<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable tissue box carry bag allowing tissue paper to be easily taken out and preventing tissue paper from being wet in the rain. <P>SOLUTION: A bag body 1 comprises a box storage part 9 for storing a tissue box 6 inside the bag body in such a state as a takeout hole on the top faces sideways to make contact with the inner side surface of the bag body 1, a takeout hole part 8 formed on the side surface of the bag body with which the takeout hole makes contact for taking out tissue paper, and a flap part 2 attached to the bag body for covering the take-out hole part 8 and a part of tissue paper 7 coming out of the takeout hole part 8 from above. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、箱に入ったティッシュを箱ごと持ち歩けるようにするティッシュボックスの携帯用鞄に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来は、ティッシュを持ち歩く場合には、ハンディサイズの小さなティッシュをそのまま持ち歩いていたが、ティッシュを大量に使用したい場合には、ハンディタイプのティッシュを沢山持ち歩いたり、それらからいちいちティッシュを取り出したりするのは面倒である。

このため、紙箱（ボックス）に入った家庭用のティッシュを、そのままボックスごと持ち歩くことが考えられる。特に、犬の散歩などでティッシュを使用する場合には、ハンディサイズのティッシュでは足りない場合があるので、ボックスごとティッシュを使用したい場合がある。

ボックスごとティッシュを持ち歩く場合には、ボックスごと手で掴んで持ち歩くか、見栄えを良くするカバーを掛けて手で持ち歩く場合も考えられるし、大きな手提げ袋や鞄等にティッシュボックスを収納して持ち歩くことになる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、屋外に持ち出すと、雨などの水分等が問題となる。即ち、ティッシュボックスは、ティッシュを取り出すために最初の一枚は半分程度外部に露出している。このため、雨が降ればティッシュ自体が濡れてしまうし、その部分に、犬などが噛みついて取り出してしまうおそれがある。さらに、雨が降った場合には、外部のティッシュのみならず、紙製のボックス自体も濡れてしまうので、ボックス自体やその中にあるティッシュ全体が濡れてしまって駄目になってしまう場合がある。

ここで、例えば室内用の装飾カバーを掛けた状態を考えると、主に、上部に取り出し口を備えており、その部分からティッシュの一部が出ているので、雨などで濡れてしまう問題は解消できない。さらに、従来のティッシュボックスカバーは、取り出し口以外の上面と、側面とを覆うが、多くは下面部が開放されている。従って、屋外で使用した場合には、濡れた地面などから、雨などでティッシュボックス自体が濡れてしまう問題は解決していないし、ティッシュの一部が露出している状態も前記と同様である。

さらに、仮に上部に配した取り出し口にカバーを掛けても、カバーの両サイド部分から水分は入り込んで（回り込んで）しまうので、ティッシュ等が濡れてしまう問題は解決されていない。また、多くの装飾カバーは布製であるので、防水処理などがなされておらず、カバー自体も濡れて汚れてしまう。

一方、大きな手提げ袋や鞄にティッシュボックスを収納して持ち歩くことも考えられる。しかし、持ち歩いている際に頻繁にティッシュを取り出したい場合には、いちいち手提げ袋や鞄からティッシュボックスを箱ごと取り出さなければならないか、あるいは鞄等の中を手で探ってティッシュを引き出さなければならないので、使い勝手が不便であった。

例えば、犬を散歩に連れて行く場合には、散歩中に糞の後始末等で多量のティッシュを使うことがある。このとき、ティッシュボックスを手提げ袋や鞄の中に収納していたのでは、ティッシュを取り出すときにいちいち手提げ袋や鞄を開けなければならないため、面倒であった。

特に、犬の散歩のときには、片方の手は犬の首輪に取付けたリードを掴んでいるので、もう片方の手でティッシュを取り出さなければならないが、ティッシュボックスを手提げ鞄に収納している場合には、片手で鞄を開けてティッシュを取り出さなければならず、片手での取り出し等は容易ではなかった。

