Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention can not only be a decorative object such as a wall hanging by itself, but also can form a fence or a vertical surface structure monument when a supporting frame is used, and furthermore, a building wall or a pier. The present invention relates to a greening panel capable of vegetation on the surface of a tree or a vertical surface such as a retaining wall, and in particular, sowing a flower or a vegetative plant, or simplifying a planting operation of a pot seedling, and growing a flower or a vegetative plant. The present invention relates to a greening panel capable of improving the green color.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Low trees are planted to form a fence around the house, but a wide area of land is needed as a place for planting the low trees. Also, when partitioning at the event venue with potted flowers, a large place for placing the pots is required. Even if these low trees and potted flowers are narrow, if they can be planted vertically, the limited ground can be effectively used. Furthermore, since the event venue and the ground where the retaining wall is formed are often covered with concrete or asphalt, it is impossible to plant flowers or plant vegetation in the first place.
[0003]
In addition, the vertical surfaces such as the walls of buildings, bridge piers, cut-off roadside walls, and retaining walls are often left unexposed to the concrete that forms them, leaving them in a dry state. It is not very desirable in view. In view of this, attempts have been made to paint a picture on the exposed vertical surface of the concrete with, for example, paint, or to perform various decorations, so as to provide a landscape that gives comfort to people passing by in the vicinity.
[0004]
Above all, various attempts have been made to grow and decorate plants represented by "flowers" on this vertical surface, that is, "vegetation" on the vertical surface, but these walls and retaining walls form a vertical surface. It is difficult to apply conventional vegetation technology, such as on a gently sloped slope, and it is necessary to develop some new means.
Therefore, for example, a "wall panel greening unit panel" proposed in Patent Document 1, a "greening method using a greening panel" proposed in Patent Document 2, or a Patent Document 3 has been proposed. "Green panels" have been developed.

[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As shown in FIG. 20, the "wall panel greening unit panel" proposed in Patent Document 1 described above is composed of "a frame 1 having a partition plate 2 made of an aluminum profile, a bottom plate made of an aluminum flat plate, It is made of a porous molded body block, accommodates a planting soil base 5 having water permeability and water retention, and a grid-like pressing member 6 is installed on the surface of the frame 1 to be integrated with the frame 1 "(abstract) ), But because “the grid-like pressing member 6 is installed on the surface of the frame 1 that houses the planting soil base 5”, “the rigidity of the frame made of the low specific gravity material is determined by the cross section of the frame. To prevent the deformation of the frame and increase the size of the wall greening panel without increasing the size of the panel, but it is difficult to sow seeds in the planting soil base 5 or to plant pot seedlings. Conceivable.
[0009]
This is because the panel of Patent Document 1 focuses on enabling upsizing, and therefore has no meaning as to how to construct seeds and seedlings of actual vegetation plants. Is also not used. The evidence does not refer to the sowing or planting of vegetation at all in Patent Document 1.
[0010]
Moreover, in the panel of this patent document 1, since the grid-like holding material 6 is directly installed on the surface of the planting soil base 5, the planting soil base 5 is spilled from the mesh of the grid-like pressing material 6. There is a possibility that it will come out, so it is considered that it is not suitable as a greening method for the vertical surface of the pier which can not be maintained frequently.
[0011]
Next, a “greening method using a greening panel” proposed in Patent Document 2 discloses a box-like structure formed by a skeleton 6 and a filter 3 stretched over the skeleton, as shown in FIG. Seeding or spraying seeds on a surface-mounted portion of a box-shaped frame composed of a frame A and soil and various fertilizers contained in the box-shaped frame A, and a vegetation base material 4 in which a water retention material is mixed, Or plant seedlings. (Claims)
However, since the filter 3 exists on the surface of the box-shaped frame as described above, it is thought that the filter 3 may hinder the spraying of the seed sowing. Can be
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 22, the “greening panel” proposed in Patent Document 3 is composed of “a panel frame 2 and a perforated plate 3 such as a punched metal or a mesh attached to the front and back surfaces, respectively. And a vegetation mat 5 attached to the outer surface of at least one of the perforated plates 3 to fill the perforated plate feeling and having water permeability and water retention.
[0013]
Therefore, in the "greening panel" proposed in Patent Document 3, since the perforated plate 3 is present on the surface as in Patent Documents 1 and 2, the perforated plate 3 is sowed or planted. It is thought that it will get in the way. Moreover, due to the long-term installation, the perforated plate 3 may peel off or rise from the filler 4 and the roots of the vegetation may be cut off, so that frequent maintenance cannot be performed. It may not be suitable as a greening method for the vertical surface of the pier.
[0014]
In particular, in any of Patent Documents 1 to 3, the so-called once-only vegetation is taken into consideration, and how to deal with vegetation in the next season or in another place, that is, how to reuse the vegetation It seems that no countermeasures have been taken. In other words, when trying to plant vegetation with annual grass, it is necessary to re-construct the entire construction with the technology of each of the above-mentioned documents, and it is considered that consideration must be given from both costs and work. Can be
[0015]
Therefore, the present inventors have conducted various studies on how to solve the above-mentioned problems when performing vegetation on this kind of vertical surface, and as a result, the following points were simultaneously solved. And found that the present invention was necessary, and completed the present invention.
[0016]
(B) The replacement of vegetation base materials and the replacement of flowers and vegetation should be easy.
(B) The seeding and planting work of flowers and vegetation must be easily performed from outside.
(C) The mat that protects the vegetation substrate that is to be erected vertically must have a function to prevent the inside vegetation substrate from spilling out. Must have a function of improving the germination of vegetation plants and the development of leaves and stems from vegetation base materials.
