inserted into the indoor key cylinder (S209: NO), it is judged that the user does not exist inside the vehicle or near the vehicle, and that the user exists away from the vehicle, and the emergency information is transmitted to a portable telephone 4 owned by the user (S211). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI

Description

【0001】

φVW=f(VWFR,VWFL,VWRR,VWRL)・・・(1)
【0060】
=(VWFR+VWFL+VWRR+VWRL)/4
φRO=f(V、RMAP)・・・(2−2)
【0061】
φUSR=φVW−φRO・・・(3)
そして、S605(後述)に移行する。

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a technique for reliably transmitting information or the like for notifying an emergency to a user even when the user is away from a vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, the current position is detected by GPS or the like as the vehicle travels, and the current position is displayed together with a road map on a display so that the vehicle can reach the destination smoothly or an appropriate route from the current position to the destination can be determined. An on-vehicle navigation device that performs setting and guidance is known, and contributes to a smoother drive.
[0003]
Some of such in-vehicle navigation devices have a communication function for communicating with an external communication device such as a home server installed at home, and receive emergency information transmitted from the external communication device. In some, the information is notified to the user in the vehicle by display or sound. The above-mentioned "emergency information" refers to information that informs of an emergency, for example, when an intruder is detected or a gas leak is detected by a security device such as a security sensor installed at home or a gas leak alarm. Examples include information indicating that detection has been performed, and information indicating that a visitor has operated an intercom installed at the entrance of a home or the like (for example, see Patent Literature 1).

[0008]
Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention
The vehicle emergency information transmission device according to claim 1, which has been made to solve the above-mentioned problem, receives an "emergency information", which is information for notifying an emergency, from the outside when the user is in or near the vehicle. Informs the user of the emergency information, and, when the user is away from the vehicle, transmits the emergency information to the user by using the mobile phone owned by the user as a destination. And
[0009]
Specifically, the receiving means (31: In this section, the reference numerals used in the embodiments are attached as necessary to facilitate understanding of the invention, but the reference numerals limit the claims. Does not mean that the emergency information is received, and when the user is detected inside or near the vehicle by the user detection means (22a, 22b), the control means (32) operates in the emergency mode. The information is notified to the notifying means (27, 28). On the other hand, when the receiving means receives the emergency information and the user is not detected inside or near the vehicle by the user detecting means, the control means reads out the destination information from the destination information storing means (33). The transmitting means (31) transmits the emergency information to the transmission destination based on the transmission destination information. Specific examples of the “emergency information” include the fact that an intruder has been detected or a gas leak has been detected by a security sensor (15) such as a security sensor installed at home or a gas leak alarm. And information indicating that the visitor has operated the intercom (11, 12) installed at the entrance of the home or the like. Such emergency information is automatically transmitted from a home server (1) or the like, or transmitted by a family member or a friend who has sensed an emergency via a telephone device or a mobile phone (14). The case is conceivable. Further, a specific example of the "user detecting means" includes a key sensor (22a, 22b) provided inside a key cylinder. When a key is inserted into the key cylinder, the user can use the key inside the vehicle. Or it is determined that it exists in the vicinity. Other specific examples of the "user detecting means" include an infrared sensor provided in the vehicle, a pressure sensor provided in the driver's seat, a video camera (23) for photographing the inside of the vehicle, and an image processing device. Configuration and the like. Further, the "destination" refers to a device that reports the transmitted emergency information, which is carried by a user who is away from the vehicle or is present near the user, such as a mobile phone (4 ), A PDA, a computer used by a user in an office, and the like. In addition, specific examples of the “destination information” include a telephone number for specifying a mobile phone or the like as a destination, a mail address that can be used by a user, and the like.
[0010]
Therefore, according to the emergency information transmitting apparatus for a vehicle according to the first aspect, even when the user is away from the vehicle, the information for notifying the emergency can be reliably transmitted to the user.
By the way, there are cases where a plurality of vehicle users exist, such as when sharing a vehicle with a family. For example, on a weekday, a father uses his vehicle for commuting, and on a weekend his mother uses his vehicle for shopping at a supermarket. Therefore, it is conceivable to select a transmission destination of the emergency information for each user. Specifically, the destination information storage means stores one or more "user information", which is information indicating a user, and associates the destination information with each of the user information. I remember. Next, the user specifying means (22a, 22b, 32, 33) specifies a user who has recently used the vehicle. A specific example of the user identification means is a sensor for identifying the ID of a key inserted into a key cylinder. In this case, the user who is the owner of the key is identified by identifying the key ID of the key inserted into the key cylinder. In addition, a device using biometrics authentication such as fingerprint authentication may be used. When transmitting the emergency information, the control unit reads the destination information associated with the user information indicating the user identified by the user identifying unit from the destination information storage unit. Send emergency information to the destination. As described above, even when there are a plurality of users, if the transmission destination of the emergency information is selected for each user, the emergency information can be reliably transmitted to the user.
