TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a slide-swing type door device that opens and closes by swinging a door panel in the front-rear direction while sliding in a width (lateral) direction thereof, and particularly to a self-closing slide-swing type door device that can automatically close a door panel. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
With the advent of an aging society, which is rapidly progressing in recent years, it is expected that the number of people living in wheelchairs will increase not only in hospitals and facilities for the disabled but also in their homes. When used in a wheelchair, the conditions required for a door such as a toilet are a wide opening and an automatic closing device. It requires a certain width that is wider than a normal door to enable the passage of a wheelchair, and turning the wheelchair to close the door in a narrow toilet is a rather difficult task, reducing this effort There is a need. In this case, it is conceivable to make both opening and closing operations automatic. However, although the cost is increased due to the electric operation, etc., the merit of automation when opening the door is not as large as when closing the door. In many cases, automatic closing devices are used.
[0003]
By the way, there are various types of door opening / closing methods used in buildings and structures such as general residential houses and buildings, and when these are classified according to the opening / closing operation style, a swing type, a sliding type, and a folding type are available. , Rotary type, etc. The swing type is a method in which one or a plurality of panel bodies forming a door swings, for example, 90 ° around a vertical axis fixed by a hinge, and the slide type is a method in which the panel body is slid in the width direction thereof. . The folding type is a method in which a plurality of panel bodies constituting a door are moved to one side in the width direction while being folded. Further, the rotary type is a method of opening and closing while rotating a structure in which two glass doors, for example, cross each other like a water turbine blade.
[0004]
Although the above various door opening and closing methods have advantages and disadvantages, the following can be said in consideration of use in general houses, particularly use by wheelchair users.
[0005]
First, the swing type door has a relatively simple door structure. However, since the panel body forming the door swings around one vertical axis, a space of 1/4 yen is opened in the opening and closing direction. This space is often wasted, especially if the door is wide. In addition, when the door is pulled and opened while being in a wheelchair, it is necessary to go down once, but it is troublesome for a wheelchair user to be forced to perform such an operation every time the door is opened.
[0006]
Next, in the case of a sliding door, there is no useless space as in the swing type, but a space for storing the panel body itself that is slid is required, and this storage space cannot be secured in a general residential house. Usually difficult, this method is not heavily used in residential homes.
[0007]
Rotating doors are expensive, occupy a large space, and can be installed in large buildings, but are almost unsuitable for ordinary houses.
[0008]
In addition, the folding type door is located in the middle of the above-mentioned swing type and slide type, so there is no need to secure the storage space for the panel body in a wall or the like, and also the space occupied by the panel body that opens and closes and moves. Since they do not protrude in the direction of the door, they tend to be used frequently in ordinary houses these days.
[0009]
However, in the case of the folding type door, when the door is opened, a plurality of panel bodies are folded toward one side in the width direction of the door. There is a disadvantage that an expected door width is required.
[0010]
In view of such a situation, in recent years, a slide-swing type door device that uses a combination of a slide method and a swing method has begun to be provided. As an example of this door device, for example, a vertical rotation type is known (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-248822, for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0011]
The door device includes a door panel, a rotatable rigid column rotatably provided along a vertical frame, and having a strength capable of holding at least a half load of the door panel, an upper end portion and a lower end portion of the rotatable rigid column, and a door panel. A rotating suspension arm and a rotating lower arm respectively attached between a predetermined position of an upper end surface and a predetermined position of a lower end surface, a suspension rail provided between an upper frame, a door panel and a rotating rigid column, and a load of at least half of the door panel. And a suspension wheel for slidably suspending the door panel along the suspension rail.
[0012]
This sliding-swing type door device requires a smaller occupation area when opening and closing than a swing-type door, and minimizes the need to move the wheelchair back and forth, and does not require a large passage width unlike a folding type door. In recent years, since guide rails and the like are not required on the floor surface, there is no step that hinders the passage of a wheelchair.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, it is not always easy to attach the automatic closing device to the sliding / swing type door device having such advantages.
