Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for producing a nitrogen-containing organic compound containing a SiH group.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Organic compounds containing a SiH group generally have good compatibility with organic compounds containing a carbon-carbon double bond that is reactive with the SiH group. Cured products having various physical properties can be obtained. Methods for producing such an organic compound containing a SiH group are disclosed (for example, JP-A-50-100, JP-A-3-95266, JP-A-5-320173, and JP-A-8-320173). No. 143778). Also, a method for producing a nitrogen-containing organic compound containing a SiH group is disclosed (for example, JP-A-50-100, JP-A-3-95266, and JP-A-5-320173).
[0003]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 50-100 discloses a method for producing an isocyanuric acid-based nitrogen-containing organic compound containing a SiH group in Example 3, which is a small-scale production example and a gas phase. The atmosphere of the part is not disclosed in the specification and examples. Further, in the specification of the publication, if there are a large number of active groups such as SiH groups or carbon-carbon double bonds reactive with the SiH groups, they may react with moisture and oxygen in the air and cause deterioration. It is disclosed. JP-A-3-95266 discloses a nitrogen-containing organic compound as an organic compound having a carbon-carbon double bond reactive with a SiH group which can be used in producing an organic compound having a SiH group. However, there is no disclosure about the atmosphere of the gas phase portion. In Examples, there is no production example of a nitrogen-containing organic compound containing a SiH group, and all production examples of organic compounds that are not nitrogen-containing organic compounds containing a SiH group are performed under a nitrogen atmosphere. JP-A-5-320173 discloses a method for producing an imide nitrogen-containing organic compound containing a SiH group, but does not disclose the atmosphere in the gas phase. The embodiment is also a small-scale production example.
[0004]
Since a compound containing a nitrogen atom has a high coordination ability to a metal atom, it contains a compound containing a carbon-carbon double bond and a SiH group reactive with a SiH group using a hydrosilylation catalyst having a metal atom. It is well known that the presence of a compound containing a nitrogen atom reduces the activity of the hydrosilylation catalyst when reacting the compound.
[0005]
Utilizing this property, a method of controlling the catalytic activity of a hydrosilylation catalyst having a metal atom by adding a small amount of a compound containing a specific nitrogen atom has been disclosed (for example, JP-A-8-143778). .
[0006]
The prior art discloses a method for controlling the hydrosilylation reaction by controlling the concentration of oxygen in the platinum catalyst (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Further, a method of performing hydrosilylation in an oxygen atmosphere is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 2).
[0007]
The present inventors have made detailed observations on the oxygen in the reaction system, and found that the oxygen charged in the reaction vessel is consumed and decreased with the progress of the reaction, and that the reaction rate of hydrosilylation decreases when the oxygen decreases. It was found to decrease.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When oxygen is introduced into the upper space of the reaction tank, oxygen moves into the reaction solution through the gas-liquid interface, so if the gas-liquid boundary area per unit liquid volume decreases due to the scale-up of the reaction tank, oxygen is supplied. There is a concern that the rate will decrease and the oxygen concentration in the reaction solution will decrease with the rate, thereby preventing the reaction from proceeding. When the reaction rate decreases, it is necessary to use a large amount of a hydrosilylation catalyst having a metal atom, which increases the cost. Further, the quality decreases due to the progress of side reactions and the nitrogen-containing organic compound containing the target SiH group is stable. There is a problem that cannot be obtained.
[0011]

That.
[0042]
Among these compounds containing at least two SiH groups in one molecule, compounds having a boiling point at normal pressure of 200 ° C. or lower are more preferable because devolatilization and recovery after the reaction are not difficult. Specifically, 1,3,5-trimethylcyclotrisiloxane (boiling point less than 135 ° C.), 1,3,5,7-tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane (boiling point 135 ° C.), 1,3,5,7,9- Pentamethylcyclopentasiloxane (boiling point 170 ° C), 1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane (boiling point 70 ° C), 1,1,3,3,5,5-hexamethyltrisiloxane (boiling point 128 ° C) , 1,1,3,3,5,5,7,7-octamethyltetrasiloxane (boiling point 170 ° C.).

