2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 4, for example, a solenoid used for a solenoid plunger has a collar-shaped terminal block 3 fixed to one end surface of a bobbin 2 formed by winding a coil winding 1, It has a pin terminal 4 planted on the side surface 3 a of the terminal base 3. The lead wire 1a from the coil winding 1 is wound around the side surface 3a of the pin terminal 4 to form a entangled portion (connection portion) 5, which is soldered to the entangled portion 5 to connect the coil winding 1 and the pin terminal 4 to each other. Making a connection. For example, on the user's side, the core wire portion 34 from which the outer cover 32 is removed at the wire end of the lead wire 30 connected to the printed wiring board or the like is applied to the tip portion of the pin terminal 4 for soldering, and the printed wiring board or the like and the solenoid Has achieved the connection.

On the other hand, in the terminal block structure of the solenoid shown in FIG. 5, the solder connection work on the user side can be eliminated, but since the connector structure is an insertion-extraction type and press-fit connection, for example, under vibration. There is a risk that the female connector 16 may come loose or come off, resulting in poor contact or the like and lacking reliability.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a first means of the present invention is a solenoid having a terminal block fixed to one end surface of a bobbin formed by winding a coil winding. In the terminal block, the lead wire terminal insertion space formed from one side edge to the center side, the elastic terminal piece that is positioned and housed, and the elasticity of one end side of the elastic terminal piece toward the center side And a bending stop portion for limiting the bending deformation. The elastic terminal piece has, at the one end side thereof, a cracked portion which extends in a substantially transverse direction to a position facing the lead wire terminal insertion empty portion. In addition, the elastic terminal piece,
The other end has a entwined portion formed by winding a lead wire from the coil winding wire.

In such a terminal block structure, for example, when the lead wire is connected to the solenoid on the user side, when the end of the lead wire is inserted into the empty space for inserting the lead wire terminal,
The terminal slips through the tip of the elastic terminal piece and is sandwiched between them, and the tip cracks the terminal, and even if pulling force is applied to the lead wire, the terminal bites into the tip crack due to the wedge action. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the lead wire from loosening or coming off, and to prevent contact failure. Before inserting the end of the lead wire into the empty space for inserting the lead wire terminal,
In some cases, it is necessary to remove the outer sheath of the lead wire terminal and then apply soldering to the core wire to prevent the core wire from scattering and to add bending rigidity to the core wire. Needless to say, the solder connection work of can be eliminated.

Therefore, according to the second means of the present invention, the operation empty portion for passing the operation member which is formed from the one side edge to the central portion side and which is to be elastically bent and deformed from the one end side to the central portion side. It is characterized by having. For example, if you insert an external operating member into the operating space, you can push and bend one end toward the center side up to the bending limit of the bending stop.In this state, the tip crack part is off the core wire part, so this The lead wire can be pulled out while maintaining the state. The operation member may be provided in advance on the back surface side of the terminal block.

In such a terminal block structure, for example, when connecting the lead wires 30a and 30b to the solenoid on the user side, as shown in FIG.
After removing the outer cover 32 of the terminal and soldering the core wire portion 34 to prevent the core wire portion from scattering, the core wire portion 34 having a solid bending rigidity is attached to the lead wire terminal insertion groove portion 13. When inserted, the core wire portion slips through the tip cracked portion 11a of the elastic terminal piece 11 and is pinched, and the tip cracked portion 11a holds the core wire portion 34, and the lead wire 3
Even if a pulling force is applied to 0a, the core wire portion bites into the tip cracked portion 11a by the wedge action due to the elastic restoring force, so that the lead wire 30a can be prevented from loosening or coming off, and contact failure can be eliminated. . In particular, since the cracked portion 11a is warped toward the central portion 10a, the lead wire can be easily inserted and the wedge action can be enhanced. It goes without saying that the solder connection work on the user side can be eliminated.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3 (c), when the lead wire 30b is pulled out, the pin-shaped member P is inserted into the operation groove portion 17 and the one end side of the elastic terminal piece 11 is bent to prevent it from bending. Since it is possible to push and bend to the central portion 10a side up to the bending limit due to
Is separated from the core wire portion 34, the lead wire 30b can be pulled out while maintaining this state. For this reason, the lead wire can be easily extracted, and the device can be easily disassembled and reused. In addition, the elastic terminal piece 11,
Since 12 is a simple substantially U-shape, it can be easily pressed, is excellent in mass productivity, and can be manufactured at low cost.
