この発明は、散歩のときにした犬の糞を手や路面を汚さずに清潔に持ち帰り、トイレに廃棄する等の処理をするための処理具に関するものである。

従来種々の犬の糞の処理具が提案されているが、このうち、糞を路上に落ちる前に受け止めて回収する処理具は、装置が大型で携帯に不便であるという問題点がある。

従って、この発明は、外出時にした犬の糞を路上に落ちる前に受け止めて、手や路面を汚さずに清潔に持ち帰り、トイレに廃棄する等の処理を容易にすることができる構造簡易で小型の処理具を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、この発明においては、受け具2とこれに被せられる柔軟なプラスチック袋3とで処理具1を構成する。受け具2は、厚紙のような2枚の板材3,4を扁平に折り重ね及び展開自在に接続してを構成する。2枚の板材4,5は、V型に収合する共通の接合辺6,7を備え、かつこの接合辺6,7の収合角を二分する折り目8,9を備え、接合辺6,7において折り曲げ自在に接続されている。プラスチック袋3は、受け具2の2枚の板材4,5間を開いた状態で受け具2に被せられる。プラスチック袋3を被せた受け具2の2枚の板材4,5を接合辺6,7においてプラスチック袋3もろとも扁平に折り重ねて携行し、使用時にはプラスチック袋3の開口側の一方の板材4をプラスチック袋3の開口縁3aと共に手で支持しつつ、板材4,5間をL型に展開し、断面V型樋状に開いた他方の板材5上に、プラスチック袋3を介して犬の糞Aを受けるようにする。プラスチック袋3は、犬の糞Aを受けて、受け具2と共に扁平に折り重ねた状態で、一方の板材4の外側面を露出させるように開口の縁3aを広げつつ表裏反転させ、開口の縁3aを他方の板材5の端縁に重ねて保持できる寸法に設定した。

【発明の実施の形態】

図において、処理具1は、受け具2とこれに被せられる柔軟なプラスチック袋3とでを構成される。受け具2は、厚紙のような2枚の板材4,5を扁平に折り重ね及び展開自在に接続してを構成される。受け具2をプラスチック製としてもよい。

プラスチック袋3は、受け具2の2枚の板材4,5間を開いた状態(図1,図4の状態)で、板材5側から受け具2に被せられる。一方の板材4の端縁側に袋3の開口縁3aが配置され、他方の板材5の端縁側に袋3の底縁3bが配置される。図5に示すように、プラスチック袋3を被せた受け具2の2枚の板材4,5を接合辺6,7においてプラスチック袋3もろとも扁平に折り重ねて携行する。使用時には、図1に示すように、プラスチック袋3の開口側の一方の板材4を袋3の開口縁3aと共に手で支持しつつ、2枚の板材4,5間をL型に開き、夫々を断面V型樋状に展開する。そして、他方の板材5上に、プラスチック袋3を介して犬の糞Aを受けるようにする。糞Aを載せ受けるために予めプラスチック袋3にちり紙Bを重ねておくと後の処理に便利である。2枚の板材4,5が、断面V型樋状に展開し、接合辺6,7で結合されているので、受け具2は、糞Aの重さを支持するのに十分な強度を有する。

プラスチック袋3は、図6ないし図8に示すように、犬の糞Aを収容して、受け具2と共に扁平に折り重ねた状態で、一方の板材4の外側面を露出させるように開口縁3aを広げつつ表裏反転させ(図6)、開口縁3aを他方の板材5の端縁に重ねて保持できる寸法に設定してある。一方の板材4の端縁付近の外側面には、結束用のゴムバンド10がを取り付けられている。ゴムバンド10は、犬の糞Aを収容して折り重ねた2枚の板材4,5の端縁部をプラスチック袋3の開口側端縁と共に図8に示すように結束することができる。この状態でバッグ等に収容して家まで持ち帰る。持ち帰ったら、トイレでゴムバンド10を外して、袋3の開口側を下方に向け、2枚の板材4,5の両縁を押して両者の間を菱形に開けば、糞Aがちり紙Bに載った状態で袋3から落ちてトイレ内に落下する。空になった袋3は、受け具から外して別途ゴミとして処理する。もちろん、糞Aを収容したまま袋3を受け具から外し、糞Aと共にゴミとして処理することもできる。何れにしても手を汚さずに衛生的に処理できる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、本発明は、受け具2とこれに被せられる柔軟なプラスチック袋3とで処理具1を構成したため、携行時は扁平で、行動のじゃまにならず、使用時には容易に展開して、十分な剛性をもって犬の糞を路上に落ちる前に確実に受け止めることができる。手や路面を汚すことがない。糞を収容したら再び折り畳んで清潔に持ち帰り、トイレに廃棄する等の処理を容易にすることができる。構造簡易で小型軽量であり、安価な処理具を提供することができる。