(D) In particular, as a flower or a vegetation plant, it is possible to adopt a “potted seedling” that has been rooted and grown to some extent and that can easily manage the growth after planting, so that only “green” can be used. But also to enjoy "flowers".
(E) As a matter of course, not only the vertical plane can be constituted by itself, but also it can be easily mounted and installed on a vertical plane such as a wall.
It is.
[0017]
That is, the object of the present invention is not only to solve the above (a) to (e) at the same time and to obtain a decorative object such as a wall hanging by itself, but also to use a support frame. Provide a simple configuration of greening panels that can form fences and vertical surface structure monuments, and that can be vegetated on vertical surfaces such as building walls, pier surfaces, or retaining walls. It is in.
[0018]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, first, means adopted by the invention according to claim 1 will be described with reference numerals used in the description of the embodiments described below.
"A panel frame 10 having at least a working opening 13 in which a pot seedling 70 can be implanted is formed at the front, and is disposed and supported immediately inside the panel frame 10 so that a cutting operation from outside the working opening 13 is possible. A bag-like mat member 20A having water absorption and restoring properties, a vegetation base material 30 filled inside the bag-like mat member 20A for growing vegetation plants P or a three-dimensional net-like mat 40 filled with the vegetation base material 30 A greening panel 100 characterized by comprising
It is.
[0019]
That is, as shown in FIG. 4, FIG. 5, or FIG. 14, the greening panel 100 according to the first aspect can be used not only as a “wall hanging” by itself, but also when installed and mounted via the support frame 200. As shown in FIG. 1 and the like, it enables vegetation on a vertical surface 300 such as the surface of a building wall or a pier, or a retaining wall. Further, as shown in FIG. 18 or FIG. A vertical structure monument can also be constructed, and will be described below together with a greening method using the same.
[0020]
First, as shown in FIG. 6, FIG. 8, or FIG. 9, the green panel 100 according to the first embodiment has a panel frame 10 which is a frame main body 11 using a large number of grid wires 12. The panel frame 10 has at least a front opening formed with a working opening 13 into which a pot seedling 70 can be planted. Each of the working openings 13 must be capable of performing the work as shown in FIGS. 11 to 13 from the outside and also capable of planting the pot seedling 70. In an embodiment described later, a square shape having a side of about 10 cm to 15 cm is used. It has been made.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 6, the panel frame 10 may be formed by alternately combining a first support frame main body 11a and a second support frame main body 11b, each of which has a U-shaped cross section. As shown in FIG. 9, a box frame 11c having an opening / closing door 11d may be used.
[0022]
In addition, in the panel frame 10 of the embodiment described later, as shown in FIG. 6B, a reinforcing angle 15 is provided at a bottom portion thereof, and the reinforcing angle 15 may be located directly below. The support frame 200 is supported on a support pipe 211. That is, the reinforcing angle 15 is formed by a simple L-shaped bracket, and the entire panel frame 10 is reinforced at the lower portion.
[0023]
Of course, the panel frame 10 may be formed by punching a work opening 13 in a metal plate. Even if the work openings 13 which are so-called large holes are present, the bag-shaped mat member 20A described later can be held. It is not limited to the above as long as it can be performed sufficiently.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 4, a bag-like mat member 20A having a water absorbing property and a restoring property is arranged and supported immediately inside the frame main body 11 constituting the panel frame 10. The bag-shaped mat member 20A has a water absorbing property and a restoring property that can be incised from the outside of the working opening 13, and has a polyethylene terephthalate (hereinafter simply referred to as an example) as exemplified in an embodiment described later. It is formed by molding a synthetic resin fiber such as a pet into a non-woven fabric. Of course, as shown in FIG. 4, the bag-like mat member 20A is filled with the vegetation base material 30 and must be inserted into the panel frame 10, so that the bag-like mat member 20A is literally formed as a bag-like member. I have.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 10, the bag-shaped mat member 20 </ b> A illustrated in the following embodiment is formed as a box-shaped bag using the pet as a material, as shown in FIG. The upper portion is a mat opening 21, and the mat opening 21 is covered by an opening / closing lid 23. The open / close lid 23 is fixed in a closed state by a hook-and-loop fastener 24 attached to the back surface or the like.
[0026]
Note that the bag-like mat member 20A of the embodiment shown in FIG. 10 has a pocket 25 that can be opened and closed on a surface portion thereof on the front side by the same material as the pet constituting the bag-like mat member 20A. The pocket 25 may be used to plant the potted seedling 70 or the like. In the bag-like mat member 20A of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, a reinforcing mat 26 made of a pet is put in the bottom portion to constitute a double part, and the vegetation base material 30 is put in the mat. The durability of the bag-like mat member 20A with respect to the weight of the vegetation base material 30 and the moisture contained in the vegetation base material 30 and the double portion is also ensured.
[0027]
When the bag-shaped mat member 20A is in the state shown in FIG. 4, it is natural to prevent the vegetation base material 30 inside from spilling out, and cuts 80 as shown in FIGS. Even if it is expanded, it closes again as shown in FIG. 13 due to its own or its resilience when containing water. That is, the bag-shaped mat member 20A reliably prevents the leakage of the internal vegetation base material 30 when the cut 80 is formed therein or not.
[0028]
As the vegetation base material 30 that is filled inside the bag-shaped mat member 20A and grows the vegetation plant P, various plants can be applied as long as they are sufficient for the growth of the pot seedling 70 or the vegetation plant P. is there. In particular, since the vegetation base material 30 is filled in the bag-shaped mat member 20A and does not leak out, no limitation is required for its particle size and properties. Of course, the inside of the bag-like mat member 20A may be filled with the vegetation base material 30 alone as described above, but may be a three-dimensional net-like mat 40 filled with the vegetation base material 30.
