Description

【0001】

[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2002-213111
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in this handle structure, since the positioning and fixing of the handle to the upper end of the door are performed by fixing the flat plate portion of the base member with screws, the work by the operator is required when the base member is attached to the upper end surface of the door. Due to variations and variations in the thickness of the door, for example, the front of the handle and the front of the door are not flush with each other, and the design value of the door may be poor. Further, since the handle is composed of two members, a long base member and a handle member, the number of members increases and the cost increases, and after the base member is attached to the door end, the handle member is connected to the base member. Therefore, there is a problem that mounting workability is inferior.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to be able to accurately and securely position the door at the end thereof and accurately mount the door, thereby improving the design value of the door and reducing the number of members. It is another object of the present invention to provide a door handle structure capable of improving the mounting workability and the like.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention provides a handle main body having a finger hook and a mounting portion formed with a flat door mounting surface, and a door mounting surface of the handle main body. A front wall of the fitting portion, comprising: a fitting portion including a standing front wall and a rear wall; and a fixed portion extending to the rear wall of the fitting portion by a predetermined length in a substantially upright direction. The inner surface is in contact with the door surface, and the fixing portion is in contact with the door back surface and is fixed to the door.
[0007]
With this configuration, when the flat door mounting surface of the mounting portion of the handle body is placed on the upper end portion of the door or the like and the fitting portion formed by the front wall and the rear wall is fitted, the inner surface of the front wall becomes the door. By contacting the front surface, the inner surface of the fixed portion extending from the rear wall of the fitting portion in the upright direction comes into contact with the door back surface, and in this state, fixing the fixed portion to the door end back surface with a screw, for example, A handle is attached to the door. At this time, the handle is positioned and fitted to the door end at the fixed portion extending to the front wall, the rear wall, and the rear wall of the fitting portion, and the front and back surfaces of the door end portion are fitted at the fitting portion and the fixed portion. Since it is in the state of being sandwiched, the front surface of the handle and the front surface of the handle can be attached in a uniform state in the longitudinal direction, and the design value of the door is improved, and the fitting part and the fixing part are connected to the door end. The handle can be attached to the door only by fitting it into the fixing portion and fixing the fixing portion, and the workability of attaching the handle to the door is improved.
[0008]
The invention described in claim 2 is characterized in that the handle main body is formed in a long shape, and the fitting portion and the fixing portion are integrally formed on the handle main body. With this configuration, for example, the fitting portion and the fixing portion are integrally formed on the elongated handle main body by extrusion molding of aluminum or the like, so that the configuration of the handle itself is simplified and, for example, its manufacture is facilitated. And a cheap handle structure can be obtained.
[0009]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, at least one of the fitting portion and the fixing portion is provided with a plate thickness corresponding means that can correspond to a plate thickness of a door end fitted into the fitting portion. Features. With this configuration, since the plate thickness corresponding means is provided in the fitting portion or the fixed portion, the plate thickness corresponding means may be, for example, a door due to the variation in the plate thickness itself or the magnitude of the design target value. Corresponding to various plate thicknesses, the gap between the fixed part and the back of the door when the handle is attached and between the inside of the front wall and the door surface can be reliably suppressed, and the handle can be securely attached to the door end. In addition to this, the design value of the handle mounting part is further improved.
[0010]
The invention according to claim 4 is characterized in that the plate thickness corresponding means is formed of a thin portion or a soft portion provided on a rear wall of the fitting portion and capable of tilting the fixing portion. With this configuration, since the thin portion and the soft portion are provided on the rear wall of the fitting portion, the fixed portion is securely tilted at a predetermined angle by the thin portion and the soft portion according to the thickness of the door plate, and the plate is Attachment of the handle to the door end can be performed more reliably while simplifying the configuration of the thickness responding means.
[0011]
The invention according to claim 5 is characterized in that the thin portion is formed by the thickness of the rear wall itself of the fitting portion and / or a concave groove provided in the rear wall. With this configuration, since the thin portion is formed by the thickness of the rear wall itself of the fitting portion and the concave groove provided in the rear wall, for example, the thin portion can be easily formed on the rear wall when the hand is formed. Can be formed.
