Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to a toilet seat mounting structure for a portable toilet mainly used in a general room.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The conventional toilet seat mounting structure of a portable toilet is configured such that a shaft member is inserted into a shaft hole provided in the left and right horizontal direction of a mounting portion protruding left and right of a rear edge of the toilet seat, and is rotatable to the toilet body. It was a structure that can be attached. For example, Patent Literature 1 discloses a hinge mechanism technology for attaching a toilet seat, a toilet lid, and the like to a toilet body. This prior art (Patent Document 1) has a structure in which a base having two bearing portions is attached to a toilet body, and the toilet seat is rotatably fixed by the two bearing portions of the base. When mounting to the parts, the shaft holes provided on the left and right sides of the rear edge of the toilet seat are aligned with the bearings, and two shaft members are inserted into the respective bearings.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-318763
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above prior art, in order to attach the toilet seat to the toilet body, the base must first be fitted into the toilet body, and the shaft members must be inserted into two shaft holes provided at the rear edge of the toilet seat. . Therefore, the number of parts for mounting the toilet seat is large, and the mounting operation is troublesome. More specifically, in the above-described conventional technique, at least three parts, a base and two shaft members, are required for mounting the toilet seat. Moreover, since the number of parts is large, there is also a problem that the parts are easily lost when the toilet seat is disassembled.
[0005]
Further, when opening and closing the toilet seat, there is a case where a damper for performing a buffering operation for the main purpose of preventing noise and vibration is provided on the rotating shaft portion, but when such a damper is attached, the number of members further increases, and There was a problem that the work became complicated. Further, there is a problem that the damper member is exposed around the shaft portion and the appearance of the portable toilet is deteriorated.
[0006]
In view of such circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a toilet seat mounting structure for a portable toilet with a small number of parts. A further object of the present invention is to provide a toilet seat mounting structure for a portable toilet to which a toilet seat can be easily mounted. It is another object of the present invention to provide a mounting structure that allows a toilet seat to be easily mounted even when a damper member is mounted.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 includes a toilet seat portion rotatably mounted on a rotation shaft disposed in the left and right horizontal direction at a rear upper surface of a toilet body. In the portable toilet, the toilet seat portion is provided with two mounting portions protruding rearward from a rear end at predetermined intervals at two places on the left and right, and at least a shaft portion for the left and right mounting portions. One is pivotally supported by a shaft member with a damper disposed on the toilet body, and covers and hides the shaft portion of the shaft member with the damper from above so as to be exposed to the outside. And a resin cover member provided detachably with respect to the toilet body so as to be located at a portion of the toilet body.
[0008]
The toilet seat according to the present invention is provided with two mounting portions protruding rearward from the rear end on the left and right sides, and each of them has a predetermined interval. By inserting a shaft into each of the mounting portions, the toilet seat is rotatably mounted on the toilet body around the shaft. That is, the rotating shafts are located at the same axial position in the left and right horizontal directions, and the respective shaft members are disposed in the respective mounting portions.
[0009]
Then, a shaft member with a damper is inserted into at least one of the two mounting portions. The shaft member with a damper is provided with a means for rotating the toilet seat attached via the shaft member to perform a buffering operation mainly for preventing noise and vibration when the toilet seat portion is lowered or raised. It is a thing. By providing the damper as the buffer means on the shaft member side, it can be firmly fixed to the main body and the structure on the toilet seat side is simplified.
[0010]
The cover member has a structure in which the damper member is housed inside and only a shaft portion thereof is exposed to the outside, and is disposed at a position between the left and right mounting portions of the toilet seat in the mounted state. That is, the shaft member with the damper is disposed at a position between the left and right mounting portions of the toilet seat, and the cover member is mounted so as to cover the upper part thereof. In other words, the cover member has a structure that closes the space between the mounting portions of the toilet seat, prevents the mounting shaft portion and the like from being exposed to the outside, and improves the appearance. Further, a structural portion such as a damper member is disposed by effectively utilizing the space between the left and right mounting portions.
