スイッチング素子Sup=ON,Svp=ON,Swp=ON→I0=0
Sup=ON,Svp=ON,Swp=OFF→I0=Iu+Iv=−1w
Sup=ON,Svp=OFF,Swp=OFF→I0=Iu
Sup=OFF,Svp=OFF,Swp=OFF→I0=0

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a speed control device for a synchronous motor, and is particularly suitable for controlling the speed of a synchronous motor without using a magnetic pole position sensor for detecting a magnetic pole position of the synchronous motor and a current sensor for detecting a current of the synchronous motor. The present invention relates to a speed control device for a synchronous motor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a control method for controlling the speed of a synchronous motor composed of a magnet motor, various methods have been proposed, such as a method not using a magnetic pole position sensor and a method not using a current sensor.
[0003]
Among the conventional control methods, those that do not use the magnetic pole position sensor are provided with a magnetic pole position estimator instead of the magnetic pole position sensor, and the basic configuration is a speed controller, a current controller, etc. The configuration itself is based on vector control, like the one with the magnetic pole position sensor.
[0004]
The basic principle of magnetic pole position estimation is to perform a magnetic pole position estimation operation based on the electric constant of a synchronous motor, a motor voltage and a motor current. For example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2001-251889 uses an induced voltage. And the like described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H10-260, are known.
[0005]
The principle of estimating the magnetic pole position is to estimate an axis error Δθ between a rotational coordinate axis (dq axis) based on the magnetic pole position of the synchronous motor and a rotational coordinate axis (dc-qc axis) assumed for control. The position sensorless vector control can be realized by correcting the frequency command of the synchronous motor so that the axis error obtained by this calculation becomes zero.
[0006]
In the case of the position sensorless vector control, the magnitude and phase of the drive current can be ideally controlled according to the load condition, and a high-torque, high-performance synchronous motor can be controlled.
[0007]
On the other hand, as a control method that does not use a current sensor, a so-called current reproduction method that detects a DC current of an inverter that drives a motor and reproduces an AC current of the motor from an instantaneous value and a gate pulse signal of the inverter has been proposed. ing. This current reproduction method uses, for example, a gate pulse signal for driving an inverter and samples / holds a motor current instantaneously appearing in a DC current of the inverter, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2-197295. Then, the motor current is indirectly detected.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional magnetic pole position sensorless control method based on vector control with a position sensor, it is necessary to provide a plurality of controllers forming a feedback loop, such as a speed controller, a current controller, and a magnetic pole position estimator. It gets complicated. In particular, if the motor is driven at a high speed, it is difficult to stabilize the entire control system. In order to stabilize the entire control system, the control operation cycle must be shortened and the control gain must be set high. This can be realized without using a high-performance processing unit such as a DSP (digital signal processor). difficult.
[0009]
On the other hand, those using the current reproduction method have the following problems. In other words, in the current reproduction method, the motor current is reproduced from the DC current of the inverter and the gate pulse signal of the inverter, so when the command voltage is low and the pulse width of the gate pulse is extremely short, such as at startup, It becomes difficult to capture the current component of the motor. In particular, when increasing the speed of the motor, the higher the average switching frequency (carrier frequency) of the inverter is set, the shorter the pulse width of the gate pulse becomes, and the more difficult it is to reproduce the current. As a countermeasure, it is possible to reduce the carrier frequency of the inverter only at the time of starting the motor, etc., but if the carrier frequency of the inverter is reduced, the efficiency decreases with the increase of the current harmonic. , Which can cause harsh electromagnetic noise.
[0010]
As described above, when the “magnetic pole position sensorless control method” and the “current reproduction method” are combined, when the motor is rotated at a high speed of, for example, a frequency of 400 Hz or more, the calculation cycle is set in accordance with the carrier frequency. Since it is necessary to increase the speed and the gate pulse width is limited, it is difficult to simply increase the operation cycle. Therefore, it is difficult to realize a high-speed and high-performance synchronous motor control device without both the magnetic pole position sensor and the current sensor.
[0011]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a synchronous motor speed control device that can rotate a motor at high speed with a stable control system without using a magnetic pole position sensor and a current sensor.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides feedforward based on a rotation speed command and a current command without using a complicated control system such as a rotation speed controller and a current controller as a means for driving a synchronous motor. Type of control system, in which case a torque current command is generated using the actual torque current, and the motor current is reproduced from the detected value of the DC current of the inverter for the current detection, and is used as the detected current of the motor. In addition, the state quantity of the error angle between the magnetic pole axis in control and the actual magnetic pole axis is estimated and calculated, and the AC phase corresponding to the drive frequency of the electric motor is corrected based on the calculated value, so that the steady axis deviation can be reduced. It is controlled to zero, the control system is stable, and operation at a high carrier frequency is enabled. Specifically, the present invention provides an inverter that converts an output voltage of a DC power supply into a variable voltage / variable frequency three-phase AC voltage in response to a pulse width control signal and applies the same to a synchronous motor, An inverter current detector for detecting an inverter current supplied to the inverter, a rotation speed command generator for generating a rotation speed command for the synchronous motor, and generating the pulse width control signal based on the rotation speed command, A controller for outputting the current to the synchronous motor