[0012]
The invention described in claim 6 is characterized in that the soft part is formed by molding at least a rear wall of the fitting part with a soft resin. With this configuration, at least the rear wall of the fitting portion is formed by two-color molding of the rear wall itself of the fitting portion with a soft resin such as elastomer and the other portion with a hard resin such as ABS. Since the soft portion is formed at the same time, the soft portion can be formed simultaneously and easily at the time of forming the hand.
[0013]
The invention according to claim 7 is characterized in that the plate thickness corresponding means has a convex portion formed on the inner surface at the distal end of the fixing portion and capable of abutting against the back surface of the door end. With this configuration, since the plate thickness corresponding means has a convex portion formed on the inner surface of the distal end of the fixing portion, by setting the height dimension of the convex portion to a predetermined value, for example, the door plate thickness varies. And the like can be absorbed, and the handle can be more securely attached to the door end, and the design value of the handle attachment portion is further improved.
[0014]
The invention according to claim 8 is characterized in that the fixing portion is provided in a divided state along the longitudinal direction of the handle main body. With this configuration, since the fixing portion for fixing the handle to the door end is divided along the longitudinal direction of the handle main body, the rigidity can be adjusted by the length of the fixing portion, and the door can be adjusted. It can respond more reliably to various thicknesses.
[0015]
The invention according to claim 9 is characterized in that a base side of the fixing portion functions as a rear wall of the fitting portion. With such a configuration, the rear wall of the fitting portion extends as it is to form a fixed portion, and the fixed portion functions as the rear wall of the fitting portion. For example, a thin rear wall is provided. This eliminates the necessity, and the configuration of the fitting portion and the fixing portion can be simplified.
[0016]
Further, the invention according to claim 10 is characterized in that a dimension between an inner surface of a front wall of the fitting portion and an inner surface of a base side of the fixing portion is set to be equal to a plate thickness of a door end. I do. With this configuration, when the door end is fitted between both the inner surface of the front wall of the fitting portion and the base portion side of the fixed portion, the dimension between them is the same as the thickness of the door. The handle can be securely attached to the door while holding the door end between the wall inner surface and the fixed portion, and the tilting of the fixed portion from this reference position can reliably and easily cope with various thicknesses of the door.
[0017]

Have been.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the handle 11 has a long handle body 12 having a substantially U shape in a side view, and a fitting portion 13 and a fixing portion 14 provided on the handle body 12. The fitting portion 13 and the fixing portion 14 are integrally formed on the handle body 12 by, for example, extrusion molding of aluminum.
[0021]
The handle main body 12 has a vertical wall 12a having a vertical rear surface and a curved inner surface, a hook-shaped finger hook 12b formed on an upper portion of the vertical wall 12a, and a lower portion of the vertical wall 12a. And a mounting portion 12c having a flat door mounting surface 12d on the lower surface thereof. The tip of the finger hook 12b protrudes downward by a predetermined length and is formed in a state in which the tip is directed inward and the outer peripheral surface is rounded. The handle 11 can be pulled in the forward direction as indicated by the arrow B or in the turning direction as indicated by the arrow C. In addition, a portion of the handle body 12 with which the finger comes into contact is formed into a curved shape due to the outer peripheral shape of the finger hook portion 12b of the handle body 12, the curved surface shape of the inner surface of the upright wall portion 12a, and the round shape of the tip angle of the mounting portion 12c. In addition, safety when a finger is put on the handle 11 is ensured.
[0022]
The fitting portion 13 includes a front wall 13a and a rear wall 13b which are provided substantially vertically at end portions of the door mounting surface 12d of the handle body 12 in the front-rear direction (the thickness direction of the door 10). At the base of the wall 13b, a concave groove 15a having a substantially semicircular cross section is formed outward, and a thin portion 15 is formed by the concave groove 15a and the rear wall 13b.
[0023]
The fixing portion 14 is formed on the rear wall 13b of the fitting portion 13 so as to extend a predetermined length along the standing direction thereof. It is formed thicker than the wall thickness of the wall 13b. The fixing portion 14 is provided with a plurality of countersunk screw fixing holes 14b at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction, and has a protruding shape 14c protruding forward from the inner surface of the distal end portion. Is formed. The convex portion 14c of the fixing portion 14 and the thin portion 15 of the fitting portion 13 constitute a plate thickness corresponding means of the present invention. The thin portion 15 and the convex portion 14c are formed over the entire length of the elongated handle main body 12 in the longitudinal direction. Can be tilted slightly.
