According to the wire protection tube 1 of the present embodiment, the both ends of the fitting portion 2 in the circumferential direction are closed by locking the first locking portion 12 and the second locking portion 13. With the electric wire protection tube 1 attached to the overhead wire 3, it is possible to prevent the circumferential end portions 10 and 11 of the fitting portion 2 from being opened, and to prevent the electric wire protection tube 1 from being disconnected. In addition, the wire protection tube 1 is prevented from falling off the overhead wire 3.

When a plurality of electric wire protection tubes 1 are attached to the overhead electric wire 3, in order to connect the electric wire protection tubes 1 in the axial direction and close both circumferential end portions 10 and 11 of the fitting portion 2,
When locking the first and second locking portions 12 and 13, as described above, the first and second locking portions 12 and 13 can be operated by a simple operation of bringing the both end portions 10 and 11 in the circumferential direction relatively close to each other. 1
3 can be locked. Moreover, as described above, the first and second locking portions 12 and 13 can be locked when the relative positions in the axial direction are continuous plural positions,
Can be locked to each other. Thus, the first and second locking portions 1
First and second locking portions 1 capable of locking 2 and 13 with each other
The degree of freedom in the relative position of the axial direction of the Nos. 2 and 13, that is, the relative position of the both ends 10 and 11 in the circumferential direction with respect to the axial direction becomes high.

As a result, when the wire protection tube 1 is attached to the overhead wire 3, an external force acts on the wire protection tube 1 so that both circumferential end portions 10 and 11 of the fitting portion 2 are in a natural state where no external force is applied. Even if the first and second locking portions 12 and 13 are locked relative to each other, the both end portions 1 in the circumferential direction are locked.
0, 11 can be closed. Therefore, even if the relative displacement from the natural state as described above occurs, it is not necessary for the operator to correct and return the relative displacement, and simply grasp both circumferential end portions and bring them closer to each other. The second locking pieces 12 and 13 can be locked, and the work is easy. In particular, instead of a method in which an operator directly grasps and operates the wire protection tube 1, a method in which the operator operates the wire protection tube using an operation tool called an insulating armor and a robot called a manipulator The operating method can significantly improve the work efficiency. Of course, the work efficiency can be improved even in the construction method in which the operator directly grasps and operates the wire protection tube.

When a plurality of wire protection tubes 1 are mounted on the overhead wire 3, a device called an inserter for continuously mounting each wire protection tube 1 may be used. When this inserter is used, the wire protective tube 1 may be twisted around the axis due to the axial compressive force applied to the wire protective tube 1 by the inserter. In this case, the axial end portions 10 and 11 of the fitting portion 2 are relatively displaced in the axial direction from the natural state, but even in this state, the engagement between the first and second locking portions 12 and 13 is as described above. It is easy to stop work and is suitable even when using such an insertion machine.

According to the wire protection tube 1, the first locking portion 1
2 and the second locking portion 13 can be displaced relative to each other in the axial direction while being locked to each other, so that both circumferential end portions 10 and 11 of the fitting portion 2 are relatively displaced in the axial direction. Can be allowed to displace. As a result, when the wire protection tube 1 is attached to the overhead wire 3, when the circumferential end portions 10 of the fitting portion 2 receive an external force that relatively displaces in the axial direction, the relative displacement is allowed. Thus, the external force is prevented from acting so as to spread the locking pieces 17 and 18 to each other, and the first and second locking portions 12 and 13 are prevented.
In addition, it is possible to prevent a large external force from being released from mutual engagement, and it is possible to maintain the mutually engaged state of the first and second engaging portions 12 and 13.

As a result, even if an external force acts on the wire protection tube 1 such that the circumferential end portions 10 of the fitting portion 2 are relatively displaced in the axial direction, the circumferential end portions 2 of the fitting portion 2 are opened. Can be prevented. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the connection of each wire protection tube 1 from being released, and it is possible to prevent the wire protection tube from dropping from the overhead wire.

For example, overhead wires on sloping ground such as mountains,
When the electric wire protection tube 1 is attached to the overhead electric wire 3 which is provided in a state of being inclined with respect to the horizontal line, the electric wire protection tube 1
When the compressive force acts in the axial direction due to its own weight, the electric wire protection tube 1 may be twisted around the axial line. In this case, both ends 10 in the axial direction of the fitting portion 2,
Although 11 is displaced relative to the axial direction from the natural state, the wire protection tube 1 allows relative displacement in the axial direction of the circumferential end portions 10 and 11 of the fitting portion 2 due to the twist as described above. Since it is possible to maintain the mutual locked state of the first and second locking portions 12 and 13,
It is possible to prevent both end portions 2 in the circumferential direction of the fitting portion 2 from opening. Therefore, it is possible to prevent mutual disconnection and disconnection of the wire protection tubes 1 provided under such adverse conditions, which is preferable.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, by engaging the first locking portion and the second locking portion formed in the fitting portion, both circumferential end portions of the fitting portion are locked. It is possible to prevent the opening of both ends of the fitting portion in the circumferential direction in the state where the wire protection tube is attached to the overhead wire. When the electric wire protection tube is attached to the overhead wire, the first and second locking portions are locked to each other so as to close both circumferential end portions of the fitting portion. The degree of freedom of the relative position with respect to the axial direction of is increased.

As a result, when the wire protection tube is attached to the overhead wire, an external force acts on the wire protection tube, and both end portions in the circumferential direction of the fitting portion are relatively displaced from the natural state in which no external force acts. However, the first and second locking portions can be locked to each other. Therefore, even if the relative displacement from the natural state as described above occurs, it is not necessary for the operator to correct and return the relative displacement, and the work is easy.
In particular, instead of a method in which an operator directly grasps and operates the wire protection tube, a method in which the operator operates the wire protection tube using an operating tool called an insulating wire and a robot called a manipulator is used to operate the wire protection tube. With this construction method, work efficiency can be significantly improved. Of course, the work efficiency can be improved even in the construction method in which the operator directly grasps and operates the wire protection tube.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, in the state where the wire protection tube is attached to the overhead wire, an external force is applied so that both ends of the fitting portion in the circumferential direction are relatively displaced in the axial direction. At this time, it is possible to prevent a large external force from being released from the mutual engagement from being exerted on the first and second engagement portions, and to maintain the mutually engaged state of the first and second engagement portions. it can. Therefore, even if an external force acts on the wire protection tube, it is possible to prevent the connection of each wire protection tube from being released, and it is possible to prevent the wire protection tube from dropping from the overhead wire.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, both ends in the circumferential direction of the fitting portion are closed by locking the first locking portion and the second locking portion formed in the fitting portion. It is possible to prevent the both ends of the fitting portion in the circumferential direction from being opened while the electric wire protection tube is attached to the overhead wire. When the wire protection tube is attached to the overhead wire, and when an external force such that both circumferential end portions of the fitting portion are displaced relatively in the axial direction is received, the first and second locking portions are mutually A large external force that would release the lock is prevented,
The mutual locked state of the second locking portion and the second locking portion can be maintained. Therefore, even if an external force acts on the wire protection tube, it is possible to prevent the connection of each wire protection tube from being released, and it is possible to prevent the wire protection tube from dropping from the overhead wire.
