Abstract
Description
【0001】

[0007]
That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a bar handle mounting structure for a vehicle having a simple structure, a small number of parts, and a good assembling property.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a bar handle mounting structure for a vehicle according to the present invention has a top bridge mounted on an upper portion of a steering shaft, and a bar handle is mounted on the top bridge by using a handle holder composed of a lower block and an upper block. In a vehicle, a concave portion or a convex portion is provided on a top bridge, front and rear female threads are provided at the same distance from the center of the concave portion or the convex portion, and a convex portion fitted to the concave portion or the convex portion is provided on a lower block. Alternatively, a bar-shaped handle is formed at a position offset from the center of the fitting portion by a predetermined distance from the center of the fitting portion. The upper block is provided with front and rear bolt holes facing the front and rear bolt holes, respectively. The upper bar receiving concave portion opposing the upper bar receiving concave portion, the bar handle is sandwiched between the lower bar receiving concave portion and the upper bar receiving concave portion, and the upper block and the lower block are fixed to the top bridge with a pair of bolts. A bar handle mounting structure for a vehicle, wherein the handle is mounted.
[0009]
It would be desirable if the bar handle could be set at a position that matched the rider's physique with a simple structure, a small number of parts, and a good assembly.
Therefore, a concave portion or a convex portion is provided on the top bridge, and the front and rear female threads are provided at the same distance from the center of the concave portion or the convex portion.
Also, the lower block of the handle holder is integrally provided with a convex or concave fitting portion that fits into the concave or convex portion of the top bridge, and the same distance is maintained from the center of this fitting portion to the front and rear. A lower bolt receiving recess for fitting the bar handle was provided at a position offset by a predetermined distance from the center of the fitting portion while opening a later bolt hole.
[0010]
Further, an upper bar receiving recess facing the lower bar receiving recess is provided in the upper block of the handle holder.
The bar handle is held between the lower bar receiving recess and the upper bar receiving recess, and the upper block and the lower block are fixed to the top bridge with a pair of bolts, so that the bar handle is attached to the steering shaft.
[0011]
The lower block of the handle holder is integrally provided with a convex or concave fitting portion that fits into the concave portion or convex portion of the top bridge, and maintains the same distance from the center of this fitting portion before and after Since the bolt holes are formed, the lower block of the handle holder can be mounted on the top bridge in the opposite direction.
[0012]
Since the lower bar receiving recess for fitting the bar handle is provided at a position offset by a certain distance from the center of the fitting portion, when the lower block of the handle holder is mounted upside down, the bar is offset by twice the offset distance. The mounting position of the handle can be moved back and forth.
Thus, the bar handle can be set at two positions in front and rear with a simple configuration and a configuration having a small number of parts. As a result, the bar handle can be set at a position suitable for the rider's physique.
[0013]
By providing a concave portion or a convex portion on the top bridge and integrally providing a convex portion or a concave shape fitting portion to be fitted to the concave portion or the convex portion on the lower block of the handle holder, the lower block is firmly attached to the top bridge. Attach to As a result, it is possible to prevent torsion or the like caused by attaching the bar handle to the top bridge via the handle holder.
[0014]
By providing the lower block with a convex or concave fitting portion that fits into the concave or convex portion of the top bridge, the lower block of the handle holder can be easily fitted to the top bridge. As a result, the assemblability of the bar handle can be improved.
[0015]

【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the following effects by the above configuration.
According to the first aspect, the lower block of the handle holder is integrally provided with a convex or concave-shaped fitting portion that fits into the concave or convex portion of the top bridge, and keeps the same distance from the center of the fitting portion. Since the front and rear bolt holes are opened, the lower block of the handle holder can be attached to the top bridge in a front-rear direction.
Since the lower bar receiving recess for fitting the bar handle is provided at a position offset by a certain distance from the center of the fitting portion, when the lower block of the handle holder is mounted upside down, the bar is offset by twice the offset distance. The mounting position of the handle can be moved back and forth.
Thus, the bar handle can be set at two positions in front and rear with a simple configuration and a configuration with a small number of parts. As a result, the bar handle can be set at a position suitable for the rider's physique.
[0037]
By providing a concave portion or a convex portion on the top bridge and integrally providing a convex portion or a concave shape fitting portion to be fitted to the concave portion or the convex portion on the lower block of the handle holder, the lower block is firmly attached to the top bridge. Attach to As a result, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of twisting or the like caused by attaching the bar handle to the top bridge via the handle holder.
[0038]
By providing the lower block with a convex or concave fitting portion that fits into the concave or convex portion of the top bridge, the lower block of the handle holder can be easily fitted to the top bridge. As a result, the assemblability of the bar handle can be improved.