[0029]
On the other hand, the three-dimensional net-like mat 40 may be formed by using a metal wire or may be formed by increasing the density of a synthetic resin mat. Can be filled as long as it can fill the roots and does not hinder the growth of the roots of the vegetation plant P. Further, the three-dimensional net-like mat 40 is formed as a mat-like material using the above-described materials, and it is advantageous that the three-dimensional net-like mat 40 has a certain degree of rigidity by itself. This is because such a three-dimensional net-like mat 40 can be easily stored in the panel frame 10 and can maintain its shape even after long-term use.
[0030]
In order to construct the greening panel 100 according to claim 1 configured as described above, first, the vegetation base material 30 alone or the bag-like mat member 20A filled with the three-dimensional net-like mat 40 filled with the vegetation base material 30 is shown in FIG. As shown, the panel frame 10 is directly fixed to the vertical surface 300 using the anchor 27, or indirectly fixed by the support frame 200 as shown in FIG. Alternatively, it is necessary to load the vegetation base material 30 alone or the bag-like mat material 20A filled with the three-dimensional net-like mat 40 filled with the vegetation base material 30 into the panel frame 10 arranged in a growth place (not shown) such as the ground or a field. .
[0031]
That is, in order to construct the greening panel 100, the panel frame 10 constituting the greening panel 100 is already attached to the vertical surface 300 or the like directly or via the support frame 200 as shown in FIG. 3 or FIG. There are two cases, that is, the case where it is installed and the case where it is installed in a growth place (not shown) such as a field not on the vertical plane 300. As shown in FIG. 4, when the panel frame 10 is already attached directly to the vertical surface 300 or the like via the support frame 200, the maintenance of the green panel 100 may be considered. The once planted flower or vegetation P may be partially withered, but when replanting the withered flower or vegetation P, the panel frame 10 is kept attached to the vertical surface 300 or the like. There are things.
[0032]
In particular, the panel frame 10 is installed in a growing place (not shown) because the planting of the potted seedlings 70 and sowing of the vegetation P on the greening panel 100 are performed in a place other than the vertical plane 300, and the vegetation P Is transported to the vertical plane 300, which is the construction site, for each of the panel frames 10, and when the construction of the greening panel 100 is completed, there is a case where the vegetation plant P wants to be in a state where the vegetation plants P are in bloom, as shown in FIG. Because.
[0033]
By the way, it is needless to say that the greening panel 100 must be sowed or planted with the seedling 70. As shown in FIG. 11, the bag-shaped mat member 20A is cut out from the work opening 13 of the panel frame 10 to form a cut 80, and the cut opening 80 is formed. , Sowing or planting of seedlings 70. FIGS. 11 to 13 show an example in which the pot seedlings 70 are implanted. First, as shown in FIG. 11, the surface of the bag-shaped mat member 20A extends from the work opening 13 of the panel frame 10. Since it is largely exposed, a notch 80 is formed by inserting a cutter or the like from the working opening 13. It is advantageous to form the cut 80 in a state like a cross as shown in FIG. 11 to form the mat opening 21 as shown in FIG.
[0034]
The center of the cross-shaped notch 80 is expanded with a finger or the like to form a mat opening 21 as shown in FIGS. In this case, the size of the cross-shaped notch 80 may correspond to the size of the pot seedling 70 to be planted, but the size is freely formed because the working opening 13 is formed as a relatively large one. I can do it. Further, since the upper surface of the bag-shaped mat member 20A is pressed by the lattice wire 12 constituting the work opening 13, the cut 80 can be easily formed in a stable state by using a carter or the like.
[0035]
In the above description, the planting of the pot seedling 70 has been described as an example, but it goes without saying that the same applies to the case of sowing seeds of the vegetation P.
[0036]
After the seeding of the vegetation plant P and the planting of the pot seedling 70 are completed, each mat opening 21 is closed by using the resilience of the bag-shaped mat member 20A, and initial watering is performed from above. Since the bag-shaped mat member 20A of the embodiment described later is a non-woven mat whose main material is a synthetic resin “pet”, it has a sufficient restoring property immediately after the cut 80 is formed. For this reason, if the mat opening 21 is closed to return to the original state, as shown in FIG. 13, each triangular piece forming the X mark covers the root of the pot seedling 70 or the germinated sprouts. Will be closed while maintaining a state in which it can be extended sufficiently. Of course, after seeding and planting of the potted seedling 70, it is natural to perform initial watering necessary for growing the vegetation P.
[0037]
In the above seeding and planting, when the panel frame 10 is attached to the support frame 200 constructed on the vertical surface 300, the greening of the vertical surface 300 has been completed. In the case where the greening panel 100 is arranged in a growing place, it is natural that the green panel 100 is attached to the vertical surface 300 by the support frame 200.
[0038]
If the flowers and vegetation P grow after the above-mentioned greening panel 100 is constructed, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 14, the flowers and vegetation P are gorgeously spread from each working opening 13 and become independent wall hangings. Of course, when the vegetation or decoration of the vertical surface 300 shown in FIG. 1 is performed, and when the surface structure monument shown in FIGS. You can. The greening panel 100 can be made very varied by changing the types of seedlings 70 and seeds to be used and planting locations.
[0039]
Therefore, the greening panel 100 of this claim 1
(A) The replacement of the vegetation base material 30 and the replacement of flowers and vegetation plants P can be easily performed.
(B) Seeding and planting work can be easily performed from the outside because of the flowers and the vegetation P.
