Abstract
Description
【0001】

[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a paper web manufactured by a papermaking machine or a coating machine is subjected to a drying process while being guided by a number of guide rollers, and then is wound around a predetermined winding roll. An empty take-up roll is in the vicinity of the take-up roll on which the paper web is taken up. When the take-up roll reaches a predetermined take-up amount, the paper web is cut to form a new take-up roll. It can be wound up. In this case, for example, a paper web separation device described in
[0003]
This apparatus is provided with a strip supply drum on which a strip for paper web separation is wound on one end side in the width direction of the take-up roll, and transports the strip in the width direction of the take-up roll by a transport device movable in the width direction of the take-up roll. After the sheet is fed to the other end, the tip is bonded to a take-up roll. As a result, the strip is tensioned and cut spirally around the take-up roll together with the end of the paper web while cutting the paper web, so that the paper web is taken up by a new take-up roll.
[0004]

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, since the paper web is wound on a strip wound on a winding roll, a trace of the strip is formed on the paper web at the beginning of winding, but the paper web on which such a strip trace is formed is formed. Cannot be used for merchandise and is discarded as defective.
[0007]
On the other hand, the conventional strip described in
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to obtain sufficient strength even if the thickness is reduced, and to reduce the amount of paper web loss due to strip marks. It is an object of the present invention to provide a strip for separating paper web and a method for manufacturing the same.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention, in order to achieve the above object, in
[0010]
Thereby, since it is formed by laminating a paper material on a core material having high strength even if it is thin, sufficient strength can be obtained even if the thickness dimension is reduced. In this case, the shape and dimensions of the thin core material are maintained by the paper material, and it becomes possible to apply an adhesive tape or apply an adhesive to the paper material.
[0011]
According to a second aspect, in the paper web separating strip according to the first aspect, the core material and the paper material are formed by folding at least one end in the width direction such that the paper material is on the outer surface side.
[0012]
Thereby, in addition to the effect of the first aspect, at least one end in the width direction of the core material and the paper material is folded back, so that the strength of the width direction end can be increased.
[0013]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the paper web separating strip according to the second aspect, both ends in the width direction of the core material and the paper material are folded back to the same surface side, respectively, and the entire surface folded back by the folded portion is formed. Is formed so as to cover.
[0014]
Thereby, in addition to the effect of
[0015]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the paper web separating strip according to the second aspect, both ends in the width direction of the core material and the paper material are folded back to the same surface side, and the width of the surface folded back by the folded portion is provided. It is formed so as to cover only both end portions in the direction.
[0016]
Thereby, in addition to the effect of the second aspect, since only the both ends in the width direction are covered by the folded portion, the amount of the core material and the paper material is reduced.
[0017]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the paper web separating strip according to the second aspect, one end side in the width direction of the core material and the paper material is folded back to a predetermined surface side, and the width of the core material and the paper material is added to the folded portion. It is formed by folding the other end in the direction.
[0018]
Thereby, in addition to the effect of the second aspect, the core material and the paper material are folded to a total of three times or more.
[0019]
According to a sixth aspect, in the paper web separating strip according to the second aspect, the core material and the paper material are formed by folding the core material and the paper material in two at predetermined positions in the width direction.
[0020]
Thereby, in addition to the effect of the second aspect, since the folded portion becomes one by folding in two, the manufacturing process can be simplified.
[0021]
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, an empty take-up roll is arranged along the width direction of the take-up roll, and a leading end of the empty take-up roll is arranged near the take-up roll on which the paper web is taken up. The paper web separating strip that is wound spirally on a new take-up roll together with the end of the paper web while cutting the paper web by joining the sides, and the paper web is wound on a new take-up roll In the manufacturing method, a paper material is overlapped on one surface of a core material made of a flexible synthetic resin film formed in a belt shape and joined, and the core material and the paper material are placed on the outer surface side. After at least one end in the width direction is folded, the sheet is heated while being pressed in the thickness direction, so that the folded portion is thermally fused.
[0022]
Thus, since the strip is formed by laminating the paper material on a core material having high strength even though it is thin, sufficient strength can be obtained even if the thickness dimension of the strip is reduced. In this case, at least one end in the width direction of the core material and the paper material is folded back, so that the strength of the end in the width direction can be increased. Further, after the core material and the paper material are folded, the folded portion is thermally fused by heating while pressing in the thickness direction, so that it is not necessary to bond the folded portion with an adhesive.

[0045]
According to the paper web separating strip of the second aspect, in addition to the effect of the first aspect, the strength of the end portion in the width direction can be increased, so that a relatively thick paper web can be reliably cut. .
[0046]
Further, according to the paper web separating strip of the third aspect, in addition to the effect of the second aspect, the adhesive tape or the adhesive can be applied to the paper material on any side. Can be used in any direction, which is extremely advantageous in practical use.
[0047]
According to the strip for separating paper web of the fourth aspect, in addition to the effect of the second aspect, the amount of the core material and the paper material can be reduced, so that the cost can be reduced.
[0048]
According to the paper web separating strip of the fifth aspect, in addition to the effect of the second aspect, since the core material and the paper material are folded over three times in total, the strength of the entire strip can be greatly improved. it can.
[0049]
According to the paper web separating strip of the sixth aspect, in addition to the effect of the second aspect, the manufacturing process can be simplified, so that the cost can be reduced.
[0050]
Further, according to the method for manufacturing a strip for separating paper web according to the seventh aspect, it is possible to manufacture a strip having sufficient strength even if the thickness is reduced. In this case, since the strength of the end portion in the width direction of the strip can be increased, it is possible to manufacture a strip that can reliably cut even a relatively thick paper web. Further, since it is not necessary to bond the folded portions of the core material and the paper material with an adhesive, the cost can be reduced by the amount that the adhesive is not required, and the strip can be formed even thinner.
