Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a refrigerator including at least a vegetable compartment and a refrigerator compartment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In ordinary refrigerators, the amount of circulating cold air is maintained so that the refrigerator compartment is kept at about 3-4 ° C, the vegetable compartment is kept at about 4-6 ° C (average 5 ° C), and the freezer compartment is kept at about -18 ° C --20 ° C I am adjusting.
[0003]
Generally, the vegetable room was set to a higher temperature than the refrigerator room.
[0004]
However, this temperature in the vegetable compartment (about 4-6 ° C.) is not the optimal storage temperature for all vegetables and fruits.
[0005]
For this reason, recently, it has been proposed to lower the temperature of the vegetable room and extend the freshness maintenance period of the stored vegetables and the like.
[0006]
Recently, refrigerators equipped with a low-temperature vegetable room have been proposed. In this case, the storage period of vegetables and the like to be stored is intended to be prolonged by setting the temperature of the vegetable room to an average of about 3 ° C. lower than the conventional average of 5 ° C.
[0007]
However, the flow of cold air for cooling the vegetable compartment is not independent in a normal refrigerator, but depends on the refrigerator compartment.
[0008]
If the cool air to the vegetable room is independent, the temperature of the vegetable room can be lowered simply by setting the set temperature of the vegetable room to 3 ° C.
[0009]
However, in an actual refrigerator, cold air is first blown into a refrigerator compartment to increase the cooling efficiency, and the blown cold air is then circulated into a vegetable compartment. For this reason, the temperature of the vegetable room is slightly higher than the temperature of the refrigerator room.
[0010]
In an actual refrigerator, the refrigerator compartment is designed at about 1-2 ° C. in order to keep the vegetable compartment at a low temperature (about 3 ° C.). That is, in order to lower the temperature of the vegetable compartment, the temperature of the refrigerator compartment is restricted.
[0011]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention has good cooling efficiency in a refrigerator room and a vegetable room, can store vegetables at a low temperature in the vegetable room, and can easily control the temperature of the vegetable room, and therefore, the temperature of the refrigerator room is restricted. It is to provide a refrigerator that will not be used.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a refrigerator including a vegetable compartment 4 and a refrigerator compartment 3, wherein a blower 32 for circulating cool air from a cooler 30 from the refrigerator compartment 3 to the vegetable compartment 4 and the refrigerator 32 do not pass through the refrigerator compartment 3. By changing the cool air passage 43B for supplying the cool air from the cooler 30 to the vegetable room 4 and the amount of cool air passing through the cool air passage 43B, the temperature of the vegetable room 4 becomes lower than the temperature of the refrigerator room 3. A vegetable room temperature setting means 60 (temperature switching device) for raising or lowering the temperature is provided.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the cool air passage 43B is provided with a cool air outlet 39 for blowing cool air into the refrigerator compartment 3 in front of the vegetable room temperature setting means 60 (temperature switching device).
[0013]

[0018]
Reference numeral 35 denotes a cool air duct through which the cool air cooled by the second evaporator (cooler) 30 is guided from the second blower 32. The cool air duct 35 is widely disposed on the upper wall of the refrigerator compartment 3 and has a front end formed at the front opening of the refrigerator compartment 3. It communicates with a cool air outlet 36 formed on the upper surface. The cool air blown out from the cool air outlet 36 forms a cool air curtain 37 that flows through the front opening of the refrigerator compartment 3 from top to bottom as shown by the arrow.
The cool air cooled by the first evaporator (cooler) 29 and the cool air cooled by the second evaporator (cooler) 30 are circulated by the first blower 31 and the second blower 32, respectively, as shown by arrows, so that each room is circulated. Cool to a predetermined temperature.
[0019]
In such a configuration, the temperature of each room is kept at about 3 to 4 ° C. in the refrigerator compartment 3 and about 4 to 6 ° C. in the vegetable compartment 4, and the upper freezing compartment 5, the lower freezing compartment 6, and the ice making compartment 7 are further maintained. About -18 ° C to -20 ° C.