(C) The bag-shaped mat member 20A that protects the vegetation base material 30 that is to be erected vertically prevents the inside vegetation base material 30 from spilling out of the vegetation base material 30, and vice versa. Germination and development of leaves and stems of the vegetation plant P.
(D) In particular, as a flower or a vegetation plant P, a "potted seedling 70" which has rooted and grown to some extent and which can easily manage the growth after planting can be employed. Can also be enjoyed.
(E) If it is wall-mounted alone, or if a support frame 200 described later is used, attachment and installation on the vertical surface 300 can be performed well.
It has such an excellent function.
[0040]
Means taken by the invention according to claim 2 in order to solve the above-mentioned problem is as follows:
"A panel frame 10 having at least a working opening 13 in which a pot seedling 70 can be implanted is formed at the front, and is disposed and supported immediately inside the panel frame 10 so that a cutting operation from outside the working opening 13 is possible. A mat member 20b having water absorption and restoring properties, and a vegetation base material 30 accommodated inside the mat member 20b for growing vegetation plants P or a three-dimensional net-like mat 40 filled with the vegetation base material 30 Greening panel 100 characterized by "
It is.
[0041]
That is, the greening panel 100 of the second embodiment is almost the same as that of the first embodiment described above, except that a mat member 20B is used instead of the bag-like mat member 20A of the first embodiment. I have. The greening panel 100 is configured such that the vegetation base material 30 alone is filled in the mat member 20B, or a three-dimensional net-like mat 40 filled with the vegetation base material 30 is held therein. The greening panel 100 according to the second aspect is shown in FIG. 5, and the same members as those described in the first aspect among the members in FIG. 5 are denoted by the same reference numerals as those used in FIG. , The description of which will be omitted.
[0042]
The mat member 20B uses the same material as the bag-shaped mat member 20A, but is not a bag-shaped member like the bag-shaped mat member 20A, but is simply a sheet-shaped member. By doing so, for example, as the mat member 20B facing the vertical surface 300 side and corresponding to the surface on which the sowing or the seedling 70 is not planted, a material thinner than the mat member 20B on the front surface side, or more cost Can be used. Further, by forming the mat member 20B in a sheet shape, not only the labor for forming the bag material but also the advantage of being able to freely respond to a change in the size of the panel frame 10 is advantageous.
[0043]
The three-dimensional net-like mat 40 may be formed by using a metal wire or may be made of a synthetic resin mat having a coarse density. Any material can be used as long as it can fill the material 30 and does not hinder the growth of the roots of the vegetation plant P. Further, the three-dimensional net-like mat 40 is formed as a mat-like one having a thickness of, for example, about 5 cm from the above-described material, and it is advantageous that the three-dimensional net-like mat 40 has a certain degree of rigidity by itself. This is because such a three-dimensional net-like mat 40 can be easily stored in the panel frame 10 and can maintain its shape even after long-term use.
[0044]
Such a three-dimensional net-like mat 40 may be put into the whole of the mat member 20B as shown in FIG. 5 (a), and may be implemented as shown in FIG. 5 (b). May be placed in a portion of the mat member 20 </ b> B opposite to the vegetation plant P, and the rest may be used as the vegetation base material 30.
[0045]
In the construction of the greening panel 100 described above, when the three-dimensional net-like mat 40 is used, it is natural that the vegetation base material 30 has to be filled by spraying, tamping, or soil. It is.
[0046]
If the flowers and vegetation P grow after the above-mentioned greening panel 100 is constructed, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 14, the flowers and vegetation P are gorgeously spread from each working opening 13 and become independent wall hangings. Of course, when the vegetation or decoration of the vertical surface 300 shown in FIG. 1 is performed, and when the surface structure monument shown in FIGS. You can. The greening panel 100 can be made very varied by changing the types of seedlings 70 and seeds to be used and planting locations.
[0047]
Therefore, the green panel 100 of the second aspect also
(A) The replacement of the vegetation base material 30 and the replacement of flowers and vegetation plants P can be easily performed.
[0048]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the means adopted by the invention according to claim 3 is that the greening panel 100 according to claim 1 or 2
"A hanging device 17 is attached to the panel frame 10 and a plurality of the supporting frames 200 are attached using the hanging device 17 to form a fence or a vertical surface structure monument, or a building wall, Vegetation on vertical surfaces 300, such as pier surfaces and retaining walls. "
It is.
[0049]
That is, as shown in FIG. 6 or FIG. 9, the greening panel 100 according to the third embodiment is obtained by attaching the hanging tool 17 to the panel frame 10, and using the hanging tool 17 to support the supporting frame 200. Can be easily suspended, and can constitute a fence or a vertical plane structure monument as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, or as shown in FIGS. Vegetation is performed on a vertical surface 300 such as a pier surface or a retaining wall. As the hanging tool 17, there are two types, a type shown in FIG. 7 and a type shown in FIG.
[0050]
The hanging tool 17 shown in FIG. 7 has a pair of bent locking pieces 17a at the lower end and a mounting hole 17b at the upper end as shown in FIG. 7A. As shown in FIG. 7 (b), the grid wire 12 of the frame body 11 constituting the panel frame 10 is inserted between the locking pieces 17a, and as shown in FIG. By further bending the locking piece 17a, it is attached to the upper part of the panel frame 10 as shown in FIGS. The hanging device 17 shown in FIG. 7 is fixed at a predetermined position by an anchor 27 or the like inserted through a mounting hole 17b provided at the upper end thereof.
[0051]
The hanging tool 17 shown in FIG. 9 is formed by bending a long wire, and has a generally inverted “U” shape as shown in FIGS. 9A to 9C. It is like that. Needless to say, the suspending tool 17 is attached to the grid wire 12 constituting the panel frame 10 by means such as welding.
