【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、食生活に用いる

【発明が解決しようとする課題】これは次のような欠点
があった。
（イ） 食材を細粒におろすため食物繊維が失なわれて
いた。
（ロ） 食材を細粒におろすため栄養分が分離してい
た。
（ハ） 食材を細粒におろすため歯ごたえがなかった。
本発明は、以上の欠点を解決するためになされたもので
ある。

【課題を解決するための手段】容器（２）に取っ手
（２′′）と取り出し口（２′）を設け、すり板
（４′′）にみぞ山（４′′′）とみぞ底
（４′′′′）の切り刃を用いることにより大粒のおろ
しがおろせ、すり座（４）に取っ手（４′）を設け、容

器。本発明は、以上のような構成によるおろ器である。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施例について説
明する。
（イ） プラスチックを主材とした長方形の箱体で容器
（２）の上部に衛生管理のためのふた（１）を設け、す

動することにより食材がすれ容器（２）で受け、すり作
業が完了したら、すり座（４）にすり残こされた食材は
容器（２）上部のゴム（３′′）にすり座（４）の前方
枠部を軽く上下に当て容器（２）に落とし、容器（２）
の取っ手（２′′）を手で持ち取り出し口（２′）から
必要な器に盛り付けし、完了である。次に容器を水洗い
