Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a push-pull lock, and in particular, when an inner or outer unlocking handle is pulled or pushed when a door is closed, a temporary locking piece (a movable stopper biased by a spring) for a latch is used for a latch. The present invention relates to a push-pull lock that is operated in a direction of disengagement by a temporary unlocking mechanism.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional technique, JP-A-2002-129796 can be cited. This publication describes an embodiment (the invention according to claims 4 and 5) of a latch lock used for locking a door. The inner and outer unlocking lever handles of this embodiment can be pushed (pulled) or pulled (pulled) on the inner and outer wall surfaces of the door, respectively.
[0003]
Therefore, for convenience, basic members incorporated in the lock box of the latch lock will be described using terms and reference numerals described in the publication.
[0004]
In the casing (lock box) 31, for example, when an unlocking inner handle that can be operated by push and pull is operated, the driving force of the swinging piece on the handle side causes the driving force of the swinging piece on the handle side (the front side or the rear wall side of the case) ), And when the tuning member 39 moves horizontally, the engagement is released via a plate-shaped engagement holding member 41 disposed above the tuning member. The movable stopper 38 is lifted up against the spring force of the interior spring 48 in the direction (upward direction), and the restriction is released by the movable stopper 38. And a frame-shaped movable frame member 32 that retreats via the latch rod 33 to the rear wall side of the lock box 6 against the spring force of the spring member 37.
[0005]
When the latch 32 is temporarily locked (when the movable stopper 38 is lowered downward by the spring force of the upper interior spring 48), the tuning member 39 is disposed symmetrically below the lock box 6. Due to the spring force of the urging springs of the urging means 40, 40, the movable frame member 32 is automatically returned to the neutral position in which it is indirectly engaged with the movable frame member 32. At this time, the movable stopper 38 is lowered, and the distal end engagement portion of the engagement holding member 41 is engaged with the concave engagement portion formed on the upper wall surface of the inverted U-shaped tuning member 39. Engage.
[0006]
In the above configuration, the movable stopper 38 is engaged with and disengaged from the locking portion 323 provided on the movable frame member 32, and the movable stopper 38 regulates the movement of the movable frame member 32 by engaging with the locking portion 323. Is described to be locked in a temporarily locked state (described in the official gazette).
[0007]
If so, at the time of temporary locking, since the movable stopper 38 engages with the movable frame member guided by the latch rod, the temporary locking function is insufficient. In other words, if the movable stopper 38 is locked to, for example, the engagement holding member 41 and / or the latch rod 33, the "engagement function of the movable stopper 38" can be understood technically. Simply engaging the movable stopper member with the movable member has a problem that the engagement relationship is insufficient and the rotation of the latch cannot be reliably prevented. In this embodiment, the first object of the present invention described later cannot be achieved.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
A first object of the present invention is to provide a latch lock having such a configuration in addition to or improving a novel configuration by adding a push-pull to a latch lock having such a configuration regardless of whether the engagement relationship of the movable stopper described in the publication is sufficient or insufficient. Being able to convert not only specifications but also single-sided specifications (for example, pull specifications). A second object is to be able to switch from the push-pull specification to the one-sided specification or from the one-sided specification to the original push-pull specification with a simple operation or structure. A third object is that when the door is closed, a temporary locking piece (movable spur) for a latch engages with a latch rod and can reliably prevent rotation of the latch. A fourth object is that a series of members related to the latch can be configured as a latch unit and easily incorporated in a lock box.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
When the unlocking handle is pulled or pushed, the push-pull lock of the present invention moves horizontally by the driving force of the swinging piece on the handle side protruding into the lock box and against the urging force of the urging means. A movable member incorporated in a movable frame member guided by a latch rod so as to interlock with the synchronized member, and a temporary unlocking of a latch for releasing regulation of the movable frame member through the movable stopper. In a push-pull lock provided with a mechanism, a regulating member 8 is provided on a front plate of the lock box so that the protruding rear end portion 8b and the tuning member 39 have a sliding fit and a non-sliding fit relationship. When the regulating member is rotated by a predetermined amount from the front plate side, the advancing of the tuning member is prevented, and the mode is switched from the original push-pull specification to a one-sided specification such as a pull specification.
