上記課題に添って本発明は,下位ブラケットに下枠載置片を形成し,この下枠載置片にフェンス本体の下枠を載置下支えする一方,下枠載置片の先端に上向き係止突片を形成し,この上向き係止突片をフェンス本体の下枠下面の正面側端部に形成した溝に受入係止するようにするとともにこの溝を遊嵌溝として上向き係止突片を遊嵌するようにしてその受入係止の精度を問わないものとする一方で,上記遊嵌溝の背面側にくびれ壁を配置しこれに係止突片が対接し係止突片に形成したリブで遊嵌溝の遊びを吸収することによって上記受入係止が確実になされるようにして,下枠の下枠載置片上の載置下支えとその正面側の遊嵌溝への上向き係止突片の確実な受入係止によってフェンス本体を安定して確実且つ強固に下支え支持し得るようにしたものであって,即ち請求項1に記載の発明を,下位ブラケットに下枠を下支え支持し上位ブラケットに上枠を倒れ止め支持することによって支柱に設置した上下位のブラケットを介して該支柱の正面側にフェンス本体を設置するようにしたフェンスであって,フェンス本体における下枠の下面にその正面側端部に位置して下向きに開口し背面側内壁を正面側に向けて部分突出することによって該背面側内壁をくびれ壁とした遊嵌溝を形成し,上記下位ブラケットを支柱取付用垂直の取付片と該取付片から正面側に突出した下枠載置片と該下枠載置片の先端に上向きに突出して上記くびれ壁に対接可能のくびれ対応形状にして且つ上記遊嵌溝との遊びを吸収するように正面側に突出した遊び吸収リブを具有した上向きの係止突片とを備えて形成し,上記下枠を下位ブラケットの下枠載置片に載置下支えするとともに下枠の上記遊嵌溝に下位ブラケットの上向きの係止突片を受入係止することによって上記下枠の下支え支持を行なってなることを特徴とするフリーポールフェンスとしたものである。

本例のフリーポールフェンスAは,フェンス本体2の設置が幅方向任意位置で可能となり,また比較的外観よくフェンス本体2の設置をなし得るものとなり,フリーポール形態のメリットを維持するとともに支持強度に優れた下位ブラケット4,特にその下枠載置片43による下枠24の載置下支えと下枠24における正面側の遊嵌溝28に対する下位ブラケット4の係止突片45の寸法差を吸収してその遊びを解消して上記弾発的且つ密嵌状の受入係止によって下支え支持を極めて安定して確実且つ強固に行なうことによってフェンスとして高度な耐水平荷重性を確保したフリーポールフェンスとし得るとともに遊嵌溝28が下位ブラケット4の係止突片45を受入れるのに充分な溝幅を有する一方,くびれ壁29とくびれ対応形状の係止突片45によってその係止を行なうことによってフェンス本体2の設置を簡易に作業性よく行うことが可能となった。また本例にあっては上記下枠24を正背面対称に形成し遊嵌溝28を対称に一対配置したから,フェンス本体2が表裏いずれでも下位ブラケット4に下支え支持される結果,フェンス本体2の表裏がなくなり,その設置を更に容易になし得るようになり,更に本例にあっては遊嵌溝28との遊びを吸収する遊び吸収リブ46を補強用リブ47と連続形成したことによってリブの成型を容易化するとともに遊嵌溝28への係止突片45の受入係止がその幅方向に複数箇所で確実になされて係止突片45の転びやこれによる振れのない高度に安定した係止とすることができ,下位ブラケット4によるフェンス本体2の下支え支持の安定性を高度に確保できる。