[0024]
The length L (see FIGS. 3 and 4) of the handle body 12, the fitting portion 13 and the fixing portion 14 is substantially the same as the width W (see FIGS. 3 and 4) of the upper end 10a of the door 10. The length L1 of the fixing portion 14 is set at both ends from the length L of the handle body 12 or the fitting portion 13 in accordance with the form of the door 10 as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. The portion may be set shorter by a predetermined dimension L2. The tilting operation of the fixing portion 14 may be adjusted by appropriately setting the thickness of the rear wall 13b of the fitting portion 13 and the shape of the thin portion 15 formed of the shape of the concave portion 15a.
[0025]
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the dimension w1 between the inner surface of the front wall 13a and the inner surface of the rear wall 13b of the fitting portion 13 is determined by the thickness α of the door 10 (see FIG. 4) (eg, α = 0.7 mm). The dimension w2 between the inner surface of the front wall 13a of the fitting portion 13 and the inner surface of the base portion 14a of the fixing portion 14 is the same as, for example, the plate thickness t of the door 10, and the inner surface of the front wall 13a of the fitting portion 13 and the fixing portion are large. The dimension w3 between the tips of the 14 convex shapes 14c is set to be smaller than the plate thickness t of the door 10 by a dimension β (for example, about β = 0.3 mm). The specific values of the dimension α and the dimension β are preferable when the thickness t (= w2) of the door 10 to be used is about 18.5 mm, but can be appropriately increased or decreased depending on the thickness t of the door 10.
[0026]
The handle 11 is attached to the door 10 as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the handle 11 extruded into a relatively long and long shape is cut into a predetermined length L according to the width W of the door 10, or the width of the door 10 is previously determined. A handle 11 extruded and formed to a predetermined length L corresponding to W is prepared, and a fitting portion 13 of the handle 11 is fitted into the upper end 10a of the door 10 from above as shown by an arrow d. In this fitting, the positioning can be easily performed by fitting the front wall 13a and the rear wall 13b to the upper end portion 10a of the door 10, and the width w2 of the fitting portion 13 (fixed portion 14) is determined by the thickness t of the door 10. When the upper end portion 10a of the door 10 has the reference size, the convex portion 14c of the fixing portion 14 is slightly pushed outward while the fitting portion 13 is set to the upper end of the door 10. The projection 14c is fitted into the portion 10a, and the front end of the projection 14c contacts the door back surface 10c, and the inner surface of the front wall 13a of the fitting portion 13 contacts the door surface 10b.
[0027]
However, variations in the thickness of the base material of the door 10 or the surface material itself, or variations in the coating in the case of surface coating, and various thicknesses depending on the design target value of the thickness for increasing product variation. When the plate thickness t of the door 10 is smaller than a reference value (18.5 mm in this example) due to dimensions and the like, the fixing portion 14 of the handle 11 is indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. ), The fitting portion 13 is fitted in a state where the fitting portion 13 is tilted inward in the direction of arrow A, so that the tip of the convex portion 14c of the fixing portion 14 is brought into contact with the door back surface 10c. When the plate thickness t of the door 10 is larger than the reference value, for example, the upper end 10a of the door 10 is fitted into the fitting portion 13 in a state where it is diagonally pryed open. Is tilted outward in the direction of arrow A, contrary to the case where is thin, so that the tip of the convex 14c is brought into contact with the door back surface 10c.
[0028]
In other words, the fixed portion 14 of the handle 11 is tilted and deformed in the direction of the plate thickness t about the thin portion 15 as an axis according to the plate thickness t of the door 10, so that the door surface on the inner surface of the front wall 13 a of the fitting portion 13 is formed. While maintaining the contact state with no gap to 10b, the projection 14c at the tip of the fixing portion 14 comes into contact with the door back surface 10c. The fixing portion 14 of the handle 11 is set to a state shown by a solid line in FIG. 2 in an initial state before the start of attachment to the door 10 so as to correspond to the center of the distribution of the thickness variation of the door 10. Thus, it can be easily attached to most of the doors 10 as it is. For example, in the initial state, the fixing portion 14 is set at a position shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. The handle 11 may be attached to all the doors 10 by a tilting operation outward in the direction of the arrow A.
