Description

【0001】

Further, a second object of the present invention is to provide both mechanical printing using a printer and handwriting, and to copy and fill in the back of the copy sheet without providing a self-coloring portion. To provide a fraud-prevention copy form that can display a mirror image of a document.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the first object, a fraud prevention form described in claim 1 of the present invention is a form in which a copy slip, an auxiliary slip, and a real slip are connected via a folding section, An entry field for entering predetermined items is provided on the front side of the copy slip and the main form, and the predetermined form of the copy form is folded in such a manner that the front side of the form is folded on the back side of the copy form at each of the folded portions. A transfer-type developer layer is provided on at least the back surface corresponding to the entry column of the copy so that the copy form can be copied and entered in the entry column of the form corresponding to the top and bottom when filling in the entry column. At least a color-forming agent layer is provided on the surface corresponding to the entry column.
[0007]
In order to achieve the second object, the fraud-prevention copy form described in claim 2 of the present invention comprises a form for machine printing and a form for handwritten entry to which the same ID is assigned. The form for printing and the form for handwriting are respectively connected to the copy form, the auxiliary form, and the form via a folding section, and a predetermined item is written on the surface of each form of the copy form and the form. In the state where the front side of each form is folded on the back side of each copy sheet in each folding section, filling in the predetermined entry fields of each copy form, A transfer-type developer layer is provided on at least the back surface corresponding to the entry column of each of the copy slips so as to be able to be copied and filled in the entry column of the main slip, while the front surface corresponding to at least the entry column of each main slip is provided. Is provided with a coloring agent layer, and the coloring agent layer of each of the above-mentioned forms is formed. In the color as said mechanical print form the handwritten for form are different from each other.
[0008]
Note that the form for machine printing and the form for handwriting can be used as long as both sets with the same ID (consisting of a control number and a control symbol) are used as a set. In this case, it is preferable that the copy slip, the auxiliary slip, and the main slip which form each of the forms are connected via a folding part extending vertically to the cutout part.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a receipt issued upon receipt of various insurance premiums will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Here, FIG. 1 is a plan view showing the front side of the receipt for preventing fraud, FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line BB of FIG. 1, and FIG. FIG. 5 is a plan view showing a front side in a developed state after copying and writing, and FIG. 6 is a plan view showing a rear side in a developed state after copying and writing.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 1, the fraud-prevention copy receipt 1 is divided into a receipt 4 for machine printing and a receipt 5 for handwritten entry with receipt numbers 2a, 2b, 2c, 3a, 3b, 3c as the same ID. It is connected in the width direction via the perforation 6. The receipt 4 for machine printing and the receipt 5 for handwritten entry are respectively processing slips 7 and 8, which are receipts for the processing of the receipt by the management department of the receiving company, and the handling slips 7, 8 Of the administrative department when submitting it to the administrative department, and receiving and submitting the receipts 9 and 10 as auxiliary slips for keeping and keeping the administrative seal of the administrative department, and the contractor who is the addressee by filling in the amount received by the operator The receipts 11 and 12, which are the main forms to be delivered to the customer, are connected to the cutting perforations 6 via folding and cutting perforations 13 and 14, which extend vertically.
[0011]
On the surface of the processing slip 7 of the receipt 4 for machine printing, in addition to the above-mentioned receipt number 2a, a title 15 "processing slip for (machine)", a column 16 for entering the contractor's name, a column 17 for entering the amount of receipt, and a date for receiving the receipt A column 18 and a handler name entry column 19 are provided. In addition to the receipt number 2b described above, a title 20, a "processing slip reception slip", a handler name entry field 21, and a reception seal field 22 are provided on the front surface of the reception slip 9. Further, on the surface of the receipt 11, in addition to the above-mentioned receipt number 2c, a title 23 of "receipt", a contractor name entry field 24, a receipt amount entry field 25, a receipt date entry field 26, a handler name entry / seal field 27 Is provided.
[0012]
On the other hand, in addition to the above-mentioned receipt number 3a, the title 28 of "(handwriting) processing slip", the contractor name entry field 29, the receipt amount entry field 30, the receipt A date entry field 31 and a handler name entry field 32 are provided. In addition to the receipt number 3b described above, a title 33 "Processing Form Reception Form", a handler name entry field 34, and a reception seal field 35 are provided on the surface of the reception form 10. Further, on the front of the receipt 12, in addition to the above-mentioned receipt number 3c, a title 36 of “receipt”, a contractor name entry field 37, a receipt amount entry field 38, a receipt date entry field 39, a handler name entry / mark entry field 40 Is provided.
