Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a refrigerator and an ultrasonic humidifier.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, drying in a refrigerator (especially a vegetable room) has been a problem. In a normal vegetable room, vegetables are put in a vegetable container covered with a lid, and the vegetables in the vegetable container are cooled by cooling the periphery of the vegetable container (indirect cooling method). It does not mean. However, the vegetable container is not completely sealed by the lid, and therefore dries.
[0003]
For this reason, conventionally, the following countermeasures have been proposed.
[0004]
First, a humidification mode (so-called “moistening operation”) in which the cool air circulation fan is operated without flowing the refrigerant into the refrigerator for the refrigeration temperature zone chamber is provided.
[0005]
Next, a humidifier is provided in the refrigerator (especially a vegetable room) and humidified (JP-A-6-257933).
[0006]
Further, an aluminum powder (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 7-151450) that absorbs moisture from the air when the humidity is high and discharges the moisture into the air when drying is arranged to adjust the humidity.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the refrigerator performing the above-mentioned “moistening operation”, the refrigerator is humidified during the “moistening operation”, but also dried during the normal cooling operation. The present invention solves this problem and proposes an optimal humidity adjustment in a refrigerator provided with a humidification mode (so-called “moist operation”).
[0008]
In a refrigerator having an ultrasonic humidifier in a vegetable container, it is troublesome to supply water. In addition, when a general ultrasonic humidifier is used in a refrigerator, there is a high possibility that atomized extremely small water droplets adhere to the vicinity. The present invention solves this problem, and proposes an ultrasonic humidifier that does not require replenishment of water. Further, the present invention proposes an ultrasonic humidifier in which there is little fear that water released into the air becomes water droplets again and adheres to the vicinity.
[0009]
Further, in the conventional ultrasonic humidifier, since atomization is performed by hitting water with ultra-high-speed vibration, a high-output element is required as an ultrasonic transmitter. The present invention proposes an ultrasonic humidifier capable of humidifying even with a low-output ultrasonic transmitter.
[0010]
Further, in a refrigerator in which aluminum powder is arranged, the absorption and discharge of water are all related to the characteristics of the aluminum powder used, and the active control itself is out of the imaginable range.
[0011]

[0018]
Further, the refrigerator of the present invention has a humidification mode, and operates the ultrasonic oscillator in a mode other than the humidification mode.
[0019]

In the first and second embodiments, as a water absorbing material, a moisture absorbing material (zeolite, activated alumina, B-type silica gel) having a humidity control function of absorbing moisture from the air at high humidity and discharging moisture into the air at drying time is used. , A porous material such as activated carbon) as an example, but this is the best mode, and any material that absorbs moisture from the air and discharges the moisture into the air by the operation of the ultrasonic transmitter may be used.
[0077]
In the first and second embodiments, the water-absorbing material has been described only as a material for controlling humidity. However, the water-absorbing material is mixed with a catalyst that decomposes ethylene and / or a catalyst that decomposes odor molecules to form another material. It may be made to act as a filter for decomposing and deodorizing ethylene.
[0078]
As described above, in the present embodiment, the water supply means that absorbs moisture from the air during high humidity and discharges moisture into the air during drying and the ultrasonic oscillator that vibrates the water absorption material are provided. It is possible to humidify using an ultrasonic transmitter without providing.
[0079]
Further, in the present embodiment, in a refrigerator having a humidification mode, the ultrasonic humidification unit is operated in a mode other than the humidification mode. Therefore, when the humidity is high, the humidification by the ultrasonic waves is not performed.
[0080]
Further, in the present embodiment, in the refrigerator that cools the inside of the refrigerator by operating the cool air circulation fan by flowing the refrigerant through the cooler, the ultrasonic humidifying unit is operated at the time of the cooling. Humidification can be performed.
[0081]
Further, in the present embodiment, while cooling the refrigeration temperature zone chamber by operating the cool air circulation fan by flowing the refrigerant to the refrigeration temperature zone chamber cooler, without flowing the refrigerant to the refrigeration temperature zone chamber cooler. In a refrigerator in which the cool air circulation fan is operated to humidify the refrigerated temperature zone chamber by melting frost attached to the refrigerated temperature zone room cooler, a refrigerant flows through the refrigerated temperature zone room cooler to circulate cool air. Since the ultrasonic humidifier is operated at the time of cooling the fan, the ultrasonic humidification can be performed when the humidity is low.