[0029]
In this state, the countersunk screw 16 is screwed into the door 10 from the fixing hole 14b of the fixing portion 14 from the door back surface 10c side as shown by the arrow E, so that the countersunk screw 14 does not protrude from the fixing portion 14. Is fixed to the door 10, and the handle 11 is firmly attached to the upper end 10 a of the door 10. In the attached state of the handle 11, regardless of the plate thickness t of the door 10, the inner surface of the front wall 13a of the fitting portion 13 abuts on the door surface 10b without any gap, and at least the tip of the convex portion 14c of the fixing portion 14 has the door back surface 10c. , The front wall 13a of the fitting portion 13 has no protruding portion or the like floating from the door surface 10b, and the design of the handle 11 when the door 10 is viewed from the front can be improved. Also, when the opened door 10 is viewed from the side, the gap generated when the tip of the convex 14c abuts on the door back 10c is equal to the height of the convex 14c (for example, 0.3 mm or less). Thus, the door 10 excellent in design can be obtained without adversely affecting the design.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 2, the door 10 to which the handle 11 is attached is connected to a hollow rubber packing 17 in which the back surface of the upright wall portion 12a of the handle body 12 is fixed to the front surface of the cabinet body 3a with double-sided tape or the like. The contact makes it possible to prevent the opening of the cabinet body 3a from being substantially sealed or to prevent generation of abnormal noise when the door 10 is closed. At this time, by setting the height of the standing wall portion 12a to a predetermined value (for example, about 30 mm), the packing 17 can be brought into contact with a predetermined position on the back surface, and the handle 11 has openings of various sizes. It can be applied to the cabinet body 3a.
[0031]
In the above description, the convex portion 14c at the tip of the fixing portion 14 of the handle 11 is in contact with the door back surface 10c. For example, when the material of the door 10 is particularly soft on the back surface side, the fixing portion 14 is When fixed with the flathead screw 16, the convex shape 14c may be embedded in the door back surface 10c so that the inner surface of the base side 14a of the fixing portion 14 is substantially in contact with the door back surface 10c. In this case, the mounting strength of the handle 11 is further increased, and the design of the handle 11 portion of the door back surface 10c is further improved. At this time, instead of the convex portion 14c serving as the convex portion provided on the fixing portion 14, If, for example, protrusions as conical protrusions are provided at both ends of the fixing portion 14 (or at predetermined intervals inside the fixing portion 14), the protrusions can be easily embedded in the door back surface 10c, and Can be more securely adhered to the door back surface 10c.
[0032]
Further, in the above description, the handle 11 is formed in a long shape having substantially the same length L as the width dimension W of the upper end portion 10a of the door 10 and attached over the entire upper end portion 10a of the door 10. For example, in the case of a double door 10 like the wall cabinet 7 in FIG. 1, a handle 11 can be partially attached to a lower end portion 10d on the open side (non-hinge side) of the door 10 for a predetermined length, As shown by a two-dot chain line in the figure, the handle 11 may be attached to the entire lower end portion 10d, and a predetermined mark may be formed on the open side of the handle 11 and the door surface 10b. Also in this case, the handle 11 has only a different length L, and the shape of the handle 11 itself and the structure for attaching it to the end of the door 10 are performed in exactly the same manner as the handle 11 of the base cabinet 3.
[0033]
As described above, in the handle 11 of the above-described embodiment, the handle 11 has the fitting portion 13 including the front wall 13a and the rear wall 13b fitted into the upper end portion 10a of the door 10, and the fitting portion 13 Since the fixing portion 14 having the fixing hole 14b is extended from the rear wall 13b, the fitting portion 13 is simply fitted into the upper end portion 10a of the door 10 and the inner surface of the front wall 13a of the fitting portion 13 is moved to the door surface 10b. And the inner surface of the fixing portion 14 can be in contact with or close to the door back surface 10c. As a result, the positioning of the handle 11 to the upper end 10a can be performed simply and reliably, and the fixing portion 14 automatically faces the door back surface 10c simply by fitting the fitting portion 13 into the upper end portion 10a. Therefore, the operation of attaching the handle 11 to the door 10 can be performed extremely easily.