[0045]
The ratio of the number of moles of the carbon-carbon double bond reactive with the SiH group in the component (A) to the number of moles of the SiH group in the component (B) is not particularly limited as long as the SiH group is excessive. Is preferably 1: 1.1 to 1: 100. If the SiH group is in a small excess, the resulting nitrogen-containing organic compound containing a SiH group has a high viscosity, and the control of the reaction is difficult, so that the preferred lower limit is 1: 2, and the more preferred lower limit is 1: 4. A more preferred lower limit is 1: 6. If the SiH group is in a large excess, the yield of the nitrogen-containing organic compound containing the SiH group is reduced or a side reaction is likely to occur. Therefore, the preferred upper limit is 1:50, and the more preferred upper limit is 1:25. An even more preferred upper limit is 1:15. The preferred range depends on the number of carbon-carbon double bonds reactive with the SiH group in one molecule of the nitrogen-containing organic compound of the component (A) and the number of SiH groups in one molecule of the compound of the component (B).
[0046]

[0050]
The addition amount of the hydrosilylation catalyst containing a metal atom is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of ensuring sufficient reactivity and the storage stability of the produced nitrogen-containing organic compound containing a SiH group, the reaction with the SiH group is preferred. 10 moles per mole of carbon-carbon double bond -8 10 from mole -2 Is more preferred, and a more preferred lower limit is 10 -6 Mol, and the more preferable upper limit of the addition amount is 10 -3 Mol, more preferably the upper limit of the addition amount is 10 -Four Is a mole.
[0051]
As a method for adding the hydrosilylation catalyst containing a metal atom as the component (C), the component (C) and the component (B) may be mixed in advance, and the component (A) may be added thereto. The component (C) and the component (A) may be previously mixed and added to the component (B). Further, the component (C) and the component (A) may be independently added to the component (B) by a method not simultaneously.
[0052]
The oxygen as the component (D) of the present invention will be described.
The supply form of the component (D), oxygen, is not particularly limited, but is preferably supplied as oxygen-containing nitrogen obtained by mixing air, dehumidified air, and nitrogen gas in a certain ratio of oxygen gas. Dehumidified air or oxygen-containing nitrogen is preferable in order to suppress a side reaction due to mixing of moisture. In order to prevent the gas phase from becoming an explosive atmosphere and to suppress a side reaction due to excessive supply of oxygen, an oxygen-containing inert gas obtained by mixing a certain ratio of oxygen gas with an inert gas is more preferable. The oxygen content in the oxygen-containing nitrogen is preferably 0.1% by volume to 10% by volume, more preferably 1% by volume, further preferably 2% by volume, more preferably 6% by volume, and still more preferably the upper limit. Is 4% by volume.
[0053]

[0054]
The method of supplying the component (D) to the reaction system can be carried out by bubbling air, dehumidified air or oxygen-containing nitrogen to the raw material or the reaction solution, or replacing the gas phase in the reaction vessel. It is also possible to use both together. It is also possible to supply oxygen to the reaction system by charging the raw materials in a reaction vessel opened to the atmosphere. The supply of oxygen to the reaction system may be performed only once or may be performed a plurality of times. It may be continuous or intermittent. Further, the oxygen supply amount may be increased by pressurization.
[0055]
By supplying oxygen to the reaction system by the above method, the hydrosilylation reaction can be performed in the presence of oxygen. The component (A) and the component (B) are reacted in a nitrogen atmosphere in the presence of the component (C), and when the reaction rate of hydrosilylation is reduced, oxygen is supplied to the reaction system by the above-described method. In this way, the reaction can be continued to produce a desired nitrogen-containing organic compound containing a SiH group. In addition, the reaction is started in a state where oxygen is supplied to the reaction system in advance by the above-described method, and when the reaction rate is reduced, or by supplying oxygen so as not to reduce the reaction rate, the intended SiH group can be formed. Nitrogen-containing organic compounds can be produced.