[0010]
Further, in the push-pull lock of the present invention, when the unlocking handle is pulled or pushed, the push-pull lock is horizontally moved by the driving force of the swinging piece on the handle side protruding into the lock box and against the urging force of the urging means. A moving tuning member, a movable stopper incorporated in a movable frame member guided by a latch rod in conjunction with the tuning member, and a release of a temporary locking for a latch for releasing regulation of the movable frame member through the movable stopper. In a push-pull lock provided with a lock mechanism, a regulating member 8A is provided on the lock box 6A so as to be removable so that the tuning member 39 does not move directly or indirectly to the front plate 7A side. When the regulating member 8A is fixed, the tuning member 39 is prevented from advancing, and is switched from the original push-pull specification to a one-sided specification such as a pull specification.
[0011]
Further, in the push-pull lock of the present invention, when the unlocking handle is pulled or pushed, the push-pull lock is horizontally moved by the driving force of the swinging piece on the handle side protruding into the lock box and against the urging force of the urging means. A moving tuning member, a movable stopper incorporated in a movable frame member guided by a latch rod in conjunction with the tuning member, and a release of a temporary locking for a latch for releasing regulation of the movable frame member through the movable stopper. In the push-pull lock provided with the lock mechanism, the protruding rear end portion 8b and the front plate side movable block 40a of the urging means 40B are in a sliding fit and a non-sliding relationship on the front plate 7B of the lock box 6B. When the regulating member 8B is provided and the regulating member 8B is rotated by a predetermined amount from the front plate side, the advancement of the tuning member is prevented via the front plate-side movable block 40a, and the original push-pull specification is obtained. Like pull specification Wherein the switch to one side specifications embodiment.
[0012]
Further, in the push-pull lock of the present invention, when the unlocking handle is pulled or pushed, the push-pull lock is horizontally moved by the driving force of the swinging piece on the handle side protruding into the lock box and against the urging force of the urging means. A moving tuning member, a movable stopper incorporated in a movable frame member guided by a latch rod in conjunction with the tuning member, and a release of a temporary locking for a latch for releasing regulation of the movable frame member through the movable stopper. In the push-pull lock provided with the lock mechanism, when the front plate 7C is fixed such that the protrusion restricting portion 8C provided on the back surface of the lock box faces the tuning member 39 or the front plate side movable block 40a, The plate 7C directly or indirectly prevents the tuning member 39 from moving forward and switches from the original push-pull specification to a one-sided specification mode such as a pull specification, while the projection restricting portion 8C of the front plate 7C is a tuning portion. 39 or if the front plate 7C so as not to face the front plate side movable block 40a fixed to the lock box 6C reversed-like state, to the single-sided specification aspects, wherein the switching to the pull specifications from the push-pull design.
[0013]
Further, in the push-pull lock of the present invention, when the unlocking handle is pulled or pushed, the driving force of the swinging piece on the handle side protruding into the lock box and against the urging force of the urging means. A tuning member that moves horizontally, a movable stopper that is incorporated in a movable frame member that is guided by a latch rod so as to interlock with the tuning member, and a temporary lock for latch that releases regulation of the movable frame member through the movable stopper. In a push-pull lock equipped with an unlocking mechanism, a mounting box unit UN having a handle support seat 52 in a lock box and a swinging piece 51 pivotally supported by the handle support seat via a longitudinal axis 53 is mounted. When the regulating piece 61 is fixed to the mounting seat unit UN via the fixture 60, the unlocking handle 50 does not move to the push side, so that the advancement of the tuning member 39 is indirectly prevented, and the original push Switches to one side specifications such a manner that the pull specifications from the pull specification, while when removing the restricting piece 61 from the mounting seat unit UN, characterized in that the switch from one side Specifications embodiment the pull specifications from the push-pull design.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The first embodiment of the present invention will be described together with the operation with reference to FIGS.