[0015]
First, the use of the electric type causes an increase in cost, and there is a problem that the structure is complicated in order to be able to handle manually even in the event of a power outage, which is not practical for general residential use.
[0016]
On the other hand, in order to use it in the interior of a general house, its aesthetic must also be considered. Therefore, for example, in a door checker applied to a hinged door, one end of two link arms is rotatably mounted on a door frame and the other end is rotatably mounted on a main body fixed to a door panel, and is opened and closed by compressing an internal spring. Although the self-closing device is used, a method of attaching the self-closing device between the swing arm and the door panel so that the device can be used in a slide-swing type door is also conceivable. However, even if this is not a problem for use in hospitals and public facilities, etc., in a general house where the appearance is also an important factor, it is not easy to know if it is a front door, it is impossible to attach it to an indoor door. That seems to be unacceptable to consumers.
[0017]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has as its object to provide a self-closing slide-swing type door device which can be employed in a general house and is economical and has improved appearance.
[0018]

[0024]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of a self-closing slide-swing type door device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0025]
First, the overall configuration of the self-closing slide-swing type door device according to the present embodiment will be described. In the description of the self-closing slide-swing type door device, the width direction of the opening for opening and closing the door panel is simply referred to as “width direction”, and the vertical (vertical) direction of the opening is referred to simply as “vertical direction”. The direction perpendicular to the opening surface is simply referred to as the “front-back direction”, and corresponds to the directions of the X, Y, and Z axes shown in FIG. 1, respectively.
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 1, the three-sided frame body 11 and the floor surface 12 define an opening OP that forms an entrance of a room. The three-sided frame 11 is formed by integrally forming an upper frame 11u and vertical frames 11s, 11s on both sides thereof. The door device 1 according to the present embodiment is mounted inside the three-sided frame 11.
[0027]
The door device 1 includes a door body 13 having a pillar portion integrated therewith, and a support mechanism that supports the door body 13 so as to be able to slide and swing. The support mechanism includes a suspension rail 14, an upper pivot 15, a lower pivot 16, a six-wheel suspension wheel 17, a rotating suspension arm 18, and a rotating lower arm 19.
[0028]
As shown in FIG. 1, the upper frame 11u of the three-sided frame 11 partially cuts out a predetermined region of 2 or more in the width direction thereof, and the hanging rail 14 is embedded in the cutout.
[0029]
In this door device 1, the door body 13 is composed of a rotating rigid column 31 as a support portion, and a door panel 32 (door body, door body). The door panel 32 and the rotating rigid column 31 have an integrated shape in which flat side surfaces are juxtaposed in a single plate with a predetermined gap therebetween. That is, when the door is closed, the door panel 32 and the rotating rigid column 31 form a substantially rectangular shape having a predetermined thickness, and the size is formed so as to fit in the rectangular shape of the opening OP with an appropriate margin.
[0030]
Among them, the door panel 32 forms a main part of an opening / closing body that opens and closes the opening OP, and the rotating rigid column 31 functions to swingably support the door panel 32 by the upper rotating suspension arm 18 and the lower rotating arm 19. It is responsible for. Note that the door panel 32 has a two-point support structure in which the hanging load is supported by the rotating suspension arm 18 (that is, the rotating rigid column 31) and the six-wheel suspension wheel 17.
[0031]
In FIG. 1, an upper pivot 15 is fixed in the left end of the suspension rail 14, and a lower pivot 16 is buried on the opposing floor surface 12 directly below the upper pivot 15. The upper pivot 15 has a pivot structure, and a shaft 15 a of the upper pivot 15 is detachably connected to a rotating shaft 31 a on the upper end surface of the rotating rigid column 31. The rotary suspension arm 18 is rigidly connected to the rotary shaft 31a.