本発明は、斯かる実情に鑑み、ティッシュボックスを屋外に持ち出す際に、ティッシュ等が雨などで濡れにくいティッシュボックス携帯用鞄を提供することを目的とする。また、収納されたティッシュボックス自体が雨で濡れることがないティッシュボックス携帯用鞄を提供することも本発明の別の目的である。本発明の別の目的は、ティッシュを容易に取り出せるティッシュボックス携帯用鞄を提供することにある。さらに、例えば犬の散歩時などに片手で簡単にティッシュが取り出せるティッシュボックス携帯用鞄を提供することも本発明の目的である。加えて、ティッシュボックス以外にも、例えば散歩に必要な道具などを携帯できる便利なティッシュボックス携帯用鞄を提供することも本発明の目的である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、請求項１に記載の発明によれば、鞄本体の内部に、ティッシュボックスをその上部の取り出し口を横に向けた状態で本体部の内側面部に接するように収納するボックス収納部と、前記取り出し口が接する前記鞄本体の側面部に設けられたティッシュ取り出し用の取り出し孔部と、前記取り出し孔部及びそこから出ているティッシュの一部を覆って上方から被さるように鞄本体に設けられたフラップ部と、を備えていることを特徴とするティッシュボックス携帯用鞄を提供する。

本発明における鞄本体のボックス収納部は、ティッシュボックス（いわゆる家庭用ティッシュボックス）の上部の取り出し口を横に向けた状態で、その取り出し口（を有する上面部）が、鞄本体の内側面部に接するように収納することができる構造であれば、全てが含まれる概念のものである。なお、ティッシュボックス自体は市販の一般的な形状のものに合わせて設計されており、ボックス収納部の形状、大きさ等は、使用するティッシュボックスに応じて適宜決定され得るものである。

本発明の取り出し孔部は、ティッシュボックスの上部の取り出し口が接する鞄本体の側面部を貫通するように設けられるものであり、この取り出し孔部からティッシュボックスの内部に収納されたティッシュを取り出すことができるようになっている。この取り出し孔部の形状は、内部のティッシュボックスからティッシュの取り出しが行える程度であれば如何なる形状でも良いが、ティッシュボックスの取り出し口の位置と大きさに合わせた略同形状であるのが望ましい。ティッシュを取り出す際に余計な抵抗がなく、スムーズに取り出すことができるからである。例えば、取り出し孔部が、余り大きすぎると、ボックス外面が多く露出して濡れやすくなったり、逆に、小さすぎるとティッシュが取り出しにくくなる問題がある。

本発明は、このようなボックス収納部と取り出し孔部を備えることにより、ティッシュボックスを横に向けた状態で収納し、側面の取り出し孔部からティッシュを取り出すことができるから、ティッシュの取り出しが容易となる。即ち、鞄本体の側面に位置する取り出し孔部からティッシュを取り出すことになるので、上面にある場合に比べてティッシュが雨に濡れにくいし、ボックス自体も濡れにくい。

そして、例えば、ティッシュボックス鞄自体を片手で掴んで持っている場合には、上部から掴んでいるので側面部からティッシュを取り出すのは極めて簡単であるし、肩掛け紐などで方からつり下げている場合には、鞄本体の側面部に手を回すだけでティッシュが取り出せるので、取り出し作業が非常に楽である。特に、犬を散歩に連れて行くときには、片手で犬の首輪に取り付けたリードを掴んだ状態であるが、例えば、肩掛け式にした本発明の鞄を携帯していれば、もう片方の手で鞄本体の側面部から容易にティッシュを取り出せるので、大変使い勝手の良いものとなる。

さらに、本発明では、取り出し孔部、並びに、そこから出ているティッシュの一部を覆って上部から被さるように鞄本体に設けられたフラップ部を備えているから、雨が降っても取り出し部から出ているティッシュが濡れることはない。つまり、フラップ部が上部から被さるように構成されているので、雨などはフラップ部にかかってティッシュを濡らさないし、取り出し孔部分を覆っているのでティッシュボックスにも雨が直接降りかかることはない。