[0013]
Note that the processing slip 7 of the receipt 4 for machine printing and the contractor name entry fields 16 and 24 and the receipt amount entry fields 17 and 18 of the receipt 11 are printers linked to the computer to which the insurance contract data is input. The predetermined information is printed in advance. This printing operation is performed by the operator using a personal computer assigned to each contractor in charge of the operator.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 2, the transfer type developer layers 41a and 41b are respectively provided on the back surfaces corresponding to the receipt date entry column 18 of the processing slip 7 and the receipt amount entry column 30 and the receipt date entry column 31 of the processing slip 8. Is provided. These transfer type developer layers 41a and 41b can be formed by applying a transferable developer ink. This transferable developer ink is prepared as a non-aqueous transferable developer ink, and contains a developer, a flowable oil component, and a wax as main components. If necessary, a binder, an ultraviolet absorber, It is prepared by adding a known auxiliary such as a photopolymerization initiator, a thickener, and a gelling agent.
[0015]
Examples of the color developing agent include activated clay, acid clay, zeolite, bentonite, and other viscosities, phenolic resins, polyvalent metal salts of aromatic carboxylic acids, and the like, and mixtures thereof. And zinc salts of 2,2-bisphenolsulfone compounds are preferred.
[0016]
As the fluid oil component, those which are colorless, do not have an unsaturated double bond that hinders the reaction between the color former and the developer, and have low viscosity and good coating suitability are preferred. . For example, castor oil, olive oil, vegetable non-drying oils such as safflower oil, white mineral oils such as normal paraffin, paraffin-based lubricating oils, paraffin-based petroleum petrolatum, etc. Paraffin is preferred. If this component is less than 10% by weight in the composition, the transfer performance of the developer ink is reduced, while if it is more than 40% by weight, the stain on the sheet surface becomes severe and the color mirror image becomes unclear. Therefore, it is necessary to be in the range of 10 to 40% by weight, and preferably in the range of 20 to 30% by weight. In addition, petroleum-based petrolatum having a high viscosity is not suitable for coating, and many vegetable drying oils having unsaturated bonds are not preferred because they hinder the reaction between the color former and the developer.
[0017]
The wax component is a colorless wax having a melting point of 55 to 85 ° C. and a penetrating hardness of about 5 (25 ° C.) as a base wax. For the purpose of controlling the hardness, a soft wax is added to the mixture and the hardness is adjusted to be low. For example, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, beeswax, wood wax, montan wax, mineral wax, paraffin wax, synthetic wax, coconut wax and the like. If the content of the wax component is less than 20% by weight in the composition, the sheet surface becomes heavily stained. On the other hand, if it exceeds 50% by weight, the transfer performance of the developer ink is reduced, and the color mirror image becomes unclear. It is necessary to be in the range of 20 to 50% by weight, and preferably in the range of 25 to 45% by weight. In addition, as a colorless wax, white wax and polyethylene wax are also available, but white wax is too soft and polyethylene wax is inferior in transferability, so that it cannot be used.
[0018]
Further, it is preferable to add an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer to the transferable developer ink. This is because the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer has high compatibility with wax, has the effect of increasing the viscosity of the ink, and has the effect of enhancing the adhesive properties to the color former layers provided in receipts 11 and 12 described below. Because it plays.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 3, the receipt date entry field 26 on the surface of the receipt 11 and the receipt amount entry field 38 and the receipt date entry field 39 on the surface of the receipt 12 are each formed of a microcapsule containing a coloring agent. The coloring agent layers 42a and 42b are provided. Each of the color forming agents forming the color forming agent layers 42a and 42b is formed of a color forming agent that forms a different color. It is preferable that the microcapsules containing the color former are formed into ultraviolet curable inks that can be applied in a spot form and can be dried quickly without heating. That is, a nonaqueous solvent, a binder, a surfactant, an ultraviolet absorber, a photopolymerization initiator, a wax, a thickener, a sensitizer, a gelling agent, and other main ingredients and auxiliary agents are mixed with the nonaqueous capsule dispersion liquid. This is an ultraviolet-curing type microcapsule coating obtained as described above.
[0020]
As the color former, known electron-donating color formers can be used. For example, thiazine dyes such as benzoylleucomethylene blue, 3,3-bis (p-dimethylaminophenyl) -6-dimethylaminophthalide, etc. Diphenylmethane dyes such as 4,4-bis-dimethylaminobenzhydryl benzyl ether; spiro dyes such as 3-phenyl-spiro-dinaphthopyran; 3-piperidino-methyl-7-phenylaminofur It may be arbitrarily selected from a fluoran-based dye such as uranium, etc., provided that the hue in the color development of the color former layer 42a and that of the color former layer 42b are different. In the present embodiment, the description will be made on the assumption that the color-forming agent layer 42a is configured to emit blue and the color-forming agent layer 42b is configured to emit purple.