[0015]
(1) Environmental components and features of the present invention
First, environmental members and features of the present invention will be briefly described. 1 is a door frame of an entrance such as a bedroom, a toilet, an entrance, etc., 2 is a receiving bracket having a strike, 3 is an edge of the door frame (including a strike directly), and 4 is a door which is rotated in a horizontal direction to open an entrance. A door (eg, an indoor door) 5 that opens and closes is a lock provided on the door of the indoor door 4, and is a push-pull lock 5 in this embodiment. The lock box 6 of the push-pull lock 5 is provided with a rotation button 8 as an example of a regulating member with respect to a front plate 7 (which means a front or / and front plate for attachment). When the rotary operation of the lever 8 is performed by a predetermined amount, the unlocking state of the latch in the push-pull lock 5 (the state in which the temporarily locked state is changed to the unlocked state) is switched to either the push-pull specification or the pull specification. I have.
[0016]
(2) Configuration of lock box
The configuration of the lock box 6 will be described with reference to FIG. First, the lock box 6 includes a case body 6a and a rectangular case lid 6b for closing one side opening of the case body 6a. The case body 6 a has a front plate 7. Here, the "front plate 7" means a front plate or / and a front of the case body 6a. In the case where the front plate and the front are separate from each other, they are generally combined through an unillustrated fastener.
[0017]
A rectangular latch window 9 is formed at the center of the front plate 7. In this embodiment, the tip 8a of the rotary button 8 fits into a lower part of the latch window 9. A circular through-hole 10 is formed. The lock box 6 has a wide side wall 11, a lower wall 12, an upper wall 13, which intersects with the front plate 7, and a rear wall 14 which intersects the upper and lower walls.
On the wide side wall 11 facing the case lid 6b (the case body 6a will be described as an example), a guide portion and a swinging piece for guiding a plurality of members incorporated in the lock box 6 are provided. A window, a pivot hole, a shaft mounting hole, and the like are formed at required positions.
[0018]
For example, reference numeral 15 denotes a pair of left and right first guide portions (horizontal openings, horizontal grooves, horizontal protrusions, etc.) formed at the lowermost central portion along the lower wall 12, and 16 denotes a handle-side swinging piece 51. Reference numeral 17 denotes a pivoting hole for an engagement holding member (a vertical swinging plate, a swinging rod, and the like) into which the sandwiching portion 51b enters. In addition, large and small windows are formed in the wide side wall 11, but they are omitted because they are not related to the specific requirements of the present invention.
[0019]
(3) Main components of lock
Since the present invention includes the basic structure of the push-pull type latch lock described above, the terms and symbols described in JP-A-2002-129796 are used as far as possible in the meaning of comparison. .
[0020]
In the lock box (casing) 6, several members constituting a temporary locking / unlocking mechanism of the latch are incorporated. For example, the movable frame member 32, the latch rod 33 for guiding the movable frame member, the latch support block 34, the latch 35, the lock pin 36 for directly locking the latch, the spring member 37 for the movable frame member, and the interior spring 48 for the movable frame member. A movable stopper 38, a frame-shaped tuning member 39 which slides in the horizontal direction by the driving force of the swinging piece on the handle side, a pair of right and left tuning member urging means 40, 40, and a plate-shaped engagement holding. A member 41, an annular latch support seat 49 formed of a synthetic resin material, and the like are provided. Note that the lock box 6 also includes a lock member 43 for main locking and a cam 44 with a square hole which are not related to the specific requirements of the present invention, but the description thereof will be omitted.
[0021]
(4) Main components for latch temporary locking
"Movable frame member 32" The movable frame member 32 is disposed at an intermediate position in the lock box 6 via a latch rod 33 so as to be horizontally movable. That is, the movable frame member 32 is guided by the latch rod 33 and can move forward and backward in the horizontal direction. As shown in FIG. 3, the movable frame member 32 is formed in a toy block shape in this embodiment.
The movable frame member 32 and the related latch rod 33 will be described with reference to FIG. Reference numeral 32a denotes a storage portion having a rectangular parallelepiped or cube-shaped cavity in which the movable stopper 38 is provided. One horizontal guide for guiding the large-diameter portion 33a on the rear end side of the latch rod 33 is provided on the rear wall of the storage portion 32a. A through hole 32b is formed.