[0011]
Since the shafts are in the left and right horizontal axial directions, receiving portions for the shafts are respectively provided on opposed inner surfaces of the left and right mounting portions. Conversely, the cover portion has an outer surface facing the respective inner surfaces. As a result, when the cover member is attached, the cover member is inserted into the space between the attachment portions at the rear end of the toilet seat, so that it looks cleaner and it is difficult for dust to collect and it is easy to clean it can.
[0012]
The shaft member with a damper inserted into at least one attachment portion has a structure in which only the shaft portion is exposed from the outer surface portion of the cover member, and is attached to the receiving portion on the inner surface portion of the attachment portion.
[0013]
Next, in the invention according to claim 2, in the toilet seat mounting structure for a portable toilet according to claim 1, of the left and right mounting portions, a shaft portion for the first mounting portion is the shaft member with the damper. It is characterized in that the shaft is rotatably supported, and the shaft with respect to the second mounting portion is formed integrally with the shaft so as to protrude from the outer wall of the cover member.
[0014]
In this invention, one of the mounting portions is constituted by a shaft member with a damper, and the other mounting portion is configured to be supported by a simple shaft member. The feature is that it is provided directly.
[0015]
That is, if the second mounting portion of the present invention is provided with a bearing hole in which a simple shaft member is inserted in the horizontal direction, the second mounting portion engages with the shaft member provided integrally with the cover member. Form a pivot structure. Since the cover member has an outer surface (outer wall surface) facing the inner surface of the mounting portion, a shaft member may be provided on the outer surface facing the outer surface.
[0016]
Then, after the shaft portion of the second mounting portion is first engaged with the cover member, the shaft member with the damper is exposed from the outer wall portion (side wall portion) of the cover member with respect to the first mounting portion. If it fits in this way, the attachment of the shaft member to the first attachment portion is also completed.
[0017]
The cover member is provided with a partial hole, a long hole continuous from the edge, and the like in order to expose at least the shaft portion of the shaft member with a damper. A configuration that can be fixed is desirable. For example, it is preferable that the shaft can be easily hooked at the hole for exposing the shaft. Then, in this state, the shaft member with the damper may be attached to the toilet body together with the cover member.
[0018]
Since the shaft portion of the toilet seat is fixed to the main body by attaching the cover member and the shaft member with a damper to the main body, the toilet seat is rotatably mounted to the toilet main body. At the same time, due to the action of the shaft member with the damper, a shock-absorbing action is added to the operation at the time of opening and closing, so that no impact or loud noise is generated when the toilet seat rotates. Thus, there is an advantage that useless noise is not generated even when used indoors.
[0019]
Thus, in the present invention, the shaft member inserted into the second mounting portion is integrally formed so as to protrude from the outer wall of the resin cover member detachably provided to the toilet body. Is provided. It is preferable that the cover member is formed at the same time as the resin molding, because the manufacturing process is simplified and the number of parts is reduced.
[0020]
With this configuration, a shaft member with a damper is inserted into the first mounting portion of the toilet seat portion, and a shaft member integrally provided with the cover member is inserted into the second mounting portion, and the cover member is directly used as the toilet body. , The toilet seat is rotatably attached to the toilet body. In other words, the number of components for attaching the toilet seat to the toilet body is two in total, that is, the cover member whose shaft member protrudes from the outer wall and the shaft member with a damper. Therefore, the number of parts is small, and the toilet seat can be easily attached to the toilet body. In addition, since the number of parts is small, there is no fear that the components will be lost when the toilet seat is removed and the toilet bowl is cleaned.
[0021]
Here, the mounting structure of the cover member to the toilet body is not particularly limited in the present invention. For example, a hole may be provided in the toilet body, a protrusion may be provided in the lower portion of the cover member, and the protrusion may be detachably configured to be inserted and attached to the hole in the toilet body.
