剥離紙とを有していて、配送情報の記載の後に剥離紙を
剥ぎ取ってこの貼付票を配送物の表面に貼り付け、上記
控票にあっては配送過程において配送評者が管理用など
として抜き取るようにし、受取人へは上紙片が残った状
態で配送物が送り届けられる。

するという配送伝票の役割を維持しつつ、配送物に貼り
付けられた配送伝票の少なくとも配送情報が記載された
部分を取り外すことができるようにすることを課題と
し、配送物が届けられた後にも配送情報をより利用し易
くすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は上記課題を考慮
してなされたもので、配送情報記載部を有する上紙片と
下紙片との重なり合う三周辺が封着されてなる封筒部の
内部に、所定枚の控票が分離可能に配置され、前記下紙
片の裏面側に貼着剤とこの貼着剤を剥離可能に覆う剥離
紙とを有する配送伝票であって、前記上紙片における三
辺の封着部の内側に切取り部が設けられていることを特
徴とする配送伝票を提供して、上記課題を解消すること
を目的とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】つぎに本発明を図示の実施の形態
に基づいて詳細に説明する。図中１は配送伝票で、該配
送伝票１は配送情報記載部２を有する上紙片３と下紙片
４との重なり合う三周辺が封着されて三方を封着部５と
して一辺開口の封筒部６を有し、その内部に所定枚の控
票７が分離可能に配置され、さらに、下紙片４の裏面全
面に貼着剤とこの貼着剤を剥離可能に覆う剥離紙８とを
有している。なお、前記貼着部５は配送情報記載部２の
外側となるレイアウトとしているものであり、両着はオ
ーバーラップしてはいない。上記封筒部６の内部に位置
する控票７は上記配送情報記載部２への情報記載が行わ
れたときにその情報が同時複写される構成を備えている
ものであり、また、配送過程では必要時に配送作業者側
で抜き取られるものである。
【０００６】上記配送伝票１の上紙片３においては、配
送物に貼り合わせた後に必要に際して封着部５を除く部
分を分離させることができる工夫がなされているもので
あって、図示されているように、封着部５の内側には切
取り部９が設けられている。この切取り部９は切り取り
用ミシン目、またはスリットと短いタイとが交互に連続
した切取り線からなるものであり、この切取り部９から
封着部５が分離できるようにしている。このように三方
の封着部５の内側に切取り部９が設けられていることか
ら、例えば配送物を受けた受取人が封着部５が設けられ
ていない辺側（封筒部６での開口側の辺）を摘み持って
引き上げるようにすれば、前記切取り部９で切断が生じ
て封着部５を配送物の表面に残した状態で配送情報記載
部２を含む領域を配送物から簡単に分離できる。よっ

物側の取り扱いとは関連させることなく単独で管理でき
るようになる。