The temperature on the storage shelf 38 provided inside the refrigerator compartment door 10 is 5 to 8 ° C. The specific low-temperature room 9 is a chilled room at approximately 1 ° C. higher than 0 ° C., an ice green room at approximately 0 to −1 ° C. lower than 0 ° C. and higher than the freezing temperature of food, It may be a partial freezing chamber at about −4 ° C. to the extent that a thin ice layer is formed on the surface. As described above, the specific low-temperature chamber 9 is for cooling and storing food in a specific temperature range, and requires strict temperature control as compared with other rooms.
[0020]
The formation of a cool air circulation path for circulating the cool air cooled by the second evaporator (cooler) 30 to the refrigerator compartment 3 and the vegetable compartment 4 by the second blower 32 is provided, and a duct shown in FIG. The configuration is provided.
In this case, reference numeral 40 denotes a back plate of the refrigerator compartment 3, reference numeral 41 denotes a first duct member which is a cool air passage member, and reference numeral 42 denotes a second duct member which is a cool air passage member.
The second duct member 42 is formed of polystyrene foam, and is fitted and held between a pair of right and left ribs formed on the back side of the back plate 40. The back plate 40, the first duct member 41, and the second duct member 42 are combined to form a cool air passage member that forms the cool air passages 43A and 43B.
For this reason, by the combination of the back plate 40 and the first duct member 41, the cold air passages 43A arranged between the first duct member 41 and the second duct member 42 on the back side of the back plate 40 of the refrigerator compartment 3 on the left and right. , 43B are formed.
Reference numeral 44 denotes a duct member serving as a cool air passage member which is disposed on the upper surface of the ceiling plate 45 of the refrigerator compartment 3 and forms the cool air duct 35 together with the ceiling plate 45.
[0021]
The cool air cooled by the second evaporator (cooler) 30 is circulated to the refrigerator compartment 3 and the vegetable compartment 4 by the second blower 32. In the path, part of the cool air that has passed through the second blower 32 is blown out of the cool air outlet 36 through the cool air duct 35 from the front supply port 46.
Another portion of the cool air that has passed through the second blower 32 passes through cold air passages 43A and 43B on the left and right sides of the back plate 40 of the refrigerator compartment 3 and cool air outlets 39 formed in the back plate 40 of the refrigerator compartment 3. And a part of the cool air blows out from the cool air outlet 39A to the specific low-temperature chamber 9 while flowing downward through the cool air passages 43A and 43B.
[0022]
The cool air that has flowed further down the left and right cool air passages 43A and 43B is supplied from a cool air outlet 50 to a cool air passage 51 formed between the refrigerator compartment 3 and the vegetable compartment 4. The cool air passage 51 is formed between a partition plate 52 between the refrigerator compartment 3 and the vegetable compartment 4 and a ceiling plate 53 of the vegetable compartment 4. The partition plate 52 constitutes the bottom wall of the refrigerator compartment 3, and the ceiling plate 53 of the vegetable compartment 4 is disposed at a position substantially blocking the upper opening of the vegetable container 15, and is detachable in front of the vegetable compartment 4. It is supported on the left and right walls of the vegetable compartment 4.
[0023]
The cool air supplied to the cool air passage 51 flows forward through the cool air passage 51, flows down from the front end outlet 54 to the vegetable compartment 4, and flows from the space formed between the vegetable container 15 and the door 11 around the vegetable container 15. Is sucked from the cool air suction port 55 formed on the back surface of the vegetable compartment 4 through the space formed in the container. The cool air in the refrigerator compartment 3 flows into the cool air passage 51 from the suction port 56 formed in the partition plate 52.
[0024]
A cool air return passage 57 is formed between the back plate 40 and the main body 2 between the left and right cool air passages 43A and 43B on the back side of the refrigerator compartment 3. The cool air that has cooled the refrigerating compartment 3 and the specific low-temperature compartment 9 flows to the cool air return passage 57 from the cool air inlet formed at the lower part of the back plate 40 or the cool air inlet formed at the rear of the partition plate 52, and the second evaporation occurs. It flows under the vessel (cooler) 30 and is cooled again by the second evaporator (cooler) 30.