[0032]
On the other hand, a door auto hinge 40 to which the rotating lower arm 19 is rigidly connected is detachably attached to the lower pivot 16 on the lower end surface of the rotating rigid column 31. The rotating shaft 31a and the door auto hinge 40 are aligned in the vertical direction in the door surface so as to form a common support shaft.
[0033]
The rotating rigid column 31, the rotating suspension arm 18, and the rotating lower arm 19 are integrally formed in a U-shape fixed by welding or bolts. For this reason, the rotational movement about the upper pivot 15 and the lower pivot 16 as a fulcrum is simultaneously transmitted to both arms 18 and 19 without being disturbed.
[0034]
The rotating lower arm 19 has a structure in which a hanging load (vertical load) of the door panel 32 is not applied, and this arm 19 has a function of smoothly guiding a swing operation. For this reason, the rotating lower arm 19 can sufficiently withstand years of use even with a thin steel material. However, even though the thickness of the rotating lower arm 19 is small (about several millimeters), it has sufficient strength to withstand a swing operation.
[0035]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the rotating lower arm 19 fits in a rectangular parallelepiped cut portion 32 c obtained by cutting off a predetermined length of the outdoor end on the rotation support shaft side of the door panel 32. . The height of the cut-out portion 32c from the bottom surface of the door panel 32 is suppressed to about 10 mm, so that there is no aesthetic effect. The cutout 32c is blind from the indoor side. That is, when viewed from the indoor side, the lower end surface of the door panel 32 has a well-formed structure extending straight, and the gap Δd between the floor surface 12 and the door panel 32 is extremely small, about several mm (for example, 2, 3 mm).
[0036]
As a result, when the rotating rigid column 31 swings in a plane perpendicular to the door surface, the rotating suspension arm 18 and the rotating lower arm 19 also swing together with the swing.
[0037]
The door panel 32 and the rotary rigid column 31 are installed at a position directly below the suspension rail 14, that is, at a position directly below the rotary suspension arm 18 with their rails and arms aligned with the center in the front-rear direction.
[0038]
On the other hand, one end of the rotary lower arm 19 is fixed to the door auto hinge 40 below the rotary rigid column 31 as described above. On the other hand, a lower rotating shaft 38 is vertically suspended from the other end of the rotating lower arm 19, and the rotating shaft 38 is appropriately provided in a hole of a mounting plate 39 embedded in the lower surface of the cutout portion 32c at the lower end of the door panel. It is loosely inserted at the margin.
[0039]
For this reason, since the door panel 32 and the rotary hard column 31 are connected via the rotary suspension arm 18 and the rotary lower arm 19 which rotate integrally with the rotary hard column 31, when the door panel 32 is slid, the motion is rotated. The swing motion is converted into a sliding motion by the suspension arm 18 and the rotating lower arm 19.
[0040]
Further, the six-wheel suspension wheel 17 is accommodated in the suspension rail 14 as shown in FIG. 1, and is disposed so as to be freely movable along its longitudinal direction. A six-wheel suspension wheel 17 has a rotatable axle 17a suspended therefrom. The axle 17a is fixed to a predetermined upper end surface of the door panel 32. This fixed position is also set to be approximately 1/3 of the door width of the combination of the rotary hard column 31 and the door panel 32 when viewed from the side end opposite to the rotary hard column 31. The six-wheel suspension wheel 17 has a strength capable of supporting a suspension load of at least about half of the door panel 32. With the movement of the door panel 32 in the width direction, the six-wheel suspension wheel 17 also slides and moves in the suspension rail 14 to allow the sliding operation of the door panel 32, and the rotation of the axle 17a controls the swing operation of the door panel 32. Tolerate.
[0041]
Door knobs 20a and 20b (see FIG. 4) are attached at predetermined positions on the outside and indoor sides at a predetermined height near the side end of the door panel 11 opposite to the rotary rigid column 31.
