本発明は、ストロー付きコップに関するものであり、コップ内の飲料水が少量になり、コップを手に取り、コップを傾けた状態において、飲料水を吸入するストローの先端を、少量の飲料水が溜まった位置に合わせて飲む必要がなく、コップ内の飲料水を最後まで容易に飲みきる事ができるストロー付きコップに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
ストロー付きコップは幼児や老人によく使われているが、従来のストロー付きコップの場合、コップ内に飲料水が多量に残っていれば、問題なく飲料水を飲む事ができるが、コップ内の飲料水が少量になれば、コップを手にとってコップを傾けたとき、コップ内の少量の飲料水は重力によって、コップ内の下方に溜まる、その時、飲料水を吸入するストローの先端が必ずしも少量の飲料水が溜まった、コップ内下方の位置にあるとも限らず、コップ内に飲料水が残っているにもかかわらず、なかなか最後まで飲みきることが出来ない。最後までコップ内の飲料水を飲みきるためには、コップを手にとってコップを傾けたときの状態で、コップ内の下方に溜まった飲料水の位置に、飲料水を吸入するストローの先端を合わせて飲む必要があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ストロー付きコップで飲料水を飲む場合、コップを手に取りコップを傾けた状態で、コップ内の飲料水が少量になったとしても飲料水を吸入するストローの先端を少量の飲料水が溜まったコップ内下方の位置に合わせて飲む必要がなく、最後まで飲料水を飲みきる事が容易にできる事を課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述の課題を解決するために、本発明では、コップ内の飲料水が少量になった時に、コップを手にとり傾けた状態では、重力によってコップ内の飲料水が、コップ内の下方に溜まるのと同様に、ストロー自身の重力によって、常にコップ内の下方に飲料水を吸入するストローの先端が位置するように、ストローの先端を可動する様にすることにより課題を解決しようとしている。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１は本発明の外観図でコップ部分とコップ蓋部分から構成されている。
コップ蓋部分上部の中心には吸口部があり、吸口部とストロー部は着脱自在となっている。コップ蓋上部の吸口部は、３６０度回転可能な構造になっており、その吸口部に装着されるストローも、吸口部を回転させる事によりコップ内で３６０度回転可能となる。
吸口部に装着されるストローは、吸口部とストローの連結部からコップ底部へいくにしたがい、中心からコップのはし側へと角度をつけて曲げられている。
以上のことから、３６０度回転可能な吸口部を回転させれば、コップ内のストローはコップの内側を３６０度回転する事ができる。

コップ内を３６０度回転可能なストローは、コップを手に取りコップを傾けた状態では、ストロー自身の重力によって、常にコップ内下方に飲料水を吸入するストローの先端が位置する事になる。

このストロー付きコップで飲料水を飲む場合、コップ内の飲料水の量にかかわらず、コップを手に取りコップを傾けた状態では、常に、コップ内下方に飲料水を吸入するストローの先端が位置する。このことにより、コップ内の飲料水が少量になっても、コップを手に取り傾けた状態では、コップ内下方に少量の飲料水が溜まるのと同様に、飲料水を吸入するストローの先端もコップ内下方に位置するため、コップ内の飲料水を最後まで容易に飲みきることが可能となる。

ストロー付きコップは幼児や老人によく使われているが、コップ内の飲料水が少量になれば、飲料水を吸入するストローの先端の位置によっては、コップ内に、飲料水が残っているにもかかわらず、なかなか最後まで飲みきることが出来なかったが、本発明によるストロー付きコップの場合、コップを手に取り傾ければ、少量の飲料水が溜まるコップ内下方に、飲料水を吸入するストローの先端が位置するため、容易に最後まで、コップ内の飲料水を飲みきることが可能となるので幼児や特に痴呆性老人が使用するのに適している。