[0022]
A receiving portion 32c protrudes in a block shape from a front wall portion of the storage portion 32a, and a front surface of the receiving portion 32c contacts a rear end surface of a pin-shaped latch lock member 36 described later. The receiving portion 32c is formed with another horizontal guide through hole 32d for guiding the small-diameter portion 33b on the tip end side of the latch rod 33. The two horizontal guide through holes 32b and 32d are located on a coaxial line. The inner wall surface or both end surfaces of the lower wall portion of the storage portion 32a has a function of guiding the downward movable U-shaped movable stopper 38.
[0023]
"Latch rod 33"... Latch rod 33 is horizontally inserted through front and rear horizontal guide through holes 32b and 32d of movable frame member 32, and is rotatable around its axis. In the present embodiment, the latch rod 33 engages with the movable stopper 38 so that the latch can be reliably prevented from retreating during temporary locking. That is, the latch lock pin 36 retreats following the horizontal rotation of the latch 35, and the retraction of the movable frame member 32 pushed by the latch lock pin ensures the temporary locking state by the engagement relationship with the movable stopper 38. And This is different from the conventional latch lock described in the publication.
[0024]
Latch support block 34”... As shown in FIG. 4, the latch support block 34 is fixedly provided at the small-diameter end portion of the latch rod 33 that has passed through the horizontal guide through hole 32 d in front of the movable frame member 32. ing. That is, the support block 34 and the latch rod 33 are fixedly connected.
[0025]
The latch support block 34 has a disc-shaped rod connecting portion 34a facing the front surface of the receiving portion 32c of the movable frame member 32, and a latch lock member formed on the front surface of the rod connecting portion 34a so as to protrude in the radial direction. A guide portion 34b for guiding the lock pin 36 as an example, and a latch bearing portion 34c formed so as to protrude in a finger shape from the guide portion 34b.
[0026]
A lock pin 36 is inserted into the guide portion 34b in a penetrating state. A latch 35 is pivotally attached to the bearing portion 34c via a vertical pivot pin 47.
Latch 35 ... The type of the latch 35 is not limited. There are various types of latches, such as one that retreats while rotating, one that simply retreats, and one that integrally has a latch rod. The latch according to the present embodiment rotates by a predetermined amount (in this case, means to rotate by a predetermined amount).
[0027]
Now, the latch 35 is fitted in a latch support seat 49 having a rectangular opening in a penetrating state. This is different from the latch lock described in the publication. By providing the latch support seat 49, the latch 35 can be stably supported. The latch 35 projects outward from the latch window of the front plate 7 of the latch lock box 6 and is connected to the latch support block 34 via a pivot pin 47. The opposed wall-shaped rear ends 35b, 35b connected to the front end 35a of the latch 35 have small projection-shaped latch holding portions 42, 42 on the outer wall surfaces, respectively. A storage space 35c is provided between the opposing wall-shaped rear ends 35b, 35b, into which the bearing 34c of the latch support block 34 enters. In the present embodiment, the distal end surface 36a of the lock pin 36 contacts a part of the vertical edge 35d that forms the storage space 35c.
[0028]
Lock pin 36”... As described above, the rear end face 36 b of the lock pin 36 contacts the front surface of the receiving portion 32 c of the movable frame member 32. In other words, the latch lock member 36 is mounted on the support block 34 as an example of a bearing member so as to be movable in the axial direction of the latch rod 33, and the front edge of the latch lock member 36 is in contact with the rear edge of the latch 35. , The latch 35 can be locked at a locked position that cannot be inverted.
[0029]
"Integral Configuration of Each Member" In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a latch 35, a latch support block 34 for pivotally supporting the latch 35, and a latch connected to the latch support block 34 The rod 33 and the movable frame member 32 slidably provided on the latch rod 33 are integrally formed as one latch unit. Therefore, the incorporation into the lock box 6 is easy.
