Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a composite container for liquid which is suitable as a liquid cosmetic container or a container with an airless pump and which has excellent appearance.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a composite container for a liquid, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 6-80668, a composite container in which a thin plastic bottle is inserted into an outer box is often used in order to achieve weight reduction and aesthetic appearance. Are known.
[0003]
In this type of liquid composite container, the amount of plastic material used is reduced by forming a thin plastic bottle as an inner container, but a thin plastic bottle lacks rigidity and is not self-supporting, and is further decorated. Because of its poor performance, a thin-walled bottle is assembled with a paper-made or synthetic resin-made exterior body to form a self-supporting composite container for storing liquid.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional composite container for liquids using an exterior body has the ability to decorate the exterior body, such as printing, and is self-supporting.However, it provides a sense of unity between the exterior body and the neck of the bottle inserted into the exterior body. It is difficult to adopt as a beautiful liquid cosmetic container because it lacks and has a low texture and the design of the exterior body is limited to a box shape.
[0005]
In addition, since the above-mentioned composite container for liquid does not have a technical idea of assembling an airless pump to shrink and reduce the volume of the inner container according to the discharge amount of the content liquid, it is preferable to use the container as a container with an airless pump. Could not.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a lightweight and beautiful composite container suitable for storing a liquid cosmetic or a container with an airless pump.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, an outer trunk having a lower end opened from an outer peripheral edge of a shoulder having a erected neck is vertically provided, and a guide wall is vertically provided along an upper inner peripheral surface of the outer trunk on a lower surface of the shoulder, An exterior body formed by engraving an annular concave portion on the lower surface of the shoulder between the outer body and the guide wall; and a dish-shaped bottom member on the inner peripheral surface at the lower end of the inner body made of a tubular film. And an inner member integrally joined to an outer peripheral surface of an upper end portion of the inner body portion, the inner member having an annular member projecting from the annular concave portion fitted into the annular concave portion. An inner container was inserted and the annular concave portion and the annular convex portion were welded.
[0008]
With the above configuration, it is possible to provide a lightweight lightweight composite bottle for storing liquid, and also to form an inner container into a flexible container which is easily contracted by negative pressure, and to attach an airless pump to the airless pump. It can be used as a container with a pump.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the composite container for liquids of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0010]
FIGS. 1 to 3 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which an exterior body 1 having a bottomless bottle shape and a bottomed cylinder inserted into the exterior body 1 and integrated with the exterior body 1 are shown. And an inner container 10.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 2 (a), the exterior body 1 includes a neck portion 2 having a male screw 3 screwed on an outer peripheral surface, a shoulder portion 4 on which the neck portion 2 is erected, and a vertical portion from the outer peripheral edge of the shoulder portion 4. The outer body 5 is provided with an open lower end, and a guide wall 6 is provided on the lower surface of the shoulder 4 along the upper inner peripheral surface of the outer body 5. The means for fitting the lid or pump attached to the neck 2 is not limited to screw fitting, but may be fitting means such as undercut.
[0012]
An annular recess 7 is formed in the lower surface of the shoulder portion 4 located between the outer trunk portion 5 and the guide wall 6, and the inside of the annular recess 7 is as shown in FIG. , An ultrasonic rib 8 is protruded.
[0013]
The exterior body 1 is formed by injection molding using a rigid thermoplastic resin such as SAN, PET, PS, PMMA, ABS, PP, and PE. Accordingly, the self-supporting exterior body 1 having a uniform thickness can be obtained. Further, the outer peripheral surface of the exterior body 1 is decorated with characters and patterns using a decoration technique such as hot stamping, printing, and transfer.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 3, the inner container 10 has an inner body 11 made of a tubular film and a low peripheral wall 14 which is integrally connected to the inner periphery of the lower end of the inner body 11 and is provided on the outer periphery of the bottom plate 13. And a ring-shaped mouth member 15 integrally joined to the outer periphery of the upper end of the inner body 11 and having an annular convex portion 17 protruding from the upper surface of the flange portion 16. I have.