[0052]
The greening panel 100 in which each of the above-described hanging members 17 is attached to the panel frame 10 is hung on the support frame 200 as shown in, for example, FIG. 1 or FIG. The support frame 200 for suspending the panel 100 is, for example, assembled around a pier 310 as shown in FIG. 3 or a vertical frame as shown in FIGS. It constitutes a surface structure monument.
[0053]
Therefore, the greening panel 100 according to the third aspect has the same function as that of the first or second aspect described above, and the hanging tool 17 can form a fence or a vertical plane structure monument, and Vegetation can also be performed on vertical surfaces 300 such as walls, pier surfaces, and retaining walls.
[0054]
By the way, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the means adopted by the invention according to claim 4 is directed to the greening panel 100 according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
"The panel frame 10 is formed by forming a first support frame main body 11a having a substantially U-shaped cross section and a second support frame main body 11b having a substantially U-shaped cross section which, when fitted thereto, forms a substantially box-shaped storage portion. And the fastening wire 14 for fastening the ends of the first and second support frame bodies 11a and 11b to each other. "
It is.
[0055]
That is, as described above, the panel frame 10 is configured by using a large number of grid wires 12, but in the greening panel 100 according to the fourth aspect, the panel frame 10 is configured as shown in FIG. ) And (b), a first support frame main body 11a and a second support frame main body 11b having a substantially U-shaped cross section are formed, and the first support frame main body 11a and the second support frame are formed. The main body 11b is configured as shown in FIG. 6 (c). The first support frame main body 11a and the second support frame main body 11b can store a bag-shaped mat member 20A or a mat member 20B described later by fixing the respective ends of the first support frame main body 11a and the second support frame main body 11b to each other with a fixing wire 14. The panel frame 10 has a substantially box shape having a storage portion.
[0056]
To put it the other way around, when it is desired to replace the bag-shaped mat member 20A or the mat member 20B stored in the panel frame 10, the panel frame 10 is removed from the support frame 200, and the fastening wires 14 are removed. By removing, the first support frame main body 11a and the second support frame main body 11b can be easily separated, and these first support frame main body 11a and second support frame main body 11b can be directly used for the next or another vegetation. Can be reused to perform That is, using the first support frame main body 11a and the second support frame main body 11b, the bag-shaped mat member 20A or the mat member 20B for the next season or the like is put into the storage portion to form the panel frame 10. It can be used as it is for the next vegetation, etc., and the work is very simple.
[0057]
Therefore, the greening panel 100 of the fourth aspect has substantially the same function as that of the first to third aspects, and also stores the bag-like mat material 20A or the mat material 20B for the next season or the like in the storage portion. If the panel frame 10 is used, the panel frame 10 can be used as it is for the next vegetation and the like, and the operation is very simple.
[0058]
Further, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a means adopted by the invention according to claim 5 is a method according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
"The panel frame 10 is a substantially box-shaped box frame 11c whose upper surface is opened by a plurality of grid wires 12 to 12 to be the insertion port 16, and the opening 16 is provided with an openable and closable door 11d."
It is.
[0059]
That is, as shown in FIGS. 9A to 9C, the greening panel 100 according to the fifth embodiment is configured such that the box frame 11c is formed by the plurality of grid wires 12 to 12. In the box frame 11c, as shown in FIG. 9C, an insertion port 16 is formed in a portion that becomes the upper surface when the green panel is set up, and this insertion port 16 is a part of the grid wire 12. The door can be opened and closed freely by an open / close door 11d connected to the door.
[0060]
In other words, the bag-shaped mat member 20A or the mat member 20B must be stored in the panel frame 10, and these are not provided with the open / close door 11d as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. When opened, the insertion opening 16 is opened, so that the bag-shaped mat member 20A or the mat member 20B can be stored therefrom. Of course, when the bag-like mat member 20A or the like is stored, the opening and closing door 11d is closed.
[0061]
Therefore, the greening panel 100 of the fourth aspect has substantially the same function as that of the first to third aspects, and also stores the bag-like mat material 20A or the mat material 20B for the next season or the like in the storage portion. If the panel frame 10 is used, the panel frame 10 can be used as it is for the next vegetation and the like, and the operation is very simple.
[0062]
Further, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, means adopted by the invention according to claim 6 is directed to a greening panel 100 according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
"The bag-shaped mat member 20A or the mat member 20b is formed by molding a synthetic resin fiber into a non-woven fabric, and has a thickness of 2 mm to 10 mm."
It is.
[0063]
That is, in the greening panel 100 of the sixth aspect, as the bag-like mat material 20A or the mat material 20b constituting the green panel 100, a synthetic resin fiber molded into a nonwoven fabric is employed.
[0064]
By employing such a bag-like mat material 20A or mat material 20b, for example, it is possible to recycle synthetic resin waste materials such as discarded plastic bottles, and as compared with the case where coconut shells and natural fibers are used. Not only does it not easily corrode, it has excellent durability, but it can also be made to be flame-retardant, which does not ignite even when a cigarette discarded from a car running on the road fires.
[0065]
Also, a cut 80 as shown in FIG. 11 is made in these bag-like mat members 20A or 20b, and even after the cut 80 is expanded as shown in FIG. Thus, the vegetation base material 30 can be prevented from spilling out because it has sufficient restoring property to easily return to the original state as shown in FIG. Furthermore, it goes without saying that the bag-shaped mat member 20A or the mat member 20b obtained by molding the synthetic resin fiber into a nonwoven fabric has sufficient water absorption and water retention.
[0066]
Therefore, the greening panel 100 according to claim 6 can further ensure the objects (a) to (e) described in the section of “Problems to be Solved by the Invention”. .