ここで、着目すべきことは、ティッシュボックスを横に向けた状態で収納して側面からティッシュを取り出せる構造とし、その側面に上方から被さるフラップ部を設けている点にある。例えば、鞄本体の上面からティッシュを取り出す構造では、たとえフラップ部を設けても鞄本体の上面に雨が溜まり、フラップ部の横方向から雨が入り込んで（あるいは回り込んで）、ティッシュやティッシュボックスが濡れてしまうことがある。しかし、本発明の如く側面からティッシュを取り出すようにし、その取り出し部を鞄本体の上方からフラップ部で覆うようにすることによって、雨は鞄の側面にあるフラップ部の表面から下に流れ落ちて行くので、フラップ部の内側に雨が入り込まないし、側面から内側に回り込むこともないので、ティッシュ自体やティッシュボックスが濡れ難くなっている。

さらに、フラップ部が上方から覆うように構成されているので、ティッシュを取り出すときには、フラップ部を下方から部分的に返して取り出し孔部分に手を回し、そのままティッシュだけを引き抜けばよいので、雨にも濡れず、かつ、極めて簡単にティッシュを取り出すことが出来るものとなっている。しかも、ティッシュが濡れないから、ティッシュを無駄にすることもない。

尚、本発明のフラップ部は、少なくとも取り出し孔部とそこから出ているティッシュを覆うだけの大きさであれば、全て含まれるものである。よって、鞄本体の側面全体を覆うものであっても本発明におけるフラップ部である。

また、より好ましい態様としては、本発明のティッシュボックス携帯用鞄に持ち手部を設けておく。これにより、携帯性はより向上する。例えば、手提げ部、肩掛け紐部などを鞄本体に取り付けておけば、携帯性により優れたものとなる。特に、犬の散歩時には、肩掛け紐部を鞄本体に設けておけば、片手でリードを掴んだ状態でも、もう片方の手は自由であるから、容易にティッシュの取り出しが行えて有利である。さらに、鞄本体に小物入れを取付けておくことも、使い勝手が向上するので好ましい。

請求項２に記載の発明によれば、請求項１に記載のティッシュボックス携帯用鞄において、前記鞄本体は、その上部が開放された開口部を有し、前記鞄本体の内部には、前記鞄本体の前記取り出し孔部が設けられた側面部の上部から前記収納されるティッシュボックスを覆って前記鞄本体の内底面部に連続するように構成された仕切部材を更に備えており、前記仕切部材と前記取り出し孔部が設けられた側面との間の空間で、前記ボックス収納部が構成されていることを特徴とするものである。

本発明によれば、鞄本体は、その上部が開放された開口部を有しているから、ティッシュボックスの出し入れが上部の開口部を通じて容易に行える。この開口部は、少なくともティッシュボックスの出し入れが行える程度の大きさで開放される部分を備えたものであればよい。例えば、鞄本体の上部が全体に亘って開放するような開口部としておけば、ティッシュボックスの出し入れがより一層容易となる。なお、この開口部は、ホックやジッパーなどで閉塞することが可能なものであっても、開放時にティッシュボックスが出し入れできる程度の開口部を構成するものであればよい。

また、本発明の鞄本体の内部には、仕切部材を備えているので、鞄本体の内部は仕切部材で仕切られて、一方がティッシュボックスの収納部となる。即ち、本発明の仕切部材は、鞄本体の取り出し孔部が設けられた側面部の上部に一端側に配設され、収納されるティッシュボックスを覆って鞄本体の内底面部に連続するように構成されたものであり、この仕切部材と取り出し孔部が設けられた側面部との間の空間でボックス収納部が構成されている。仕切部材及びその他の部分で構成されるボックス収納部にティッシュボックスを収納すると、鞄本体の側面部上部から内底面部に連続して構成された仕切部材によってティッシュボックスの表面側が覆われた状態となる。この構成により、鞄本体の上部の開口部から雨が入り込んできても、ティッシュボックスは仕切部材で覆われているから、雨で濡れることはない。