[0082]
Further, in the present embodiment, in a refrigerator including a vegetable container that can be stored in a drawer and a vegetable container lid provided so as to cover the vegetable container when the vegetable container is stored, the vegetable container lid includes the vegetable container. Since the ultrasonic humidifying means for humidifying the inside of the container is provided, the ultrasonic humidifying means can be provided without obstruction.
[0083]
In the present embodiment, the ultrasonic humidifying unit includes a water absorbing material and an ultrasonic oscillator that vibrates the water absorbing material, and the water absorbing material absorbs water from the air above the vegetable container lid, Since the ultrasonic oscillator vibrates the water-absorbing material to release the water contained in the water-absorbing material into the vegetable container, it is possible to humidify using the ultrasonic transmitter without providing a special water supply means. It has become possible.
[0084]
Further, in the present embodiment, a humidification mode is provided, and the ultrasonic oscillator is operated in a mode other than the humidification mode. Therefore, when the humidity is high, humidification by ultrasonic waves is not performed.
[0085]
Further, in the present embodiment, the ultrasonic oscillator is operated at the time of cooling to cool the inside of the refrigerator by flowing the refrigerant to the cooler and operating the cool air circulation fan, so that when the humidity is low, humidification by ultrasonic waves can be performed. .
[0086]
Further, in the present embodiment, a cooling mode in which the refrigerant flows through the cooler for the refrigeration zone and the cooling air circulation fan is operated to cool the refrigeration zone is provided. A humidification mode in which the cooling air circulation fan is operated to humidify the refrigeration temperature zone chamber by melting frost attached to the refrigeration temperature zone chamber cooler, and the ultrasonic oscillator operates in the cooling mode. Therefore, when the humidity is low, humidification by ultrasonic waves can be performed.
[0087]
Further, in the present embodiment, a vegetable container that can be stored in a drawer, a vegetable container lid that is provided so as to cover the vegetable container when the vegetable container is stored and that is detachably attached, and that is provided in the vegetable container lid And a humidifying unit (ultrasonic humidifying unit) provided at a position covering the hole, the humidifying unit (ultrasonic humidifying unit) does not have to be provided in the vegetable container and the lid of the vegetable container. The container and vegetable container lid can be easily removed.
[0088]
In the present embodiment, the ultrasonic humidifying unit includes a water-absorbing material provided at a position that covers a hole provided in the vegetable container lid, and an ultrasonic oscillator that vibrates the water-absorbing material. The hole provided in the lid is covered with the water-absorbing material, so that the water in the vegetable container can be prevented from flowing out of the vegetable container.
[0089]
Further, in the present embodiment, the humidifying means (ultrasonic humidifying means) is attached to the lower surface of a partition plate that separates the vegetable compartment from the refrigerator compartment provided above the vegetable compartment. Humidifying means) can be provided without obstruction.
[0090]
In the present embodiment, the water-absorbing material is a material (porous material such as zeolite, activated alumina, B-type silica gel, and activated carbon) that absorbs moisture from the air at high humidity and discharges moisture into the air during drying. Therefore, even if the ultrasonic oscillator is not operated, a certain degree of humidity control action is provided, and the water released during the operation of the ultrasonic oscillator is very small compared to the home ultrasonic humidifier. The possibility of dew formation due to moisture adhering to the inside of the vegetable container is very low.
[0091]
Further, the ultrasonic humidifier of the present embodiment includes a water-absorbing material that absorbs moisture from the air at the time of high humidity and discharges the moisture into the air at the time of drying, and an ultrasonic oscillator that vibrates the water-absorbing material. As described above, a material that naturally absorbs moisture in the air at the time of high humidity and releases it at the time of drying has a low water retention ability. Therefore, even if an ultrasonic transmitter having a small output is employed, it is possible to release moisture into the air. Further, since water in the air is absorbed, it is not necessary to supply water. In addition, it only absorbs water in the air and releases it when humidified. The size of the water at the time of release is estimated to be at the molecular level, and it is possible for these waters to adhere to nearby water droplets Sex is extremely small.
[0092]
In the present embodiment, the humidifier is described as an ultrasonic humidifier. However, the humidifier is operated in a mode other than the humidification mode of the refrigerator (during humid operation), and when the humidity is high, the humidifier is further humidified. This humidifier may be other than the ultrasonic humidifier in view of the gist of the present invention in which the humidification is not performed. For example, moisture may be released from the
The same applies to the gist of the present invention in which the humidifier is operated in the cooling mode (during the cooling operation) of the refrigerator, and the humidifier may be other than the ultrasonic humidifier.
[0093]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but encompasses various embodiments in portions that do not depart from the scope of the claims.
[0094]