[0067]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a means adopted by the invention according to claim 7 is that the greening panel 100 for vertical greening according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
"A watering pipe 50 having a connecting portion 51 that can be watered into the vegetation base material 30 and has at least one end connected to another greening panel 100 side is stored on or in the upper part of the vegetation base material 30. What I did "
It is.
[0068]
That is, in the greening panel 100 according to the seventh aspect, as shown in FIG. 4 or 5, the watering pipe 50 is housed on or in the upper part of the vegetation base material 30, and the watering pipe 50 is already set. It is what was assumed. As shown in FIG. 4 or FIG. 5, at least one end of the irrigation pipe 50 is provided with a connection portion 51 that can be connected to another greening panel 100 side. , FIG. 1, FIG. 18, or FIG. 19 (a) and FIG. 19 (b), the automatic watering can be effectively performed when a large number of greening panels 100 are connected.
[0069]
Therefore, the greening panel 100 according to the seventh aspect can exhibit the same functions as those of the first to fifth aspects, and can sufficiently automate the watering operation.
[0070]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, a description will be given of a greening panel 100 which is an embodiment shown in the drawings of the invention according to the claims configured as described above. The greening panel 100 of this embodiment is divided into Example 1 shown in FIG. 4 and Example 2 shown in FIG. 5, and will be described together with the respective construction methods. The panel 100 is attached to form a fence or a vertical surface structure monument shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, or to a surface 300 of a building wall or a pier shown in FIG. A support frame 200 for assembling the support frame 200 will be described.
[0071]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the support frame 200 has a large number of green panels 100 assembled on the vertical surface 300 side, and covers the surface of the vertical surface 300 with vegetation plants P vegetated on each green panel 100. In this case, the greening panels 100 described later can be easily and reliably mounted.
[0072]
The support frame 200 employed in the present embodiment is installed on the foundation 210 so as to surround the periphery of, for example, the pier 310 constituting the vertical plane 300 as shown in FIGS. As shown in FIG. 18 and the like, a monument having a plane structure can be constituted by itself. A large number of support pipes 211 are assembled vertically and horizontally by using a pipe connecting member 212 to form a support as shown in FIG. The frame main body 200A surrounds the pier 310 with these, or has a frame shape as shown in FIG. Needless to say, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the support frame 200 is formed by assembling a large number of green panels 100 on the side of the vertical surface 300 such as the pier 310 and planting the surface of the vertical surface 300 on each green panel 100. The vegetation P is used to cover each greening panel 100 in a simple and reliable manner.
[0073]
As the pipe connecting member 212, a member for connecting the ends of the support pipes 211 as shown in FIG. 16B, or by inserting each of the support pipes 211 as shown in FIG. Adopting the type of connection. The pipe connecting member 212 shown in FIG. 16B inserts the end connecting member 212a shown in FIG. 16C into the end opening of each support pipe 211 and fixes it to the end. These end connecting members 212a are connected by pipe connecting members 212, respectively. By using the pipe connecting member 212 shown in FIG. 16B, it is possible to obtain the flat-plate-like support frame main body 200A shown in FIG.
[0074]
On the other hand, the pipe connecting member 212 shown in FIG. 15B has a plurality of pipe insertion holes orthogonal to each other, and the support pipes 211 are inserted into the respective pipe insertion holes so that the plurality of support pipes 211 are orthogonal. They are connected in a state. By using the pipe connecting member 212 shown in FIG. 15B, the wide panel frame 10 can be connected between the two support pipes 211 as shown in FIG. The supporting frame 200 is advantageous to be hung on the support frame. Since the support frame 200 shown in FIG. 15A can support each panel frame 10 and thus both sides of the green panel 100 so that they can be seen, a vertical surface described later shown in FIG. 18 or FIG. It can be a structural monument.
(Example 1)
FIG. 4 shows a greening panel 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The green panel 100 can be used alone or attached to the vertical surface 300 by the support frame 200. The greening panel 100 is provided with a panel frame 10 having at least a working opening 13 on the front surface in which a pot seedling 70 can be planted, and is disposed and supported immediately inside the panel frame 10, and is supported from the outside of the working opening 13. It is composed of a bag-like mat member 20A capable of cutting and having water absorbability and restoring property, and a vegetation base material 30 filled inside the bag-like mat member 20A for growing vegetation plants P. is there.
[0075]
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 9, the panel frame 10 is formed by combining a large number of grid wires 12, and the opening formed by each grid wire 12 is formed as shown in FIGS. 11 to 14. The working opening 13 has a size (square of about 9 cm to 12 cm) large enough to plant the pot seedlings 70 from outside.
[0076]
In the case of the example shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, these panel frames 10 use a large number of grid wires 12 and have a first support frame body 11a and a substantially U-shaped cross section. The second support frame main body 11b is formed, and the first support frame main body 11a and the second support frame main body 11b are aligned as shown in FIG. The first support frame main body 11a and the second support frame main body 11b are fastened to each other by fastening wires 14, so that a bag-like mat member 20A and a mat member 20B described later can be stored therein. The panel frame 10 has a substantially box-like shape.
[0077]
[0078]
In addition, in the panel frame 10 of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6B, for example, a reinforcing angle 15 is provided on a part of the second support frame main body 11b which is the bottom of the panel frame 10. The reinforcing angle 15 is supported on the support pipe 211 of the support frame 200 located immediately below. That is, the reinforcing angle 15 is formed by a simple bag-shaped mat member 20A, and the entire panel frame 10 is reinforced at the lower portion.