[0022]
Further, in the present invention, the cover member is configured to cover the upper part of the shaft member with the damper so as to expose the shaft part to the outside. That is, the shaft member with the damper is configured such that the portion other than the portion (the shaft portion) inserted into the first mounting portion of the toilet seat is covered and covered by the cover member. Therefore, the shaft member with the damper is hardly visible in appearance, and the appearance is excellent.
[0023]
The shape of the cover member of the present invention may be any shape as long as the shaft portion of the shaft member with the damper is exposed to the outside and can be covered from above. In addition, the shaft member with a damper of the present invention is for slowing down the rotation speed of the toilet seat, and its configuration is not particularly limited as long as it causes a buffering action in the rotation operation. Absent.
[0024]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the portable toilet toilet seat mounting structure according to the first or second aspect, the toilet seat portion has an electric structure such as a heater, and a cord of the electric structure is bent into a substantially crank shape. In this state, the inside of the cover member is circulated so as to be taken out through a cord through cutout portion provided on a side surface of the cover member.
[0025]
When the toilet seat is provided with an electric structure such as a heater, an electric cord is generally provided to supply electricity to the toilet seat. In the case of a structure that is directly inserted into an outlet, the cord may be bent and broken, etc. each time the toilet seat is opened and closed.
[0026]
Therefore, in the present invention, the electric cord is bent into a crank shape, routed inside the cover member and passed therethrough, so that the electric cord is hardly bent. More specifically, when passing the electric cord through the cover member, the present invention takes in the cover member in a state where the electric cord attached to the toilet seat portion is bent into a substantially crank shape, and takes in the side portion of the cover member. It is configured to be taken out to the outside through the provided cord notch.
[0027]
As an example, as shown in FIG. 2, at the rear end face of the toilet seat portion, the electric cord is taken out from one of the outer portions of the left and right mounting portions to the outside, and at the rear portion of the cover member, one side is used as the other. By arranging the electric cord so as to extend to the side, a substantially crank shape of the electric cord can be formed.
[0028]
As another example, it is conceivable to pass an electric cord through the inside of the shaft portion. That is, it is also possible to provide an internal through-hole with a large diameter of the shaft portion and to pass an electric cord through the inside of the through-hole. On the toilet seat side, if the electric cord is guided to the shaft portion with the through hole through the inside of the corresponding mounting portion, the electric cord is routed in a substantially crank shape at a portion passing through the shaft. . In this case, the take-out portion from the cover member may be the left and right side portions, or may be the rear side portion (rear surface portion).
[0029]
In any case, since the cover member has a structure that can be covered from above, if a cut-out portion is provided at the portion in contact with the main body portion of the cover member so as to be directed upward, and a cord-passing cut-out portion is provided, a long cord does not interfere. The mounting can be easily performed through the notch.
[0030]
With this configuration, since the cover member holds the electric cord in a crank shape, the electric cord can be prevented from being bent without permission. Therefore, it is possible to prevent trouble such as disconnection of the electric cord.
[0031]
In another aspect of the present invention, the portable toilet toilet seat mounting structure according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a damper mounting portion provided with a receiving portion having an upper portion opened in a main body portion, The shaft member with a damper includes a holding structure portion that is installed by being fitted into the damper mounting portion from above.
[0032]
For this reason, the shaft member with the damper can be held and installed in the main body by incorporating (or fitting) the holding structure portion into the damper mounting portion from above, thereby facilitating the mounting operation. Further, the mounting work can be easily performed even when mounting together with the cover member.
[0033]
For example, the damper shaft member is provided with a convex portion having a predetermined shape as a holding structure at a rear portion opposite to the shaft or a portion below the shaft at the time of mounting, and a concave portion ( If a damper mounting portion (supporting member) comprising a receiving portion) is provided and the upper portion of the concave portion of the damper mounting portion is opened, the shaft member with the damper can be formed by incorporating the convex portion from the upper portion. It will be easy to install.