[0011]
Some users use the vehicle for commuting on weekdays and go to golf or shopping using the vehicle on weekends. Therefore, it is conceivable to select an emergency information transmission destination based on the current position of the vehicle. Specifically, as set forth in claim 3, the transmission destination information storage means stores, in the above-mentioned user information, information indicating a "visit destination" which is a place visited by the user such as a company or a golf course. Information "is stored in association with one or more pieces of destination information, and the destination information is stored in association with the destination information, thereby indirectly storing the user information and the destination information. Next, the visit destination specifying means (32) specifies the visit destination based on the visit destination information stored in the transmission destination information storage means and the current position of the vehicle specified by the position specifying means (25, 35). For example, a visit that exists closest to the current position of the vehicle may be selected. Alternatively, a search may be made for a visit that exists within a predetermined range, for example, within a radius of 10 m from the current position of the vehicle, and the searched visit may be selected. In this case, if there are a plurality of searched visits, the visit closest to the current position of the vehicle may be selected from the plurality of visits. When the emergency information is transmitted as described above, the control unit is indirectly associated with the user information based on the visit information indicating the visit specified by the visit specifying unit. The destination information is read from the destination information storage means, and the emergency information is transmitted to the destination based on the read destination information. As described above, if the transmission destination of the emergency information is selected based on the current position of the vehicle, the convenience is improved.
[0012]
By the way, there is a case where it is not necessary to transmit emergency information to the user, for example, when the user is at home. Therefore, when the control unit determines that the visit destination specified by the visit destination specifying unit is “a place where it is not necessary to transmit emergency information to a user there” as in claim 4, the emergency information Should not be transmitted. Such a “place where emergency information need not be transmitted to the user there” may be set in advance. With such a configuration, it is possible to prevent wasteful transmission of emergency information to the user even when the user is in a place where transmission of the emergency information to the user is not required, such as at home.
[0013]
By the way, after notifying emergency information, a user may want to confirm the emergency information again. Further, after transmitting the emergency information, the user sometimes deletes the emergency information and wants to transmit it again. Therefore, it is conceivable to temporarily store emergency information. Specifically, the emergency information storage means (33) stores the emergency information received by the receiving means, and notifies or notifies the user of the emergency information via the instruction means (26). When there is an instruction to transmit, the control unit reads the emergency information from the emergency information storage unit and causes the read emergency information to be reported or transmitted to the destination of the emergency information. By doing so, it is possible to notify when the user wants to confirm the emergency information, and to transmit when the user wants the emergency information to be transmitted again. Further, when the emergency information is an image of a criminal who has invaded the user's home, the image is usefully stored outside the home.
[0014]
Further, when transmitting the emergency information to the transmission destination, when the output voltage of the battery is low, only text information such as mail information among the emergency information may be transmitted to the transmission destination. Specifically, when the battery voltage detecting means (21) for detecting the output voltage of the battery is provided and the urgent information is transmitted to the transmission destination by the transmitting means, the battery voltage is detected by the battery voltage detecting means. When the output voltage of the battery is lower than the predetermined voltage value, the control unit may transmit only the character information of the emergency information. The "predetermined voltage value" refers to the lower limit value of the output voltage of the battery at which the control means and the like can execute various processes, and is defined in advance by experiments or the like in consideration of other configurations. In this case, a part of the emergency information other than the character information may be stored in the emergency information storage unit. In this way, even if the output voltage of the battery decreases, emergency information can be reliably transmitted to a user who is away from the vehicle.
[0015]
The above-mentioned emergency information includes information composed of image information and information composed of audio information. When the emergency information is composed of image information, the user is notified by displaying the emergency information on a monitor. However, it is not preferable for the user to view the emergency information displayed on the monitor, for example, when the vehicle is running at high speed. In view of the above, according to a seventh aspect of the present invention, when the above-mentioned notifying means is configured to be able to notify by one or more notifying methods, and the emergency information is notified, the control means controls the running state determining means (34). It is conceivable to make the notifying unit notify by a notifying method according to the determined traveling state of the vehicle. Specific examples of the notification method of the notification means include (a) display on a display device, (b) notification by voice, (c) turning on a lamp, and (d) sounding a buzzer. And let them know. The traveling state of the vehicle may be determined based on, for example, the vehicle speed, the distance to the next curve, the rotational speed of the vehicle (the value of the yaw rate), the presence or absence of meandering, and the like. For example, when the traveling state of the vehicle determined by the traveling state determination means is a safe state, emergency information composed of images is displayed on the monitor, while the traveling state of the vehicle determined by the traveling state determination means is displayed. In the case of a dangerous state, the emergency information composed of audio is reported by voice without displaying the emergency information composed of images on the monitor. It is also conceivable that the emergency information is not notified until the vehicle is in a safe state. With this configuration, even when the vehicle is in a dangerous situation, the user can be notified of the emergency information without moving the viewpoint, so that further safe driving can be achieved.