[0079]
The first support frame main body 11a and the second support frame main body 11b are configured by combining grid wires 12 as shown in FIGS. Thereby, the working openings 13 are respectively formed. That is, when viewed from the outside, the first support frame main body 11a and the second support frame main body 11b have the large working openings 13 as shown in FIG. Not only does the wire 12 not interfere with the growth of the vegetation P, but also the work from the work opening 13 as shown in FIG. Of course, the first support frame main body 11a and the second support frame main body 11b which are plated for rust prevention are advantageous for reuse.
[0080]
The fastening wire 14 for fastening the first support frame main body 11a and the second support frame main body 11b may be a so-called iron wire which can be freely bent, but is provided with a coating made of a synthetic resin. Is also good. Such a fastening wire 14 can be freely removed as well as fastened to the first support frame main body 11a and the second support frame main body 11b, and can be removed from the first support frame main body 11a and the second support frame main body 11b. It is intended to further improve reusability.
[0081]
The above-described panel frame 10 may have the form shown in FIG. That is, in the panel frame 10 shown in FIG. 9, a box frame 11c is formed by a plurality of grid wires 12 to 12. In this box frame 11c, the panel frame 10 is shown in FIG. As described above, the insertion port 16 is formed in a portion that becomes the upper surface when the greening panel is erected, and the insertion port 16 is openable and closable by the opening and closing door 11 d connected to a part of the lattice wire 12.
[0082]
In other words, the bag-shaped mat member 20A or the mat member 20B must be accommodated in the panel frame 10, and as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. Is opened to open the insertion slot 16 so that the bag-shaped mat member 20A or the mat member 20B can be stored from here. Of course, when the bag-like mat member 20A or the like is stored, the opening and closing door 11d is closed.
[0083]
Immediately inside the panel frame 10 configured as described above, as shown in FIG. 4, a bag-like mat member 20A having a water absorbing property and a restoring property is arranged and supported. The bag-like mat member 20A has a water absorbing property and a restoring property that can be cut out from the outside of the working opening 13, and is made of synthetic resin fibers such as pets formed into a non-woven fabric. Of course, as shown in FIG. 4, the bag-like mat member 20A must be filled with the vegetation base material 30 and then inserted into the panel frame 10. is there.
[0084]
When the bag-shaped mat member 20A is in the state shown in FIG. 4, it is natural to prevent the internal vegetation base material 30 from spilling out, and cuts 80 as shown in FIGS. Even if it is expanded, it closes again as shown in FIG. 13 due to its own or its resilience when containing water. That is, the bag-shaped mat member 20A reliably prevents the leakage of the internal vegetation base material 30 when the cut 80 is formed therein or not.
[0085]
For this purpose, the thickness of the bag-shaped mat member 20A may be 2 mm to 10 mm. The reason is to provide sufficient resilience to the bag-shaped mat member 20A. If the thickness is less than 2 mm, the resilience is not sufficient, and durability and water retention are poor. This is because planting the seedlings 70 and forming the cuts 80 for sowing are difficult even if the resilience, durability, and water retention are sufficient.
[0086]
As the vegetation base material 30 that is filled inside the bag-shaped mat member 20A and grows the vegetation plant P, various plants can be applied as long as they are sufficient for the growth of the pot seedling 70 or the vegetation plant P. In this embodiment, artificial soil in which pearlite and organic matter are mixed, for example, which is used for rooftop greening, is employed. Further, since the vegetation base material 30 is filled in the bag-shaped mat member 20A and does not leak to the outside, no particular limitation is required for its particle size and properties.
[0087]
And about this greening panel 100, as shown in FIG. 4, the watering into the said vegetation base material 30 is performed on or in the upper part of the vegetation base material 30, and the other greening panel 100 is provided at least at one end. A watering pipe 50 having a connecting portion 51 that can be connected to the side is housed. That is, in the greening panel 100 of the present embodiment, the irrigation pipe 50 is already set, and this irrigation pipe 50 can be connected to another greening panel 100 side by the connecting portion 51 provided at least at one end thereof. By using the connecting portion 51, automatic watering can be effectively performed when a surface structure monument as shown in FIGS. 1, 18, or 19A or 19B is formed. is there.
[0088]
In order to construct the above-mentioned greening panel 100, the bag-shaped mat member 20A filled with the vegetation base material 30 is used as a support frame 200 (in the case of FIGS. 1 and 18) or an anchor 27 (shown in FIGS. 4 and 5). Depending on the case), it is inserted into the panel frame 10 fixed or supported on the vertical plane 300 or the like, or disposed in a growth place (not shown) such as the ground or a field.
[0089]
That is, here, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the panel frame 10 constituting the greening panel 100 is already hung on the support frame 200, and the panel frame 10 is installed in a growth place (not shown) such as a field. It takes into account the two cases. In particular, the reason why the panel frame 10 is installed in the growing place is that the planting of the potted seedlings 70 and the sowing of the vegetation plant P are performed in a place other than the vertical plane 300 on the greening panel 100, and the vegetation plant P that has grown to some extent is When every frame 10 is transported to the vertical plane 300, which is the construction site, and the construction of the green panel 100 is completed, as shown in FIG. 14, the vegetation plant P may want to be in a state where the flowers are in bloom. It is.
[0090]
Next, the bag-shaped mat member 20A is cut out from the working opening 13 of the panel frame 10 to form a cut 80, and the seed opening or the seedling 70 is introduced into the vegetation base material 30 from the mat opening 21 formed by expanding the cut 80. Planting is done. 11 to 13 show an example in which the pot seedlings 70 are planted. As shown in FIG. 11, the surface of the bag-shaped mat member 20 </ b> A is large from the work opening 13 of the panel frame 10. Since it is exposed, a cutter or the like can be easily inserted from the work opening 13, so that the cut 80 is formed in the bag-shaped mat member 20A by the cutter. Then, the center of the cross-shaped notch 80 is expanded with a finger or the like to form the mat opening 21 as shown in FIGS. 12A and 12B. The above operation has been described by taking the planting of the pot seedling 70 as an example, but the same applies to the case of sowing seeds of the vegetation plant P.