[0034]
In this case, the shaft member with the damper has a convex portion at a rear portion thereof (a portion opposite to the shaft portion inserted into the mounting portion of the toilet seat portion), and the convex portion is provided on the toilet body main body. Since the shaft member with the damper is not fitted to the concave portion provided in the portion, the shaft member with the damper can be firmly attached to the toilet body without rattling or rotating. It is needless to say that such a mounting structure is designed to have a strength sufficient to receive a force as a damper portion of the toilet seat portion.
[0035]
That is, the fitting of the protrusion (holding structure) of the shaft member with the damper and the recess (reception portion) of the damper mounting portion (support member) corresponding to this protrusion allows the shaft member with the damper to be securely attached to the damper mounting portion. It is held by the main body by the (supporting member), and the rotation of the toilet seat is stabilized. In addition, since the mounting structure is formed by fitting the convex portion and the concave portion, the operation of mounting the toilet seat can be easily performed. In addition, the convex part and the concave part in the present invention may have any shape as long as the fitted state is firmly maintained.
[0036]
According to another aspect of the present invention, in the portable toilet toilet seat mounting structure according to any one of the above, the cover member includes an insertion portion having a configuration protruding downward, and the insertion portion is inserted into the toilet body portion. An insertion hole for receiving the part is provided, and the insertion part is attached and fixed by utilizing the flexibility of the insertion part and the material of the insertion hole in a state of being inserted into the insertion hole. It is characterized by.
[0037]
That is, when attaching the cover member, if the insertion portion is inserted into the insertion hole portion and pushed in, the insertion is performed while partially deforming by utilizing the flexibility of the material, and finally the flexible material is inserted. It is fixed with a lock structure utilizing the. Then, when detaching, by applying a force in a direction opposite to the flexible deformation state at the time of attachment, the locked state can be released and the insertion part can be pulled out from the insertion hole part. It becomes.
[0038]
For example, at the lower end of the cover member when the main body is attached, two insertion portions made of a flexible member protruding downward are provided at two locations, and the upper surface portion of the toilet body main body has a plug corresponding to the insertion portion. A hole is provided, and the cover member is attached to the toilet body by fitting the insertion portion into the insertion hole.
[0039]
In this configuration, since two lower insertion portions are provided at the lower end of the cover member, the flexibility of the material is reduced in a direction in which the relative distance between the insertion portions is increased or decreased when the insertion portion is mounted. It may be configured so as to be deformed by utilizing, and in a final mounted state, the deformation is released and fitted. Specifically, the insertion portion may be provided with a tapered portion, and when inserted, may be configured to fit into the root portion of the tapered portion (a portion where there is no protrusion of the taper).
[0040]
Thereby, the attachment of the cover member to the toilet body becomes simple, by simply fitting the insertion portion into the insertion hole portion. Alternatively, since the insertion portion is made of a flexible member, when attaching the cover member to the toilet body, the insertion portion made of the flexible member is bent manually to insert the insertion hole portion of the toilet body. The cover member can be easily attached to the toilet body simply by fitting into the toilet body. Also, when removing the cover member, since the insertion portion is a flexible member, it can be easily removed from the toilet body simply by bending the insertion portion in the opposite direction to the insertion.
[0041]
Here, it is sufficient that the insertion portion in the present invention is provided in at least two places. This is because if it is provided at at least two places, it can be securely attached and fixed to the toilet body. Of course, more insertion portions may be provided.