[0034]
In addition, since the fitting portion 13 is provided with a thin portion 15 as a plate thickness corresponding means including a concave groove 15a or the like, the fixing portion 14 is fixed to the predetermined thickness around the thin portion 15 in accordance with the plate thickness t of the door 10. By tilting the angle, the inner surface of the fixing portion 14 can be brought into contact with the door back surface 10c, and the handle 11 can be made to have a predetermined strength while easily coping with variations in the thickness t of the door 10 and the magnitude of a design target value. , And can be easily applied to doors 10 of various thicknesses (for example, 17.9 mm to 19.1 mm) to easily increase variations. Can be increased. In this case, in particular, by providing the convex portion 14c functioning as a plate thickness corresponding means on the inner surface of the distal end of the fixing portion 14, the convex portion 14c is reliably brought into contact with the door back surface 10c according to the plate thickness t of the door 10. Accordingly, it is possible to more reliably cope with the dimension (particularly, variation, etc.) of the plate thickness t of the door 10.
[0035]
Furthermore, since the door 10 is mounted in a state where the door 10 is sandwiched between the front wall 13a of the fitting portion 13 and the fixing portion 14, the handle 11 does not shift in the plate thickness direction at the upper end 10a of the door 10, and the handle 11 does not move. The mounting state can be made uniform, the mounting strength of the handle 11 to the door 10 can be improved, and the handle 11 having the same length L as the width W of the door 10 allows the upper end of the door 10 to be mounted. The rigidity of the portion 10a can be increased, and a highly reliable door 10 free from warping or deformation can be obtained even when used for a long time.
[0036]
The fitting portion 13 is fitted and fixed to the upper end portion 10a of the door 10 by appropriately setting various dimensions w1 to w3 of the fitting portion 13 and the fixing portion 14 according to the thickness t of the door 10. When fixed by the portion 14, the inner surface of the front wall 13a of the fitting portion 13 can be securely brought into close contact with the door surface 10b over the entire length thereof. The design value of the handle 11 when the door 10 is viewed from the front can be increased without floating from the front. At the same time, the gap formed by the convex portion 14c of the fixing portion 14 can be set to a small size, and since the flathead screw 16 does not protrude to the back surface of the fixing portion 14, the design on the side surface of the handle 11 or the door back surface 10c side is eliminated. Thus, it is possible to suitably use the door 10 and the like of the system kitchen 1 where a sense of quality is desired.
[0037]
Further, since the handle body 12, the fitting portion 13 and the fixing portion 14 are integrally formed by extrusion of aluminum, the structure of the handle 11 itself can be simplified, the cost can be reduced, and the mounting work to the door 10 can be performed. The cost can be reduced by improving the performance, and an inexpensive mounting structure for the handle 11 can be obtained. Further, since the outer peripheral shape of the finger hook portion 12b of the handle main body 12 of the handle 11 and the inner surface shape of the upright wall portion 12a are formed in a curved shape, the finger 11 is not damaged when the handle 11 is used. Safety can be sufficiently ensured, and design can be improved at the same time.
[0038]
In addition, since the handle body 12 is provided with a finger hook 12b that can be pulled in the forward direction and in the turning direction, the fitting portion 13 can be connected not only to the upper end 10a of the door 10 but also to the lower end. By attaching to the portion 10b, the pull-out operation and the turning operation of the door 10 can be easily performed, and the length L of the handle body 12 and the fitting portion 13 is the same as the width W of the upper end portion 10a of the door 10. Since it is set, the fitting portion 13 can be easily attached to the upper end portion 10a of the door 10 without worrying about the positioning in the longitudinal direction. In addition, by setting the length of the fixing portion 14 to be equal to or shorter than the fitting portion 13 by a predetermined dimension, the fixing portion 14 can be attached to the door 10 of various forms with a predetermined strength, and the elongated handle 11 can be connected to the door 10. Can be used as a predetermined length L by cutting according to the width dimension W of the handle. Thus, a handle 11 with high versatility that can be used for various types of doors 10 such as drawer type and double door type can be obtained. Becomes possible.
[0039]
FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 are cross-sectional views of main parts showing a modification of the above embodiment. Hereinafter, the same portions as those in the above-described embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and described (the same applies to other embodiments below). First, a feature of the handle 11 shown in FIG. 5 is that a disk-shaped packing 18 instead of the rubber packing 17 is fixed to the back surface of the upright wall portion 12a of the handle main body 12. The packing 18 is formed of, for example, resin or the like, and is integrally fixed to the upright wall portion 12a by bonding, fitting by an uneven portion, or the like. In this modification as well, the same operation and effect as those of the above-described embodiment can be obtained, and the operation of attaching the long packing 17 to the cabinet body 3a side is unnecessary, and the packing 18 is partially attached, The effect of improving the mounting workability is obtained.