based on a sampling means for sequentially sampling an inverter current detected by the inverter current detector and a sampling current value obtained by sampling of the sampling means. A current reproducing means for reproducing the AC current, and an AC current reproduced by the current reproducing means, Dq coordinate conversion means for performing coordinate conversion to a dc axis assuming a magnetic pole axis inside the motive and a current on a qc axis orthogonal to the dc axis, and a current component on the qc axis obtained by the coordinate conversion of the dq coordinate conversion means A torque current command generating means for generating a torque current command for the synchronous motor based on the torque command, and an applied voltage for calculating each applied voltage command on the dc axis and the qc axis based on the rotation speed command and the torque current command. Command calculation means, phase calculation means for calculating an AC phase related to the drive frequency of the synchronous motor based on the rotational speed command, and each applied voltage command based on the AC phase calculated by the phase calculation means. Dq inverse conversion means for performing coordinate conversion to a phase AC voltage command; pulse width control signal generation means for generating a pulse width control signal based on the three-phase AC voltage command; state quantity calculating means for calculating a state quantity corresponding to an error angle between a qc axis and a dq axis which is an actual magnetic pole axis of the synchronous motor; and a phase correcting means for correcting the AC phase based on the state quantity. And a speed control device for a synchronous motor comprising:
[0013]
In configuring the synchronous motor speed control device, the following elements can be added.
[0014]
(1) The state quantity calculation means calculates the state quantity according to a difference between a current component on the qc axis obtained by the coordinate transformation of the dq coordinate transformation means and a torque current command generated by the torque current command generation means. Do it.
[0015]
(2) The state quantity calculating means includes a q-axis inductance of the synchronous motor as Lq, a winding resistance of R, a current component on the qc-axis obtained by the coordinate transformation of the dq coordinate transformation means as Iqc, and the dq coordinate. The current component on the dc axis obtained by the coordinate conversion by the conversion means is Idc, and the electrical angular frequency command obtained from the rotation speed command is ω1 * , The applied voltage command on the dc axis is Vdc * , The applied voltage command on the qc axis is Vqc * And based on the following equation (Equation 2),
[0016]
(Equation 2)
An axis error Δθc is calculated as the state quantity.
[0017]
(3) Voltage phase calculating means for calculating a voltage command phase from each of the applied voltage commands on the dc axis and the qc axis and an AC phase calculated by the phase calculating means, and a voltage command calculated by the voltage phase calculating means. Interrupt signal generating means for outputting an interrupt signal for instructing the sampling means to perform sampling for each specific phase.
[0018]
(4) polarity calculation means for calculating the polarity of each phase of the three-phase AC voltage command based on the output of the dq inverse conversion means and outputting a polarity signal of each phase; Interrupt signal generating means for outputting an interrupt signal for instructing the sampling means to perform sampling in response to the change.
[0019]
(5) Absolute value calculating means for calculating and outputting the absolute value of each phase of the three-phase AC voltage command based on the output of the dq inverse conversion means, and the absolute value of any two of the absolute values of each phase And an interrupt signal generating means for outputting an interrupt signal for instructing the sampling means to perform a sampling when the approximate value is obtained.
[0020]
(6) Subtraction means for calculating the difference between the current component on the dc axis obtained by the coordinate conversion by the dq coordinate conversion means and the d-axis current command, and an electric motor for calculating the applied voltage command on the qc axis Motor constant correcting means for correcting the constant in accordance with the calculation result of the subtracting means.
[0021]
(7) At least the inverter, the controller, and the inverter current detector are modularized.
[0022]
The present invention also provides an air conditioner including a synchronous motor, a speed control device for any one of the synchronous motors, and a compressor using the synchronous motor as a power source.
[0023]
According to the above-described means, the state quantity caused by the axis error Δθ between the dq axis and the control axis dc-qc axis of the synchronous motor is calculated, and this state quantity is obtained as a correction amount from the rotational speed command. The drive frequency is obtained by correcting the electric angular frequency command, the AC phase is calculated from the drive frequency, and the AC current of the synchronous motor is reproduced according to the current obtained by sampling the inverter current. Is converted into dq coordinates based on the AC phase to obtain a torque current, a torque current command (q-axis current command) is generated from the torque current, and an electric angular frequency command obtained from the torque current command and the rotational speed command is converted into a torque current command. The applied voltage commands on the dc axis and the qc axis are calculated based on the AC phase, and the applied voltage commands are inversely transformed dq according to the AC phase to generate a three-phase AC voltage command. Since the pulse width control signal is generated and the inverter is controlled in accordance with the pulse width control signal, the synchronous motor can be stably rotated at a high speed without using the magnetic pole position sensor or the current sensor.
[0024]
That is, the feedback control is substantially performed only in the control for correcting the axis deviation in accordance with the state quantity corresponding to the error angle between the dc-qc axis and the dq axis. The correction loop gain for performing the above operation may have a response time of about several tens of ms. The processing time for reproducing the motor current from the inverter current and generating the actual torque current from the reproduced current is about 1/5 of the correction loop gain. It is sufficient to perform it in the processing cycle. For this reason, even if the speed controller and the current controller are omitted, it is possible to rotate the synchronous motor at a high speed in a stable state by reducing the time required for the process for detecting the torque current.