[0091]
Then, after the seeding of the vegetation plant P and the planting of the pot seedling 70 are completed, the respective mat openings 21 are closed using the resilience of the bag-shaped mat member 20A, and the initial watering is performed from above.
[0092]
In the above seeding and planting, when the panel frame 10 is attached to the support frame 200 constructed on the vertical surface 300, the greening of the vertical surface 300 has been completed. In the case where the greening panel 100 is arranged in a growing place, it is natural that the green panel 100 is attached to the vertical surface 300 by the support frame 200.
(Example 2)
FIG. 5 shows a greening panel 100 according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Most of the greening panel 100 according to the second embodiment is similar to that of the first embodiment described above. 1 in that a mat member 20B is used instead of the bag-like mat member 20A in FIG. Therefore, in the greening panel 100 of the second embodiment, the same members as those described in the first embodiment with the members shown in FIG. 5 are denoted by the same reference numerals as those used in FIG. Omitted.
[0093]
The mat member 20B uses the same material as the bag-shaped mat member 20A, but is not a bag-shaped member like the bag-shaped mat member 20A, but is simply a sheet-shaped member. It is possible to use a material thinner than the mat member 20B or a material having lower cost. In addition, by forming the mat member 20B in a sheet shape, not only the labor for forming the bag member but also the size change of the panel frame 10 can be freely handled.
[0094]
The three-dimensional reticulated mat 40 may be formed by using a metal wire or may be formed by increasing the density of a synthetic resin mat, but in any case, the inside can be filled with the vegetation base material 30 by spraying, and Anything that does not hinder the growth of the root of the plant P may be used. As shown in FIG. 5A, the three-dimensional net-like mat 40 may be embodied in the whole of the mat material 20B, but as shown in FIG. A vegetation base material 30 having a size of about 2 cm to 5 cm may be placed in a portion of the mat member 20 </ b> B opposite to the vegetation plant P.
[0095]
When the three-dimensional net-like mat 40 is used in the construction of the greening panel 100 as described above, it is necessary to spray the vegetation base material 30 by means such as spraying, care, or soil, as described above. It is as expected. Needless to say, the subsequent steps are substantially the same as those in the first embodiment.
[0096]
Each greening panel 100 not only performs vegetation such as a pier having a vertical surface 300 in the state shown in FIG. 1, but also, for example, as shown in FIG. 18 or FIG. 19A and FIG. Vegetation can also be performed on pillars (plane structure monuments) having such a shape.
[0097]
From the state shown in FIG. 18 or FIG. 19, it is understood that a structure such as a pillar does not necessarily have to be contained therein. In other words, by making each greening panel 100 independent by the support frame 200, the greening panel 100 according to the present invention plays a role as an "object" that has bloomed in a large hall or at an intersection of an underground mall, for example. Can also be fulfilled. If so, these greening panels 100 are not limited to the triangular shape shown in FIG. 18A, but may be square shapes as shown in FIG. 19A or 19B. Can be implemented. Note that the example shown in FIG. 19A shows a case in which the respective greening panels 100 are connected to each other by a connecting tool, and the example shown in FIG. Are directly connected to each other.
[0098]
As can be said with any of the greening panels 100 described above, the relatively large working opening 13 is formed in the panel frame 10 constituting the greening panel 100, and therefore, FIG. 4 or FIG. As shown in the above, if a pocket 60 is attached to a portion where the planting is not performed, such as the pot seedling 70, the vegetation base material 30 is put in the pocket 60, and the vegetation plant P is planted in the pocket 60. Vegetation and decoration can be performed.
[0099]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention, as described in the above embodiment,
"A panel frame 10 having at least a working opening 13 in which a pot seedling 70 can be implanted is formed at the front, and is disposed and supported immediately inside the panel frame 10 so that a cutting operation from outside the working opening 13 is possible. A bag-like mat member 20A having water absorption and restoring properties, a vegetation base material 30 filled inside the bag-like mat member 20A for growing vegetation plants P or a three-dimensional net-like mat 40 filled with the vegetation base material 30 Composed by

"A panel frame 10 having at least a working opening 13 in which a pot seedling 70 can be implanted is formed at the front, and is disposed and supported immediately inside the panel frame 10 so that a cutting operation from outside the working opening 13 is possible. It is composed of a mat member 20b having water absorbency and restoring property, and a vegetation base material 30 stored inside the mat member 20b for growing vegetation plants P, or a three-dimensional net-like mat 40 filled with the vegetation base material 30 ". The main feature of the construction is that
(A) The replacement of the vegetation base material 30 and the replacement of flowers and vegetation plants P can be easily performed.
(B) Seeding and planting work can be easily performed from the outside because of the flowers and the vegetation P.
(C) The bag-shaped mat member 20A or mat member 20B that protects the vegetation base material 30 that is to be erected vertically prevents the inside vegetation base material 30 from spilling out, and vice versa. The germination of the vegetation P from the substrate 30 and the development of leaves and stems are improved.
(D) In particular, as a flower or a vegetation plant P, a "potted seedling 70" which has rooted and grown to some extent and which can easily manage the growth after planting can be employed. Can also be enjoyed.
(E) Mounting and installation on the vertical surface 300 can be performed well.
Such an excellent effect can be exhibited.
