Description

【0001】
【0051】

Figure 2004232157
【0052】
【0058】
Figure 2004232157
【0059】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to tights that are worn in close contact with the body surface of a human body and are preferably used to guide the body to a correct posture when standing upright or when exercising.
[0002]
[Prior art]
It is important to maintain a good posture for the human body, and the deterioration of the posture contributes to lower body pain such as lower back pain and knee pain. As a result of research conducted by the present inventor, in particular, the pain around the feet such as the knees, lower legs, and Achilles tendon has a great cause not only in the posture at rest but also in the way of movement of the body during walking and running. I found it.
[0003]
For example, knee pain is often seen among sports disorders, but this is often caused by twisting and bending the knee. However, there is a problem in that the disabled person does not realize that he is twisting his knees and continues to improperly move his body, thereby worsening the symptoms.
[0004]
Conventionally, exercise spats provided with a taping function for the purpose of improving sports disorders have been known. In this exercise spats, as shown in Patent Document 1, a relatively strong portion and a relatively weak portion are provided in a predetermined portion in a pattern, thereby promoting muscle expansion and contraction. In addition, it exerts a taping function to reduce muscle fatigue and prevent flesh detachment, and also prevent rupture and damage of ligaments and tendons.
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-214303A
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-mentioned exercise spats merely limit the movable range of the muscles by taping function to reduce the burden on the muscles or protect the muscles. The problem has arisen that inappropriate body postures and movements remain unimproved.
[0007]
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide tights that can correctly guide the posture or movement of the body without impairing mobility.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the tights according to the present invention are tights having elasticity when worn, and are constituted by an elastic part having high elasticity and a low elastic part having lower elasticity than the elastic part, The low elastic portion is provided in a ring shape over the entire circumference of the waist portion.
[0009]
The elastic portion and the low elastic portion both have elasticity that can sufficiently follow the movement of the body when worn, but the low elastic portion is provided such that the elasticity is lower than the elastic portion. I have.
[0010]
Therefore, when the stretchable portion and the low stretchable portion are stretched by the same amount following the movement of the body, a greater load is applied to the low stretchable portion, which becomes a resistance to the human body and raises the awareness of the wearer. It can be directed to the low elastic portion. Then, when the tights wearer takes a correct posture, the posture of the wearer can be correctly guided by forming the low expansion / contraction portion so as to minimize the resistance.
[0011]
In the case of the tights having the above configuration, the low elasticity portion is provided in a ring shape all around the waist portion, and therefore, the resistance is minimized when the lumbar vertebra is extended. Therefore, it is possible to guide the user to a correct posture in which the lumbar spine is elongated by moving the body so that the wearer himself is conscious and minimizes the resistance.
[0012]
Here, the waist portion means an annular portion included between the upper part of the waist line and the lower part of the waist line between the lumbar spine and the sacrum (corresponding to the line connecting the most protruding parts of the lumbar bone). .
[0013]
The elasticity of the elastic material constituting the elastic part or the low elastic part can be evaluated by the degree of elongation when a constant load is applied. Here, the degree of elongation is a value represented by [(ba) / a] × 100, where a is the length of the original sample and b is the length of the sample in the stretched state.
[0014]
The stretchability of the low stretch portion is not particularly limited, but is preferably formed so as to be 0.40 to 0.80 when the stretch degree of the stretch portion serving as the base of the tights is 1, and more preferably 0 to 0.80. The range of .50 to 0.70 is more preferable.
[0015]
As described above, the tights according to the present invention have elasticity when worn, and in terms of securing mobility, what is fixed in a state in which the lumbar spine is stretched like a conventional corset is the same. The effect is different.
[0016]
When the lumbar vertebra bends, the rear central region of the tights, which corresponds to the lumbar vertebra, expands, and the resistance at that portion increases. The wearer perceives this change in resistance and moves the body to the correct posture. Therefore, the greater the change in resistance when the lumbar spine is extended and when it is bent, the easier it is to perceive the change in posture.
[0017]
To increase the change in resistance between when the lumbar spine is stretched and when the lumbar is bent, use a material with a low elasticity that is as low as possible in elasticity, and that increases resistance with a small amount of elongation. However, if the resistance of the entire low elastic portion is increased, the mobility at the waist may be reduced.