[0042]
When opening the door, one door knob 20a may be manually pushed or the other door knob 20b may be pulled. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, the door panel 32 slides toward the rotating rigid column 31 and swings in the front-rear direction to open the door (see the imaginary line I in FIG. 4). Conversely, when the door is closed, the door is automatically closed along the path indicated by the imaginary line II in FIG.
[0043]
The space occupied by the movement of the door panel when the door is opened and closed in this manner can be smaller than that of a normal swing door. Therefore, the user can easily open and close the wheelchair.
[0044]
Next, the configuration of the self-closing device of the self-closing slide and swing type door device according to the present embodiment will be described.
[0045]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the door auto hinge 40 is roughly divided into an auto hinge body 41 in which a spring and a hydraulic mechanism are incorporated in a pivot hinge in a cylindrical housing made of, for example, cast iron, and an auto hinge body. And a lower rotating arm 19 protruding horizontally from the bottom of the door 41 and rotatably connected to the lower end of the door.
[0046]
The internal mechanism of the auto hinge main body 41 has a structure and a function of an auto hinge center hanging type for a door in which a spring and a hydraulic mechanism are incorporated in a center hanging type pivot hinge, and the door is automatically and quietly closed by this function. Specifically, for example, a cylindrical housing is planted on an upper portion of a base to be inserted into the lower pivot 16, an oil cylinder is provided in the cylindrical housing, and an oil chamber formed by these is filled with oil. Further, a piston is provided in the oil cylinder so as to move up and down by opening and closing a door, and when the door is opened, that is, when the piston is raised, the oil in the oil cylinder is provided in a step provided in the oil passage of the oil cylinder and an oil damper. And gradually flows out into the cylindrical housing to prevent rapid return of the door, and has a structure in which a return spring is stored in the lower part of the cylindrical housing. .
[0047]
From the bottom of the auto hinge body 41, a connection part 42 for connecting the rotating lower arm 19 to the auto hinge body 41 is horizontally protruded from the bottom of the auto hinge body 41, for example, is made of cast iron and is integrally formed with the auto hinge body 41. .
[0048]
Three bolt holes 43, 44, and 45 are formed in the rotating lower arm connecting portion 42, and the same width and height as the rotating lower arm 19 are provided on the back surface of the distal end of the rotating lower arm connecting portion 42. A concave portion 46 is provided.
[0049]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the rotating lower arm 19 made of metal such as stainless steel is a rectangular bar having a flat cross section in the short axis direction. Two bolt holes 47 and 48 are formed in the end of the auto hinge body 41 on the connection portion 42 side. The other end on the side supporting the door panel 32 is formed in a semicircular shape, and a hole 49 for inserting the rotating shaft 38 supporting the door panel 32 is formed near the end. An oil-impregnated alloy 50 is fitted into the hole 49 to smooth the rotation of the door panel 32. The oil-containing alloy 50 may not be provided.
[0050]
To connect the rotating lower arm 19 and the connecting portion 42 of the auto hinge body 41, first, a predetermined end of the rotating lower arm 19 is fitted into the concave portion 46 of the connecting portion 42. At this time, the contact surfaces of both may be attached with an adhesive. Then, the bolt hole 47 of the rotary lower arm 19 and the bolt hole 44 of the connection part 42 come to a position where they communicate with each other. Thus, the auto hinge body 41 and the rotating lower arm 19 are firmly connected and fixed.
[0051]
In the present embodiment, the rotary column 31 is made of extruded aluminum material, has a substantially rectangular horizontal cross section, and at about one-third of its long side, reinforcement of the rotary column and auto hinges. In order to fix the main body 41, it is molded so that one side connecting the long sides is bridged. The auto hinge body 41 is inserted and fixed to the lower part of the rotary column 31 as shown in FIG.
[0052]
Of the two spaces formed in the cross section of the rotary column 31, the contact surface of the space into which the auto hinge body 41 is inserted is convex so as to sandwich the auto hinge body 41 from the front and rear. Parts 52 and 53 are provided. Thereby, the auto hinge main body 41 is fitted almost immovably in front, rear, left and right.
