【従来の技術】
ユニットバスは、複数枚の壁パネルを連結して壁面が構成されており、従来、例えば図６の平面拡大図で示すように、隣合う壁パネル２と壁パネル３は、裏側に設けた連結金具４を介して連結されている。
即ち、壁パネル２の右端の折曲縁部２ａと、壁パネル３の左端の折曲縁部３ａを、連結金具４内にそれぞれ嵌め込んで、当接状に連結している。
このような連結構造において、例えば壁パネル３の室内側に手すり等を設けた場合に、手すりに力が加わると、壁パネル３が室内側に引っ張られて剪断応力が加わり、壁パネル３が連結金具４から外れてしまう虞れがあり、手すり等の設備をユニットバス内に後付けする場合には、壁パネルを補強する必要があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の補強構造としては、例えば特許参考文献１に開示されているように、壁パネル２，３の裏側に補強材を固定させて補強する構造があるが、既設のユニットバス１においては、壁パネルの取り外しができないために、壁パネル２，３の裏側に補強材を取り付けることは不可能であり、そのため、既設のユニットバスに手すり，入浴補助器具等を後付けすることができないという問題点あった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記従来の問題点に鑑み案出したものであって、良好に壁パネルを補強して、手すり，入浴補助器具等の後付けが可能となるユニットバスの補強構造を提供せんことを目的とし、その第１の要旨は、ユニットバスの壁面を構成する壁パネルに対し、室内側から補強材を固設し、該補強材により前記壁パネルの強度を補強したことである。
また第２の要旨は、複数の壁パネルを連結して壁面が構成されるユニットバスにおいて、少なくとも隣合う２枚の壁パネル間にまたがる補強材を、室内側から前記壁パネル間に固定したことである。
また第３の要旨は、前記補強材には、収納棚等の設備を引っ掛け固定できる引っ掛け部が設けられていることである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
図１は、ユニットバスの要部斜視構成図であり、ユニットバス１は、複数枚の壁パネル２，３，５，６がそれぞれ連結されて壁面を構成しており、底側には防水パン７が設けられ、室内に浴槽８が設置されている。また、壁パネル２には、手すり９が設けられており、壁パネル３には、照明ランプ１０，棚１１，洗面器置き台１２が設けられている。

また、補強材１３を、壁パネル２，３間にまたがった状態に取り付ける他、何れかの壁パネル２，３，５，６に補強材１３を固定して、補強材１３で壁パネルを補強しつつ、収納棚１５等を補強材１３に取り付けることができるものである。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、ユニットバスの壁面を構成する壁パネルに対し、室内側から補強材を固設し、補強材により壁パネルの強度を補強したことにより、室内側から良好に補強材を取り付けることができ、この補強材により壁パネルが補強されて強度が確保されたものとなる。