[0025]
The cool air in the vegetable compartment 4 is sucked from the cool air suction port 55, flows to the cool air return passage 57, flows into the lower side of the second evaporator (cooler) 30, and is again returned by the second evaporator (cooler) 30. Circulate to be cooled.
[0026]
In the present invention, the temperature of the vegetable compartment 4 can be switched between a relatively high temperature state of about 5 ° C. on the average like the conventional temperature state and a relatively low temperature state of about 3 ° C. on the average. For this reason, a cool air quantitative supply passage and a cool air variable amount supply passage are provided to the vegetable compartment 4.
One of the cool air passages 43A and 43B constitutes a cool air constant supply passage, and the cool air passage 43B constitutes a cool air variable amount supply passage.
[0027]
The cooling air variable amount supply passage 43B is provided with a temperature switching device 60 for opening / closing the passage or increasing / decreasing the amount of supplied cool air, and in a state where the passage is closed or the supply cold air amount is reduced by the switching device 60, the vegetable compartment 4 is in a high storage temperature state and is switched. In the state where the passage is opened by the device 60 or the supply cold air amount is increased, the vegetable compartment 4 is in a low storage temperature state. That is, the switching device 60 constitutes a vegetable compartment temperature setting means for setting the temperature of the vegetable compartment.
[0028]
The switching device 60 includes a manual switching lever 62 provided so as to project into the refrigerator compartment 3 from an opening 61 formed in the interior of the refrigerator at the back of the refrigerator compartment 3, that is, the back plate 40 of the refrigerator compartment 3, and a manual switching lever 62 62 is provided with a control plate 63 for opening / closing the cool air variable amount supply passage 43B or increasing / decreasing the amount of cool air supplied through the cool air variable amount supply passage 43B.
The operation of the manual switching lever 62 is transmitted to the control plate 63 via the operation plate 65. The structure is such that an operating rod 64 extending rearward of a manual switching lever 62 is loosely fitted into an oblique groove 66 of an operating plate 65, and a lower end of the operating plate 65 and the control plate 63 are rotatable by a shaft 70. Are combined. Thus, the operation plate 65 moves up and down by moving the manual switching lever 62 left and right, whereby the control plate 63 rotates up and down around the shaft 67. By the rotation of the control plate 63, the cool air variable amount supply passage 43B is opened or closed, or the cross-sectional area of the cool air variable amount supply passage 43B is changed to increase or decrease the amount of cool air supplied therethrough.
[0029]
In the system in which the control plate 63 opens and closes the cool air variable amount supply passage 43B, when the control plate 63 closes the cool air variable amount supply passage 43B by operating the manual switching lever 62, the cool air supply to the vegetable compartment 4 is performed with the cool air variable amount. If the leaked cool air from the supply passage 43B is ignored, the supply is performed only from the cool air quantitative supply passage 43A, and the temperature of the vegetable compartment 4 becomes a normal storage temperature state of about 5 ° C. on average like a conventional temperature state.
On the other hand, when the control plate 63 opens the cool air variable amount supply passage 43B, the cool air supply to the vegetable compartment 4 is performed by the cool air supply from the cool air variable amount supply passage 43B in addition to the cool air supplied from the cool air constant amount supply passage 43A. As a result, the temperature of the vegetable compartment 4 is set to a relatively low temperature of about 3 ° C. on average.
[0030]
In the system in which the control plate 63 increases or decreases the supply cool air amount passing through the cool air variable amount supply passage 43B, when the control plate 63 decreases the supply cool air amount through the cool air variable amount supply passage 43B by operating the manual switching lever 62, the vegetable compartment The supply of cool air to the cooler 4 is performed by reducing the amount of cool air from the cool air variable amount supply passage 43B and supplying the cool air mainly from the constant cool air supply passage 43A. The normal storage temperature is reached.