[0015]
The inner body 11 is a cylindrical body formed of a film obtained by rolling a laminate film cut into a rectangle and joining the side ends thereof, and a synthetic resin film having a high barrier property is selected as an intermediate layer of the laminate film. For the outer layer, a synthetic resin film having good weldability to the bottom member 12 and the mouth member 15 is selected. As a film material constituting the laminate fill, a polyethylene film, a polyester film, or a polypropylene film is preferable, and a film on which metal deposition or silica deposition has been performed may be used for the intermediate layer to increase the barrier properties. A laminated film is obtained by laminating these films.
[0016]
When the composite container is used as a container to which the airless pump 21 is attached as shown in FIG. 4, it is preferable to select a highly flexible film material for the inner body 11. When used as a normal liquid storage bottle with a screw cap 21 screwed to the external thread 3 of the exterior body 1 shown in FIG. 5, a hard film may be selected for the inner body 11. preferable.
[0017]
In addition, the outer surface of the inner body 11 is decorated with characters, designs, and colors by printing or transfer, and the exterior body 1 is molded using a transparent synthetic resin. It is possible to enhance the beauty and texture by looking at the inner container 10.
[0018]
The integral connection of the mouth member 15 and the bottom member 12 to the inner body 11 is preferably performed by a heat welding method or an insert molding method. That is, in the heat welding method, the mouth member 15 and the bottom member 12 are separately formed, the bottom member 12 is welded to the inner peripheral surface of the lower end portion of the inner body portion 11, and the mouth member 15 is outer peripheral portion of the upper end portion of the inner body portion 11. And are integrally joined by welding. Further, in the insert molding method, the inner body 11 is inserted into a mold for molding the mouth member 15 and the bottom member 12, and the mouth member 15 and the bottom member 12 are molded at the same time as the molding by the injection molding method.
[0019]
In order to assemble the outer body 1 and the inner container 10 integrally, the inner container 10 is inserted from the lower end opening 5 a of the outer body 1 and the ultrasonic jig is inserted into the gap 23 between the outer body 5 and the inner body 11. The annular convex portion 17 of the mouth member 15 of the inner container 10 is fitted into the annular concave portion 7 of the exterior body 1, and the tip of the ultrasonic jig is brought into contact with the flange portion 16 of the mouth member 15 and welded by an ultrasonic welding method. .
[0020]
In this assembling operation, the inner container 10 inserted into the exterior body 1 maintains the cylindrical shape, so that the ultrasonic jig can be easily inserted. Since the annular convex portion 17 is fitted and welded to the annular concave portion 7, the molten resin fills the bottleneck and is reliably welded over the entire periphery of the fitted portion, so that a liquid-tight bottle can be obtained.
[0021]
The composite container of the present embodiment has a self-supporting property capable of preventing deformation of the inner container 10 and filling with liquid even when the outer package 1 is left open, and can provide a beautiful appearance as a liquid makeup container. As shown in FIG. 4, a bottom cover 22 may be attached as needed.
[0022]
When the container is used as a container with an airless pump, a highly flexible laminate film is used for the inner body 11 of the inner container 10. Due to the pressure, the inner body 11 contracts very easily according to the discharge amount.
[0023]
Therefore, the operation of the airless pump 20 is performed smoothly, and the inner body 11 contracts flexibly, so that the stored liquid can be discharged without waste.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention implemented in the form described above has the following effects.
[0025]
An inner container with a tubular film inner body is welded in a liquid-tight manner to an exterior body with an outer body hanging from the outer periphery of the shoulder with the neck standing up. It becomes a complex bottle with high texture and can be used as a beautiful liquid cosmetic container.
[0026]
In addition, by using a highly flexible film for the inner body of the inner container, the inner body can be easily contracted by negative pressure, so that it can be suitably used as a container with an airless pump.