そして、仕切部材と鞄本体の取り出し孔部が設けられた側面との間の距離（並びに仕切部材で構成される空間）を、使用するティッシュボックスに合うようにしておけば、この仕切部材でティッシュボックスをボックス収納部内で動かないように保持することもできる。ティッシュボックスが動かないように保持されることによって、ティッシュの取り出しが更に容易となる。

さらに、鞄本体の内部のうち、仕切部材で仕切られたボックス収納部以外の部分（空間）には、物品収納空間が構成される。この物品収納空間には、例えば、小物、ゴミ、ドッグフードなどを入れたり、犬の散歩のときに始末した糞などをビニール袋に入れてそのまましまっておくこともできるので、便利である。

また、鞄本体の側面部と仕切部材との間の部分も仕切部材で覆うようにして、仕切部材がティッシュボックス全体を囲うようなボックス収納部を構成すれば、物品収納空間に収納される小物、ゴミ、ドッグフードなどがボックス収納部内に入り込むことがないので、小物などの取り出しが便利となる。

なお、本発明の仕切部材は、鞄本体の取り出し孔部が設けられた側面部の上部から収納されるティッシュボックスを覆って鞄本体の内底面部に連続するように構成された部材全てを含む概念のものである。

また、請求項３に記載の発明によれば、請求項２に記載のティッシュボックス携帯用鞄において、前記仕切部材の少なくとも一端側が、前記鞄本体（の前記取り出し孔部が設けられた側面部）と着脱可能に構成されていることを特徴とするものである。

本発明によれば、仕切部材の少なくとも一端側が鞄本体と着脱可能に構成されているから、仕切部材を外して（開けて）ティッシュボックスを収納した後に、再度装着することで、ティッシュボックスの収納を容易に行うことができることとなる。ここで、本発明の仕切部材は少なくとも一端側（上端側又は下端側のどちらか）が着脱可能となっていれば良い。少なくとも一端側が着脱可能であれば、ティッシュボックスのボックス収納部への収納が容易となるからである。

例えば、仕切部材の上端側を鞄本体の取り出し孔部が設けられた側面部と着脱可能に構成する。この構成によれば、ティッシュボックスを上側から簡単にボックス収納部に収納ができて便利である。また、仕切部材の下端側を着脱可能に構成しても良い。この場合にもティッシュボックスの収納は簡単となる。しかも、ティッシュボックス収納後に仕切部材を再度鞄本体の側面部へ装着するのを忘れた場合にも、下端側を着脱可能とした場合には、上端側を着脱可能とした場合に比べて雨の侵入を防ぐことができる利点もある。また、上端側、下端側共に着脱可能としても良い。この場合には、ティッシュボックス収納が容易となるうえ、ティッシュボックスを収納しないときには、仕切部材を取り外して鞄本体内部を広く利用することができる利点がある。

さらに、着脱可能な仕切部材を鞄本体の側面部に固定する位置を変更するなどすれば、収納空間の大きさを異なるものに変更することが可能となるように構成できるので、異なる大きさのティッシュボックスを収納することも容易に対応できる。

尚、本発明において、仕切部材を着脱可能にする構成はいずれのものでも適用可能である。例えば、仕切部材にベルクロテープを取り付けて鞄本体の側面部と着脱可能にすれば良い。また、仕切部材をボタンで鞄本体の側面部と着脱可能とするような構成としても構わないし、ジッパーで着脱可能にすることもできる。

請求項４に記載の発明によれば、請求項１に記載のティッシュボックス携帯用鞄において、前記ボックス収納部は、収納するティッシュボックスの形状に合わせた大きさの閉鎖された空間で構成され、前記鞄本体のボックス収納部に対応する位置の底面部と側面部に亘るファスナーを備えている、ことを特徴とするものである。