[0042]
Next, in the invention described in claim 4 of the present application, a portable toilet provided with a toilet seat portion rotatably mounted on a rotating shaft disposed in the left and right horizontal direction at a rear portion of the upper surface of the toilet body, In the toilet seat portion, bearing portions are provided at two places on the left and right with respect to the mounting portion projecting rearward from the rear end portion, and one of the left and right bearing portions is provided on the toilet body portion. A resin cover which is supported by a shaft member with a damper, and which covers and hides the shaft portion of the shaft member with the damper from the top so as to be exposed to the outside, and which is detachably provided to the toilet body. The other one of the left and right bearing portions includes a shaft member integrally formed so as to protrude from a wall portion of the resin cover member facing the bearing portion, A portable toilet characterized by that To provide a seat mounting structure.
[0043]
In the present invention, the toilet seat portion has the mounting portion provided so as to protrude rearward, and the mounting portion has two bearing portions on the left and right. Needless to say, this bearing is coaxially configured because it is a bearing that becomes the center of rotation of the toilet seat. Furthermore, since it is sufficient that there are two bearing parts on the left and right, even if the mounting part is one place and the bearing parts are provided on the left and right side parts, the mounting part is provided on two places on the left and right, A bearing portion may be provided in each mounting portion.
[0044]
Further, in the present invention, a bearing member with a damper is pivotally supported at one of the two bearing portions to add a cushioning effect to the opening / closing operation of the toilet seat. The other bearing portion is constituted by a free or movable bearing portion, and a shaft member is provided thereon so as to be the center of rotation.
[0045]
The bearing member with a damper is attached to the main body, but is covered by a cover member except for the shaft portion, so that only the bearing portion protrudes from the cover member.
[0046]
Then, since the shaft member for the other bearing portion is integrally formed on the cover member, the integrally formed shaft member side is first mounted on one bearing portion of the cover member, and then the shaft member with a damper is mounted. Attach with the cover member attached. As a result, the toilet seat portion is in a state in which the shaft member is mounted on each of the two bearing portions, and is held (rotatably) by the cover member in this state.
[0047]
If the cover member, the toilet seat, and the shaft member with the damper are attached to the toilet main body, these members can be mounted on the toilet main body at one time, so that the assembling process is extremely easy. Furthermore, the number of parts is small, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0048]
Further, as another aspect, in the toilet seat mounting structure for a portable toilet according to the fourth aspect, the toilet seat portion includes an electric structure such as a heater, and a cord of the electric structure is bent in a substantially crank shape. It is configured such that the inside of the cover member is circulated and taken out through a cord through cutout portion provided on a side surface portion of the cover member.
[0049]
According to this configuration, since the electric cord can be bent into a crank shape and routed inside the cover member so as to pass therethrough, the electric cord is hardly bent. More specifically, when the electric cord is passed through the cover member, the electric cord attached to the toilet seat portion is taken into the cover member in a state of being bent into a substantially crank shape, and the cord provided on the side portion of the cover member If the electric cord is taken out through the cutout, the electric cord is hardly bent.
[0050]
As an example, the electric cord is taken out from the outside portion of the mounting portion at the rear end face portion of the toilet seat portion, and routed from one side surface to the other side surface at the rear portion of the cover member, so that the electric cord is Can be formed in a substantially crank shape.
[0051]
As another example, it is conceivable to pass an electric cord through the inside of the shaft portion. That is, it is also possible to provide an internal through-hole with a large diameter of the shaft portion and to pass an electric cord through the inside of the through-hole. On the toilet seat side, if the electric cord is guided to the shaft portion with the through hole through the inside of the corresponding mounting portion, the electric cord is routed in a substantially crank shape at a portion passing through the shaft. . In this case, the take-out portion from the cover member may be the left and right side portions, or may be the rear side portion (rear surface portion).
[0052]
In any case, since the cover member has a structure that can be covered from above, if a cut-out portion is provided at the portion in contact with the main body portion of the cover member so as to be directed upward, and a cord-passing cut-out portion is provided, a long cord does not interfere. The mounting can be easily performed through the notch.
[0053]
With this configuration, since the cover member holds the electric cord in a crank shape, the electric cord can be prevented from being bent without permission. Therefore, it is possible to prevent trouble such as disconnection of the electric cord.
