Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE
[0002]
[Prior art]
A rotatable plate cylinder having a structure in which a mesh screen of a resin or metal mesh is wound around a porous support cylinder, and a thermoplastic resin film (thickness of about 1-2 μm is generally used) Then, using a laminated structure master in which Japanese paper fiber or synthetic fiber of the porous support, or a mixture of Japanese paper and synthetic fiber is bonded, the film surface of this master is brought into contact with the heating element of the thermal head, While the head is operated in the main scanning direction and the master is moved in the sub-scanning direction by a platen roller or the like of the conveyance means, the master formed by heating and perforating is wound around the plate cylinder, and an ink supply member provided inside the plate cylinder is used. The ink is supplied, and the paper is continuously pressed by a pressing means such as a press roller or an impression cylinder having substantially the same diameter as the plate cylinder, and the ink oozes out from the plate cylinder opening and the master perforation. It was sensitive digital stencil printing apparatus that performs printing is well known.
[0003]
The stencil printing apparatus performs printing by heating and perforating a thermoplastic resin with a heating element of a thermal head, exuding ink from the perforated opening, and placing the ink on the paper surface. During this printing, when the ink is transferred to the paper, a large amount of ink is displaced by being pulled from the part stored in the master support, and the paper sticks to the plate cylinder surface due to the viscosity of the ink, and the paper is not discharged. In addition, when the next sheet is stacked, ink on the image side of the lower sheet is liable to be displaced and stained on the lower surface of the next sheet on which the image is stacked.
[0004]
Therefore, the paper is peeled from the master by thinning the master support to reduce the amount of ink held down to suppress ink withdrawal, or by reducing the size of the heat generating element of the thermal head to reduce the perforation diameter. Attempts have been made to reduce the amount of ink that is sometimes pulled out and dislocated.
[0005]
The stencil printing machine prints the ink on the paper rather than extruding it onto the paper, so if the paper on the other side has large irregularities, the ink will not reach the inner part of the paper, causing translocation. Since the amount is locally reduced, unevenness in image density is likely to occur.
[0006]
Most stencil printing apparatuses have a conveyance unit such as a paper feed roller (also called a call roller or the like) for conveying the paper on the paper feed tray and conveying the paper in contact with the upper surface of the paper.
[0007]
Due to the large frictional force between the papers when the paper supply roller starts to rotate, a slight slip occurs when the paper supply roller starts to move between the paper supply roller and the uppermost paper on the paper supply tray, and the paper supply roller nip portion The corresponding surface is rubbed and roughened, and in the case of a halftone image or the like having a small amount of dislocation such as in a photo mode, the dislocation of the ink is particularly small in this portion as compared with other portions.
[0008]
For this reason, as shown in FIG. 4, there is a problem that the slip portion of the paper feed roller becomes more conspicuous as the
[0009]
In a stencil printing method in which two plate cylinders are vertically opposed to each other and printing is performed on both sides of a sheet, when printing is performed on both sides of the same sheet at the same time, a lower plate cylinder than the upper plate cylinder is used. Since the amount of ink transferred from the paper to the paper decreases, there is a problem that the image density of the printed matter decreases and a density difference occurs between the upper surface and the lower surface of the paper.
As a solution to this problem, there is a technique in which the master mounted on the lower plate cylinder has a higher aperture ratio than the master mounted on the upper plate cylinder. 1). Even with this technique, when the amount of ink transfer is small as in the photographic mode, it is difficult to avoid a decrease in the density of a portion corresponding to the nip position of the paper feed roller at a portion rubbed by slip.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a stencil printing apparatus that does not cause image unevenness in a portion corresponding to a nip position of a paper feed roller even when the amount of ink dislocation is small as in a photo mode.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has the following configuration to achieve the above object.
(1). A master formed by hot perforation is wound around a plate cylinder rotatably supported around its own axis, and the paper loaded on a paper feed tray is separated and fed by a paper feed roller and a separation roller. In a stencil printing apparatus that performs printing by sending a roller pair between a plate cylinder and a pressing unit and continuously pressing the plate cylinder with the pressing unit, the master plate making density corresponding to the nip position of the paper feed roller (Claim 1).
(2). (1) In the stencil printing apparatus described in (1), the stencil making density of the portion of the master corresponding to the nip position of the paper feed roller is varied according to the type of paper to be fed.
(3). (1) In the stencil printing apparatus described in (1) or (2), the stencil making density of the master corresponding to the nip position of the paper feed roller is varied by the pressing force of the paper feed roller against the paper. Item 3).
(4). In the stencil printing apparatus according to any one of (1) to (3), the stencil printing density of the master corresponding to the nip position of the paper feed roller is varied according to the rotation speed of the paper feed roller. (Claim 4).