[0040]
The feature of the handle 11 shown in FIG. 6 is that the rear wall 13b and the fixing portion 14 of the fitting portion 13 are located upright by a predetermined distance from the rear end of the door mounting surface 12d of the handle main body 12. On the point. That is, the rear wall 13b of the fitting portion 13 is erected at a substantially middle position in the front-rear direction of the door mounting surface 12d of the mounting portion 12c, and the fixing portion 14 is integrally formed below the rear wall 13b. At this time, the thin portion 15 is formed by the thickness of the rear wall 13b itself without providing the concave groove 15a in the rear wall 13b, and the fixing portion 14 tilts by a predetermined angle about the rear wall 13b as an axis. become. Also in this modified example, by setting the various dimensions w1 to w3 of the fitting portion 13 to predetermined values, the same operation and effect as those of the above-described embodiment can be obtained. 11 can be attached, and the operational effect that the usability is improved is obtained.
[0041]
7 and 8 are a front view of a system kitchen showing another embodiment of the handle structure according to the present invention, and a cross-sectional view of a portion A thereof. The feature of this embodiment is that the door 10 of the base cabinet 3 is constructed in a double-opening manner, and the handle 11 is provided on the left and right ends 10e and 10f on the open side opposite to the hinge side of the door 10 over the entire area in the vertical direction. Is attached. That is, as shown in FIG. 8, the fitting portion 13 of the handle 11 is fitted into, for example, the right end portion 10f, which is the open side of the door 10, and the inner surface of the front wall 13a of the fitting portion 13 is brought into contact with the door surface 10b. At the same time, the handle 11 is attached to the door 10 by bringing the convex 14c of the fixing portion 14 into contact with the door back surface 10c and screwing the countersunk screw 16 through the fixing hole 14b of the fixing portion 14.
[0042]
This embodiment also differs from the above embodiment only in that the handle 11 is attached to the left and right ends 10e, 10f of the door 10 in the up-down direction, and the same operation and effect as the above embodiment can be obtained. In particular, in the case of an embodiment in which the handle 11 is attached to the entire end portion of the door 10 in the vertical direction, the door 10 can be opened using the upper end or the lower end of the handle 11 in the longitudinal direction, Even when the door 10 is long in the vertical direction, the operability at the time of opening the door is improved, the double hinged joint can be clearly grasped by the adjacent handle 10, or a pair of adjacent handles attached to the whole area. The effect of 11 is that the strength of the mating portion can be increased.
[0043]
FIG. 9 is a longitudinal sectional view similar to FIG. 2 showing still another embodiment of the handle structure according to the present invention. The feature of this embodiment is that a soft portion 22 is provided instead of the thin portion 15 of the above embodiment. That is, the rear wall 13b of the fitting portion 13 formed at the rear end of the door mounting surface 12d of the handle main body 12 and the fixing portion 14 extending to the rear wall 13b are made of a soft resin. The other portions such as the mounting portion 12c and the front wall 13a of the fitting portion 13 are molded in two colors with a hard resin, so that the soft portion 22 is formed at least on the rear wall 13b of the fitting portion 13.
[0044]
At this time, the rear wall 13b made of a soft resin is formed such that its plate thickness t1 is smaller than the plate thickness t2 of the fixed portion 14 by a predetermined dimension, so that the convex portion 14c of the fixed portion 14 is formed by the rear wall 13b. Is set such that the tip portion having the tilting motion can be tilted as shown by the arrow A. As the soft resin, an elastomer is used when ABS is used as the hard resin, and a soft PVC is used when hard PVC is used as the hard resin.
[0045]
Also in this embodiment, the tilting operation of the fixing portion 14 by the soft portion 22 reliably and easily ensures the variation in the thickness t of the door 10 fitted to the fitting portion 13 and the size due to the design target value. Accordingly, it is possible to obtain the same operation and effect as the above embodiment. Further, since the soft portion 22 is integrally formed with the handle main body 12 or the like as a hard portion at the same time as the molding, it is possible to obtain the operation and effect that the handle 11 can be manufactured easily and at low cost.