[0054]

The outer wall portions on the left and right side portions are arranged close to each other with a slight gap so as to face the inner wall portions of the two mounting portions 2a and 2b. Outside the one outer wall portion, a substantially cylindrical shaft member 6 having a slightly thin tip portion is formed integrally with the cover member 3 so as to protrude to the outside. A through hole 21 is provided in the other side surface (a side surface opposite to the side surface portion on which the shaft member 6 is provided), from which the shaft portion of the shaft member 3 with damper (the mounting portion 2a The part to be inserted into the hole 20a) is exposed to the outside.
[0058]
That is, the main body portion of the shaft member 3 with the damper is arranged so that the cover member 4 covers and covers the upper portion, or a portion other than the shaft portion of the shaft member 3 with the damper is housed inside the cover member 4, Only the shaft portion of the attached shaft member 3 is exposed outside the cover member 4. Actually, the shaft portion of the shaft member 3 with the damper is inserted into the hole 20 a of the mounting portion 2 a of the toilet seat 1.
[0059]
Furthermore, two insertion portions 9a and 9b are attached to the lower and right end portions of the left and right side wall portions of the cover member 4 so as to face each other, in a state of protruding downward. Since the two insertion portions 9a and 9b are integrally formed with the cover member, they are formed of a flexible member, and are bent when pressed by hand. Each of the insertion portions 9a and 9b has a tapered inclined surface (or a wedge-shaped inclined surface) that gradually increases in thickness from the front end, and a root portion that is continuous with a lower portion of the side wall has the largest thickness. Therefore, it is formed in a so-called substantially arrowhead shape.
[0060]
At the rear of the upper surface of the toilet body 5, insertion holes 10 a and 10 b formed to correspond to these insertion portions 9 a and 9 b are provided, and the insertion portions 9 a and 9 b of the cover member 4 are disposed. The cover member 4 is attached and fixed to the toilet body 5 by being fitted into each. At this time, the wedge-shaped portion is inserted into the wedge-shaped inclined surface portion while being slightly deformed, and the wedge-shaped portion is released from contact with the insertion holes 10a and 10b in a state where the wedge-shaped portion is inserted to the roots of the insertion portions 9a and 9b. Then, the arrowhead-shaped portion is engaged and fixed to the entrance side inside the insertion hole.
[0061]
When removing the cover member 4, the insertion portions 9a and 9b are manually bent (elastically deformed) in a direction in which both approaches, and the engagement between the arrowhead-shaped portions and the insertion holes 10a and 10b is released, and then the pulling is performed. When the cover member 4 comes off, the cover member 4 has a detachable structure that can be easily removed from the toilet body 5.
[0062]
As shown in FIG. 2, when the cover member 4 is attached to the main body, the side walls thereof are opposed to and close to the inner walls of the attachment portions 2a and 2b, respectively, and the upper surface thereof is in contact with the upper surface of the toilet seat 1. It is configured to be almost flush. For this reason, when it is attached to the toilet body, it is possible to construct a smooth external shape with no irregularities on the surface, such as an integrated structure that is continuous with the toilet seat 1.
[0063]
In addition, a cord passage notch 11 is provided below both sides (side walls) of the rear part of the cover member 4 so that an electric cord 12 (see FIG. 2) of the toilet seat 1 described later passes therethrough. Can be done.
[0064]
Next, a method of mounting a toilet seat portion by the portable toilet toilet seat mounting structure according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In order to mount the toilet seat 1 by the portable toilet mounting structure according to the present embodiment, first, the shaft member 6 integrated with the cover member 4 is inserted into the mounting portion 2b of the toilet seat 1. Next, with the through hole 21 of the cover member 4 and the hole portion 20a of the attachment portion 2a of the toilet seat portion 1 aligned with each other, the shaft portion of the shaft member 3 with the damper is inserted into the through hole 21 from the inside of the cover member 4. After the insertion, it is inserted into the hole 20a while adjusting the angle. In this state, the toilet seat 1 is temporarily fixed to the cover member 4.
