Description

【0001】

【0044】

Figure 2004083645
【0045】
【0056】
Figure 2004083645
【0057】

【0167】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a radiation-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive, and more specifically, can maintain a stable adhesive performance even under high-temperature and high-humidity environmental conditions, and folds and superimposes an information-bearing surface by folding and cutting. Folding sheets, confidential and confidential information-transmitting sheets like superimposed sheets, scalable sheets that can be expanded in size, sheets for pressure-sensitive adhesive printing such as office sheets such as copy paper, etc. The present invention relates to a radiation-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive applicable to packaging bags, labels, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An example of a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, an information-carrying sheet that carries information on an overlapping surface, such that the overlapping surfaces are bonded to each other, usually in a pattern such that they contact each other when they are overlapped. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on the entire surface of the mating surface, partially or linearly. This pressure-sensitive adhesive is also called a self-adhesive pressure-sensitive adhesive. By applying a high pressure in a state where the adhesive layers are in contact with each other, the respective polymers self-diffuse or adhere to each other by an anchor effect. Thus, depending on the type of the composition and the degree of the pressure, permanent adhesiveness or removable adhesiveness is realized.
[0003]
As an example of such an information carrying sheet, a postcard system having confidentiality and confidentiality has been put to practical use and spread. As an example of a postcard system having confidentiality and confidentiality, there is a postcard in which various information such as personal information, print information, and print information are described is folded, cut and overlapped, or separate bodies are superimposed. . In these postcard systems, the adhesive layer is releasably pressed in various overlapping modes, the confidentiality and confidentiality information are concealed, mailed, and the recipient peels off the superimposed surface again to conceal the information. The information is read. Further, as another example of a postcard system having confidentiality and confidentiality, an adhesive layer is pressure-bonded in a non-peelable manner in various overlapping modes, the confidentiality information is concealed, mailed, and the recipient is attached to the adhesive portion. Are cut off, the overlapping surface is reopened, and the hidden information is read.
[0004]
On the other hand, there are an easy-open packaging bag and a packaging film as other examples of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. In these, conventionally, a mechanical lock such as a chuck or a zipper has been adopted, but a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition formulated so as to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that can be pressure-bonded with about a finger pressure is applied to the opening of the packaging film. If the inner surface is partially coated and cured to form a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, an easy-open packaging bag and a packaging film can be easily produced. For example, in the case of a packaging bag, the opening can be easily peeled off when necessary, and the contents can be taken out. In addition, when a label that can be pressure-bonded with a pressure of about a finger pressure is attached to an adhesive having high smoothness, such as glass, the label can be peeled off cleanly after attaching.
[0005]
The main components of the above pressure-sensitive adhesives generally include an aqueous medium such as an aqueous emulsion such as an acrylic emulsion, a natural rubber latex, or a synthetic rubber latex, or a rubber latex, and include, for example, an acrylic emulsion including a reactive silicone oil. An emulsion-removable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is described in, for example, Patent Document 1.
[0006]
However, when an aqueous medium is included, the entire coating can be easily performed, but the partial coating for coating a partial area is performed because the viscosity of the emulsion is low and the coated portion of the substrate shrinks. Was unsuitable or the information carried was sometimes damaged. In addition, since the medium is water, it may take a long time to dry after coating.
[0007]