[0046]
In the case of this example, the plate thickness t1 of the rear wall 13b of the fitting portion 13 is made smaller than the plate thickness t2 of the fixing portion 14, and these are integrally formed of a soft resin. For example, as shown in FIG. The thickness of the rear wall 13b and the fixed portion 14 can be made substantially the same, and they can be integrally formed of a soft resin. As shown in FIG. 11, only the portion of the rear wall 13b that is the center of the tilting operation of the fixed portion 14 is formed. Can be integrally molded as a soft resin with another part made of a hard resin. In these cases, since the thickness of the rear wall 13b as the soft portion 22 and the thickness of the fixing portion 14 are substantially the same, a groove 23 is formed at the base end of the rear wall 13b so that the fixing portion 14 can easily tilt. It is preferable that
[0047]
FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing still another embodiment of the handle structure according to the present invention. The feature of this embodiment is that the fixing portion 14 of the handle 11 is provided in a divided state along the longitudinal direction of the handle main body 12, and the fixing portion 14 has the function of the rear wall 13 b of the fitting portion 13. On the point. That is, by providing the fixing portions 14 having the length L3 at the both ends in the longitudinal direction of the handle body 12 at a predetermined distance L2 from the ends thereof, the slits 20 (notches) having the predetermined size L4 are formed between the fixing portions 14. Is formed. The fixing portion 14 is set to have the same thickness as the rear wall 13b by extending the rear wall 13b of the fitting portion 13 in the upright direction as it is, so that the thin rear wall 13b is not provided. In addition, one fixing hole 14b is provided in each fixing portion 14.
[0048]
Also in the handle 11 of this embodiment, with the inner surface of the front wall 13a of the fitting portion 13 in contact with the door surface 10b, the inner surface of the fixing portion 14 is in contact with the door back surface 10c, and the two fixing portions 14 The handle 11 can be attached to the upper end 10a of the door 10, and the same operation and effect as in the above embodiment can be obtained. Further, since the slits 20 are provided between the fixing portions 14, the slits 20 are provided when the length L of the handle 11 (the width W of the upper end portion 10a of the door) is 600 mm or more, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. In the case of a drawer 21 having a middle partition plate 21a, the middle partition plate 21a can be positioned between the fixing portions 14, and the handle 11 can be applied to the drawer doors 10 of various forms.
[0049]
Further, according to this embodiment, since the fixing portion 14 is in the divided state of the dimension L3, the rigidity of the fixing portion 14 itself can be set weaker than when the fixing portion 14 is provided over the entire length, and the tilting of the fixing portion 14 can be performed. The operation is adjusted, and it is possible to reliably cope with a variation in the thickness of the upper end portion 10a of the door 10 or the like. Further, the fixing portion 14 is formed integrally with the rear wall 13b of the fitting portion 13 with the same thickness, and the fixing portion 14 can also function as the rear wall 13b, so that the thin rear wall 13b and the concave groove 15a are formed. Need not be provided, the configuration of the fixing portion 14 (the rear wall 13b of the fitting portion 13) can be simplified, and the handle 11 can be formed more inexpensively.
[0050]
In the case of this embodiment, the function of the rear wall 13b of the fitting portion 13 is provided on the base side 14a of the fixing portion 14. For example, the rear wall 13b of the fitting portion 13 is provided over the entire area of the hand main body 12, It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which a divided fixing portion 14 is provided on a part of the rear wall 13b along the longitudinal direction. Further, the length L3 and the number of the fixing portions 14, the shape and the number of the slits 20, and the like can be appropriately changed according to the length L of the handle main body 12, the form of the door 10 (drawer), and the like. The shape of the fixed part 14 and the fitting part 13 in the divided state may be the same as in the above embodiments.
[0051]
In each of the above-described embodiments, both the thin portion 15 provided on the handle 11 and the convex portion 14c of the fixing portion 14 can absorb variations in the plate thickness t of the door 10 and can respond to a design target value. Although the thickness responding means is configured, the present invention is not limited to this, and any one of the thickness responding means may be employed, or other appropriate thickness-corresponding means may be employed. . In addition, the present invention is not limited to each of the above embodiments. For example, the fixing portions 14 of the embodiment shown in FIG. it can.