[0056]
The operating pressure during the reaction is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to carry out the reaction at a pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure. This is because, in the hydrosilylation reaction, the catalytic activity depends on the oxygen concentration in the reaction solution. In particular, when introducing a mixed gas adjusted to a predetermined oxygen concentration in consideration of the explosion composition into the reaction tank, the pressure of the gas phase is reduced. This is because the higher the oxygen concentration, the higher the oxygen concentration in the reaction solution.
[0057]
The time for introducing oxygen is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to introduce oxygen into the reaction tank immediately before the start of the hydrosilylation reaction.
[0058]
In the present invention, the component (A) and the component (B) are reacted in the presence of the hydrosilylation catalyst containing a metal atom as the component (C) to form a nitrogen-containing organic compound containing a SiH group. In the production, the reaction is carried out in the presence of oxygen (D), but the reaction may be terminated in a state where a carbon-carbon double bond reactive with the SiH group in the component (A) remains. is important. When oxygen is continuously supplied in the absence of a carbon-carbon double bond reactive with a SiH group in the presence of a metal atom-containing hydrosilylation catalyst as a component (C), oxygen and the SiH group-containing compound are In some cases, a high molecular weight substance is formed due to the side reaction involved to increase the viscosity and may cause a decrease in the storage stability of the product. Therefore, the reaction rate of the carbon-carbon double bond reactive with the SiH group in the SiH group-containing nitrogen-containing organic compound obtained by this reaction is preferably less than 100%, and more preferably 99% or less. preferable. The nitrogen-containing organic compound containing a SiH group obtained by this reaction is reacted with a compound containing at least two carbon-carbon double bonds having a reactivity with the SiH group to obtain a cured product. Can be. In this case, the reaction rate of the carbon-carbon double bond having reactivity with the SiH group in the nitrogen-containing organic compound containing a SiH group is preferably 80% or more, more preferably 90% or more, and 95% or more. % Or more is still more preferable. Those having a reaction rate of 30 to 80% of a carbon-carbon double bond having reactivity with a SiH group can be cured by heating. It is preferable to control the supply amount of oxygen while monitoring the amount of carbon-carbon double bonds reactive with SiH groups in the reaction solution. The abundance of carbon-carbon double bonds reactive with SiH groups in the reaction solution is 1 It can be monitored by H-NMR, gas chromatography, infrared spectrum and the like.
[0059]
The hydrosilylation reaction is generally performed at a temperature in the range of 0 to 150 ° C., but is preferably performed at 60 to 120 ° C. in order to facilitate control so that an unexpected side reaction does not occur. Adjustment of the reaction temperature, adjustment of the viscosity of the reaction system, suppression of side reactions and the like, as necessary, a solvent such as n-pentane, n-hexane, n-heptane, benzene, toluene, xylene or a plasticizer such as process oil. May be used. The apparatus for performing the hydrosilylation reaction is not particularly limited. However, when the reaction is carried out at a temperature near the boiling point of the various raw materials and the solvent, or when pressure is required to supply oxygen, an autoclave is used. Are preferred. Further, an apparatus having a sufficient stirring ability is preferable in order to allow the reaction to proceed uniformly.
[0060]
The present invention uses a means for introducing the reaction solution in the reaction tank into the upper space of the reaction tank in the above hydrosilylation.
[0061]
As one embodiment, a suction port provided in a liquid contact portion of a reaction tank for taking out a reaction liquid to the outside, and a liquid feed pump for introducing the reaction liquid taken out to an upper space of the reaction tank And a liquid discharge nozzle.
[0062]
The form of the liquid sending pump is not particularly limited, but a pump that withstands the temperature and pressure in the reaction tank and does not deteriorate due to components in the reaction liquid is preferable.