[0021]
Microcapsules containing such a color former may be produced by a conventionally known method, such as a coacervation method, an interfacial polymerization method, an in-situ polymerization method, etc. It is prepared by mixing and dispersing in the same non-aqueous solvent as in the transferable developer ink, and adding an oil-soluble binder.
[0022]
As the oil-soluble binder, conventionally known synthetic resins such as phenol resin, xylene resin, melamine resin, polyamide resin, acrylic resin, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, epoxy resin, rosin, Celax, Kopar, Gilsonite, Dalman And the like, and a natural resin such as maleic acid resin, fumaric acid resin, polymerized rosin, rosin-modified phenol resin, semi-synthetic resin such as ethylcellulose, nitrocellulose and the like.
[0023]
Although not shown, the above-described coloring agent layers are provided on the back surface corresponding to the operator name entry field 19 of the processing slip 7 and the contractor name entry field 29 and the operator name entry field 32 of the processing slip 8, respectively. A coloring agent layer composed of microcapsules containing a coloring agent and configured similarly to 42a and 42b is provided. Although not shown in the drawing, the portions corresponding to the operator name entry / seal column 27 on the receipt 11 surface, the contractor name entry column 37 and the operator name entry / seal column 40 on the receipt 12 surface are respectively described above. A colorant, that is, a developer formed by using one selected from viscosities such as activated clay, acid clay, zeolite and bentonite, phenolic resins, polyvalent metal salts of aromatic carboxylic acids, and the like, and mixtures thereof. Layers are provided.
[0024]
Then, when the receipt 4 for machine printing is folded at the respective folding and cutting perforations 13 and 14 so that the front surface of the receipt 11 is in contact with the back surface of the processing slip 7, the receipt date entry fields 18 and 26 and the operator name The entry column 19 and the handler name entry / seal column 27 are in a state corresponding to the upper and lower positions, respectively. Also, when the receipt 5 for handwritten entry is folded by the folding and cutting perforations 13 and 14 so that the front surface of the receipt 12 is in contact with the back surface of the processing slip 8, the contractor name entry fields 29 and 37, The entry columns 30, 38, the receipt date entry columns 31, 39, the operator name entry column 32, and the operator name entry / seal column 40 are in a state corresponding to the upper and lower positions, respectively.
[0025]
Next, a method of using the fraud-prevention copy receipt 1 configured as described above will be described. If the receipt 1 for machine printing is created by a printer, which is an output device of a personal computer used by the operator, the receipt 1 for machine printing is used, and the operator uses the receipt 4 for machine printing. In the case where the document 4 has not been prepared, the handwritten receipt 5 is used. First, the case of handwritten copying will be described below.
[0026]
In the state shown in FIG. 1, first, the cutting perforation 6 is broken to separate it into a machine print receipt 4 and a handwritten entry receipt 5, and the handwritten entry receipt 5 is folded and cut as shown in FIG. At the perforation 14, the back of the receipt 12 is folded so as to overlap the back of the reception slip 10, and then at the folding and cutting perforation 13, the back of the processing slip 8 is folded over the front of the receipt 12. As a result, the transfer type developer layer 41b on the back of the processing form 8 and the color forming layer 42b on the surface of the receipt 12 are in contact with each other. The developer agent layer on the receipt 12 is in contact with the developer layer.
[0027]
In this state shown in FIG. 4, a writing instrument such as a ball-point pen is used to enter the contractor name 43 in the contractor entry field 29 of the processing slip 8, the receipt amount entry field 30 in the receipt amount entry field 30, and the receipt date entry field. When the receipt date 45 is entered in 31 and the operator name 46 is entered in the operator name entry column 32, the contractor name entry / seal column 37 and the operator name entry / seal column 40 of the receipt 12 are not shown. By the action of the color former layer and the developer layer, the same contractor name 47 and the same handler name 50 are copied and entered (see FIG. 5). In the receipt amount entry column 38 and the receipt date entry column 39 of the receipt 12, the same amount of receipt 48 and the date of receipt 49 are provided by the action of the coloring agent layer 42b and the transfer type developer layer 41b which emit purple. Are respectively transcribed in purple (see FIG. 5), and on the back side of the receipt amount entry column 30 and the receipt date entry column 31 of the processing slip 8, purple receipt amount transfer traces 51 and receipt date transfer traces 52 are respectively provided. Are left as mirror images.