[0052]
Furthermore, in each of the above embodiments, the case where the handle 11 is attached to the base cabinet 3 of the system kitchen 1 or the door 10 of the wall cabinet 7 has been described. For example, various stockers, storages, storage shelves, and board units of the system kitchen 1 are described. Or any door that requires the handle 11, such as a door for a storage other than a kitchen. In the above embodiments, the overall shape of the handle 11, the shape of the handle body 12, the fitting portion 13 and the fixing portion 14, etc. are also examples, and may be appropriately adjusted without departing from the gist of each invention according to the present invention. Can be changed.
[0053]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the fitting portion including the front wall and the rear wall erected on the door mounting surface of the handle main body is provided, and Since the fixed portion is extended to the wall, the handle can be positioned at the door end by the fitting portion and the fixed portion and can be fitted and clamped, and the mounting state of the front surface of the handle and the door surface in the longitudinal direction can be determined. The design value of the door can be improved, for example, it can be made uniform without creating a gap, and the handle can be fixed simply by inserting the fitting part and the fixing part into the door end and fixing the fixing part to the door end. Can be attached to the door, and the mounting workability of the handle can be improved.
[0054]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the first aspect, the fitting portion and the fixing portion are integrally formed on the elongated handle body. The handle can be manufactured by extrusion or the like, and the structure of the handle itself can be simplified to obtain an inexpensive handle structure.
[0055]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effect of the first or second aspect of the present invention, since the fitting portion or the fixing portion is provided with a plate thickness corresponding means, the plate thickness corresponding means is provided. However, depending on the thickness of the plate itself and the various dimensions of the door thickness due to the design target value, etc., the occurrence of gaps between the fixed part when the handle is mounted and the back of the door or between the inner surface of the front wall and the door surface can be reduced. As a result, the handle can be securely attached to the end of the door, and the design value of the handle mounting portion can be further improved.
[0056]
According to the invention described in claim 4, in addition to the effect of the invention described in claim 3, a thin portion or a soft portion is provided on the rear wall of the fitting portion as a plate thickness corresponding means. The fixed portion can be reliably tilted at a predetermined angle with a thin portion or a soft portion according to the door plate thickness, and the configuration of the plate thickness corresponding means is simplified, and the handle is more securely attached to the door end. Can be.
[0057]
According to the invention described in claim 5, in addition to the effect of the invention described in claim 4, the thin portion is formed by the thickness of the rear wall itself of the fitting portion and / or a concave groove provided in the rear wall. Therefore, for example, the thin portion can be easily formed on the rear wall at the time of forming the hand.
[0058]
According to the sixth aspect of the invention, in addition to the effect of the fourth aspect, the soft portion is formed by molding at least the rear wall of the fitting portion with a soft resin. The soft part can be formed simultaneously and easily at the time of forming the hand.
[0059]
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the first to sixth aspects, the thickness corresponding means is formed on the inner surface at the front end of the fixing portion and can be brought into contact with the back surface of the end of the door. Because of having the portion, by setting the height dimension of the convex portion to a predetermined value, it is possible to absorb, for example, variation in the thickness of the door plate, and it is possible to more securely attach the handle to the door end, The design value of the handle mounting portion can be further improved.
[0060]
According to the invention described in claim 8, in addition to the effects of the inventions described in claims 1 to 7, the fixing portion for fixing the handle to the door end portion has a slit or the like along the longitudinal direction of the handle main body. The rigidity can be adjusted by the length of the fixed part, and it can respond more reliably to various dimensions of the door plate thickness, and the handle can be attached to the door end even more. It can be done reliably.
[0061]
According to the ninth aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the first to eighth aspects, the rear wall of the fitting portion is directly extended to form the fixing portion, so that the fixing portion is fitted. Since it functions as a rear wall of the joint portion, it is not necessary to provide a thin rear wall, for example, and the configuration of the fitting portion and the fixing portion can be simplified.
[0062]
According to the tenth aspect of the invention, in addition to the effects of the first to ninth aspects, the dimension between the inner surface of the front wall of the fitting portion and the inner surface of the base portion of the fixing portion is equal to the door end. Because the thickness is set to be the same as the thickness of the door, it is possible to securely attach the handle to the door while holding the door end between the inner surface of the front wall and the fixed part, and tilt the fixed part from this reference position to tilt the door. It is possible to more reliably and easily cope with various plate thicknesses.