本発明によれば、ボックス収納部が収納するティッシュボックスの形状に合わせた大きさの閉鎖された空間で構成されているため、ティッシュボックスがボックス収納部内で動くことがない。よって、ティッシュボックスの収納状態が安定し、ティッシュの取り出しが容易となる。

更に、本発明は、鞄本体のボックス収納部に対応する底面部と側面部に亘るファスナーを備えて構成されている。即ち、鞄本体のボックス収納部に対応する底面部と側面部に亘るファスナーを開けると、そこが鞄本体の開口部となり、この開口部からティッシュボックスをボックス収納部へ収納するように構成されている。逆に言うと、本発明は、鞄本体の上面部には開口する部分を有しない構成となっている。よって、雨が降っても鞄本体の上面には開口する部分が存在しないため、雨が鞄本体内に入り込むことがない。つまり、鞄本体のボックス収納部に収納されたティッシュボックスが雨で濡れることはないのである。

尚、本発明のファスナーは、鞄本体のボックス収納部に対応する位置の底面部と側面部に亘って備えられるものであるが、ここでボックス収納部に対応する位置とは、収納されたボックスが触れている内面に対応する位置である。即ち、ファスナーを開けたときにボックスが目視できる位置であり、ボックス収納部にティッシュボックスを収納できる位置となる。つまり、鞄本体の底面部と側面部に亘るファスナーを開けたときに、開口した部分からティッシュボックスをボックス収納部に収納できるように構成されている。鞄全体がボックス形状に合致したものであれば、鞄本体の底面部といずれかの側面部の位置にファスナーが設けられていても、そのファスナー位置がボックス収納部に対応する位置となるのである。

また、本発明のファスナーは、底面部と鞄本体の相対する二つの側面部に亘って設けるようにしても、あるいは、底面部と鞄本体の一つの側面部に亘って設けるようにしても、どちらでも構わない。要するに、ファスナーを開けたときに、その開口した部分からティッシュボックスをボックス収納部に収納できれば良いのである。

例えば、側面部のファスナー端部は、側面部の高さの半分位置より鞄本体の上部側に延びた位置にあるのが望ましい。かかる位置までファスナーを設けておけば、鞄本体の底面部と側面部とが大きく開口して、ティッシュボックスの出し入れが容易となるからである。

さらに、本発明の好ましい態様としては、鞄本体の側面部でファスナーの端部が位置する部分より上部に肩掛け紐の取付部を備えておく。このようにすれば、携帯性に優れるうえに、鞄本体を肩掛け紐を通じて肩に掛けたときに、収納鞄の重心が安定する利点がある。また、例えば犬の散歩のときには、リードで片方の手が塞がっているが、肩掛けを備えておけば、もう片方の手で容易にティッシュを取り出せる利点も有る。さらに、片手でティッシュを取るときにも、鞄が安定していれば、取り出し作業が安定して容易に行えるものとなる。

また、請求項５に記載の発明によれば、請求項４に記載のティッシュボックス携帯用鞄において、前記鞄本体が、収納するティッシュボックスの形状に合わせた大きさの閉鎖された空間で構成された前記ボックス収納部であることを特徴とするものである。

即ち、本発明は、鞄本体が、収納するティッシュボックスの形状に合わせた大きさの閉鎖された空間で構成されたボックス収納部となるように構成されているから、言い換えるなら、鞄本体がティッシュボックス形状に合わせたボックス収納部を兼ねた一体構造であるから、鞄本体がコンパクトとなり、持ち歩きに便利なものとなる。つまり、携帯性に優れたものとなるのである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図示例と共に説明する。尚、図中、図と同一の符号を付した部分は同一物又は相当物を表わしている。図１及び図２は、本発明の第一実施形態に係るティッシュボックス携帯用鞄を示している。本実施形態に係るティッシュボックス携帯用鞄は、鞄本体１と、その内部に設けられたティッシュボックス６を収納するボックス収納部９と、鞄本体１の側面部に設けられたティッシュ取り出し用の取り出し孔部８と、鞄本体１の側面部に上部から被さるように設けられたフラップ部２と、鞄本体１の側面部（の上部縁部）に取り付けられた手提げ部３ａ，３ｂとで主に構成されている。

