Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable load detector. SOLUTION: In this load detector, main ropes 1 are suspended by means of first springs 13 arranged between nuts 12 screwed onto rods 2 and a supporting frame 11 on a hoistway fixing side. Second springs 15 are arranged between a plate 14, through which the respective rods 2 are passed, and the respective nuts 12. A third spring 22 is arranged between a longitudinal motion guide 21 arranged on the hoistway fixing side and the plate 14, and a rod 16 moving upward and downward along the longitudinal motion guide 21 is arranged in the plate 14. In this way, the plate 14 is moved upward/downward without tilting, and a car load is detected when this displacement is measured by means of a displacement measuring apparatus 23.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an improvement in an apparatus for detecting a load on an elevator car. 2. Description of the Related Art As a load detecting device for an elevator car,
There is a device for measuring the amount of deflection of a vibration-proof rubber provided between a floor of a cab constituting a car and a car frame. This device is
If the passenger rides unevenly in the car, the amount of deflection of each anti-vibration rubber is different, making it difficult to accurately measure the load. Does not show the exact change in the amount of deflection,
There is a problem. In addition, in the case of 2: 1 roping, in addition to the above-mentioned apparatus, in a rope hitch portion where one end of a main rope is connected to a fixed side of a hoistway, a rod to which a main rope is fixed and a fixed side are connected. There is a device for measuring the amount of deflection of a spring provided therebetween. This device will be described with reference to FIG. In the drawing, 1 is a main rope, 2 is a rod fixed to the end of each main rope 1, 3 is a bracket fixed to a hoistway wall, 4 is each rod 2 penetrating,
A plate connected to each rod 2 by a nut 5, a spring 6 provided between the bracket 3 and the plate 4, and a displacement measuring device 7 fixed to the bracket 3 and measuring the displacement of the plate 4. When the amount of compression of the spring 6 changes due to a change in the load on the car, the position of the plate 4 changes, and this is measured by the displacement measuring device 7 to detect the load on the car. In the load detecting device having the above-described structure, the displacement measuring device 7 must measure the average value of the deflection amounts of all the springs 6. For example, the plate 4 is inclined due to the variation in the amount of deflection of the spring 6 due to the above-mentioned factors, so that it is difficult to measure the average value. Further, as the number of the main ropes 1 increases, it becomes more difficult to arrange the main ropes 1 and obtain an average value. According to the present invention, a second spring for supporting a load detecting plate is provided for each rope, and the second spring is fixed to the opposite side of the second spring across the plate. A third spring is provided between the first and second sides, and a linear motion guide for restricting the moving direction of the plate to one reciprocating direction is provided. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an embodiment of the present invention.
1 will be described with reference to FIG. In the figure, reference numeral 10 denotes a bracket fixed to a hoistway fixing side such as a hoistway wall or a guide rail, and 11 denotes a support frame extending downward from the bracket 10, and a nut 12 through which the rod 2 penetrates and is screwed to the rod 2. The first spring 13 is disposed between the first spring 13 and the first spring 13. Reference numeral 14 denotes a plate through which each rod 2 penetrates, and a second spring having a smaller spring constant than the first spring 13 between the plate and the nut 12.
Are disposed. Reference numeral 16 denotes a rod fixed to the plate 14 so as to stand upright. Reference numeral 20 denotes a bracket fixed to a hoistway fixed side such as a hoistway wall or a guide rail. Reference numeral 21 denotes a linear motion system that linearly guides the rod 16 only in the vertical direction by a linear motion system such as a linear bearing or a linear bush. It is fixed to the bracket 20 by a guide. 22 is a third spring provided between the linear motion guide 21 and the plate 14,
Reference numeral 23 denotes a displacement measuring device fixed to the bracket 20 to measure the displacement of the plate 14. According to the present embodiment, the plate 14 is sandwiched between the springs 15 and 22 from above and below, and the linear motion guide 21 is used. The average value of the amount of deflection of each spring 13 can be accurately measured without tilting. Further, even if the number of the main ropes 1 increases or decreases, it can be easily dealt with only by changing the plate 14 or the like. In the above-described embodiment, the case where the end of the main rope 1 is fixed to the hoistway fixed side has been described. However, the main rope 1 may be installed in the machine room. It is also possible to use. As described above, according to the present invention,
In the load detector installed on the rope hitch at the end of the main rope, it is possible to realize a device capable of more accurate load detection.