[0028]
Here, by using the transfer type developer layer 41a of the processing slip 7 of the receipt 4 for machine printing not used, the illegal contents are transcribed and entered in the receipt amount entry column 38 and the receipt date entry column 39 of the receipt 12, and the receipt 11 is entered. In order to obtain an improper transfer trace on the back side of the receipt amount entry column 30 and the receipt date entry column 31 of the processing slip 8 using the color forming agent layer 42a that develops blue, the receipt amount transfer trace 51 and the receipt date Since the date transfer trace 52 is blue, it is different from the regular purple, so that unauthorized entry can be determined.
[0029]
Subsequently, a case where the receipt 4 for machine printing is used will be described. As shown in FIG. 4, the receipt 4 for machine printing separated by breaking the perforation 6 for cutting is folded so that the back of the receipt 11 is overlapped with the back of the receipt 9 by the perforation 14 for folding and cutting. Next, the back surface of the processing slip 7 is folded on the front surface of the receipt 11 at the folding / cutting perforation 13. As a result, the transfer-type developer layer 41a on the back of the processing slip 7 and the color-forming agent layer 42a on the front of the receipt 11 face each other. The receipt 11 is brought into contact with the developer layer on the surface.
[0030]
In the state shown in FIG. 4, the date of receipt (not shown) is entered in the receipt date entry field 18 of the processing slip 7 using a writing instrument such as a ballpoint pen, and the name of the operator (FIG. (Not shown), the same operator name (not shown) is duplicated and entered in the operator name entry / seal column 27 of the receipt 11 by the action of the color developer layer and the developer layer (not shown). You. In the receipt date entry field 26 of the receipt 11, the same receipt date (not shown) is transcribed in blue by the action of the color-forming agent layer 42a and the transfer-type developer layer 41a that emit blue. On the back side of the receipt date entry column 18 of the processing form 7, a blue transfer mark (not shown) of the receipt date remains in a mirror image state.
[0031]
Here, the illegal contents are transcribed and entered in the receipt date entry field 26 of the receipt 11 by using the transferable color developer layer 41b of the processing slip 8 of the receipt 5 for the handwritten entry receipt 5 which is not used, and the receipt 12 is colored purple. Even if an attempt is made to obtain an improper transfer trace on the back side of the receipt date entry column 18 of the processing slip 7 using the agent layer 42b, the transfer trace of the date of receipt becomes purple, so that it differs from the regular blue color. Unauthorized entry can be determined.
[0032]
The handler puts the receipt 11 or 12 on the receipt 11 or 12 which has been printed by breaking the perforation 14 for folding and cutting by stamping in the handler name entry seal field 27 or 40 in which the name of the receipt 11 or 12 to which the receipt 11 or 12 is copied and entered. While being handed over to the contractor, a processing form 7 or 8 in which predetermined items are entered, and a reception form 9 in which the user's name is entered in the operator name entry field 21 or 34, which is obtained by breaking and separating the folding / cutting perforation 13 Or 10 is submitted to the management department of the company, and received and sealed in the reception seal field 22 or 35 of the reception slip 9 or 10. Also in this management department, at the time of reception, the presence or absence of improper use can be confirmed by checking the colors of the transfer traces 51 and 52 on the back surfaces of the processing sheets 7 and 8. In addition, the management department requests submission of the receipt 4 for machine printing or the receipt 5 for handwritten entry that has not been used, and confirms the receipt number, which is the ID, so that the receipt 4 for machine printing or handwriting can be entered due to unauthorized use. It is possible to perform issuance management of the fraud-proof copy receipt 1 such as discarding the business receipt 5.
[0033]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the fraud-proof copy receipt 1 must always be configured as a pair of a machine print receipt 4 and a handwritten entry receipt 5 linked together. Instead, it may be configured as a separate body, or may be configured with only one of the receipt 4 for machine printing or the receipt 5 for handwriting. Further, the combination of colors of the color former layers 42a and 42b is not limited to blue and purple. Further, the fraud-prevention copy form can be applied not only to a receipt issued upon receipt of an insurance premium, but also to various forms using copy entry, and the number of entry fields and entry contents are appropriately changed depending on the application. Further, as the ID, in addition to the receipt number 2a, 2b, 2c, 3a, 3b, 3c, a management number or a management symbol such as another form number can be used.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the fraud-preventing copy form according to the first aspect of the present invention, there is an effect that the presence or absence of fraud can be easily determined by the transfer trace remaining in a mirror image state.
[0035]
Further, according to the fraud-prevention copy form according to the second aspect of the present invention, the presence or absence of fraud can be easily determined by the color of the transfer trace remaining in a mirror image state, and issuance management using an ID is also easy. To play.