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed from the conventional acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, the strength of the obtained pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is insufficient, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is sometimes brittle.
[0014]
In addition, the initial adhesive strength was sometimes insufficient. For this reason, in some cases, sufficient pressure bonding cannot be performed, or even if pressure bonding can be performed, the base sheet may peel off when unnecessary after pressure bonding.
[0015]
On the other hand, when a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having a sufficient initial adhesive strength is formed, the adhesive strength after press-bonding is unnecessarily enhanced, and even if an attempt is made to peel the adhesive surface, the adhesive surface cannot be easily peeled. In some cases, the base sheet was broken. Such a problem caused by the hyperactivity tends to be particularly remarkable in a high humidity environment.
[0016]
Further, when a general silicone oil or the like is added to the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition in order to improve the above-mentioned problems, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition becomes cloudy or the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is coated on the base sheet. When applying, poor coating such as cissing occurs, the transparency of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer obtained by curing the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition becomes insufficient, and the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer becomes rough. In some cases, it may not be possible to obtain a yuzu skin, to obtain an adequate adhesive strength, or to realize a sufficient removability even if a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is prepared.
[0017]
In view of the circumstances described above, in the present invention, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having a sufficient strength can be formed, a required initial adhesive strength is secured, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in which a high-pressure property is suppressed particularly in a high-humidity environment is suppressed. An adhesive layer can be formed, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition does not become cloudy, and even when the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is applied on a base sheet, coating defects such as cissing do not occur. Has sufficient transparency, the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is sufficiently smooth, can achieve a suitable adhesive strength, and when a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition having removability is produced, sufficient re-peeling is possible. It is an object of the present invention to provide an acrylic radiation-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition capable of realizing the property.
[0018]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention for achieving the above object, there is provided a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprising a radiation-curable acrylic compound, an acrylic release control agent, and a (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer.
[0019]
Also, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed on the base sheet,
The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is a radiation-cured product of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition,
An information carrying sheet, on which information is recorded, is provided.
[0020]
Also, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed on the base sheet,
The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is a radiation-cured product of the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is provided.
[0021]
The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention contains an acrylic compound that is cured by radiation such as ultraviolet rays, electron beams, X-rays, i-rays, and g-rays to exhibit an adhesive force, and an acrylic release control agent. ing. By using an acrylic release control agent, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that has the necessary initial adhesive strength and at the same time suppresses hyperactivity, especially a pressure-sensitive adhesive that suppresses hyperactivity in a high-humidity environment An adhesive layer can be realized.
[0022]
In addition, when an acrylic release control agent is used, a suitable adhesive strength and sufficient removability can both be achieved.
[0023]
Further, since the acrylic release control agent has good compatibility with the radiation-curable acrylic compound, even if the acrylic release control agent is added to the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition does not become cloudy. . Further, even when the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is applied on the base sheet, coating defects such as repelling do not occur, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having sufficient surface smoothness can be formed. The surface of the layer does not have a citron texture.
[0024]
As described above, by applying and curing the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention to a base sheet, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having sufficient strength can be formed, and a necessary initial adhesive strength can be ensured, particularly in a high humidity environment. Pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be formed in which the advancement is suppressed, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition does not become cloudy, and even when the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is coated on the base sheet, it is coated with cissing or the like. No failures occur, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has sufficient transparency, the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is sufficiently smooth, it can achieve appropriate adhesive strength, and it is a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive When the composition is prepared, an acrylic radiation-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition having sufficient removability can be realized.
[0025]

[0040]
((Meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer)
When using an acrylic release control agent, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having high performance can be realized by using a silicone oligomer having a (meth) acryloyl group in combination.
[0041]
The (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer is not particularly limited. For example, a polycondensation reaction via a silanol having a (meth) acryloyl group, such as a silanol obtained by hydrolyzing methacryloxypropylmethyldimethoxysilane, A (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer can be obtained. Further, by subjecting the obtained (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer to an equilibrium reaction with a cyclic siloxane in the presence of an acidic catalyst, it is possible to further induce a (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer having another structure.
[0042]
Among such (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomers, from the viewpoint of forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having sufficient performance, particularly from the viewpoint of curability of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, for example, a (meth) acryloyl group A structure in which at least one of a (meth) acryloyl group and a group containing a (meth) acryloyl group is bonded to at least one terminal silicon of the contained silicone oligomer. That is, the position where the (meth) acryloyl group exists in the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer may be various, but it is preferable that the (meth) acryloyl group exists at least at the terminal.
[0043]
A (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer having a (meth) acryloyl group at a terminal is, for example, a compound represented by the following general formula (II), which comprises bis ((meth) acryloxypropyl) tetramethyldisiloxane and a cyclic siloxane. By subjecting it to an equilibrium reaction under an acidic catalyst, a silicone oligomer having (meth) acryloyl groups at both ends can be obtained.