[0053]
Of these, a bolt hole 57 is formed in the front, that is, inside the convex portion 53 provided on the door panel 32 side so that the bolt 55 can be inserted.
[0054]
Further, a convex portion 54 having a bolt hole 58 formed therein is also provided in the front of the space on the other door panel side formed in the cross section of the rotating vertical column 31.
[0055]
The rear bolt hole 57 communicates with the bolt hole 43 formed in the connection portion 42 of the auto hinge body 41 when the auto hinge body 41 is inserted into the rotary column 31 and is screwed with a self-tapping bolt. Then, the auto hinge body 41 is connected and fixed to the rotating column 31.
[0056]
Further, the bolt hole 58 on the front side communicates with the bolt hole 48 of the rotating lower arm 19 and the bolt hole 45 of the connecting portion 42 of the auto hinge body 41, and is screwed with a self-tapping bolt to rotate the rotating lower arm 19 vertically. It is fixedly connected to the column 31.
[0057]
Therefore, the rotating lower arm 19, the auto hinge main body 41, and the rotating vertical column 31 are screwed to each other at two places, so that they are sufficiently rigidly connected.
[0058]
As described above, first, the lower pivot 16 is buried in the floor surface, and after the three-sided frame 11 is erected, the rotating column 31 equipped with the door auto hinge 40 is placed between the upper pivot 15 and the lower pivot 16. The self-closing slide / swing type door device 1 is completely mounted, and the main structural part of the self-closing slide / swing type door device 1 is completed.
[0059]
Next, the operation of the self-closing slide-swing type door device 1 will be described below.
[0060]
When the door in FIG. 4 is closed (a) and the door knob 20a is manually pushed or pulled, the door panel 32 swings around the axle 17a in the front-rear direction while sliding toward the rotating rigid column 31 side. Then, the state shifts to the state (b) shown in FIG. FIG. 6 shows the details around the rotating lower arm 19 in the state (a), and FIG. 7 shows the details around the rotating lower arm 19 in the state (b).
[0061]
When the door is opened from the closed state (a), the end of the door panel 32 on the side of the rotating column 31 starts rotating in a direction away from the vertical frame 11s, that is, in the direction of the arrow (d) shown in FIG. . Conversely, the rotating lower arm 19 starts rotating in the direction opposite to the door panel 32, that is, in the direction of the arrow (e) shown in FIG.
[0062]
Then, the rotating lower arm 19, which has been hidden under the door panel 32 and cannot be seen, comes into a state where it can be seen. Therefore, it is necessary that the rotating lower arm 19 has a certain aesthetic appearance.
[0063]
When the door is closed, the positional relationship between the rotating lower arm 19 and the cutout portion 32c of the door panel 32, which has been parallel, changes. That is, when the door is closed, the angle formed by the rotary lower arm 19 and the cutout 32c is zero, but gradually increases. Therefore, if the tip of the rotating lower arm 19 on the door panel 32 side is not formed in a semicircular shape, for example, when a square bar is simply cut, the tip of the rotating lower arm 19 and the cut-out portion 32c are formed. Collision interference prevents rotation of the door panel 32.
[0064]
However, if the tip of the rotating lower arm 19 is formed in a semicircular shape as in the self-closing slide-swing type door device 1, such interference is avoided and the door can be smoothly opened and closed.
[0065]
When the hand is released from the door knob 20a or 20b, the function of the door auto hinge 40 urges the rotating lower arm 19 to rotate in the opposite direction to the arrow (e) in FIG. It rotates in the opposite direction to (d) and closes automatically and silently.
[0066]
On the other hand, when the door knob 20a is further pushed or the door knob 20b is kept being pulled, the door panel 32 is completely opened as shown by (c) in FIG. FIG. 8 shows details around the rotary lower arm 19 in the state (c).
