フォルダ管理サーバ7は、概略的にはCPU(Central Processing Unit)21、RAM(Random Access Memory)23、ROM(Read Only Memory)25、ハードディスク27、インターフェース28、表示部29及び操作部31がバス33に接続された構成となっている。
【0023】
ROM25は、例えばBIOS(Basic Input Output System)を記録している読み出し専用の情報記録媒体である。

For example, when a certain product is to be put on the market, it is necessary to create a catalog of the product immediately before commercialization. In recent years, a technique called desktop publishing has been adopted, and information about a catalog is created by electronic data (hereinafter, referred to as “catalog data”).
[0003]
Conventionally, such catalog data is adjusted by, for example, an in-house sales department with an in-house development department, and requests the creation of catalog data from an external advertising company, a production company, or the like. The exchange of the catalog data is performed via a network, and the catalog data is edited from a production company terminal that downloads the catalog data from a server that manages the catalog data, and uploaded to the server to share the catalog data. was there.
[0004]
This catalog data is managed by storing it in a folder provided by the basic software on a server on which predetermined basic software is running. Folders managed by the basic software have a lower folder subordinate to an upper folder in a tree hierarchy format, and folders in the same hierarchy are distinguished by a folder name given to each folder. In the conventional basic software, an access right for newly creating, browsing, or deleting the folder itself can be set for each folder.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the actual production of catalogs, a plurality of editors are involved in editing catalog data. For example, if a new lower-level folder can be freely created, viewed, or deleted under a folder, there is a problem in management. It causes inconsistency. That is, for example, if the setting is such that the upper folder can be deleted but the lower folder cannot be deleted, there is a problem that the upper folder cannot be substantially deleted. Therefore, conventionally, it has been desired to appropriately set the access right of the lower folder according to the access right of the upper folder.

The
[0027]
The folder management system 1 has a function of managing a folder that is accessible using an electronic terminal and stores data. The present embodiment is characterized in that the folder management system 1 uses at least an access member management table 49 (accessor management means) for managing an accessor who accesses using the electronic terminal, A folder access right management table 48 (folder access right management means) for managing the accessible users and the access rights of the access users, and a file folder tree for managing the lower folders subordinate to the upper folder in a tree hierarchy format. The management table 51 (folder dependent management means) and, when a new lower folder subordinate to the upper folder in a tree hierarchy format is created, the access right to the new lower folder is Access rights of the same or higher folder Also weak access, is to include a management unit 41 to be set in the file folder tree management table 51 (folder access right management means) (access right setting means).
[0028]
With this configuration, when a lower folder that is subordinate to the upper folder in a tree hierarchy format is created, the same access right as that of the upper folder or a narrower access right is set as the access right for the new lower folder. Rights are set. Therefore, the access person can be prevented from using the electronic terminal to access the lower folder that is not permitted by the access right of the upper folder.
[0029]
That is, the accessor cannot use the electronic terminal to access the lower folder in a manner inconsistent with the upper folder. Specifically, for example, if the access right of the upper folder does not permit creation or deletion of the upper folder, for example, the accessor should not be able to create or delete the lower folder using the electronic terminal. Can be. Therefore, the access right of the lower folder is set appropriately for each accessor according to the access right of the upper folder.
[0030]
Next, the configuration of each table will be described.
The use member management table 49 is a table for managing the use members as editors, and mainly includes, for example, a user ID (IDentification), a password, a name, a company classification, a company code, a department name, a mail address, and a member authority (access). Rights). The folder access right management table 48 is a table for managing access rights for accessing each folder, and manages, for example, a key code, an upper limit version number, a user ID, and an access right.
[0031]
The file folder management table 47 and the old file folder management table 45 include a key code, a name, a creation date and time, an update date and time, a variant date and time, a creator ID, an updater ID, an editor ID, a registration status, and a memo (comment). , File folder names and deleted files. The file folder management table 47 is a table for managing the

[0033]
The file folder tree management table 51 is a table for managing lower folders subordinate to the upper folder in a tree hierarchy format, and manages key codes, parent key codes, and types. The key code indicates a code for identifying a position for identifying a file or a folder. The parent key code is a key code indicating a folder (upper folder) to which a folder (lower folder) corresponding to the key code should be subordinate, or a key code indicating a file stored in the folder corresponding to the key code. Here, if this key code is a key code indicating that it is the highest-order folder, this key code is handled as a project instead of being handled as a folder. That is, the key code includes a folder key code assigned to the folder and a project key code.
[0034]
The company category management table 57 is a table for managing the companies included in each company category, and manages, for example, company categories, company codes, and company names. The company management table 59 is a table for managing company category names for each company category, for example, managing company categories and company category names.
[0035]
A characteristic of the present embodiment is that, in addition to the above configuration, the use member management table 49 is configured to set and manage an access right according to the affiliation of an accessor. The affiliation is, for example, a company code in the use member management table 49 of FIG. In this way, if the access right is appropriately set according to the accessor's affiliation, even if the accessor uses the electronic terminal in violation of the stipulation of the affiliation, the folder cannot be accessed. be able to.

