Description

【0001】

In order to visually recognize the flame using the above-mentioned reflector, since the slit of the cover plate and the position of the reflector in plan view are the same, the viewer must visually recognize the flame from directly above.
However, since the inner box (combustion device) for attaching the cover plate is mounted in the center of the top plate, it has an unstable and unnatural posture in which the top plate can be viewed from directly above the slit with the upper body covered. I was compelled.
[0004]
Further, although the reflector is provided at a position below the slit, since this position is also an intake / exhaust position, the combustion gas comes into contact with the reflector and foggs the reflector, thereby deteriorating the state of flame recognition.
Furthermore, since a scrap drop opening is provided on one side of the plate adjacent to the cover plate having the slit formed thereon, cooking wastes and the like are dropped and adhere to the reflecting plate, so that they are easily stained.
[0005]

[0018]
Next, the operation of the iron plate grill according to the present invention will be described.
Due to the ignition operation and the calorie operation of the remote control unit 43, the gas flame which is blown out from the burner tubes 28, 28a of the burner 11 and the flame openings 33, 33a... Of the relay tube 32 rises and reaches the lower surface of the iron plate 13. The iron plate 13 is heated with the combustion gas, and okonomiyaki, meat and the like are cooked on the upper surface of the iron plate 13.
When heating the lower surface of the iron plate 13, the rising combustion gas is prevented from diffusing by the pair of heat shield plates 25, heats the center of the iron plate 13 intensively and efficiently, and at the same time, the longitudinal vertical side walls 14, 14 a of the casing 10. The exhaust gas flows in the longitudinal direction without heating the exhaust gas, and the exhaust gas rising along the inclined guide plate 16 provided on the exhaust port 12 is supplied to the slits 27, 27a of the exhaust port covers 12a, 12b and the iron plate 13. The air is exhausted from the waste drop port 26.
In the gas combustion, the secondary air is sucked through the intake holes 17, 17 a, and is shielded by the heat shield guide 25 a provided at the lower end of the heat shield 25 when the combustion gas is prevented from diffusing by the pair of heat shield plates 25. The overflow from the lower end of the plate 25 is suppressed, the deformation of the heat shield plate 25 is prevented by the strength improvement by the heat shield guide 25a, and the body heat of the cooker body 4 whose temperature has risen is reduced by the bottom wall 31b of the cabinet 9, Heat is radiated from the opening between the holes 31c.
[0019]
When checking the gas flame state after starting cooking and adjusting the heating power, one of the gas combustion confirmation (confirmation of extinguishing) is performed by increasing the heat of the thermocouple 40 due to the gas flame, and when extinguishing, the thermoelectromotive force disappears due to the temperature decrease of the thermocouple 40. (Detection abnormality), the gas supply is automatically stopped, and the other heating power is adjusted by the remote control unit 43. In parallel with these, the slits 27, 27a of the exhaust port covers 12a, 12b and the dust drop port 26 of the iron plate 13 The gas flame condition is visually checked from.
As shown in FIG. 10, an employee or a food or drinker looks into the slits 27, 27 a... Or the waste drop opening 26 with the line of sight inclined downward from the outside of the top board 2, as shown in FIG. The gas flame is visually recognized via a reflector 58 provided at the tip of the dust tray 47 located on the (rear side) lower side.
[0020]
Next, cleaning and the like will be described.

In the gap between the inner surface of the upper end of the cooker main body 4 and the iron plate 13, the upper ends of the tube packings 21 and 21 a press-fitted on the support plate 20 are formed by the outwardly bent portion 15 of the cooker main body 4 and the surface ridge of the iron plate 13. The scrap is substantially the same as the upper end of 22 and no swarf remains in the gap or falls.
Further, when dust remains after prolonged use, the one end of the tube packings 21 and 21a is pulled up to disengage the tube packings 21 and 21a of the entire length on the two sides to remove the dust, and after the cleaning is completed, the gap is removed. The tube packings 21 and 21a are press-fitted onto the support plate 20 and fitted in a vertically elongated state.
[0021]
The cooking waste at the time of cooking is dropped from the waste falling port 26 of the iron plate 13 to the lower dust tray 47, and the scattered oil, gas combustion and other fine particles fall into the drain pan 45, and the combustion gas is discharged to the exhaust port cover 12a, .. Are passed through the slits 27, 27a.
The dust tray 47 from which the cooking waste has fallen and collected is pulled out and cleaned using the handle 60 on the remote control unit 43 side in the longitudinal direction, and the reflecting plate 58 provided on the dust tray 47 inside the container is a burner tube. Although there is little contamination on the inner side (depth side) below the waste drop port 26 and the like below 28 and 28a, cleaning is performed according to the degree of dirt.
The exhaust port covers 12a and 12b provided on the exhaust ports 12 on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the iron plate 13 are attached and detached from above for cleaning.
[0022]
Similarly to the dust tray 47, the drain pan 45 having a two-layer structure with the dust tray 47 is pulled out toward the remote operation unit 43 in the longitudinal direction and cleaned.
When the drain pan 45 is withdrawn, the first-stage pan member 50 at the base end of the remote operation unit 43 is pulled out to a position where it is separated from the guide units 44 and 44a, and the distal end of the pan member 50 is slightly lowered, so that the guide unit 44 and From the locking portion 52 composed of the horizontal upper surface 53 and the hanging portion 54 of the second pan member 50a held at the height 44a to the locked portion 52a composed of the vertical side wall 51a of the first pan member 50. The first pan member 50 is separated from the second pan member 50 a, and the first pan member 50 is pulled out of the casing 10.
Then, the second-stage pan member 50a that has moved to the base end position is pulled out to a position where the second-stage pan member 50a is detached from the guide portions 44, 44a, and the second-stage pan member 50a is detached from the third-stage pan member 50b by the same operation. The last pan member 50c is similarly extracted.
[0023]
The drain member 45 is divided into a plurality of short pan members 50, 50a... In a kitchen or the like, and restored to the operating state is set by locking the last pan member 50c pushed into the guide portions 44, 44a. 52 and the locked part 52a of the first-stage pan member 50b are locked, and the first-stage pan member 50b is pushed in the depth direction, and the first-stage pan member 50 is sequentially locked and pushed. The drain pan 45 connecting the plurality of pan members 50, 50a... Is inserted into the guide portions 44, 44a of the casing 10 to set the operating state.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