[0063]
The form of the liquid discharge nozzle is not particularly limited, but the smaller the diameter of the droplet formed after discharging from the nozzle, the larger the gas-liquid interface area and the larger the amount of oxygen introduced into the reaction liquid, so that the liquid is dispersed. It is preferable that the shape is such that
[0064]
The cured product using the SiH group-containing nitrogen-containing organic compound obtained by the production method of the present invention can be used for electronic materials, optical materials, sealing materials, coating materials, and the like.

【Example】
Hereinafter, Examples and Comparative Examples of the present invention are shown, but the present invention is not limited by the following.
(Measurement of reaction rate)
Using GC-14B manufactured by Shimadzu and column TC-1701 (30 m × 0.25 mm), the temperature was raised to 280 ° C. at a rate of 10 ° C./min after holding nitrogen gas flow at 40 ml / min, 200 ° C. for 2 minutes. The ratio of the sum of the area of the internal standard and the area of the peak at 7.6 minutes to 7.8 minutes was determined, 1 A calibration curve was drawn between the rate of the allyl group reaction determined from H-NMR. Using the calibration curve, the reaction rate was calculated from the GC results.
(Example 1)
153 kg of toluene and 130 kg of 1,3,5,7-tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane were put in a 500 L glass-lined pressure-resistant reaction vessel equipped with a stirrer under a nitrogen atmosphere, and the reaction solution was heated to 95 ° C. while stirring. Then, the gas phase of the reaction tank was replaced with an oxygen / nitrogen mixed gas of 3% oxygen. A mixture of 18 kg of triallyl isocyanurate, 18 kg of toluene and 130 ml of a xylene solution of platinum vinyl siloxane complex (containing 3 wt% as platinum) in a 100 L SUS stirrer tank was stirred and mixed. Was added dropwise over 30 minutes at a constant rate. After the completion of the dropwise addition, the temperature of the reaction solution was raised to 105 ° C., and the pressure was increased to 0.1 MPa with an oxygen / nitrogen mixed gas of 3% oxygen. The reaction solution was sampled every 30 to 60 minutes, the gas in the gas phase was evacuated to 0.02 MPa, and pressurized to 0.1 MPa with a 3% oxygen / nitrogen mixed gas.
[0066]
A liquid outlet was provided at the lower part of the reaction tank, and a liquid inlet was provided at the upper part of the reaction tank, and a pump was connected between them to enable circulation of the reaction liquid. The reaction solution was circulated at a flow rate of 50 L / min from 255 minutes to 260 minutes during the reaction. FIG. 1 shows the time course of the reaction rate calculated from the GC measurement of the sampled liquid, and FIG. 2 shows the time course of the reaction rate coefficient at each time assuming the primary reaction to the allyl group.
[0067]
The reaction rate coefficient calculated from the samples with a reaction time of 255 minutes and 300 minutes before and after the liquid circulation was higher than the average value of the reaction rate constants of 91% or less (up to 420 minutes) where the reaction rate constant was constant. It was 43% larger than the variation range of the section (maximum 20% with respect to the average value), and it was confirmed that the effect of improving the reaction speed by the liquid circulation was great.
(Comparative Example 1)
The same operation as in Example 1 was performed except that the liquid circulation was not performed. FIG. 3 shows the time course of the reaction rate calculated from the GC measurement of the sampling liquid, and FIG. 4 shows the time course of the reaction rate coefficient at each time assuming a primary reaction to the allyl group.
[0068]
When the reaction rate constant is constant and the reaction rate is 91% or less (up to 420 minutes), the reaction rate coefficient is within a variation range of up to 14% with respect to the average value, and is almost constant.
[0069]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to the manufacturing method of this invention, the reaction rate fall resulting from the shortage of oxygen supply from a gaseous phase part to a liquid phase part can be improved, The productivity improvement by the shortening of reaction time, and the reduction of the amount of catalysts used can be improved. Is achieved, and by reducing side reactions that occur when the reaction is delayed, a nitrogen-containing organic compound having a stable quality of SiH group can be produced.