[0016]
The above-mentioned yaw rate value used when the traveling state determination means determines the traveling state of the vehicle may be detected by a known yaw rate sensor. Further, the estimated yaw rate value may be calculated based on the wheel rotation speed detected by the wheel rotation speed detection means (24c). By using the rotational speeds of the wheels of the vehicle as described above, it is possible to calculate the yaw rate value and determine the running state of the vehicle even in an environment where the yaw rate sensor does not operate.
[0017]
In this case, the control means may cause the notifying means to notify the running state of the vehicle determined by the running state determining means. It is also conceivable that the emergency information is not notified until the vehicle is in a safe state. With this configuration, the user can obtain a guideline for improving the running state of the vehicle to a better one.
[0018]
It is also conceivable to transmit the running state of the vehicle to a home server or the like installed at the home of the user. Specifically, as in claim 10, the control means reads "destination information", which is information on the destination, from the destination information storage means, and based on the destination information, the running state determination means. It is conceivable to cause the transmission means to transmit the “running state of the vehicle” determined by the above to the transmission destination. The “transmission destination” refers to a target to which the traveling state of the vehicle determined by the traveling state determination unit is transmitted, and includes, for example, a home server installed at the user's home. With this configuration, the running state of the vehicle can be notified to the outside such as a family in real time.
[0019]
When transmitting the running state of the vehicle in this way, the vehicle status obtaining means (23, 25, 35) obtains the status of the vehicle, and outputs the current position of the vehicle and the video / audio in the vehicle. The state of the vehicle, such as, may be transmitted to the destination together with the traveling state of the vehicle. Here, specific examples of the situation of the vehicle include a current position of the vehicle specified by a position specifying unit such as a GPS, an image of the vehicle taken by a video camera installed in the vehicle, a microphone installed in the vehicle, and the like. , The traffic information acquired by the navigation device, the route information calculated by the navigation device, and the like. With this configuration, the status of the vehicle such as the current position of the vehicle can be notified to the outside of the family or the like in real time.
[0020]
By the way, when a parked vehicle is stolen, the user may not notice the theft of the vehicle until he finishes his business and returns to the place where he parked the vehicle. Then, there was a problem that measures such as contacting the police were delayed. Therefore, when the vehicle is stolen, it may be possible to transmit the fact to the outside. Specifically, the theft determining means (34) determines whether the vehicle is stolen. For example, (a) the door of the locked vehicle was pry open, (b) the vehicle started (engine start) even though the key was not inserted into the key cylinder, and (c) the vehicle was stopped. It is determined that the vehicle is stolen due to the fact that the vehicle inside is leaning more than the slope of the road. Here, when the theft state determining means determines that the vehicle is stolen, the control means reads out the destination information from the destination information storage means and, based on the destination information, Causes the transmission means to transmit “stolen information” indicating that the device has been stolen to the transmission destination. The theft information may include the "cause" of the vehicle being stolen and the "time" of the vehicle being stolen as described in (a) to (c) above. In this way, even if the vehicle is stolen, the user or the like can quickly know that the vehicle is stolen.
[0021]
When transmitting the theft information in this manner, the vehicle status obtaining means obtains the status of the vehicle, and transmits the status of the vehicle, such as the current position of the vehicle and the video / audio in the vehicle, to the destination together with the theft information. May be. Here, specific examples of the situation of the vehicle include a current position of the vehicle specified by a position specifying unit such as a GPS, an image of the vehicle taken by a video camera installed in the vehicle, a microphone installed in the vehicle, and the like. And the route information calculated by the navigation device. In this way, even if the vehicle is stolen, the user can quickly know that the vehicle is stolen, and in addition to knowing the current position of the vehicle and the status of the vehicle such as video and audio in the vehicle in real time. Can be.
[0022]
According to a twelfth aspect, the control means in the vehicle emergency information transmission device according to any one of the first to eleventh aspects can be realized as a program that causes a computer to function. Therefore, the present invention can be realized as a program invention. In the case of such a program, for example, it is recorded on a computer-readable recording medium such as an FD, an MO, a DVD-ROM, a CD-ROM, and a hard disk, and is used by being loaded into a computer and activated as necessary. be able to. Alternatively, the program may be recorded in a ROM or a backup RAM as a computer-readable recording medium, and the ROM or the backup RAM may be incorporated in a computer.