[0030]
"Spring member 37" The spring member 37 that directly urges the movable frame member 32 constantly urges the movable frame member 32 and the latch lock member 36 in the direction in which the latch 35 is held at the locked position. Therefore, the spring member 37 has a function as a latch spring, and its tip end is wound around the rear end of the latch rod 33 and pressed against the rear wall outer wall surface of the storage portion 32a of the movable frame member 32, On the other hand, the other end is in pressure contact with the inner wall surface of the rear wall 14 of the case body 6a.
[0031]
"Movable stopper 38" The movable stopper 38 is formed by bending a metal plate material into a U-shape. The movable stopper 38 is provided inside the storage portion 32a of the movable frame member 32 so as to straddle the latch rod 33, and is guided on the inner wall surface of the storage portion 32a so as to be movable up and down.
[0032]
The reason why the movable stopper 38 is an example of the temporary locking piece will be described with reference to FIG. In the present embodiment, the movable stopper 38 is always engaged with the inner surface of the rear end side large diameter portion 33a of the latch rod 33 by the internal spring 48 incorporated in the storage portion 32a of the movable frame member 32. It is urged in the downward direction.
[0033]
In one of FIGS. 7A and 7B, the movable stopper 38 slides up against the spring force of the internal spring 48 and separates from the flange-like inner surface of the rear end side large diameter portion 33a of the latch rod 33, so-called temporary locking (engagement). It is the schematic diagram of the state which canceled. In this case, when the lock pin 36 moves in the direction of the arrow A (toward the rear wall of the case body) by the rotation of the latch 35, the movable frame member 32 has no obstacle, so to speak, the latch rod 33. It moves in the direction of arrow A while being guided by.
[0034]
On the other hand, in the other of FIG. 7, the movable stopper 38 slides down due to the spring force of the internal spring 48 and enters the inner surface of the rear end side large-diameter portion 33a of the latch rod 33, so-called temporary locking (engagement). It is the schematic of a state. At this time, even if the movable frame member 32 is pushed by the lock pin 36 in the direction of arrow A (toward the rear wall of the case body), the movable stopper 38 becomes an obstacle. Guided and unable to move in the direction of arrow A.
[0035]
Therefore, the latch 35 cannot rotate. Therefore, since the movable stopper 38 regulates the movement of the movable frame member 32 and locks the latch 35 in the temporarily locked state, it corresponds to a so-called temporary locking piece.
[0036]
(5) Main components of the latch temporary unlocking mechanism
Here, the inner and outer unlocking handles 50 will be described. The inner and outer unlocking handles 50 are fixedly attached to the respective shaft portions 51a at the outer ends of the swinging pieces 51 as shown in FIG. 8 (here, for convenience of explanation, one unlocking handle 50). Handle, rocking piece, etc.). The inner end portion 51b of the swinging piece 51 is formed so as to protrude in a sandwich shape, and the inner end portion 51b engages with the engaging column 39a of the tuning member 39 as shown by an arrow in FIG.
[0037]
"Swinging piece 51": The swinging piece 51 is passed through the handle support seats 52 attached to the inside and outside of the door 1 respectively, and from the swinging piece window 16 of the lock box 6 to the inner end thereof. 51b is provided so as to protrude. The swinging piece 51 can swing left and right through a vertical axis 53 fixed to a handle support seat 52.
[0038]
Therefore, when the unlocking handle 50 is operated in a push (for example, pushing from the outdoor side) or a pull (for example, pulling from the indoor side) direction as shown by an arrow in FIG. 8, the swinging piece 51 swings right and left. .
[0039]
"Tuning member 39": When the unlocking handle 50 as an operating member is pushed or pulled, the frame-shaped tuning member 39 is driven by the driving force of the swinging piece 51 on the unlocking handle, and the urging member is pressed. It moves horizontally against the urging force of 40.
[0040]
As a result, the movable stopper 38 rises via the plate-shaped engagement holding member 41 and against the spring force of the interior spring 48, so that the latch rod 33 is released from the regulation of the movable stopper 38 (engagement). Is canceled). The tuning member 39 of the present embodiment is formed in a horizontally long end-face inverted U-shape. However, in order to provide a guide function, an engagement function, and the like, an upper wall 39c intersecting with a central vertical wall 39b and a lower wall 39c are provided. The wall 39 d extends to near the rear wall 14 of the lock box 6.