At this time, the waveform of the PWM pulse signal is as shown in FIG. In the PWM pulse signal, when F = 1 (the switching level is “1”), the upper switching elements Sup, Svp, Swp of the

[0055]
On the other hand, in the conventional sensorless control based on the conventional “vector control with sensor”, a feedback control system is configured by using a plurality of speed controllers, current controllers, speed estimators, position estimators, and the like. Therefore, it is difficult to set the control response time of each element, and eventually it is necessary to improve the calculation speed. As a result, it is necessary to perform the detection current processing at intervals of several 100 μs.

[0068]
More specifically, as shown in FIG. 9A, in the three-phase AC voltage command, the waveform of the inverter current I0 at point A (around θv = 30 degrees) (dynamic diagram (b)) and the point B (θv Comparing the waveforms of the inverter current I0 (= (around 60 degrees)) (the dynamic diagram (c)), it is found that there is a large difference in the pulse width of the inverter current I0. When sampling is performed at the point A, the periods during which the currents Iu and Iw flow as I0 are equal, and both have a wide pulse width. However, when sampling is performed at the point B, the period during which Iu flows decreases. Since ringing due to the switching operation occurs in the waveform of the actual inverter current I0, it is extremely difficult to sample a current having a narrow pulse width such as Iu in FIG. 9C. Note that when θv = 60 degrees, the period of Iu is completely zero. That is, when the detection current processing is performed in the vicinity of the point B, it is impossible to reproduce all three-phase motor currents, and only the Iw can be reproduced. This phenomenon that “current cannot be reproduced” is an essential problem of a method of detecting a motor current using the inverter current I0, as the range is expanded as the carrier frequency is increased.
[0069]
However, in the case of the controller 2C according to the present embodiment, since the detection
[0070]
In the present embodiment, the detection current process is performed only six times (every 60 degrees) for one cycle of the voltage phase command θv (0 <θv <360 degrees). In this case, there is a concern about the influence of the current detection delay, but there is no problem with the configuration of the controller 2C in the present embodiment. That is, as described in the first embodiment, in the controller 2C, since the feedback control is only the axis error control, the stabilization of the system is easy, and the controller can be stabilized even if the control response is lowered. Further, as described in the first embodiment, the detection

[0075]
Specifically, in the third embodiment, the voltage phase command θv is used when generating the interrupt signal S. However, as shown in Expression (6), it is necessary to use the arc tangent to calculate θv. Yes, complicated processing is required to obtain θv, which takes time. Moreover, in order to monitor the timing of the interrupt signal S, it is necessary to calculate each time the voltage command phase is updated. For this reason, in the third embodiment, this processing becomes a bottleneck, and the overall calculation time, carrier frequency value, and the like are limited.
[0076]
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, in order to solve the problem in the third embodiment, the polarity information of the AC voltage command is used. Specifically, as shown in FIG. * ~ Vw * On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 11B to 11D, a change in the polar phase of each phase is determined by the

As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to realize a high-performance synchronous motor speed control device with a configuration that is more simplified than that of the third embodiment.

Next, a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The present embodiment uses an

In the fourth embodiment, the polarity of the voltage command phase is used to generate an interrupt signal at the time of reversing the sign. However, if this processing is executed by software, an operation to detect the reversal of the sign is performed by an operation. There will be a delay of one cycle. That is, inversion of the sign is a comparison of the previous value, so that a delay will inevitably occur. In particular, when the fundamental frequency increases and approaches the carrier frequency, the delay increases, and it becomes difficult to perform the detection current processing under ideal conditions as shown in FIG.
[0081]
Therefore, in the fifth embodiment, in order to solve such a problem, the

[0086]
That is, in each of the above embodiments, the feedback control system in the controller is only the control system for correcting the axis error. However, as a result, the following may occur. For example, since the magnitude of the current flowing through the synchronous motor 5 is not controlled, the set values shown in Expression (3) are all. If there is a deviation in the motor constant used here, the motor current differs from the command. It becomes a current. For example, even if there is no load, an excessive no-load current may occur, or a voltage shortage may occur at the time of load, and a problem such as step-out may occur. In particular, since the synchronous motor 5 has a feature as a highly efficient motor, it is not desirable that a large amount of reactive current flows. In order to maintain the efficiency of the synchronous motor 5 at a maximum, a mechanism for controlling the d-axis current component as instructed is required.

Therefore, in order to solve such a problem, in the sixth embodiment, the set value Ke in the