[0023]

It is. The notification mode such as the above-mentioned symbol “A1” is stored in the memory 33 as a “report mode management table” shown in FIG. For example, for the symbol “A1”, an instruction of “icon display” is given. Each of the notification modes is set to correspond to a more dangerous driving state from symbol “A1” to symbol “A6”. The vehicle state such as the above-mentioned symbol “B1” is stored in the memory 33 as a “vehicle state management table” shown in FIG. As an example, the symbol “B1” indicates that “there is no curve for 700 m or more in the future”. It should be noted that each “vehicle state” is set to correspond to a state in which a load is applied more to the driver from the symbol “B1” to the symbol “B4”.
[0031]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5A, the memory 33 stores “user”, “key ID”, “mobile number”, “area”, and “initial contact mode” in association with each other. As an example, “husband” (user) includes “112233” which is an ID number of a key owned by “husband” and “090-XXX-1” which is a mobile phone number owned by “husband”. Note that the configuration of the position detector and the like included in the navigation device 35 is in accordance with a known technique, and thus detailed description is omitted. The CPU controls various components of the navigation device 35 to execute various processes such as route setting. Specifically, the CPU calculates the current position of the vehicle as a set of coordinates and a traveling direction based on each detection signal from the position detector based on the programs stored in the ROM and the RAM. Based on map display processing that displays a map near the current position read via the display device on the display device, and point data stored in the map data input device, select a facility to be the destination according to the operation of the operation switches and remote control Then, a route calculation process for automatically finding an optimal route (destination route) from the current position to the destination is performed. As a method for automatically setting the optimum route in this way, a method such as the Dijkstra method is known.
[0034]

[0041]
[Explanation and effect of emergency information transmission processing]
Next, the emergency information transmission process executed by the above-described interphone I / F controller 32 will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
In the first step 201 (hereinafter, “step” is simply referred to as “S”), the battery voltage sensor 21 acquires the state of the battery by detecting the output power of a vehicle-mounted battery (not shown).
[0042]
In S202, it is determined whether the state of the battery is good based on the detection signal from the battery voltage sensor 21. Here, if the output voltage of the battery is lower than the predetermined voltage value (S202: NO), it is determined that the state of the battery is not good, and the communication I / F 31, which is a receiving circuit, is turned off in order to prevent battery consumption. (S204) Return. The “predetermined voltage value” refers to the lower limit value of the output voltage of the vehicle-mounted battery at which the vehicle-mounted ECU 3 can execute various processes, and is defined in advance by experiments or the like in consideration of other configurations. On the other hand, if the output voltage of the battery is equal to or higher than the predetermined voltage value (S202: YES), it is determined that the state of the battery is good, and the communication I / F 31, which is a receiving circuit, is turned on (S203). Then, control goes to a step S205.
[0043]
In S205, it is determined whether emergency information has been transmitted from the home server 1. Here, if emergency information has not been transmitted from the home server 1 (S205: NO), the process returns. On the other hand, if the emergency information has been transmitted from the home server 1 (S205: YES, the “item list sent from the house to the company” in FIG. 7C) is received, the emergency information is received (S206). This is indicated by an icon on the display 28 ("List of information stored in the car" in FIG. 7C is equivalent). Then, control goes to a step S207.
[0044]
In S207, the current position information of the vehicle is obtained. Specifically, the navigation device 35 generates current position information of the vehicle based on the detection signal from the GPS sensor 25 and transmits the generated information to the interphone I / F controller 32.
In S208, the current position information of the vehicle from the navigation device 35 and the latitude and longitude information of the "home parking lot (area)" read from the transfer destination information management table (FIG. 5A) stored in the memory 33 are stored. Based on this, it is determined whether or not the vehicle exists in the parking lot of the user's house. Here, when the vehicle is present in the parking lot of the user's house (S208: YES), it is determined that there is no need to notify the user of the emergency information, and the routine returns. On the other hand, when the vehicle does not exist in the parking lot of the user's house but exists in another place (S208: NO), the process proceeds to S209.
[0045]
In S209, it is determined whether the user exists inside or near the vehicle. Specifically, based on a detection signal from the ignition key input sensor 22b, it is determined whether or not the user is present in or near the vehicle based on whether or not a key is inserted into a key cylinder in the room. . Here, when the key is inserted into the key cylinder in the room (S209: YES), it is determined that the user exists inside or near the vehicle, and the process proceeds to S210.