[0041]
Meanwhile, a fitting portion (a vertically long hole, a notch, or the like) 55 is formed in the vertical wall 39b, and the fitting portion 55 has a large-diameter shape of a regulating member (for example, a rotation button) 8 shown in FIG. The protruding rear end portion 8b connected to the stopper portion 18 fits depending on the rotation position. A receiving piece 39e for urging means protrudes downward from the lower wall 39d. "Biasing means 40, 40"... The biasing means 40 enables the movable stopper 38 to automatically return to the neutral position where the movable stopper 38 is locked to the inner surface (engaging portion) of the large diameter portion 33a of the latch rod 33. The tuning member 39 is biased.
[0042]
The urging means 40, 40 are guided by the first guide portions 15, 15 of the lock box 6, respectively, and have a pair of left and right movable blocks 40a, 40a based on the receiving piece 39e of the tuning member 39. The movable blocks 40a are composed of a pair of left and right springs 40b, 40b which urge each of the movable blocks 40a, 40a in a direction in which they are pressed against the receiving piece 39e.
[0043]
"Engagement holding member 41": One end of the plate-shaped engagement holding member 41 is supported by the lock box 6 so as to be swingable in the moving direction of the movable stopper 38, and the lower end of the movable stopper 38 is provided at the swinging end. A cylindrical engagement holding portion 41a that contacts the portion is formed.
[0044]
When the tuning member 39 moves to the left or right against the urging force of the urging means 40 by the driving force of the swinging piece 51, the engagement holding member 41 pivots around the pivot hole 17 of the lock box 6. The engagement holding portion 41a moves upward, whereby the movable stopper 38 rises, and the engagement of the movable stopper 38 with the latch rod 33 is released (unlocking).
[0045]
On the other hand, when the tuning member 39 is returned to the neutral position by the urging means 40, the engaging holding portion 41a is engaged with the engaging recess 66 formed in the upper wall 39c of the tuning member 39, and as a result, the movable stopper 38 Moves down and engages with the latch rod 33.
[0046]
Therefore, in this embodiment, when the unlocking handle 50 is pushed or pulled, the tuning member 39 moves horizontally, the engaging and holding member 41 swings up and down, and the movable stopper 38 moves in conjunction therewith. The movable frame member 32 and the like can be temporarily locked or the state of the temporary locking can be set to the unlocked state.
[0047]
In the above configuration, when the tip of a screwdriver (not shown) is inserted into the groove 19 of the protruding distal end portion 8a of the rotation button 8 from just before the front plate 7 of the lock box 6, and the rotation button 8 is rotated by a predetermined amount, the tuning is performed. Since one of the members 39 is regulated or unregulated, the mode of the lock 5 is switched to either a push-pull specification or a pull specification (or a push specification).
[0048]
First, FIG. 11 shows a case where the groove 19 of the rotation button 8 is in a vertical state. In this vertical state, the vertically long protruding rear end portion 8b of the rotation button 8 is also in a vertical state. That is, the protruding rear end portion 8b and the tuning member 39 are in a sliding pair (sliding fit) so that the tuning member 39 can move toward the front plate 7 of the lock box 6.
[0049]
Therefore, since the tuning member 39 can be moved in the direction of the front plate 7 by the driving force of the swinging piece 51, the unlocking handle 50 can be pushed (pressed). Therefore, when the push-pull lock 5 is in the mode shown in FIG. 11, the unlocking handle (regardless of the internal or external unlocking handle) is "pulled (pulled)" or "pushed (pushed)". be able to. In this case, the push-pull lock 5 is a push-pull specification in an essential sense.
[0050]
When the unlocking handle having the unlocking handle in this hand is "pulled" or "pushed", the tuning member 39 moves to the left or right, and as a result, the temporary locking piece 38 for latching is locked. Move in the unlock (unlock) direction.
[0051]
Next, FIG. 12 shows a case where the groove 19 of the rotation button 8 is in a horizontal state. In the horizontal state, the rear end 8b of the rotation button 8 is also in the horizontal state. That is, the protruding rear end portion 8b and the tuning member 39 are in a non-slip pair (non-slidable relationship) so that the tuning member 39 cannot move toward the front plate 7 of the lock box 6.
