従来、地下鉄や鉄道営業線内での高所作業は、作業時間帯に合わせてトロ台車を軌道上に持ち込み、このトロ台車上にビティー及び単管足場を組み付けて行っていた。
一方、従来の高所作業車としては、道路上を走行可能な自走台車と、該自走台車上に設けられた昇降装置と、該昇降装置の上部に取り付けられた作業台から構成されるものがあった。通常、上記自走台車は、ガソリンエンジン等の原動機を搭載しており、タイヤ式あるいはクローラ式の走行手段を有する。また、上記昇降装置は、X型リンク式や伸縮ブーム式のもので上記作業台を昇降させるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来のトロ台車上にビティー及び単管足場を組み付けて行う地下鉄や鉄道営業線内での高所作業は、限られた時間帯(例えば、終電から始発までの停電時間帯)内で行わなければならないのに加えて、足場の組み付け解体等の余計な作業を必要とするため、作業時間が非常に短い等の問題点があった。
また、上記従来の高所作業車は、地下鉄や鉄道営業線内に入り込んで作業を行うことは不可能であった。

本発明は、上記従来の問題点を解決するためになされたもので、その目的とするところは、迅速かつ容易に作業現場に移動させることができ、地下鉄や鉄道営業線内でも能率良く安全に高い所で作業を行うことができる高所作業車を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の高所作業車は、タイヤ車輪により道路上を走行可能な自走台車と、該自走台車上に設けられた昇降装置と、該昇降装置の上部に取り付けられた作業台から成る高所作業車において、上記自走台車に鉄輪を上下動自在に設けて、レール上も走行可能としたことを特徴とする。また、上記タイヤ車輪がバッテリーをエネルギー源として回転駆動されることを特徴とする。さらに、上記自走台車がモーターカー等の回送車により牽引駆動されることを特徴とする。また更に、上記自走台車と昇降装置の間に傾斜補正装置を介装して、軌道のカントによる自動台車の傾斜に対して上記昇降装置が常に鉛直方向を向くように補正することを特徴とする。更にまた、上記作業台の床板を水平方向に拡張可能とすることを特徴とする。また、上記作業台に走行操作や昇降操作や床板拡張操作などの操作手段を設けたことを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。
図1において、1は自走台車であって、本体フレーム1aと、タイヤ車輪1bと、鉄輪1cと、バッテリーをエネルギー源とする駆動手段1dから構成されている。上記鉄輪1cは、上記本体フレーム1aに回動自在に枢着された支持杆1eの先端部に上下動自在に取り付けられていて、油圧シリンダー1fによりレールR上に降ろしたり持ち上げたりされる。

2は、従来公知のX型リンク式の昇降装置であるが、伸縮ブーム式など従来公知の別の昇降手段であってもよい。該昇降装置2は油圧シリンダー(図示せず)により上下に伸縮するように構成されている。上記自走台車1の本体フレーム1aと前記昇降装置2の間には、傾斜補正装置3が介装されている。該傾斜補正装置3は、上記昇降装置2の下端部に取り付けられた台座3aと、該台座3aの一側端を上記本体フレーム1aに回動自在に枢着する支軸3bと、台座3aの他側端をほぼ上下方向に駆動して、該台座3aを回動させる油圧シリンダーやスクリュー軸等のジャッキ手段3cから構成されている。なお、上記支軸3bの軸線は、上記自走台車1の進行方向、すなわち軌道方向に配向されているため、この傾斜補正装置3により、軌道のカントによる自走台車1の傾斜に対して、上記台座3aを常に水平状態に補正し、その結果、上記昇降装置2が鉛直方向(重力方向)に伸縮できるようにする。

次に、上記実施例の高所作業車による地下鉄構内における高所作業について説明する。まず、本高所作業車Aを格納庫から作業現場へ搬入するには、軌道上を現場まで自走させるか、或いは、図2に示すように、モーターカーMにより牽引して回送する。また、格納庫が現場軌道と直接繋がっていない場合には、上記鉄輪1cを上げた状態で、タイヤ車輪1bにより一般の道路上を自走させるか、適当な牽引車により軌道付近まで回送して、軌道上に移す。この場合、踏切から軌道に入ることも可能である。なお、軌道上では、上記鉄輪1cをレールR上に降ろして走行する。

高所作業車が作業現場に到着したら、図3に示すように、上記昇降装置2により上記作業台4を適当な高さまで上昇せしめて、高所作業を行う。この場合、左右の壁面などとの距離がある場合には、拡張用床板4a′を左右にスライドさせる。さらに距離があいている場合には、作業台4の側部に補助作業台4′を取り付けてもよい。これらの作業台4の昇降操作や拡張用床板4b′のスライド操作は、作業台4内に設けた操作手段により行う。ジョイスティックなどの操作手段5を使用することにより、迅速かつ正確な操作を行うことができる。

2)タイヤ車輪がバッテリーをエネルギー源として回転駆動されるので、地下鉄内等でクリーンな作業環境を提供することができる。
3)自走台車がモーターカー等の回送車により牽引駆動されるので、目的地へ高速で移動することができる。
4)自走台車と昇降装置の間に傾斜補正装置を介装して、軌道のカントによる自動台車の傾斜に対して昇降装置が常に鉛直方向を向くように補正するようにしたので、レールのカントに対して作業台の床板を常に水平にして安定状態で高所作業を行うことができる。
5)作業台の床板を水平方向に拡張可能としたので、広範囲の高所作業を行うことができる。
6)作業台に走行操作や昇降操作や床板拡張操作などの操作手段を設けたので、能率良く作業を行うことができる。