[0046]
In S210, the notification mode is determined as follows, and the user is notified of emergency information in the notification mode.
(1) The running state of the vehicle is determined. Specifically, the distance from the vehicle to the next curve is calculated based on the position information of the vehicle from the GPS sensor 25 and the map data from the map data input device. Next, based on the detection signal from the yaw rate sensor 24b, it is determined whether the yaw rate value is equal to or more than a specified value. Note that the “designated value” refers to a speed value for the vehicle to run stably, and is defined in advance by experiments or the like. Further, based on the distance from the vehicle to the next curve and the yaw rate value, the vehicle state is determined with reference to the vehicle state management table shown in FIG. Here, as an example, it is assumed that the distance from the vehicle to the next curve is within 300 m, the yaw rate value is equal to or more than the specified value, and the traveling state corresponds to the symbol “B4”.
(2) Based on the detection signal from the wheel speed sensor 24c, the speed of the vehicle ("vehicle speed" in FIG. 4A) is calculated. Here, it is assumed that the speed of the vehicle corresponds to “<20 km / h”.
(3) Based on the vehicle state and the vehicle speed, the notification mode is determined by referring to the notification mode reference table (FIG. 4A). Here, since the traveling state corresponds to the symbol “B4” and the speed of the vehicle corresponds to “<20 km / h”, it is assumed that the notification mode corresponds to the symbol “A1”.
(4) With reference to the notification mode management table (FIG. 4B), the user is notified of the emergency information based on the notification mode. Here, as shown in FIG. 7C, since the notification mode is the symbol “A1”, the “icon” indicating the presence of emergency information (“the information stored in the car” in FIG. 7C) Is displayed on the display 28. In the notification mode, in addition to the display of the "icon" on the display 28, as shown in FIG. 4B, the display of the image from the home server 1 on the display 28, and the display of the "icon" on the speaker 27 or the buzzer. There is a buzzer sound such as "ping pong", a sound of a visitor from the home server 1, and an output such as a previously prepared announcement.
[0047]
Then, it returns after reporting the emergency information.
On the other hand, if the key is not inserted into the key cylinder in the room in S209 (S209: NO), it is determined that the user does not exist inside or near the vehicle but exists in a place away from the vehicle. Then, the process proceeds to S211.
[0048]
In S211, emergency information is transmitted to the transmission destination as follows.
(1) Identify the user who recently used the vehicle. Specifically, the “key ID” and the “user” that have identified and stored the user who has recently used the vehicle are read from the memory 33, and the read “user” is replaced with the user who has recently used the vehicle. And specify. As an example, it is assumed here that the “key ID” is the number “112233” and the “user” is “husband”.
(2) Specify the "area" where the vehicle exists. Specifically, based on the vehicle position information from the GPS sensor 25 and the latitude / longitude information of each "area" read from the transfer destination information management table (FIG. 5A) stored in the memory 33, the vehicle Identify existing "areas". In this case, an area existing within a radius of 10 m from the current position of the vehicle is searched, and the searched area is selected. Here, it is assumed that the “husband” has parked the vehicle in the “company parking lot”.
(3) Select a destination and an initial contact mode, and transmit emergency information to the selected destination in the selected initial contact mode. Specifically, based on the destination information management table (FIG. 5A) stored in the memory 33, the “mobile phone number” associated with the specified “user”, “key ID”, and “area” And "initial contact mode" are read out, and the read "mobile phone number" and "initial contact mode" are selected as the destination of the emergency information and the initial contact mode. Then, emergency information is transmitted to the selected transmission destination in the selected initial contact mode via the communication I / F 31. In this case, an icon indicating that emergency information to be transmitted exists is displayed on the display 28 (corresponding to the “item list to be sent to the company or mobile phone” in FIG. 7C). Here, the user “husband” and the key ID number “ The mobile phone number “090-XXX-1” associated with the “112233” and the area “company parking lot” and the symbol “D3” of the initial communication mode are set as the emergency information transmission destination and the initial communication mode. Then, “only the mail information (of the emergency information) is sent to the mobile phone number“ 090-XXX-1 ”of“ husband ”and the remaining information is recorded in the navigation system”.
[0049]
Then, after transmitting the emergency information, the process returns.
As described above, according to the in-vehicle ECU 3 of the present embodiment, even when the user is away from the vehicle, the emergency information can be reliably transmitted to the user.
[Description and effect of intrusion monitoring processing]
Next, the intrusion monitoring processing executed by the above-described intrusion / abnormality monitoring device 34 will be described with reference to the flowchart in FIG.