Wherein R is independently hydrogen or a methyl group; R ′ is independently hydrogen, an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, or a carbon atom; It is an aralkyl group of the formulas 1 to 20, wherein the alkyl group includes a methyl group, the aryl group includes a phenyl group, and the aralkyl group includes a benzyl group.
[0046]
The structure of the silicone oligomer itself is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having sufficient performance, for example, at least one of an alkylsiloxane structural unit having 2 or more carbon atoms, an arylsiloxane structural unit, and an aralkylsiloxane structural unit. A (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer containing any of them is preferable. The siloxane structural unit is -SiY 1 Y 2 Say -O-, Y 1 And Y 2 Is at least one of an alkyl group, an aryl group and an aralkyl group having 2 or more carbon atoms.
[0047]
Among them, from the viewpoint of forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having sufficient performance, in particular, from the viewpoint of transparency and low-progressivity of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, at least one of an aryl siloxane structural unit and an aralkyl siloxane structural unit. A (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer is preferred, and in this case, the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer has an aromatic ring in the molecule.
[0048]
Since ordinary silicone oil has low cohesive energy, when the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is applied to form a coating layer, the normal silicone oil is thinly oriented on the surface of the coating layer. On the other hand, when the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer has an aromatic ring in the molecule, the polarity of the molecule becomes large, and the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer partially overlaps with the radiation-curable acrylic compound. Compatible. Therefore, the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer is not oriented on the surface of the coating layer, and the curing proceeds in a state of being dispersed in the coating layer, and the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer is contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. It is considered that the silicone oligomer is polymerized in the form of a block and a graft on the cured product of the radiation-curable acrylic compound, thereby forming a sea-island structure in a microphase-separated state.
[0049]
Here, since the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer is partially compatible with the radiation-curable acrylic compound, the silicone molecule has a size of tens to hundreds of nanometers in units of several to tens of units. , Is thought to be dispersed in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. As a result, scattering of visible light is suppressed, and sufficient transparency of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be realized. In addition, since polymerization proceeds in the form of a block and a graft, it is considered that the hyperactivity is suppressed.
[0050]
It should be noted that the same effect is also expected to occur in the case of a siloxane structural unit having a long-chain alkyl group, specifically, an alkyl group having 2 or more carbon atoms.
[0051]
From the above viewpoint, the alkyl group having 2 or more carbon atoms is preferably an ethyl group, a propyl group, a butyl group, a pentyl group, a cyclopentyl group, a hexyl group and a cyclohexyl group; and the aryl group is a phenyl group, a tolyl group. , A xyl group, a biphenyl group, a naphthyl group, an anthryl group and a phenanthryl group are preferable; and an aralkyl group is preferably a benzyl group and a phenethyl group.
[0052]
The (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer containing at least one of an alkylsiloxane structural unit, an arylsiloxane structural unit, and an aralkylsiloxane structural unit passes through a mixture containing at least one of an alkylsilanol, an arylsilanol, and an aralkylsilanol. Can be obtained by the following polycondensation reaction. In the case of the polycondensation reaction, zinc octylate, iron octylate, dibutyltin dilaurate, and organic acid salts of cobalt and lead are used as a catalyst.
[0053]
Furthermore, when this mixture is made to contain hydrogen silanols such as dihydrogensilanols, alkyl hydrogen silanols, aryl hydrogen silanols and aralkyl hydrogen silanols, the resulting oligosiloxane is hydrogenated Contains siloxane structural units.
[0054]
Then, the oligosiloxane having a hydrogensiloxane structural unit is reacted with a compound having a (meth) acryloyl group and an alkenyl group such as a vinyl group and an allyl group, a compound having a (meth) acryloyl group and a hydroxyl group, and the like. A group having a (meth) acryloyl group can be introduced into silicon of the hydrogen siloxane structural unit.
[0055]
For example, as shown in the following general formula (III), (meth) acrylate having an allyl group such as allyloxyethyl (meth) acrylate, allyloxyoligoethylene glycol (meth) acrylate, and allyloxypolyethylene glycol (meth) acrylate To the methyl hydrogen siloxane structural unit silicon under a platinum catalyst.

[0068]
An aralkyl group can be introduced by adding styrene, methylstyrene, or the like to an oligosiloxane containing a methylhydrogensiloxane structural unit and a phenylhydrogensiloxane structural unit with a platinum catalyst.