[0018]
Therefore, in the present invention, the low expansion / contraction portion is constituted by a plurality of regions having different resistances. Specifically, the low elasticity portion was constituted by a rear central region and other regions, and formed so that the rear central region had lower elasticity than the other regions.
[0019]
According to the above configuration, since the elasticity of the rear central region is lower than that of the other regions, it is easy to perceive a change in posture, and the elasticity of the other region is larger than that of the central rear region. There is no risk of impairing mobility.
[0020]
Further, the low elasticity portion may be constituted by an abdominal region, a rear central region, and both side regions, and the abdominal region and the rear central region may be formed to have lower elasticity than the both side regions. According to the above configuration, since the lumbar spine bends, the abdomen that protrudes forward acts on the abdomen, so that the lumbar spine can be more reliably guided to the correct posture.
[0021]
The rear central region may be formed at the waist, but preferably extends further down to the sacral region. That is, the lower end of the lumbar vertebra is connected to the sacrum, and when the lumbar vertebra is bent, the sacrum below the sacrum is also bent. Therefore, if the rear central region is formed from the waist to the sacrum, the change in posture can be sensed in both the lower lumbar region and the sacrum, and the posture can be corrected with higher sensitivity.
[0022]
In addition, the above-mentioned tights should just have a waist part at least, and the length in a leg part may be any length to a crotch, above a knee, below a knee, or may wrap the whole leg part. Good.
[0023]
In the present invention, it is possible to correctly guide the posture of not only the lumbar spine but also the legs. That is, elastic tights that are worn in close contact with the body surface from the waistline of the human body to the upper part of the ankle, and the tights have an elastic part having high elasticity and elasticity more than the elastic part. The low elastic part is composed of a low band, and the low elastic part is provided at a position extending from the outside of the thigh to the inside of the lower leg through above the patella, and passes through the inside of the thigh. , Crossing the first band-shaped portion above the patella, and a second band-shaped portion provided at a position extending to the outside of the lower leg, the first band-shaped portion is less elastic than the second band-shaped portion. It is characterized by being formed so that it becomes.
[0024]
According to the above configuration, the first band-shaped portion and the second band-shaped portion are arranged on both sides of the leg extending from the thigh to above the ankle so as to intersect above the patella. The knee is straight and the resistance is the least. Therefore, it is possible to improve the posture of the legs including the O leg and the X leg. The upper part of the ankle means a portion between the calf and the ankle. By forming both band-shaped portions up to this position, it is possible to detect a toe twist.
[0025]
Further, a characteristic point of the above tights is that the first belt-shaped portion is formed so as to have lower elasticity than the second belt-shaped portion, and thereby, it is possible to perceive the torsion of the knee during exercise. it can. That is, if the knee is twisted when the knee is bent and stretched, the resistance of one of the belt-like portions increases, and the twist can be perceived.
[0026]
By recognizing the torsion of the knee, it is possible to correct the way the foot is moved, and it is possible to reduce the burden on the knee or the like and to improve or prevent sports disorders.
[0027]
It is unclear why it is possible to perceive torsion by lowering the elasticity of the first belt, but the human body structure that the outer part of the thigh has more developed muscles than the inner part It is thought that it is due to a strategic factor. In any case, by lowering the elasticity of the first belt-shaped portion, the resistance of both the first belt-shaped portion and the second belt-shaped portion can be perceived in a well-balanced manner. Therefore, it is possible to perceive the torsion by sensing the collapse of the balance between the two resistances.
[0028]
The first belt-shaped part may be formed so that the elasticity is lower than that of the second belt-shaped part, but for specific values, actually try out tights while watching the balance with the elastic part, and try wearing it. You only have to decide. Generally, when the elongation of the second band is set to 1, the elongation of the first band is preferably set in the range of 0.30 to 0.70, and 0.40 to 0.60. The range is more preferable.
[0029]
Further, in the present invention, the tights are stretched tightly worn on the body surface from the waistline of the human body to the upper part of the ankle, and the tights include a stretchable portion having a high stretchability and a stretchable portion. The low elasticity portion is also composed of a low elasticity portion with low elasticity, the low elasticity portion is an annular portion provided in an annular shape over the entire circumference of the waist portion, and the inside of the lower leg from above the patella portion from outside the thigh portion From the first band-shaped part provided at the position reaching to, and from the second band-shaped part provided at a position passing through the inside of the thigh, intersecting the first band-shaped part above the patella, and reaching the outside of the lower leg. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the upper ends of the first band-shaped portion and the second band-shaped portion are connected to the annular portion.
