Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 押出機を用いて軟化剤含有熱可塑性プラスチックから製品を製造する方法に おいて、次の方法工程: 熱可塑性プラスチックを粉末、微細顆粒、ドライブレンド等の形で押出機 に直接供給し、かつ第1の区分で50℃〜140℃の温度に加熱し; 粉末形、微粒子もしくは顆粒形の熱可塑性プラスチック材料中に50℃〜 140℃の温度で軟化剤を注入し; 熱可塑性プラスチック及び軟化剤を均一に混合し、 その際、混合物が摩擦により更に加熱され、 その際、軟化剤注入から145℃の材料の平均温度を達成するまでの材 料の平均滞留時間が10〜120秒であるように混合を行い、かつ その際、軟化剤が完全に熱可塑性プラスチックにより吸収され; 熱可塑性プラスチック及び軟化剤からなる均一な混合物を145℃を上回 る温度に加熱し、かつその際、可塑化/完全に溶融し; 混合物を所望の製品に成形する を特徴とする、押出機を用いて軟化剤含有熱可塑性プラスチックから製品を製 造する方法。 2. 軟化剤の一部を押出機の前で熱可塑性プラスチッ クと共に加工してドライブレンドにし、かつ軟化剤の残りを押出機中で添加する 、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 軟化剤2〜30重量%を押出機の前で、かつ軟化剤の98〜70重量%を押 出機中で添加する、請求項2に記載の方法。 4. 軟化剤5〜15重量%を押出機の前で、かつ軟化剤の95〜85重量%を押 出機中で添加する、請求項3に記載の方法。 5. 熱可塑性プラスチックとしてPVCを、かつ軟化剤として一次軟化剤を使用 する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 6. 軟化剤の注入を90〜120℃、有利に100〜110℃の熱可塑性プラス チック温度で行う、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7. 押出機として、二軸スクリュー押出機を使用する、請求項1から6までのい ずれか1項に記載の方法。