これらの図に示すように、鞄本体１は、上部が全体に亘って開放された略矩形の開口部１０を有しており、その内部に片側に寄せてティッシュボックスを収納できるようになっている。

鞄本体１の内部には、図２に示すように、仕切部材４を備えている。この仕切部材４は、鞄本体１の長手方向全体に亘って内部（空間）を前後（図２中の左右）に仕切るだけの長さ（幅）を有している。そして、その下端の縁部（一端部側）が鞄本体１の内底面部１１に縫い付けられた布部材で構成されており、この布部材は表面が撥水加工されているので水をはじくものである。

また、この実施態様では、仕切部材４の両端部にはティッシュボックス６の厚さに相当する幅の短冊状布片１５が取り付けられている。この布片１５が鞄本体１の内部で取り出し孔部８が設けられた側面部と着脱可能に貼付けされており、小物などがボックス収納部９内に入り込まないようになっている。

さらに、仕切部材４の上端縁部（他端部側）は、鞄本体１の内側面（取り出し孔部８が設けられている側面）の上部に着脱可能に接続されている。ここでは、例えばベルクロテープ等のような繰り返して貼り付け引き剥がしが可能な貼付部材５ａ，５ｂで接続される。

このように構成された仕切部材４と取り出し孔部８が設けられた鞄本体１の側面部（図２において鞄本体１の左側の側面）との間に形成された空間が、この実施形態におけるボックス収納部９となる。

この実施態様では、取り出し孔部８は、ティッシュボックスの取り出し口の幅にほぼ等しい長穴（長方形）で構成されているが、これはティッシュボックスの取り出し口のビニール部分の切れ目部分より若干長い幅に構成したためであり、これによりティッシュの取り出しを可能なものとしている。なお、一般的なティッシュボックスのように楕円形の窓部分（ビニールで覆われている部分）に対応した形や大きさの取り出し孔部としてもよい。

いずれの場合でも、少なくともティッシュボックスから一部が出ている状態のティッシュを、この取り出し孔部８を通じて、外部から引き出せるものであれば、本発明の取り出し孔部となる。これにより、わざわざ鞄からティッシュボックスを取り出したり鞄の中をまさぐったりしないで、外部から簡単に直接ティッシュを取り出すことが出来る。

このボックス収納部９は、ティッシュボックス６を横に倒した状態（上面を横に向けた状態）で収納できる空間を有しており、収納状態のティッシュボックス６の上面（取り出し口部分）に対応する位置に、取り出し孔部８が設けられている。そして、ティッシュボックス６をボックス収納部９に収納した後に、仕切部材４をティッシュボックス６の上面を覆って、その縁部の貼付部材５ａ，５ｂを鞄本体１の内側面に貼り付けることで収納する。

この仕切部材４は、鞄本体１の取り出し孔部８が設けられた側面部の上部から内底面部１１まで連続してティッシュボックス６を覆うようになっており、撥水加工されているので、外部から水滴がかかってもティッシュやボックスを濡らさないように構成されている。また、仕切部材４の貼付部材５ａ，５ｂを鞄本体１の側面部に貼り付けて、ティッシュボックス６を覆うように掛け渡すことで、ティッシュボックス６がボックス収納部９内でしっかりと保持されるようになっている。

フラップ部２は、鞄本体１の側面のほぼ中央部に位置する取り出し孔部８を上部から覆うように配置されており、下部の先端裏面部にはフラップ止め部５ｃが設けられている。そして、フラップ部２を閉じた状態では、取り出し孔部８（図１（ｂ）参照）の全体と、そこから一部が出ているティッシュ７を外部から覆い隠すように構成されている。さらに、フラップ部２の下部の止め部５ｃを外して上方に開ける（図１（ｂ）の状態にする）と取り出し孔部８が現れ、この取り出し孔部８から出ているティッシュ７を使用者が手で取り出せるようになっている。