The present embodiment is characterized in that, in addition to the above configuration, a plurality of lower folders subordinate to the same upper folder are each formed by a combination of the name of the lower folder and a comment related to the folder. This is a distinctive structure. In this way, even when a plurality of folders having the same name exist in the same hierarchy as shown in FIG. 13, both folders can be managed separately.
[0039]
Further, the present embodiment is characterized in that, in addition to the above configuration, a display unit 29 (display means) for displaying the folder, a pointer for designating the folder, and a pointer for the pointer displayed on the
[0040]
Also, a feature of the present embodiment is that, in addition to the above-described configuration, the access to the folder is configured such that the folder is newly created, browsed, or deleted, or any combination thereof. . By doing so, it is possible to prevent the access user from newly creating, browsing, or deleting the folder without permission using the electronic terminal.
[0041]
The folder management system 1 is configured as described above. Next, an example of a folder management method as a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
In the following description, as an example of the folder management method, the management of the

It has a function of managing the
[0043]
This folder management method is a method of managing a folder that is accessible using an electronic terminal and stores data. The present embodiment is characterized in that in this folder management method, an accessor management step of managing an accessor who accesses a folder using the electronic terminal for each accessor, and an accessor management step for each folder. A folder access right management step of managing the accessor and the access right of the accessor; a folder subordinate management step of managing a lower folder subordinate to the upper folder in a tree hierarchy form; When a new subordinate subordinate folder is created, an access right setting for setting an access right equal to or lower than the access right of the upper subfolder as the access right of the new lower subfolder And steps.

<Initial processing>
FIG. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an example of an initial process as a part of the folder management method.
In step ST1, product planning is performed. Specifically, for example, the in-house sales department makes a plan for commercialization of the new product A and requests the in-house development department for product development. At this time, in order to create a catalog for the product A and promote sales, the internal sales department has a meeting with, for example, an external advertising company. The catalog creation of the product A may be performed not only by the use members such as designers belonging to the in-house sales department, but also by an external production company that can be requested by the external advertising company. In step ST11, a user (accessor) who wants to edit the catalog data 13 (newly create, browse, update, or delete the catalog data 13) by operating the editing terminal 11 shown in FIG. Access and log in. In this login, the user ID and password of the use member are input, and the management unit 41 shown in FIG. 3 determines whether the user ID and the parameter are registered in the use member management table 49.
[0051]
Next, in step ST12, member authentication is performed. Specifically, the management unit 41 performs authentication based on the above determination, and returns to step ST11 if not authenticated, and proceeds to step ST13 if authenticated. In step ST13, the project is displayed as shown in FIG. 5 based on the access right of the logged-in user.

Specifically, the management unit 41 shown in FIG. 3 refers to the folder access right management table 48 and the file folder management table 47, and searches the folder access right management table 48 for a key code corresponding to the access right of the use member. As a key, a key code of the file folder management table 47 is searched to obtain a hit file folder name. The management unit 41 displays only the hit file folder name in the
[0056]
What is characteristic here is that when the folder A1 is a higher-level folder and a lower-level folder A11 that is subordinate in a tree hierarchy format is newly created, the management unit 41 sets the upper-level folder as an access right for the new lower-level folder. Is set in the folder access right management table 48 with the same access right as the access right or weaker than the access right of the upper folder.
[0057]
Similarly, for example, when copying a lower folder in the lower layer of the same upper folder, the management unit 41 determines whether the access right of the upper folder is equal to or An access right that is weaker than the access right of the upper folder is set in the folder access right management table 48. In this way, similar to the above-described case of creating a new folder, the access right of the child lower folder is set while taking advantage of the authority setting of the parent upper folder, and the access right between the parent and child is set. Conflicts and invalid settings can be avoided.
[0058]
Here, the project and the folder are displayed, for example, with the same mark except for the display location. However, in order to clearly use them between them, for example, the project cannot be copied or moved under the folder. For example, a project can only be copied as a project. Conversely, folders, for example, cannot be copied or moved as projects. The folder can be copied or moved to an arbitrary layer as long as it is a layer other than the highest layer (project layer). Further, when the projects are copied in the same category, for example, "COPY" or the like is added to the beginning of the project name to visually distinguish each.

Here, if the access right of the lower folder has the right to delete this lower folder, but the access right of the higher folder to which the lower folder depends does not have the right to delete this higher folder, the management unit 41 sets the upper folder. Do not allow removal of. With such a function, it is possible to make the access rights of the upper folder and the lower folder inconsistent.

[0067]
According to the embodiment of the present invention, when a lower folder subordinate to a higher folder in a tree hierarchy format is created, the access right for the new lower folder is the same as the access right of the upper folder or narrower. Access rights are set. Therefore, in the folder management system 1, the access person cannot use the electronic terminal to access the lower folder which is not permitted by the access right of the upper folder. That is, in the folder management system 1, the accessor cannot use the electronic terminal to access the lower folder in a manner inconsistent with the upper folder. Specifically, for example, although the access right of the upper folder does not permit creation, deletion, copy, and movement of the upper folder, for example, the accessor can newly create and delete the lower folder using the electronic terminal. , Cannot be copied or moved. Therefore, the access right of the lower folder is set appropriately according to the access right of the upper folder.
[0068]
Incidentally, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, each configuration of the above embodiment can be partially omitted or arbitrarily combined so as to be different from the above.
Further, in the folder management system 1 described above, the