A group having a (meth) acryloyl group and a group having a (meth) acryloyl group are introduced into the oligosiloxane as described above. As the group having a (meth) acryloyl group, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having sufficient performance is used. From the viewpoints of formation and ease of introduction, a structure represented by the following general formula (i) is preferable.

[0080]
Further, for example, A is independently an alkyl group having 2 to 20 carbon atoms, a phenyl group, a benzyl group or a phenylpropyl group.
[0081]
Here, in all the siloxane structural units of the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer, the sum of the siloxane structural unit to which the (meth) acryloyl group is bonded and the siloxane structural unit to which the group having the (meth) acryloyl group is bonded is From the viewpoint of forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having sufficient performance, the proportion occupied is preferably 5 mol% or more, more preferably 10 mol% or more, still more preferably 20 mol% or more, while 50 mol% or less. Preferably, it is 40 mol% or less, more preferably, 30 mol% or less. The sum of the siloxane structural unit to which the (meth) acryloyl group is bonded and the siloxane structural unit to which the group containing the (meth) acryloyl group is bonded in all the siloxane structural units of the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer is The “occupying ratio (mol%)” is, for example, 100 × (ξ + 2) / (ε + ξ + η + ζ + 1) in the case of the general formula (VII), and 100 × ξ / (ε + ξ + η + ζ + 1) in the case of the general formula (VIII).
[0082]
Further, from the viewpoint of forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having sufficient performance, all the siloxane structural units of the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer have an alkylsiloxane structural unit having 2 or more carbon atoms, an arylsiloxane structural unit, and an aralkyl. The proportion occupied by the total of the siloxane structural units is preferably at least 10 mol%, more preferably at least 20 mol%, even more preferably at least 30 mol%, while preferably at most 70 mol%, more preferably at most 60 mol%, 50 mol% or less is more preferable. The “ratio (mol%) of the total of alkyl siloxane structural units having 2 or more carbon atoms, aryl siloxane structural units and aralkyl siloxane structural units in all siloxane structural units of the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer” For example, in the case of the general formulas (VII) and (VIII), it is 100 × (η + ζ) / (ε + ξ + η + ζ + 1).
[0083]
If necessary, two or more of the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomers described above can be used in combination.
[0084]
When the acrylic release control agent is used, the optimal amount of the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer is smaller than when the acrylic release control agent is not used. Specifically, the proportion of the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer in the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is preferably 0.1% by mass or more from the viewpoint of forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having sufficient performance, 0.2 mass% or more is more preferable, 0.4 mass% or more is more preferable, while 3 mass% or less is preferable, 2 mass% or less is more preferable, and 1 mass% or less is still more preferable. If the content of the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer is within this range, the change over time in the adhesive strength after pressing the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be made within 2 times even after one month. In addition, it is possible to suppress the blocking between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers produced by coating and curing the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, to reduce the increase in the adhesive strength even at a high temperature condition of 50 ° C. or higher, and to improve the removability. When the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is produced, it can be peeled off with a sufficiently small force when necessary, and damage to the base sheet and information can be suppressed.
[0085]
In addition, the performance of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition depends on the ratio of the total amount of (meth) acryloyl groups of the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer to the radiation-curable acrylic compound in addition to the total amount of (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomers. Strongly depends on. From this viewpoint, the total amount of the (meth) acryloyl groups in the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer is preferably 0.0005 parts by mass or more, more preferably 0.001 part by mass, based on 100 parts by mass of the radiation-curable acrylic compound. The above is more preferred, the content is more preferably 0.002 parts by mass or more, while the content is preferably 0.1 parts by mass or less, more preferably 0.07 parts by mass or less, even more preferably 0.05 parts by mass or less. The total amount of (meth) acryloyl groups in the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer is 55 in the total number of moles of acryloyl groups in the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. This is the sum of the value (parts by mass) multiplied by 69 and the total number of moles of methacryloyl groups in the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. The total amount (parts by mass) of (meth) acryloyl groups in the (meth) acryloyl group-containing silicone oligomer with respect to 100 parts by mass of the radiation-curable acrylic compound is also referred to as (meth) acryloyl group value.
[0086]