[0050]
First, in the first S301, the locked door is unlocked by the key based on the detection signal from the door key input sensor 22a and the detection signal from the sensor (not shown) for detecting opening and closing of the door. In that case, it is determined whether the door has been unlocked by the key. Here, when the door is not unlocked by the key (S301: NO), it is determined that the vehicle is stolen because the door is unlocked without using the key by a user other than the user, and S304 ( (Described later). On the other hand, when the door is unlocked by the key (S301: YES), the process proceeds to S302.
[0051]
In S302, it is determined whether or not the accessory switch of the vehicle has been turned on by a key based on the detection signal from the ignition key input sensor 22b when the vehicle has started. In the present embodiment, whether the vehicle has started is determined based on a detection signal from the wheel speed sensor 24 based on whether the vehicle has traveled 3 m or more from the stop state. Here, if the accessory switch is not turned on by some keys (S302: NO), it is determined that the ignition of the vehicle is turned on without using the keys by a user other than the user, and the process proceeds to S304 (described later). Transition. On the other hand, when the accessory switch is turned on by the key (S302: YES), the process proceeds to S303.
[0052]
In S303, it is determined whether or not the stopped vehicle has tilted. In the present embodiment, the determination is made based on the detection signal from the yaw rate sensor 24b based on whether the vehicle has tilted at least 5 degrees in at least one of the front-rear direction and the left-right direction. Here, if the stopped vehicle is inclined (S303: YES), for example, it is determined that the vehicle is carried by a truck or the like and is stolen, and the process proceeds to S304 (described later). On the other hand, if the stopped vehicle does not lean (S303: NO), the process returns.
[0053]
In S304, the interphone I / F controller 32 generates theft information by determining in S301, S302, or S303 that the device has been stolen or destroyed by something other than the user. Note that the "stolen information" refers to the "cause" of the vehicle being stolen (determined that the door was unlocked by a person other than the user in S301 without using a key, or used in S302). It is determined that the ignition of the vehicle is turned on without using a key by a person other than the person, that the vehicle is carried on a truck or the like in S303 and that the vehicle is stolen, etc.), and the vehicle Includes information indicating that the vehicle is stolen, including the “time” at which the vehicle was stolen. Then, the stolen information is transmitted to the home server 1 and the mobile phone 4 via the communication I / F 31 together with the vehicle position information from the GPS sensor 25 and the in-vehicle image from the in-vehicle monitoring camera 23. In addition, a microphone may be provided inside the vehicle, and when theft information is transmitted, the sound inside the vehicle input to the microphone may be transmitted.
[0054]
Thus, according to the on-vehicle ECU 3 of the present embodiment, even if the vehicle is stolen, the user or the like can quickly know that the vehicle is stolen.
[Explanation and effect of dangerous driving state monitoring processing]
Next, a dangerous driving state monitoring process executed by the above-described intrusion / abnormality monitoring device 34 will be described with reference to a flowchart of FIG.
[0055]
First, in S601, it is determined whether the vehicle is spinning based on the yaw rate value of the vehicle detected by the yaw rate sensor 24b. Note that the vehicle yaw rate value φ VW Is calculated using the following equation (1).
φ VW = F 1 (V WFR , V WFL , V WRR , V WRL ) ... (1)
Where the function f 1 (V) is generally known as a function for obtaining the estimated yaw rate value from the wheel speed, and therefore detailed description is omitted. Also, V WFR , V WFL , V WRR And V WRL Indicates each wheel speed, FR indicates the front right side, FL indicates the front left side, RR indicates the rear right side, and RL indicates the rear left side.
[0056]
Here, if the yaw rate value of the vehicle is larger than 1.2 rad / sec (S601: YES), it is determined that the vehicle is in a dangerous traveling state, and the process proceeds to S605 (described later). The yaw rate value “1.2 rad / sec” is defined in advance by experiments or the like. On the other hand, when the value of the yaw rate of the vehicle is equal to or less than 1.2 rad / sec (S601: NO), the process proceeds to S602.
[0057]
In S602, it is determined whether or not the vehicle is suddenly braked based on the vehicle deceleration G calculated based on the vehicle speed detected by the wheel speed sensor 24c. The deceleration G may be calculated based on a detection signal from a G sensor used for an airbag or the like. Here, when the deceleration G is smaller than -1.5 G (S602: YES), it is determined that the vehicle is in a dangerous traveling state because the vehicle is suddenly braking, and the process proceeds to S605 (described later). Note that the value of the deceleration G “−1.5G” is defined in advance by experiments or the like. On the other hand, when the deceleration G is equal to or more than -1.5 G (S602: YES), the process proceeds to S603.