[0030]
According to the above configuration, when the torsion occurs between the leg and the waist, the resistance in the belt-shaped portion increases, and therefore, it is possible to perceive the pelvis torsion. Further, by connecting the annular portion and the band-shaped portion, the resistance force applied from the waist to the quadriceps femoris and the ankle can be perceived as one line.
[0031]
Therefore, it is possible to stabilize the movement of the hip joint and correctly guide the posture of the entire lower body, thereby not only preventing a sports disorder, but also improving the athletic ability of the wearer. Note that the tights for correctly guiding the posture of the leg may have at least a length from the waistline to above the ankle, and may cover the entire leg.
[0032]
The tights can be formed by joining an elastic part and a low elastic part made of different materials, but the elastic part and the low elastic part are composed of different knitting structures, and each knitting structure is integrally formed by circular knitting. When knitting is performed, the elasticity of the elastic part and the low elastic part can be set arbitrarily. Therefore, it is possible to provide tights according to the body shape.
[0033]
When knitting each knitting structure by circular knitting, it is preferable to knit the elastic portion by flat knitting and knit the low elastic portion by tack knitting and / or miss knitting. By knitting the low elasticity part by tack knitting, the elasticity in the wale direction (vertical direction of the knitting structure) can be reduced, and when knitting by mistake knitting, the elasticity in the course direction (horizontal direction of the knitting structure) can be reduced. (Increase power). Further, if the low elastic portion is knitted by a combination of tack knitting and miss knitting, the elasticity in both the wale direction and the course direction can be reduced.
[0034]
In the tights according to the present invention, the low elastic portion can be formed so that an appropriate resistance force acts from the time when the correct posture is taken, as long as the mobility is not impaired. By applying an appropriate resistance force in this manner, it is possible to easily maintain a correct posture. In particular, it is particularly effective when it is difficult to take a correct posture on its own, such as correction of an O-leg or an X-leg.
[0035]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but in the present invention, since there is a part using the name of the muscle of the human body to explain where the low elastic portion is formed First, the muscles of the human body will be described.
[0036]
3 is a muscular diagram viewed from the front side of the lower body of the human body, and FIG. 4 is a muscular diagram viewed from the back side of the lower body of the human body (both are extracted from "Words Word" published by Dohosha Publishing). In the figure, 21 is the tensor fascia latae muscle, 22 is the vastus lateralis muscle, 23 is the rectus femoris muscle, 24 is the medial gastrocnemius muscle, 25 is the soleus muscle, 26 is the adductor majoris, 27 is the thin muscle, and 28 is the medial wide muscle. Muscle, 29 indicates the peroneus longus muscle.
[0037]
1 and 2 are views showing an embodiment of the tights according to the present invention. FIG. 1 shows a front view of the tights, and FIG. 2 shows a rear view of the tights. The tights are formed to have a length from the waist line to above the ankle, and include an elastic portion 1 having high elasticity and a low elastic portion having lower elasticity than the elastic portion 1.
[0038]
The low elasticity portion passes through the annular portion 2 formed in an annular shape so as to include the waist portion A and the lateral portion of the abdomen H, passes from above the thigh B to above the patella C, and passes through the lower leg. D, the first belt-shaped portion 3 provided at a position reaching the inside and the central portion of the abdomen H, branching at the crotch portion E, passing through the inside of the thigh B and above the patella C, and the first belt-shaped portion. And the second band-shaped portion 4 provided at a position crossing the portion 3 and extending to the outside of the lower leg D. The region other than the annular portion 2, the first band-shaped portion 3 and the second band-shaped portion 4 is It is constituted by an elastic part 1. The first band 3 is formed so as to have lower elasticity than the second band 4.
[0039]
The formation positions of the first band-shaped portion 3 and the second band-shaped portion 4 will be described with reference to the names of muscles of a human body based on FIGS. 3 and 4. When wearing tights, the upper end of the first band-shaped portion 3 is a hip bone portion. Of the patella C through the side portion of the abdomen H, the greater trochanter site, the 21 thigh fascia latae muscle 21 site, and the lateral vastus muscle 22 site. It is formed at a position that passes through the upper part (the part between the patella part C and the rectus femoris muscle 23), passes through the inner part of the inner gastrocnemius muscle 24, and reaches the soleus muscle 25 part.