From the viewpoint of sufficient improvement, the amount is preferably 0.1% by mass or more, more preferably 0.5% by mass or more, while 15% by mass or less is more preferable, and 10% by mass or less is more preferable.
[0145]
(Pressure-sensitive adhesive composition)

Also, an antioxidant may be required. Examples of the antioxidant include amines including aromatic secondary amines such as amine-ketone, diphenylamine, diaryl-P-phenylenediamine and alkylaryl-P-phenylenediamine; n-octadecyl-3 ( 3 ', 5'-di-t-butyl-4'-hydroxyphenyl) propionate, phenols including monophenols, bisphenols, and hydroquinones; organic sulfurs; phosphites; Among them, phenols are preferable because of low contamination and coloring property.
[0148]
Further, if necessary, a photopolymerization accelerator, a pH adjuster, a tackifier, a viscosity adjuster, an antioxidant, a stabilizer, a colorant, a plasticizer that is difficult to bleed, and a stabilizer may be added to the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. And pigments such as phthalocyanine blue and brilliant carmine B, dye lakes, fillers such as calcium carbonate and the like can be mixed in the range of 0.05 to 10% by mass. In addition, an antifoaming agent, a lubricant, a leveling agent, an antistatic agent, and the like can also be added. However, since the properties of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition may be impaired, it is necessary to add them within a range that does not impair the properties.
[0149]
The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition obtained as described above is coated on a substrate by a coating means such as a gravure coater, flexo, air knife coater, wire bar, and bar coater to form a coating film.
[0150]
In addition, a printing method such as dry offset printing, flexographic printing, gravure printing, screen printing, etc. is applied to a portion of a predetermined base sheet, which is opposed to the folded, tri-folded, cut or overlapped separate body, etc .; The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is applied by using a general coating device such as a doctor coater, a gravure coater, a rod coater or the like to form a coating film. The application at this time can be performed over the entire surface of the base sheet, or can be performed only on a part of the surface. However, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention has good partial coating as well as full coating. Can be done.
[0151]
On the surface of the base sheet, a coating of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition may be formed after printing predetermined information in advance, or the information may be printed after forming a coating of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. Is also good. At this time, when printing information using a commonly used printing machine using ultraviolet curable ink for printing, the printing step and the application and fixing steps of the adhesive composition can be performed simultaneously. .
[0152]
In the case of a conventional acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, the performance of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, the physical properties of the obtained pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the like, usually, after coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. Information was printed. However, in such a so-called “adhesive” method, for example, when performing full-surface process printing, the adhesive area of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may be reduced and sufficient adhesive strength may not be obtained. Further, when the adhesive surface is peeled off after the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is pressed, the ink may be transferred to the other surface and information may be lost. On the other hand, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention can perform partial coating satisfactorily, and the obtained pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a sufficient strength, a high advancement is suppressed, and a sufficient initial Since it has adhesive strength, it is possible to satisfactorily apply the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition after printing information. In such a so-called “post-glue” or “over varnish” system, problems such as a decrease in the bonding area and transfer of ink can be suppressed.
[0153]
The base sheet is not particularly limited, and includes, for example, high quality paper, medium paper, rough paper, cotton paper which is uncoated paper; art paper, coated paper, lightweight coated paper which is coated paper; plastic laminated paper, cloth, Examples thereof include a plastic laminate cloth, a plastic film, and a metal foil. The basis weight of the substrate is usually 50 to 160 g / m 2 It is about. When a synthetic plastic film such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, or polyvinyl chloride is used as the base sheet, the surface of these base materials is preferably subjected to a surface treatment such as a mat treatment or a corona treatment.
[0154]
The thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition applied to the surface of the base sheet is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.5 to 100 μm in order to maintain the adhesiveness, peelability and transparency of the adhesive layer.
[0155]
The coating film of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is cured by high energy radiation such as ultraviolet rays, X-rays, and electron beams. For example, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed by irradiating radiation with an ultraviolet lamp, an electron beam irradiation device, or the like to cleave the unsaturated double bond, generate radicals, polymerize, and cure appropriately. The resulting pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be adhered with sufficient strength by pressure, and can be peeled off satisfactorily and neatly as needed.
