この発明は、散歩のときにした犬の糞を手や路面を汚さずに清潔に持ち帰り、トイレに廃棄する等の処理をするための処理具に関するものである。

従来種々の犬の糞の処理具が提案されているが、このうち、糞を路上に落ちる前に受け止めて回収する処理具は、装置が大型で携帯に不便であるという問題点がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従って、この発明は、外出時にした犬の糞を路上に落ちる前に受け止めて、手や路面を汚さずに清潔に持ち帰り、トイレに廃棄する等の処理を容易にすることができる構造簡易で小型の処理具を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、この発明においては、受け具２とこれに被せられる柔軟なプラスチック袋３とで処理具１を構成する。受け具２は、厚紙のような２枚の板材３，４を扁平に折り重ね及び展開自在に接続してを構成する。２枚の板材４，５は、Ｖ型に収合する共通の接合辺６，７を備え、かつこの接合辺６，７の収合角を二分する折り目８，９を備え、接合辺６，７において折り曲げ自在に接続されている。プラスチック袋３は、受け具２の２枚の板材４，５間を開いた状態で受け具２に被せられる。プラスチック袋３を被せた受け具２の２枚の板材４，５を接合辺６，７においてプラスチック袋３もろとも扁平に折り重ねて携行し、使用時にはプラスチック袋３の開口側の一方の板材４をプラスチック袋３の開口縁３ａと共に手で支持しつつ、板材４，５間をＬ型に展開し、断面Ｖ型樋状に開いた他方の板材５上に、プラスチック袋３を介して犬の糞Ａを受けるようにする。プラスチック袋３は、犬の糞Ａを受けて、受け具２と共に扁平に折り重ねた状態で、一方の板材４の外側面を露出させるように開口の縁３ａを広げつつ表裏反転させ、開口の縁３ａを他方の板材５の端縁に重ねて保持できる寸法に設定した。

【発明の実施の形態】

図において、処理具１は、受け具２とこれに被せられる柔軟なプラスチック袋３とでを構成される。受け具２は、厚紙のような２枚の板材４，５を扁平に折り重ね及び展開自在に接続してを構成される。受け具２をプラスチック製としてもよい。

２枚の板材４，５は、Ｖ型に収合する共通の接合辺６，７を備え、かつこの接合辺６，７の収合角を二分する折り目８，９を備え、接合辺６，７において互いに折り曲げ自在に接続されている。受け具２は、図４に示すように、各板材４，５をほぼＬ字状に展開でき、このとき各板材４，５は、断面Ｖ字型の樋状になる。

プラスチック袋３は、受け具２の２枚の板材４，５間を開いた状態（図１，図４の状態）で、板材５側から受け具２に被せられる。一方の板材４の端縁側に袋３の開口縁３ａが配置され、他方の板材５の端縁側に袋３の底縁３ｂが配置される。図５に示すように、プラスチック袋３を被せた受け具２の２枚の板材４，５を接合辺６，７においてプラスチック袋３もろとも扁平に折り重ねて携行する。使用時には、図１に示すように、プラスチック袋３の開口側の一方の板材４を袋３の開口縁３ａと共に手で支持しつつ、２枚の板材４，５間をＬ型に開き、夫々を断面Ｖ型樋状に展開する。そして、他方の板材５上に、プラスチック袋３を介して犬の糞Ａを受けるようにする。糞Ａを載せ受けるために予めプラスチック袋３にちり紙Ｂを重ねておくと後の処理に便利である。２枚の板材４，５が、断面Ｖ型樋状に展開し、接合辺６，７で結合されているので、受け具２は、糞Ａの重さを支持するのに十分な強度を有する。

プラスチック袋３は、図６ないし図８に示すように、犬の糞Ａを収容して、受け具２と共に扁平に折り重ねた状態で、一方の板材４の外側面を露出させるように開口縁３ａを広げつつ表裏反転させ（図６）、開口縁３ａを他方の板材５の端縁に重ねて保持できる寸法に設定してある。一方の板材４の端縁付近の外側面には、結束用のゴムバンド１０がを取り付けられている。ゴムバンド１０は、犬の糞Ａを収容して折り重ねた２枚の板材４，５の端縁部をプラスチック袋３の開口側端縁と共に図８に示すように結束することができる。この状態でバッグ等に収容して家まで持ち帰る。持ち帰ったら、トイレでゴムバンド１０を外して、袋３の開口側を下方に向け、２枚の板材４，５の両縁を押して両者の間を菱形に開けば、糞Ａがちり紙Ｂに載った状態で袋３から落ちてトイレ内に落下する。空になった袋３は、受け具から外して別途ゴミとして処理する。もちろん、糞Ａを収容したまま袋３を受け具から外し、糞Ａと共にゴミとして処理することもできる。何れにしても手を汚さずに衛生的に処理できる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、本発明は、受け具２とこれに被せられる柔軟なプラスチック袋３とで処理具１を構成したため、携行時は扁平で、行動のじゃまにならず、使用時には容易に展開して、十分な剛性をもって犬の糞を路上に落ちる前に確実に受け止めることができる。手や路面を汚すことがない。糞を収容したら再び折り畳んで清潔に持ち帰り、トイレに廃棄する等の処理を容易にすることができる。構造簡易で小型軽量であり、安価な処理具を提供することができる。