[0040]
The upper end of the second belt-shaped portion 4 is connected to the annular portion 2 (abdominal region 2a described later) at the center of the abdomen H, and is formed as a single line through the central portion of the abdomen H to the tights crotch E as it is. At the crotch portion E, the line branches right and left two lines, each line passes through 26 sites of the adductor majoris and 28 sites of the vastus medialis, and above the patella C (between the patella C and the rectus femoris 23). ), And is formed at a position that intersects with the first band-shaped portion 3 and reaches 29 long peroneus muscle.
[0041]
The intersecting portion F where the first band portion 3 and the second band portion 4 intersect uses the structure of the first band portion 3, and the second band portion 4 is formed discontinuously. Thereby, it becomes possible to perceive the change of the resistance force in the first belt-shaped portion 3 with high sensitivity.
[0042]
The annular portion 2 includes an abdominal region 2a, a rear central region 2b, and both side regions 2c. The abdominal region 2a and the rear central region 2b are formed so as to have lower elasticity than the two side regions 2c.
[0043]
The abdominal region 2a is a region on the front side of the right and left hip bones in the annular portion 2, and is a band-like region formed approximately between a line connecting the waist line and the lower left and right hip bones. In the rear region behind the right and left hip bones, a rear central region 2b is formed with a predetermined width centering on the lumbar region, and both side regions 2c are formed on both sides thereof. That is, between the abdominal region 2a having low elasticity and the rear central region 2b, both side regions 2c having higher elasticity than both are interposed.
[0044]
The rear central region 2b and the both side regions 2c are not band-like regions such as the abdominal region 2a, but are reverse parts connecting the waist line, the left and right first band-like portions, and the lower end portions of the left and right lateral wide muscles 22 from the sacral lower part G. It is formed in a wide area between the V-shaped line and covers most of the buttocks I.
[0045]
In the above-mentioned region, the rear central region 2b is formed to have a width of about の of the entire width of the rear region centering on the center of the rear region, and the remaining region is the both side region 2c. This covers the lower lumbar spine and the sacrum by the posterior central region 2b.
[0046]
In the present embodiment, since the first band-shaped portion and the second band-shaped portion are formed on the abdomen H of the tights, the rear central region 2b and the both side regions 2c are formed in the buttocks I over a wide range, so that the front and back of the pelvis can be formed. In a balanced manner, the resistance is applied. Accordingly, the resistance is minimized when the pelvis is in a normal state, and the posture of the pelvis as well as the lumbar spine and legs can be correctly guided.
[0047]
As described above, in the present embodiment, the first band portion 3, the abdominal region 2a and the rear central region 2b are formed so as to have the same elasticity, and the second band portion 4 and both side regions 2c have the same elasticity. The elasticity of the former is set lower than that of the latter.
[0048]
However, not only the above setting, but also the basic relationship that the first band portion 3 has lower elasticity than the second band portion 4 and the abdominal region 2a and the rear central region 2b have lower elasticity than both side regions 2c. Within the holding range, each elasticity can be changed while considering the balance of the resistance applied to the entire lower body.
[0049]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the tights according to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to the examples.
[0050]
[Production of tights]
In the present example, a tight knitting machine was used to produce tights having the configuration in the above embodiment. That is, as a knitting structure, a first knitting structure forming the elastic portion 1, a second knitting structure forming the second band portion 4 and both side regions 2c, a first band portion 3, an abdominal region 2a, and a rear center region 2b. Using the three types of the third knitting structure, the knitting structures were integrally knitted to produce tights. Table 1 shows the contents of each knitting structure.
[0051]
[Table 1]
Figure 2004232157
[0052]
As shown in Table 1, the circular knitting machine used is capable of supplying two types of yarns, knits one course with the first type of yarn, and knits the next course with the second type of yarn. Was alternately repeated.
[0053]
Specifically, a 70d (denier) / 34f (filament) wooly nylon yarn is used alone as the first type of yarn, and a 40d / 13f wooly nylon yarn and a 30d polyurethane are used as the second type of yarn. A single covered yarn (SCY) in which a 30d nylon yarn was wound around the yarn was used in combination. When the first yarn is used, flat knitting or tack knitting is performed, and when the second yarn is used, flat knitting or mis-knitting is performed.
