Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an adverse influence is exerted on surroundings by emitting a black smoke and an offensive odor due to incomplete combustion since air is not sufficiently supplied though generally a conventional waste oil stove has a structure for completely burning waste oil by forcibly sending air into a combustion chamber.
SOLUTION: An air blowout hole is arranged so as to turn in one rotational direction in a vertical plane to a flame. The flame is spirally raised thereby. Air is efficiently supplied to the flame by a large number of separately arranged blowout holes, and the flame is completely burnt, so that the waste oil stove causing no emission of the black smoke and the offensive odor, and stably usable over a long period is provided to solve the problem.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a stove that uses waste oil as fuel and burns it without smoke and odor. 2. Description of the Related Art When waste oil is burned in a conventional stove provided with a combustion chamber and a chimney, incomplete combustion occurs due to impurities in the waste oil, and black smoke and a bad smell are generated from the chimney. It is feared that it will adversely affect the environment. On the other hand, in recent years, waste oil stoves for completely burning air by forcing air into a combustion chamber have been developed, and are used in cold regions and greenhouse cultivation. [0004] Conventional waste oil stoves are said to completely burn by forcibly blowing in air and do not generate black smoke or offensive odor. However, it is difficult to always completely burn. There is a need for a stove that keeps burning completely and stably for a long time. [0005] In a waste oil stove,
The point for complete combustion is forced air, and if this air can be supplied efficiently and stably, a safe waste oil stove without incomplete combustion can be provided. The waste oil stove according to the present invention has a cylindrical combustion chamber shown in FIG. 1 (1).
Unless otherwise stated, it is assumed that FIG. ), A lid (2) and a chimney (3) attached to the upper part of the combustion chamber, a waste oil tank (4), a pipe (5) for sending waste oil to the combustion chamber and a valve (15) attached thereto, a net for filtering foreign substances ( 6), a tray (7) for collecting waste oil in the combustion chamber, a blower (8) for blowing air, a pipe (9) for sending the air to the combustion chamber, and a cleaning door (10) attached to the lower part of the combustion chamber. By sending air from the blower (7) and ejecting it from a number of ejection holes (11) provided in the combustion chamber,
It is based on a structure in which air is supplied to the combustion chamber to complete combustion, which is not different from the conventional invention. [0007] A front side, side view, and bottom view of FIG. 1 (13) and FIG. 2 in which a branch is extended in the left-right vertical direction of the pipe ahead of a pipe (12) having an ejection hole provided in the combustion chamber. And a jet hole (14) is provided in one of the rotation directions to raise the flame generated at the bottom of the stove spirally, and air is jetted from the pipe (12) to the flame. By doing so, it has a structural feature of efficiently supplying air and completely burning waste oil. The present invention provides a safe waste oil stove that does not generate black smoke or an unpleasant odor for a long time due to this structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS According to the structure shown in FIG. 1, it can be used, for example, as a stove as shown in FIG. 3 (numbers in parentheses below are those in FIG. 3). In FIG. 3, the combustion chamber and its internal structure in FIG. 1 are accommodated in the inside (17) of the outer wall (16). The waste oil pump and blower in FIG. 1 are housed in (19) having a control panel (18). Air and waste oil are supplied to (17) through the tube of (20). [0010] The air warmed by the waste oil stove (17) is stored inside the outer wall (16) and sent to the outside from the outlet of (21). In this case, it is desirable to use some kind of blowing device and blow out warm air like a warm air heater. According to the present invention, by recycling waste oil, which has been a conventional waste, as fuel, it can be used at a lower cost than a conventional stove using kerosene, and at the same time, has a resource recycling type. It plays a role in shaping society.