[0052]
Therefore, the tuning member 39 cannot be moved in the direction of the front plate 7 by the driving force of the swinging piece 51, so that the unlocking handle 50 cannot be pushed. Therefore, in the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. 12, the push-pull lock 5 cannot “push” the unlocking handle, so that it has only the pull specification.
[0053]
Thus, the push-pull lock 5 of the first embodiment can be easily converted from a push-pull specification to a one-sided specification (for example, a pull specification) simply by turning the turning button 8 with a screwdriver. . Of course, the reverse is also true.
[0054]
【Example】
First, in the first embodiment, the shape of the protruding rear end portion 8b of the rotation button 8 can be freely changed in design such as an elliptical shape or a rhombic shape in addition to the vertically long shape. Further, a support spring 20 for the rotation button may be wound around the protruding rear end portion 8b of the rotation button 8.
[0055]
Next, in this section, an example different from the present embodiment (first example) will be described. In each embodiment, since the main object of the invention is the same, in the description of each embodiment, parts that are the same as or similar to the first embodiment (functions are the same) are given the same or similar reference numerals, and are duplicated. The description of the operation will be omitted.
[0056]
The main difference between the second embodiment shown in FIG. 13 and the first embodiment is that the regulating member 8A for preventing the tuning member 39 from moving forward (on the front plate side, left side) can be inserted into and removed from the lock box 6A. It is fixed.
[0057]
That is, the push-pull lock 5A of the second embodiment has a plurality of mounting holes 10A in the case body 6a of the lock box 6A (the front plate 7A and / or the wide side wall 11A) or the portion near the front plate of the case lid 6b. , 10A, and a locking member 8A is provided in the lock box 6A via at least one of the mounting holes 10A so that the tuning member 39 does not move toward the front plate 7A.
[0058]
Therefore, when the regulating member 8A is fixed to the front plate 7A, the wide side wall 11A, or the case lid 6b, the advancement of the tuning member 39 is prevented. Switch to the specification mode. As an example of the regulating member 8A, a fixture (for example, a screw) is used.
Therefore, for example, when the regulating member 8A is inserted into the female screw 10A and fixed to the front plate 7A, "pull operation only" is performed, and when the regulating member 8A is removed from the front plate 7A, "push operation is also possible". The restricting member 8A may be a rod-shaped body, a plate-shaped body, a block-shaped body, or the like, and the form is not limited to a screw.
[0059]
In the second embodiment, the advancement of the tuning member 39 is directly prevented by the regulating member 8A. However, in order to “indirectly prevent the advancement of the tuning member 39” as in a third embodiment described later, for example, A rod-like body such as a screw or a pin may be provided at the lowermost part of the front plate 7A so as to be able to be pulled out to prevent the movement of the front plate-side movable block 40a of the urging means 40A (in the case where the configuration is replaced in this way). Is of course equivalent range).
[0060]
The third embodiment shown in FIGS. 14 and 15 is different from the first embodiment mainly in that a configuration similar to that of the first embodiment is adopted and the advancement of the tuning member 39 is indirectly prevented. (This is also an example in which the configuration is replaced.)
[0061]
That is, in the first embodiment, the turning button 8 directly prevents the tuning member 39 from advancing. However, in the push-pull lock 5B of the third embodiment, the push-pull lock 5B of the lock box 6B has the uppermost plate 7B. At the lower part, a rotation button 8B is attached to the support through hole 10B so that the protruding rear end portion 8b and the front plate-side movable block 40a of the urging means 40B have a sliding fit and a non-sliding fit relationship. When the rotation button 8B is rotated by a predetermined amount, the advancement of the tuning member 39 is stopped via the front plate side movable block 40a, and the mode is switched from the original push-pull specification to a single-sided specification such as a pull specification. .
[0062]
Reference numeral 55B denotes a fitting portion (for example, a vertically long hole) formed on the vertical wall of the front plate side movable block 40a. Also, the spring 40b for urging the front plate side movable block 40a is omitted because it is unnecessary.