On the other hand, when the control plate 63 increases the amount of cool air supplied through the cool air variable amount supply passage 43B, the cool air supply to the vegetable compartment 4 is performed in addition to the cool air supplied from the cool air constant amount supply passage 43A and from the cool air variable amount supply passage 43B. The increased supply of cold air is performed, and the temperature of the vegetable compartment 4 becomes a relatively low temperature state of about 3 ° C. on average.
[0031]
Although the temperature of the vegetable compartment 4 can be switched in a plurality of stages in addition to the two types of switching as described above, in actual use, the temperature of the vegetable compartment 4 can be switched between too many temperature zones. Since there is no need to perform the above, generally the above two kinds of switching are practically acceptable. The structure of the switching device 60 is not limited to the above-described structure, and may be any structure that does not deviate from the gist of the present invention and that can achieve the same operation as described above with various structures.
[0032]
The opening 61 facing the manual switching lever 62 is provided at a lower portion on either the left or right side of the refrigerator compartment 3 so as not to obstruct the articles stored in the refrigerator compartment 3. In the embodiment, it is provided on the right side of the rear plate 40 at a portion close to the upper surface of the partition plate (partition wall) 8. A flange 69 projecting toward the refrigerator compartment 3 is formed around the opening 61, and the manual switching lever 62 is directed toward the refrigerator compartment 3 to a position slightly recessed so as not to protrude beyond the flange 69. By the protruding arrangement, it is possible to prevent the operation of the articles stored in the refrigerator compartment 3 due to contact.
[0033]
As described above, the articles stored in the refrigerator compartment 3 are not obstructed, and the operation from the refrigerator compartment 3 is easy. When the vegetable container 15 is pulled out together with the vegetable room door 11, it becomes difficult to provide the manual switching lever 62 in the vegetable room 4, but this problem is also solved. In addition, there is no decrease in the effective storage volume of the vegetable compartment 4 that occurs when the manual switching lever 62 is provided in the vegetable compartment 4, and the vegetable container 15 having a large capacity can be provided.
[0034]
In this refrigerator, when the temperature of the refrigerator compartment 3 is set to, for example, about 3 to 4 ° C. by operating a well-known refrigerator temperature setting knob (not shown), the manual switching lever 62 of the switching device 60 is operated. By operating, the vegetable room 4 can be maintained at an average of 5 degrees (about 4 to 6 degrees Celsius), an average of 3 degrees (about 2 to 4 degrees Celsius), or a temperature between these degrees.
Since this is the case where the temperature of the refrigerator compartment 3 is set to about 3 to 4 ° C., for example, the temperature of the refrigerator compartment 3 is reduced to about 4 by operating the temperature setting knob (not shown) of the refrigerator compartment. When the temperature is set to 55 ° C., by operating the manual switching lever 62 of the switching device 60, the vegetable room 4 is averaged 6 degrees (about 5 to 7 ° C.) and averaged 4 degrees (about 3 to 5 ° C.). Alternatively, the temperature can be maintained between these.
[0035]
In addition, the present invention is not limited to the refrigerator of the above-described embodiment, and can be applied to various types of refrigerators, and various changes can be made without departing from the technical scope of the present invention. Is what you do.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since cold air with good cooling efficiency is circulated from the refrigerator compartment to the vegetable compartment while realizing a low-temperature vegetable compartment, a low-temperature vegetable compartment can be realized without significantly impairing the cooling efficiency. In addition, the vegetable room temperature setting means (temperature switching device) allows the vegetable room to be set to a storage room (high-temperature vegetable room) having a higher temperature than the refrigerator room as in the past.
Further, according to the present invention, even when the cool air passage 43B is closed by the vegetable room temperature setting means (temperature switching device), the cool air in the cool air passage 43B does not stay in the cool air passage 43B but is refrigerated from the outlet 39. Since the air is blown into the room, by operating this vegetable room temperature setting means (temperature switching device), it is possible to suppress a decrease in the amount of cool air circulating in the refrigerator.
