Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. アンチモン及び錫の酸化物を含有する熱分解形成主要層を含む被覆積重ね を担持する透明基体において、主要層が少なくとも250nmの幾何学的厚さを 有すること、及び積重ねが30〜150nmの範囲の幾何学的厚さを有しかつ2 .0〜2.8の範囲の屈折率を有する外部反射層を含み、それによってそうして 被覆された基体が10%以上の反射率(RL)を有することを特徴とする透明基 体。 2. 外部反射層がニッケル、錫、チタン、亜鉛及びジルコニウムの一つ又はそ れ以上の酸化物を含有する請求の範囲1記載の透明基体。 3. 外部反射層が酸化チタンを含む請求の範囲1又は2記載の透明基体。 4. 外部反射層が錫及びチタンの酸化物を含む請求の範囲3記載の透明基体。 5. 外部反射層が少なくとも50容量%の酸化錫及び少なくとも30容量%の 酸化チタンを含む請求の範囲4記載の透明基体。 6. 外部反射層が40〜75nmの範囲の幾何学的厚さを有する請求の範囲4 記載の透明基体。 7. 外部反射層が60〜70nmの範囲の幾何学的厚さを有する請求の範囲6 記載の透明基体。 8. 主要被覆層中のSb/Snモル比率が0.01〜0.5の範囲である請求 の範囲1〜7のいずれか記載の透明基体。 9. Sb/Snモル比率が0.03〜0.21の範囲である請求の範囲8記載 の透明基体。 10. 主要被覆層がアルミニウム、クロム、コバルト、鉄、マンガン、マグネ シウム、ニッケル、チタン、バナジウム、亜鉛及びジルコニウムの一つ又はそれ 以上を含む添加剤をさらに含有する請求の範囲1〜9のいずれか記載の透明基体 。 11. 添加剤がクロム、鉄及びマグネシウムから選択される請求の範囲10記 載の透明基体。 12. 被覆積重ねが基体と主要被覆層の間に位置されたアンダーコートをさら に含む請求の範囲1〜11のいずれか記載の透明基体。 13. アンダーコートが1以上のケイ素の酸化物を含む請求の範囲12記載の 透明基体。 14. アンダーコードがアルミナを含む請求の範囲12記載の透明基体。 15. アンダーコートの幾何学的厚さが60〜75nmの範囲である請求の範 囲12又は13記載の透明基体。 16. アンダーコートが被覆基体に対して反射における中性の色味を付与する 請求の範囲12〜14のいずれか記載の透明基体。 17. 被覆積重ねが主要被覆層と外部反射層の間の位置された中間層をさらに 含む請求の範囲1〜16のいずれか記載の透明基体。 18. 中間層が酸化アルミニウム又は酸化ケイ素を含む請求の範囲17記載の 透明基体。 19. 少なくとも60%の視感透過率(TL)を有する請求の範囲1〜18の いずれか記載の透明基体。 20. 少なくとも15%の反射率(RL)を有する請求の範囲1〜19のいず れか記載の透明基体。 21. 25%の最大反射率(RL)を有する請求の範囲1〜20のいずれか記 載の透明基体。 22. 20%の最大反射率(RL)を有する請求の範囲21記載の透明基体。 23. 請求の範囲1〜22のいずれか記載の透明基体を含む窓ガラスパネル。 24. 2以上の基体シートを含み、その一つが請求の範囲1〜22のいずれか 記載の透明基体である請求の範囲23記載の窓ガラスパネル。 25. 建造物窓ガラスパネルとして使用するための請求の範囲23又は24記 載の窓ガラスパネル。 26. 車両窓として使用するための請求の範囲23又は24記載の窓ガラスパ ネル。