[0065]
Then, while the insertion portions 9a and 9b of the cover member 4 are slightly bent inward by hand, the projections 7 of the shaft member 3 with the damper are firmly fitted into the recesses 8 of the bracket 22, and the toilet body portion The fitting of the toilet seat portion 1 is completed when the fitting portion 5 is fitted into the insertion holes 10a and 10b from above. That is, the mounting operation of the cover member is performed simultaneously with the mounting operation of the shaft member with the damper.
[0066]
As described above, according to the toilet seat mounting structure for a portable toilet according to the present embodiment, the bearing member with the damper and the cover member can be mounted together with the toilet seat portion 1 and extremely easily. . In addition, there are only two parts for attaching the toilet seat 1: the cover member 4 provided with the shaft member 6 and the damper-mounted shaft member 3. In other words, the toilet seat 1 can be easily attached using only two parts.
[0067]
Furthermore, since the outer shape of the cover member 4 is provided with a side surface portion disposed close to and opposed to the mounting portion, and an upper surface portion of the cover member which is substantially flush with an upper surface portion of the toilet seat portion, the mounting state is the same as the toilet seat It fits neatly into one.
[0068]
And the cover member also serves as the shaft member of the mounting part, and since the member with the damper is housed inside and covered and hidden from the outside, the structural parts such as the damper can be stored neatly in a state that is not noticeable in appearance. Can be done.
[0069]
To remove the toilet seat 1, the insertion portions 9 a and 9 b of the cover member 4 are connected to each other from the back side of the main body (generally, from the toilet tub (not shown) side with the toilet seat 1 opened). The cover member 4 may be pulled upward in a state where the cover member 4 is pressed and bent by hand so as to approach. Even when the toilet seat 1 is removed, there are only two parts to be disassembled: the cover member 4 and the shaft member 3 with a damper, so that there is no risk of loss.
[0070]
Further, when the toilet seat portion 1 is of a type provided with a cord having an electric structure such as a heater, as shown in FIG. If the toilet seat cover 1 is rotated, the cord 12 does not bend if the cord 12 is passed around and taken out from the cord notch portion 11. Therefore, trouble such as disconnection of the cord is solved.
[0071]
FIG. 3 shows a toilet seat mounting structure for a portable toilet according to another embodiment. In this embodiment, the toilet seat portion 101 includes one attachment portion 102 projecting rearward (upper side in FIG. 3) from a rear end portion (upper end portion in FIG. 3). Bearing portions (holes 220a and 220b) are provided on both sides of the mounting portion 102. The cover member 104 is formed integrally with the shaft member 106. The shaft member 106 is inserted into the hole 220b, and the shaft member 103 with the damper having the shaft inserted into the hole 220a is partially exposed. The toilet seat 101 is configured to be rotatable about the shaft member 106 and the shaft member 103 with a damper as a shaft when the toilet seat 101 is attached to the toilet body so as to be covered from above. Even in this embodiment, the toilet seat 101 can be easily attached to the toilet body, and the same operation and effect as described above can be obtained.
[0072]
It should be noted that the toilet seat mounting structure of the portable toilet of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it is needless to say that various changes can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, in this embodiment, as the shaft member with the damper, the one in which the damper and the shaft portion are configured as an integral part is illustrated, but the damper portion is disposed inside the cover member, and the shaft structure that is continuous therefrom. As long as the action of the damper is transmitted to the portion, it is included in the scope of the present invention, and is not limited to the case where it is integrated.
[0073]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the portable toilet seat mounting structure of the present invention, an excellent effect that the seat can be easily mounted with a small number of parts can be obtained. In addition, even in a toilet seat to which an electric cord is attached, disconnection of the electric cord can be prevented, and the toilet can be used for a long time.