[0067]
The angle α formed by the center line in the front-rear direction of the door panel 32 when the door is completely opened and the center line in the front-rear direction of the door panel 32 when the door is completely closed exceeds 90 degrees. . Even in this state, the door auto hinge 40 is urged in the direction shown by the arrow (f) in FIG.
[0068]
At this time, the door panel 32 has already contacted the rotating column 31 and cannot swing in the direction indicated by the arrow (g) any further. On the other hand, unless the angle α is set to 90 degrees or less, the swing does not swing in the direction shown by the arrow (h). That is, the door panel 32 stops in a completely open state.
[0069]
In this manner, when the door is completely opened, the door auto hinge 40 has the same function as that provided with the stop mechanism. To close the door panel 32 from this state, the door knob 20a is manually pushed or the 20b is pulled until the angle α becomes smaller than 90 degrees. The door panel 32 is urged to rotate in the direction shown by the arrow (f) in FIG. 8, and the door panel 32 swings in the direction shown by the arrow (h) and automatically closes quietly.
[0070]
Note that, at this time, the positional relationship between the rotating lower arm 19 and the cutout portion 32c is opposite to that in the closed state.
[0071]
As shown in FIG. 9, a conventional auto hinge for a door used in a normal swing door is a concealed type built in a door, and has a clean appearance without any projection to the outside. The door mounting arm of this conventional door auto hinge is also fixed to the bottom surface of the door panel and rotates together with the door panel following the opening and closing of the door, so that the door mounting arm at the foot is not visible. Therefore, it would be convenient if this type of door auto hinge could be employed in a self-closing device for a sliding door.
[0072]
However, there are the following problems when directly adopting the conventional auto hinge for a door in a self-closing slide-swing type door device.
[0073]
First, in the slide-swing type door, the above-mentioned cutout portion 32c at the foot of the door panel 32 is indispensable due to the nature of its operation. The cut height of the portion 32c is also increased, and there is a problem that even when the door is closed, the mounting arm is visible and the appearance is impaired.
[0074]
In this regard, since the door auto hinge 40 according to the present invention uses a flat rectangular bar made of stainless steel as the mounting arm also serving as the rotary lower arm 19, the thickness is small and the height of the cutout portion 32c is also small.
[0075]
Next, there is a problem that the mounting arm of the conventional door auto hinge is made of cast iron or the like, has a wide width, and does not consider an aesthetic appearance because it is not assumed that the mounting arm is originally exposed.
[0076]
In this respect, the door auto hinge 40 according to the present invention is made of stainless steel, has a narrow width, is not conspicuous, is glossy and does not rust, and thus has an advantage that it can sufficiently withstand human eyes.
[0077]
In addition, there is a problem that the length of the mounting arm of the conventional door auto hinge cannot be adjusted. That is, in a normal swing door, since the mounting arm of the door auto hinge is fixed to the foot of the door panel, its length does not matter as long as it has a strength capable of receiving the weight of the door panel. However, in the sliding-swing type door 1, the mounting arm of the door auto hinge 40 also functions as the rotating lower arm 19, and the length of the rotating lower arm 19 is approximately 1/3 of the width of the door. There is a need. Therefore, even if the door is a slide-swing type door having a normal door width, it needs to be longer than a mounting arm of a conventional door auto hinge, and there is a problem that a ready-made product cannot be used.
[0078]
Also, if the width of the door changes, the length of the rotating lower arm naturally changes, so it is necessary to adjust the length accordingly. However, manufacturing an auto hinge for a door in accordance with various door widths is also a problem in terms of cost and labor because the mounting arm is integrally formed with the auto hinge body.
[0079]
In this respect, the door auto hinge 40 according to the present invention has an advantage that a mounting arm of a required length can be obtained only by replacing the stainless steel square bar.
[0080]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the self-closing slide-swing type door device according to the present invention, it is possible to provide an economical and self-closing slide-swing type door device that can be employed in ordinary houses and has an improved external shape. It becomes.