[0054]
5 to 7 are organization diagrams of each knitting organization. As shown in FIG. 5, the first knitting structure is a flat knitting structure knitted by changing the yarn for each course. As shown in FIG. 6, the second knitting structure is a cross-knitting structure of 1: 1 tack knitting with the first yarn and 2: 2 miss knitting with the second yarn. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the third knitting structure is a cross-knitting structure of 1: 1 tack knitting with the first yarn and 2: 3: 1: 2 miss knitting with the second yarn.
[0055]
Therefore, in the course where the first yarn is used, when the knitting structure changes from the first knitting structure → the second knitting structure → the first knitting structure → the third knitting structure, the flat knitting → 1: 1 tack knitting → Plain knitting → 1: 1 tuck knitting, the way of knitting will change.
[0056]
In the course using the second yarn, if the knitting structure changes from the first knitting structure → the second knitting structure → the first knitting structure → the third knitting structure, the flat knitting → 2: 2 miss knitting → the flat knitting → The 2: 3: 1: 2 miss knitting and knitting style will change. Tights composed of three types of knitting structures were produced by the above knitting method.
[0057]
[Evaluation of elasticity]
The stretchability of the knitted structure in the above tights was evaluated. As an evaluation method, each knitted structure was cut into a size of 10 cm or more in length × 2.5 cm in width, the interval between grips was set to 10 cm, and the film was pulled at a pulling speed of 30 cm / min. It was measured. Table 2 shows the results.
[0058]
[Table 2]
Figure 2004232157
[0059]
As shown in Table 2, the ratio of the degree of elongation of each knitting structure was 1st knitting structure: 2nd knitting structure: third mesh structure = 1: 0.58: 0.30, which was an appropriate value between each knitting structure. It was confirmed that there was a difference in elasticity.
[0060]
[Wearing test]
A wearing test was performed using the tights produced in this example. As a comparative material, a material obtained by knitting the entire tights with only the first knitting structure was used. As a result, in the sensory evaluation of the subject, the tights of the present example showed that the resistance was the least when the leg, pelvis and lumbar vertebra were in the correct posture in the upright posture, and the resistance increased as the posture worsened. Was confirmed. Thus, it was confirmed that the tights according to the present embodiment can correctly guide the posture. On the other hand, in the comparative material, the above effect was not seen at all.
[0061]
Next, a walking test when wearing tights was performed. As a result, the tights according to the present example were evaluated to be easy to get out of the legs, easy to bend and stretch the knees, and less swaying of the knees when walking as compared with the comparative material. Further, after performing an uphill walking test, the amount of lactic acid accumulated in the muscle was measured. As a result, the amount of lactic acid was smaller in the tights of this example than in the comparative material. That is, the tights of the examples were less fatigued, and the effect of reducing fatigue was recognized.
[0062]
In addition, subjects with O-leg, X-leg, knee pain, leg pain, Achilles tendon pain, plantar aponeuritis, metatarsal pain, and peri-hip joint pain were asked to wear the tights of this example, In the evaluation after the period and daily life, the effect of amelioration of symptoms was found in all cases, but such effect was not confirmed in the comparative material.
[0063]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it goes without saying that many modifications and changes can be made within the scope of the present invention. For example, the form of the tights is not limited to one worn only on the lower body, and may be formed integrally with the upper body.
[0064]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, the tights are constituted by a stretchable portion having high stretchability and a low stretchable portion having lower stretchability than the stretchable portion, and the low stretchable portion is formed around the entire circumference of the waist portion. As a result, the lumbar spine can be guided to a correct posture.
[0065]
In addition, the low elasticity portion, the first band-shaped portion provided from the outside of the thigh to the inside of the lower leg through the above the patella, and the first band-shaped from the inside of the thigh above the patella And a second band-shaped portion provided at a position crossing the lower leg and extending to the outside of the lower leg, and if the first band-shaped portion is formed so as to have lower elasticity than the second band-shaped portion, the leg portion Can be guided to the correct posture, and the foot can be moved correctly during walking or running, whereby the burden on the knee or the like can be reduced, and the sports disorder can be improved or prevented.
[0066]
In addition, as the low elastic portion, the annular portion, the first band-shaped portion and the second band-shaped portion are provided, and if the upper ends of the first band-shaped portion and the second band-shaped portion are connected to the annular portion, the pelvis can be perceived. This enables the posture of the entire lower body to be correctly guided in combination with the effects of the annular portion and the belt-shaped portion, thereby preventing not only sports disorders but also improving the athletic ability of the wearer.