[0156]
(Information information carrying sheet)
In the case of information carrying sheets such as postcards with seals and openable sealed letters, when the adhesive layer is stuck with medium to high pressure, light adhesive strength of temporary fixing is exhibited, Adhesive performance that does not peel off by light impact or friction during mailing due to bonding, does not tear paper at the mailing destination, and can be easily peeled off is required. In particular, under conditions of high temperature of about 50 ° C. in a delivery vehicle during mailing, or in environments where water is wet for a long time due to raindrops during delivery or when exposed to high humidity for a long time, the adhesive layer may deteriorate or absorb moisture. The performance in which the adhesion is not increased or decreased is important.
[0157]
Further, it is desired that the adhesive layer not only has the above-mentioned environmental conditions, but also has a small change with time in the adhesive force as a basic performance, usually at room temperature. To be specific, it is ideal that the bonding performance after a long period of time after bonding is the same as the bonding strength immediately after bonding or converges about 2-3 times.
[0158]
As an example of such an information carrying sheet, FIG. 1A shows an example of an information carrying sheet from which an adhesive layer is peelable, and FIG. 2A shows an information carrying sheet from which an adhesive layer is not peelable. Examples of sheets are shown respectively.
[0159]
In the case of FIG. 1A, as shown in FIG. 1B, information 12 such as confidentiality and confidentiality is printed, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10 is formed thereon. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 1C, the information carrying sheet is folded along the folding line 11 so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10 is superposed, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10 is pressed. Then, as shown in FIG. 1D, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10 is peeled off when necessary, and the information 12 is read. In this case, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be easily peeled off at a desired time after the pressure bonding. Further, although the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is applied over the entire surface, partial application can also be performed satisfactorily.
[0160]
On the other hand, in the case of FIG. 2A, as shown in FIG. 2B, information 22 such as confidentiality and confidentiality is printed at a position where the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 20 is not formed. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 2C, the information carrying sheet is folded along the folding line 21 so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10 is superposed, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 20 is pressed. Then, as shown in FIG. 2D, reading of the information 22 is performed by cutting a predetermined position (for example, perforation 23) of the base sheet without peeling off the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 20 or the like. . In this case, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer does not substantially peel off after pressure bonding. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is partially applied.
[0161]
The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be made peelable or non-peelable by changing the composition ratio of the constituents of the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, the pressure bonding conditions, and the like.
[0162]
The information information carrying sheet described above can be folded, folded, cut and overlapped in various forms, and can be suitably used as a postcard having a double-faced surface, various forms, notices, various cards, and the like. .
[0163]
(Easy open packaging bag)
FIG. 3 shows an example of the easy-open packaging bag. In a conventional easy-open packaging bag, a chuck, a zipper, or the like is provided at an opening, and is mechanically locked. On the other hand, in an easy-open packaging bag 31 as shown in FIG. 3, the bottom portion 32 is sealed, and the radiation-curing type pressure-sensitive adhesive whose adhesive force is adjusted is attached to the upper side inside the opening 34 of the bag body 33. The peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 35 is formed using the agent composition.
[0164]
In the thus-prepared easy-open packaging bag 31, after the contents 36 are put in the bag, it is easily sealed and sealed by applying a finger pressure or a pressure higher than the finger pressure so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 35 contact each other. it can. In the easy-open packaging bag 31, the opening 34 can be easily peeled off by hand when necessary, and the contents 36 can be easily taken out. The easy-open packaging bag 31 can be used repeatedly.
[0165]
(label)
FIG. 4 shows an example of a label. The label 1 a is attached to the surface of the main body 42 of the glass bottle 41. In the label 1a, a peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 44 is formed on a base sheet 43 such as paper by using a radiation-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition whose adhesive force is adjusted. The label 1a can be attached to a highly smooth adherend such as the glass bottle 41 with a light pressure such as a finger pressure. In addition, 45 indicates a lid and 46 indicates a content.
[0166]
The label 1a can be easily peeled off from the glass bottle 41 when necessary, and can be peeled cleanly without any adhesive residue on the surface of the adherend.