[0058]
In S603, it is determined whether or not the vehicle has collided based on the vehicle collision G calculated based on the vehicle speed detected by the wheel speed sensor 24c. The deceleration G may be calculated based on a detection signal from a G sensor used for an airbag or the like. Here, if the absolute value of the collision G is larger than 10 G (S603: YES), it is determined that the traveling state is dangerous, and the process proceeds to S605 (described later). The value of the collision G “10G” is defined in advance by experiments or the like. On the other hand, when the absolute value of the collision G is equal to or less than 10 G (S603: NO), the process proceeds to S604.
[0059]
In S604, it is determined whether or not the vehicle is meandering based on the amount of deviation calculated by comparing the yaw rate value of the vehicle detected by the yaw rate sensor 24b with the estimated yaw rate value calculated by the navigation device 35. Judge as follows.
(A) The yaw rate value φ of the vehicle from the four wheel speeds VW Is calculated using the above equation (1).
(B) Estimated yaw rate value φ RO Is calculated. Specifically, first, the vehicle speed V B Is calculated using the following equation (2-1).
[0060]
V B = (V WFR + V WFL + V WRR + V WRL ) / 4 ... (2-1)
Then the vehicle speed V B And radius of curvature R calculated from the map MAP Based on the estimated yaw rate value φ RO Is calculated using the following equation (2-2).
φ RO = F 2 (V B , R MAP ) ... (2-2)
Note that the function f 2 (V) is generally known as a function for obtaining the estimated yaw rate value from the vehicle speed and the radius of curvature calculated from the map, and thus detailed description is omitted.
(C) The yaw rate value φ of the vehicle calculated in the above equation (1) VW And the estimated yaw rate value φ calculated in (2) RO Deviation from φ USR Is calculated using the following equation (3).
[0061]
φ USR = Φ VW −φ RO ... (3)
(2) Deviation amount φ calculated by the above equation (3) USR By calculating the rate of change ヨ ー φ of the yaw rate value based on the following formula (4), φ USR Calculate the average of the absolute values of
[0062]
△ φ = (∫ | φ VW −φ RO | Dt) / Δt (4)
(E) Based on the rate of change 蛇 φ of the yaw rate value calculated by the above equation (4), it is determined whether or not the vehicle is traveling meandering. The criterion is determined in advance by experiments or the like.
[0063]
Here, if it is determined that the vehicle is traveling meandering (S604: YES), the user is informed, for example, by displaying information prompting the user to take a break on the display 28 (see FIG. 7A. Expressing the driving condition by the driver's expression such as "" or "anger".) In this case, a place where parking is possible in the vicinity may be searched and displayed (corresponding to the point "P" of "map information" in FIG. 7B). Then, the process proceeds to S605 (described later). On the other hand, if it is determined that the vehicle is not meandering (S604: NO), the process returns.
[0064]
In S605, the interphone I / F controller 32 generates information indicating that the vehicle is in a dangerous driving state by determining that the vehicle is in a dangerous driving state in S601, S602, S603, and S604. Then, the information is transmitted to the home server 1 and the mobile phone 4 via the communication I / F 31 together with the vehicle position information from the GPS sensor 25 and the in-vehicle image from the in-vehicle monitoring camera 23 (FIG. 7 (b)). ), The driving state is expressed by the expression of the driver such as “smile” or “anger”.) When transmitting the information indicating that this vehicle is in a dangerous driving state, the navigation device 35 obtains traffic congestion information around the vehicle via the communication I / F 31 and the destination calculated by the navigation device 35. Route information (corresponding to "map information" in FIG. 7B) may be transmitted. Further, a microphone may be provided inside the vehicle, and when transmitting information indicating that the vehicle is in a dangerous driving state, the sound inside the vehicle input to the microphone may be transmitted. Further, the estimated arrival time at the destination (“time” in FIG. 7B is equivalent) may be calculated and displayed.
[0065]
Further, when emergency information is received from the home server 1 when the vehicle is in a dangerous traveling state as described above, information indicating that the vehicle is in a dangerous traveling state is generated, and the information is transmitted to the home server 1. You may make it transmit.
As described above, according to the on-vehicle ECU 3 of the present embodiment, it is possible to inform the outside of a family or the like of the vehicle such as the current position of the vehicle in real time.
[0066]
[Another embodiment]

(2) In the emergency information transmission processing and the intrusion monitoring processing of the above-described embodiment, whether or not a user is present in or near the vehicle is determined based on a detection signal from the ignition key input sensor 22b. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the presence or absence of the user may be determined based on a detection signal from an infrared sensor provided inside or around the vehicle. Further, the above-described determination of the presence or absence of the user may be performed based on a detection signal from a pressure sensor provided on a seat such as an operation seat. Further, the image processing apparatus has a configuration including the in-vehicle surveillance camera 23 and the image processing device. May be. Even with such a configuration, the same operation and effect as those of the above embodiment can be obtained.