[0063]
The fourth embodiment shown in FIGS. 16 to 18 is mainly different from the first embodiment in that a projection (a regulating projection such as a block, a bar, or a plate) is integrally formed on the front plate 8C. And indirectly prevents the tuning member 39 from moving forward (this is also an example in which the configuration is replaced).
[0064]
The projection restricting portion 8C protruding from the rear surface of the front plate 7C faces the tuning member 39, but may naturally face the front plate-side movable block 40a.
[0065]
In the push-pull lock 5C of the fourth embodiment, a front plate 7C having a protrusion restricting portion 8C is attached to the lock box 6C so that the tuning member 39 does not move to the front plate 7C side. When the front plate 7C is fixed so that the regulating portion 8C faces the tuning member 39 or the front plate-side movable block 40a, the front plate 7C directly or indirectly prevents the tuning member 39 from moving forward, and the original push-pull operation is performed. The specification is switched to a one-sided specification such as a pull specification. On the other hand, when the front plate 7C is reversed and fixed to the lock box 6C, the one-sided specification is changed from the push-pull specification to the pull specification.
[0066]
The fifth embodiment shown in FIGS. 19 to 21 is different from the first embodiment mainly in that a regulating piece 61 is provided not on a lock box but on a mounting seat unit UN fixed to a wall surface of a door 4. That is.
[0067]
That is, the lock seat 6 is equipped with the handle support seat 52 via the door 4 and the mounting seat unit UN having the swinging piece 51 pivotally supported by the handle support seat 52 via the longitudinal axis 53. When the restricting piece 61 is fixed to the UN via the fixing tool 60, the unlocking handle 50 does not move to the push side, so that the advancement of the tuning member 39 is indirectly prevented, and the original push-pull specification is removed. The mode is switched to a one-sided specification such as a pull specification. On the other hand, when the regulating piece 61 is removed from the mounting seat unit UN, the one-sided specification is changed from a push-pull specification to a pull specification.
[0068]
This concept restricts the movement of the handle for unlocking a part when the outer end (square axis) 51a of the rocking piece 51 is configured to freely move left and right about the vertical axis 53 as a fulcrum. If the outer end (square axis) 51a is not moved toward the hanging side of the door 4 by attaching the handle to the handle support seat 52 or the shaft of the handle, the push operation is killed and only the pull operation is performed. This is the same as the main purpose of the first embodiment in that the advancement of the tuning member is indirectly prevented.
[0069]
In this embodiment, as an example of the handle support seat 52, a round seat having mounting screw holes 62 on the left and right is used. A recess 64 for the restriction piece 61 is appropriately formed around the screw holes 62, 62, and a small through-hole 65 corresponding to one screw hole 62 and a vertically long hole continuous with the small through-hole 65. A restricting piece 61 having a restricting projection 66 is fixedly attached to the recess 64 via a fixing tool 60. A square shaft hole 63 is formed in the center of the handle support seat 52. Although the present invention has been described mainly with respect to the example of conversion between the push-pull specification and the pull specification, from the standpoint of those skilled in the art, changing to the mutual conversion between the push-pull specification and the push specification is equivalent. Range.
[0070]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the present invention has the following effects.
(1) The user can freely select a push-pull specification and a one-sided specification (pull specification or push specification) in consideration of a mounting location of a building door.
(2) In the above-mentioned (1), in the case of the first embodiment, the regulation member viewed from the front plate of the lock box is simply rotated by a predetermined amount, for example, from a push-pull specification to a one-sided specification. , Or from one-sided specifications to the original push-pull specifications. In the second to fifth embodiments as well, the same purpose as in the first embodiment can be achieved by appropriately providing a regulating member, a protrusion regulating portion, or a regulating piece.
(3) When the door is closed, the movable sputter as a temporary locking piece for the latch is engaged with the latch rod in a locked state, so that the movement of the movable frame member to the latch can be reliably prevented.
(4) Since the latch 35, the latch support block 34, the latch rod 33, and the movable frame member 32 are integrally formed, the latch 35 can be easily incorporated into the lock box 6.