(3) In the emergency information transmission process and the intrusion monitoring process of the above embodiment, the user of the vehicle is identified by the key input sensors 22a and 22b detecting the key ID of the key inserted into the key cylinder by the user. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the user of the vehicle may be identified using biometrics authentication such as fingerprint authentication. In this case, the specified “user” name may be stored in the memory 33 in order to specify the user who has recently used the vehicle. Even with such a configuration, the same operation and effect as those of the above embodiment can be obtained.
(4) In the emergency information transmission process of the above embodiment, when the “area” where the vehicle exists is specified, the position information of the vehicle from the GPS sensor 25 and the transfer destination information management table stored in the memory 33 (FIG. 5 (a)), based on the latitude / longitude information of each "area" read out, an area existing within a radius of 10 m from the current position of the vehicle is searched, and the searched area is selected. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, an area closest to the current position of the vehicle may be selected. When there are a plurality of areas within a radius of 10 m from the current position of the vehicle, the area closest to the current position of the vehicle may be selected. Even with such a configuration, the same operation and effect as those of the above embodiment can be obtained.
(5) In the emergency information transmission process of the above embodiment, when notifying or transmitting the emergency information, the emergency information is stored in the memory 33, and the emergency information is transmitted by the user according to an instruction performed through the user I / F 26. May be notified again or transmitted again. By doing so, it is possible to notify when the user wants to confirm the emergency information, and to transmit when the user wants the emergency information to be transmitted again. Further, when the emergency information is an image of a criminal who has invaded the user's home, the image is usefully stored outside the home.
[0067]
Further, the emergency information received from the outside by the communication I / F 31 is temporarily stored in the memory 33, and the emergency information is detected when the ignition key input sensor 22b detects that the user is present in or near the vehicle. May be notified. Further, the emergency information received from outside by the communication I / F 31 may be temporarily stored in the memory 33, and the emergency information may be reported or transmitted according to an instruction performed by the user via the user I / F 26. By doing so, it is possible to notify when the user wants to confirm the emergency information, and to transmit when the user wants the emergency information to be transmitted again.
(6) In the intrusion monitoring process of the above embodiment, transmitted information such as theft information, vehicle position information, in-vehicle video, and in-vehicle sound may be stored in the memory 33. In this way, when the vehicle is retrieved, theft information and the like can be read from the memory 33 and confirmed.
(7) In the above embodiment, the home server 1 has the function of generating emergency information and the function of transmitting emergency information. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the security device 15, the outdoor intercom 11, and the indoor interphone 12 The surveillance camera 13 may be configured to have an emergency information generation function and an emergency information transmission function.
[0068]
Further, in the above embodiment, the home server 1 is configured to automatically generate and transmit the emergency information. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the generation and transmission of the emergency information may be performed manually. . For example, there is a case where a family member or a friend who has sensed an emergency transmits emergency information via a telephone device or a mobile phone without using the home server 1 or the security device 15.
(8) In the above embodiment, the home server 1 and its peripheral devices, and the in-vehicle ECU 3 and its peripheral devices are used for transmitting and receiving emergency information, stolen information, and information indicating that the vehicle is in a dangerous driving state. However, they can also be used for conversation between a user who is out and a family at the user's home by transmitting and receiving video and audio to each other.
(9) In the emergency information transmitting process of the above embodiment, when the emergency information is transmitted to the transmission destination, when the output voltage of the battery is low, only the mail information of the emergency information is transmitted to the transmission destination. Is also good. Specifically, when the emergency information is transmitted to the transmission destination in S211 of FIG. 2, if the output voltage of the battery detected by the battery voltage sensor 1 is less than the predetermined voltage value, the symbol of the initial communication mode is used. “D0” is set as the initial contact mode, and only the message portion of the emergency information is transmitted to the transmission destination (see FIG. 5B). In this case, a part of the emergency information other than the mail information may be stored in the memory 33. In this way, even if the output voltage of the battery decreases, emergency information can be reliably transmitted to a user who is away from the vehicle.
(10) The communication I / F 31, the interphone I / F controller 32, the memory 33, and the intrusion / abnormality monitoring device 34 of the above embodiment are configured to operate with low power consumption, and the power supply state of the on-vehicle ECU 3 to prevent the on-vehicle battery from running out May be configured to receive power supply from the vehicle-mounted battery even when is turned off. With this configuration, it is possible to reduce the power consumption of the on-vehicle ECU 3 and to receive emergency information even when the power supply state of the on-vehicle ECU is OFF.
